Overall, my experience was bad with this restaurant. It was our first visit to this chain. We had really good service. We received free samples of beer and we were also able to try some of the sauces before deciding which ones we wanted on our wings. We ordered an appetizer and wings. The appetizer came out and was good. We waited about 40 minutes and I asked the waitress where the wings were. She went back and checked and the kitchen told her they were served. WELL NOT TO US! We had a movie to catch and didn't have time to wait any more. We never even had a chance to try the wings. An overall disappointment. Our drinks and app were comped but the damage was done. The manager gave us a bunch of coupons to come back. Not sure we will.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and have not been to one in quite some time, as there has not been one in the area. I have come here for lunch once and done take out once. I did not have anything to complain about either time and the food was as expected. I have to admit that my biggest disappointment was that they eliminated the wings and ribs combo from the menu. That used to be my go to meal when I used to eat at BWW. Oh well, the wings and choices of sauces are good and I am sure I will eventually become a regular as long as I remain working in the area.

Before this location came to hanover, I used to drive to Westminster just to go to BWW. I was happy to hear they were coming to Hanover. But the thing is... I would still rather make the drive to Maryland. Every time I go here there's a problem. The most recent issue was on Thursday night. My friend and I decided to come to BWW for some drinks and wings. We ordered two drinks from the bar. Then we each ordered wings + shared an appetizer. Let's just say we didn't get our drinks until all of our food was gone. That's ridiculous. We would have ordered more than one drink, but since we waited that long for the first one we weren't about to order another. (B dubs this means your crappy service is costing you money) Our server was very apologetic and said that the bartender was just behind. She brought us each a water to hold us over. This was not at all her fault, she did everything she could do for us. But I expected a place like BWW to be on top of the drinks. I'm betting most of this crowd orders something from the bar, I'm just wondering what went wrong. Also, our drinks were half off, so at least they did something to fix this. Anyway, I'm not sure why I keep coming back... I haven't had a flawless visit yet. I may just need to make that drive to Maryland again.

Always been a fan of B-Dubs, but usually go to the Westminster location. We found ourselves in Hanover, and hungry so the daughter and I stopped in. It was a great experience! Our waitress was sweet as can be, our food was served hot and fast, and the captain that came over to offer all kinds of samples and freebies was knowledgeable and funny. It was a great experience for a quick late afternoon meal. BDubs always is!

It used to be that my wife and I would travel great distances to go to a BWW. We were very excited about one coming to Hanover. Unfortionatly this location failed in every way. For starters the staff - all young teenagers, which is to be expected. But not an ounce of maturity between them. In fact the one wearing the "captains" jersey spent the entire even playing grab-butt with a couple of waitresses. The others all just stood at the register and danced with one another. Food - The menu has been dumbed down dramatically since our last visit. But they more than made up for that short coming by raising their prices about 30-40 percent. Then the kicker. I wrote this entire review on my phone while waiting for my check. It's still not here. Never again!

Had a great experience. Staff was really accommodating... switched the tv's around to make sure we got the game and audio right in front of our table. The manager and GM each came around to tables to make sure everything was going well.. really provided exceptional service and attention. Food was good and beer was good. Might have been my taste buds but the wing sauces seemed a little hotter than before but they are wings. Overall great experience and value

The Hanover location hasn't been open for to long. If there is a wait you usually don't wait long, maybe 10-15 minutes. The menu is basic, appetizers, salads, and burgers. I always order the same thing each time I go. I get the blacken grilled chicken salad. The salad is usually fresh and the chicken is flavorful. You can also have the chicken tossed in one of there signature sauces if you prefer. The drinks are just alright. Nothing to really brag about. The service each time I've been has been pleasant. If you are looking for a place that most likely won't be crowded even on a Friday or Saturday night then Buffalo Wild Wings is your place.

One of my favorite places to go when I'm up in the Hanover area. There was a wait to be seated, but I guess if you have people waiting in line, you're doing something right. Food was pretty good, staff was friendly. A nice place to go with friends.

A pretty good place to eat. The wait staff is nice . I've been to several different locations for this restaurant and 90 percent of the time get a good meal. There are better restaurants in the area that give you more bang for your buck though. It's a little pricy just to get a few chicken wings.

The place is noisy, but that is to be expected. Service is very slow. It took us 2 hours from food ordered to check delivered. My food also came out cold. Really cold. A burger and fries. If I wanted cold food I would go to McDonald's. The menu is nothing special, but the kids like the free tablets. Not rushing back anytime soon.
