THE place in Greensburg for coffee drinks, tea, and pastries. They go so far as to make their own syrups and chai tea blend. Iced coffee is made over a 24 hour process in an Oji style coffee maker. Coffee is available using brewed, pour-over, french press, and air press methods. Pastries are incredible, lovingly prepared, and taste nothing like a mix or from a box. Good WiFi and comfortable working environment. The only down side is that they fill up quickly.

This is my new favorite coffee/breakfast spot. I had never heard of The White Rabbit until I saw it listed here. I'm so glad I decided to check it out. Greensburg is becoming more well known for their cultural scene and this place fits in well. The interior is very charming and bright. The barista is do friendly and welcoming. I ordered the quiche of the day- amazing. Seriously. It's fresh baked and oozing deliciousness. I don't drink caffeine very often, but I splurged today and got a latte with steamed almond milk with their homemade simple syrup. The homemade caramels are heavenly. They are buttery and salty and flavorful, but not too rich. Just perfectly creamy. The buttermilk biscuits with honey butter are just so perfectly dense and fluffy. If you come in as soon as they open, you won't have to wait, but it doesn't take long for a long line to form. When this happens, the wait can be up to 10 minutes, so don't come in here if you're rushed. That's what Starbucks is for. The White Rabbit is a place to relax and enjoy some excellent espresso, drip coffee, tea, good food, and good company.

White Rabbit is a great place for delicious coffee and pastries. The cafe is spacious with a lot of seating. Wifi is easy to connect to and fast (just ask them for the wifi password). Music is good and not distracting. Basically a great place to study/work/socialize. Very friendly. The lattes and coffee (and latte art) are high quality as are the homemade flavor syrups they use. Pastries made fresh daily on site. Easily the best cafe in Greensburg!

Since it's opening (a little over a month and a half prior to this review), I kept hearing nothing but positive vibe about this "white rabbit" coffee shop in Greensburg... so on a random Monday where the wife and I were in the area for a family event, we decided to drop in during a free hour... now I completely understand the reason for the hype. Walking in to White Rabbit, the sheer size of the place for a coffee shop is surprising (not a bad thing!). As we went up to the front counter, everything had a similar feel to it (the granola, the pastries, the muffins, etc.). Looking at the coffee menu, something else seemed oddly familiar as well. Low and behold, Tommy (the Barista) walks in and we immediately knew why! See Tommy was the Barista at Sugar Cafe in Dormont, our favorite spot in the city before it closed for some of the best lattes, house blend coffee and pastries you could find. The wife and I were heartbroken when it closed, and over the past year, that vacant lot has haunted us anytime we'd walk past to catch the T. Long story short, Tommy and the baker from Sugar decided to team up and open the White Rabbit. So, I'll cut this review short as well and tell you to GO GET COFFEE AND SWEETS NOW! Honestly, some of the most reasonably priced, delicious coffee and pasteries you'll find in Western PA.

IF you wanna listen to bluegrass and have some amazing coffee come here. When the bluegrass subsides the background music is always superbly curated.

So I've been there twice now and I really do love it. Both times I've gotten a variety of pastries and goodies to go to share with my coworkers, every single one was sooo incredibly yummy, I couldn't pick a favorite if you asked me. Then last time I was there I wanted to change up my drink selection a bit and he decided to make me something that he thought I would like... He ended up making me an iced horochata (hope I spelled that right) but it was right on what I like! The atmosphere has such a nice vibe and everyone inside always seems to be getting work done, chatting with a fellow friend but overall everyone seems to be enjoying themselves.

Best coffee shop/café in Westmoreland county. And no I'm not exaggerating. I used to be in the bakery business and I roast my own coffee at home and this place does everything right in terms of their product. Top marks across the board. All their desserts are made by a chef in house, from scratch, and with all the best ingredients. Their biscuits with honey butter are the best I have ever had. We buy them and bring them home to re-heat for company. Their coffee is excellent, and they value the little things. Their decaf coffee is made with organic water processed beans that are decaffeinated chemical free which preserves the subtlety of the flavor within the beans. They then grind the beans to order and serve them as an Americano, so it's always fresh. That's just the care they take for their decaf!

I love this place. I've been looking for a coffee shop were I can just sit and not feel crowded or out of place. This is it. Wide open, variety of drinks and good pastries, breakfast food, and dog treats! I can't wait to bring my friends here.

This place is the best. LECOM medical students study here all the time- the perfect place to set up shop and spend the day studying. Tom (one of the owners) makes you feel right at home with comfy couches and a decor like a living room. The pastries are always interesting and delicious. Tom will make a picture in the foam of your drink if you ask! He's pretty skilled I've seen him make dragons and all kinds of instagram-worthy foam creations.

Their pastries are DELICIOUS! Brownies, scones, muffins... Their lattes are amazing too. You can't go wrong here!

Nifty shop with great coffee and baked goods. Cool vibe in the place and very comfortable. If they add a kitchen they might soar! Definitely worth the visit and a return.

This place is adorable and a perfect study spot! The pastries were delicious and the two baristas were very friendly.

Fantastic all around. Great place for coffee (they have a keen eye on their beans), and a wonderful addition to downtown Greensburg. Can't wait to see this place evolve into a summertime hangout.

Amazing drinks and amazing pastries! White Rabbit has a wide assortment of fresh baked goods every day and while the coffee is super good (I'm not much of a coffee drinker) I cannot say enough about the Italian sodas. This place rocks!

This place gets 5 stars from me. I had a yummy ham, cheese and broccoli quiche, my husband had a yogurt topped with fruit. Both were delicious. We took a couple chocolate chip cookies, a muffin and a brownie home.. All yummy as well. My husband says the owner makes the best cappuccino he's ever had. To our surprise the owner used to work at one of our favorite places that recently closed (Sugar Cafe in Dormont). I will definitely come back to this wonderfully cozy, delicious for any time of day place anytime I'm in Greensburg. A very welcome place and needed in downtown Greensburg.

Stopped with my wife on way back to Cincinnati from New York. Located just 6 miles off turnpike. Wife likes creative different bakeries. Quiche was excellent and so was the chocolate chip cookie. Surprised to find in Greensburg,Pa. It was a nice stop for a break. Very friendly.

So I finally got the opportunity to stop on my lunch today to pick up some goodies. I picked a little of everything to try:). First it is such a wonderfully, cozy but big cafe. Lots of room to sit and move about. The staff wonderfully helpful and nice. I made my decision which included: chocolate chip cookies, fudge brownies, a mini lemon cheesecake, and a raspberry lavender cupcake. All I have to say is that I will stop more often. Everything was delicious. My favorite, is a toss up. It is between the raspberry lavender cupcake and the mini lemon cheesecake. The cupcake was a vanilla cupcake with a light and fluffy lavender icing and a delightful raspberry compote. Just enough icing and the filling was really a lovely filling with chunks of raspberry. Yum! The mini lemon cheesecake was a lighter cheesecake, not heavy and dense with a wonderful lemon, I guess I would describe it as a pudding almost, topper with a little light whipped cream. Just a wonderful treat for a warmer day. The Brownie, a dense chocolate fudge brownie, woowee! Yummy, chocolatey goodness that would make any chocoholic a very happy camper. The chocolate chip cookies, big and thick and just the right amount of chewy and crispy. And the prices are reasonable. I can't wait to go back and try a wonderful coffee beverage. If you are ever in Greensburg, you should stop buy and grab yourself a treat. Because it is worth it!

Thank god for this place. I love going here to sit, read, and write. Delicious teas and coffees. And spectacular pastries. You can find me sitting and working for hours enjoying maybe a strawberry-rhubarb mini-pie, often a biscuit with homemade jam, occasionally a chocolate chip cookie, a piece of quiche, or perhaps the best tiramisu I've ever had--and I come from an Italian family! They really should make tiramisu more often!!! Tom Ferraro in "Feeling Italian" says that if you ask an Italian for the best Italian restaurant, they may very well direct you to a Japanese place because they have the best food in town. Well, by that logic White Rabbit is the best Italian restaurant in Greensburg!

Love love love it here! The owners are delightful! Always helpful and friendly. Had carrot cake cupcakes for Easter! Coffee is great! Get a pour-over... It's worth the wait! Horchata and iced mochas on the hot days!

The white rabbit has the BEST coffee in Greensburg, if not western PA, and this is from a former lead at Peet's. Tom, the barista, is friendly, knowledgeable, and really good at steam-art. The pastries are very good as well.

Seriously in love with this place. The owners seem like awesome people and the beverages and confections are superb. It's such a good atmosphere all around and we will be regulars as long as they'll have us!

Cheaper than Starbucks, excellent pastries, excellent service, and has a nice sitting area. Is a great place to hang out and talk with friends over coffee.

5 stars does not seem to be enough for this amazing store! What a fabulous coffee shop/bakery! Went for the first time today and absolutely loved it! The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and provided great service! The decor is so unique and interesting. I loved the hot cocoa I ordered and my boyfriend really enjoyed his latte! I also highly recommend the white chocolate cranberry cookie - it was to die for! I can't wait to go back!

I didn't fully appreciate White Rabbit on my first few visits, but after being somewhat of a regular over the last year, I have to upgrade White Rabbit to five stars. Never in my life have I had a cappuccino as thoughtfully made as the works of art made by Tommy. Their espresso drinks are on par with anything from the fancy or hipster places in Seattle. Also, medium cappuccino contains four shots of espresso, and this fact got me through second semester finals in my first year of med school. Prices are reasonable, especially for drinks; the food gets a bit pricier, but the quality is there, so I promise you're not wasting your money. They do have a frequent coffee card as well, so you can collect punches and occasionally get a free drink. There's comfy seating, a new big table for group study or meeting with several friends, and a few high tops near the window. WiFi is free and reliable. The line gets a bit long sometimes, so don't come in a rush, but rest assured your order will be perfect once you get it. Tommy also occasionally opens up on Sundays for special events, and does some catering as well. Soon, there will be a record store downstairs, which should be an interesting edition to downtown. Greensburg may be lacking in quantity as far as coffee shops go, but White Rabbit definitely brings the quality.

Coffee and desserts are always excellent. Try the Chemex or Aeropress brewing methods & you're on your way to being a coffee connoisseur. Espresso drinks are hand made with a lot of care. Best lattes in the area. They often have something savory in the case, like quiche, if you're watching carbs. Drawbacks: not open late during the week, so no evening study sessions here. Also it's one big square room, so it gets loud with just a few groups of people in there.

I love White Rabbit! Wonderful baked goods and homemade caramels, all of which are beautifully displayed. I am not a big coffee fan at all. If I'm going to drink coffee it has to involve chocolate and they make the BEST Iced Mocha around. And of course the chocolate is their homemade chocolate ganache! The only thing I would change is the paper straws. They get soggy quickly so I usually take 2.

The best coffee and espresso around and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The pastries and cookies are second to none. They have plenty of places to plug in your laptop to get some work done and their Wi-Fi works great.

Wonderful pastry shop. Greensburg is always hit or miss with these types of places but I must say, they've done well. I stopped in after hearing about it from a friend of mine. The cheesecake was out of this world and the staff was awesome. Very helpful and willing to talk to me about the business. Also, the place is very well done inside. Large enough to bring a group and have a conversation or sit down with a girl for a dessert. Hopefully they do well enough to stick around.

5 stars all the way for this place. Finally, I feel like I've gotten out of the twilight zone of coffee and pastries in greensburg. The owner mans the shop and baked goods are being made as you order. The freshest of the fresh. He doesn't skimp on the espresso either which is a big plus for us coffee lovers! Syrups and chocolate sauce for specialty drinks are made from SCRATCH and he will even create liquid art in your latte froth(pictures to come). Loose leaf teas are great. I love the vanilla latte and the white mocha. As far for the pastries, you can't go wrong. I've had the tahitian vanilla bean/lavender short bread-melted in my mouth. The macrons are rich and light. You will be safe trying anything really weather it be quiche or a simple chocolate chip cookie or creme brûlée. Loving the white rabbit.

This is definitely my place to go for study spots around Greensburg! Friendly baristas, amazing coffee (often with artful swirls), lovely, cool atmosphere and ambiance, and lots of places to sit--both tables to work at and comfy chairs/couches to lounge in while chatting up old friends. I also love that they give a student discount. Highly recommend the iced traditional horchata.

This coffee shop is so cute! Great vibe as soon as you walk in the door, place was completely packed. And LOVE the way they have it decorated. I was in the Greensburg area doing some antique shopping & was in the mood for some coffee. Not being from the area I got on Yelp & looked up coffee shops. This was the only place that pulled up that wasn't corporate or a chain. Which makes it a must try in my book. I ordered a vanilla latte to go. It was so delicious, came out perfect just the right amount of sweetness didn't have to add any sugar. Staff was friendly & service was fast even though they were packed. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be stopping back.

the coffee was OK, I do prefer Starbucks more but this coffee tasted more natural. The macaroon made me il to my stomach. No idea why.

Diverse and well-crafted coffee drinks - try the sweet but balanced Horchata Latte if you want a little sugar with your rush. Gorgeous sweets and pastries, luckily kept behind glass which prevented me from going Cookie Monster on them. We doubled-down on Rose Lollipops and wished we could have stayed longer in such a pleasant atmosphere.

As far as quality goes this is one amazing café. I am the manager of a café and I know first hand what it takes to make and expedite quality products. From the coffees to the pastries everything is wonderful. If you're used to a chain coffee shop then you will be in a bit of a shock when you come here. They have very different products and flavors and everything is yummy! They make all of their products fresh including syrup flavors for their espresso drinks. My only complaint is their paper straws for the iced drinks. The paper gets soggy way too fast. The decor is cute and the atmosphere is comfortable. The couches make it wonderful to bring a book and read. They also have a square card reader so you can use your debit card as well.

The cutest little cafe I have encountered here in Greensburg. They have just about every type of coffee and I love getting "for here" cups because of the red and white paper straws. Also, the pastries are so fresh. A great place to hang out with friends, definitely.

You wouldn't expect to find a coffee shop like this in Greensburg... It's fantastic. Great little treats and wonderful coffee. Plus fantastic owners who personally make your treats and Joe.

This is a unique, whimsical, and delicious coffee shop tucked into the heart of downtown Greensburg. The shop offers a wide variety of teas, speciality coffees, and pastries that are updated daily. All of the items sold here are fresh and everything I have ever gotten has been delicious. The only downfall of this coffee shop is that the preparation of coffee is done as it is ordered, which can often lead to long wait times. The wait is well worth the freshly ground coffee and prepared beverage though. The white rabbit is definitely a place to go if you have time to kill and you will have a much better experience if you stay to enjoy your beverage out of a mug. They offer a comfortable dining area that can fill up quickly with college students during the day.

Hands down my favorite place in Greensburg, thus far. I don't drink that much coffee because I really hate shitty coffee. But white rabbit doesn't let me down.. ever. I've tried a bunch of their drinks and have never been disappointed. Tommy is always good for a solid recommendation if you want to try something different / have never been here before / just think really slow (like me). The first time I came here, he suggested a lavender-flavored latte because they were out of almond syrup and I was at a loss for an alternative. It sounded really weird but I gave it a shot and actually it was pretty tasty! Not like what I was used to, but in a good way. I like sweet in my drinks so I usually opt for the horchata latte (but I'm a sugar fiend and wouldn't recommend it to people that prefer a more classic espresso taste). Their iced coffee is also cold brewed and SO potent. I'm hypersensitive when it come to caffeine so I can't even put away a whole cup without getting jittery. But also NON caffeinated options: they have a bunch of syrups that can be made into italian sodas too (and they change on occasion, so keep your eye out!). I want to try them all but usually when I come here, it's to study and I need a jolt that soda just can't give me. I've had the passion fruit recently and it was really yummy. There's also an earl grey flavor that is next on my list try. Mmm. Maybe I'll get one right now. Hmm. Oh, I have many nice things to say BUT.. full disclosure: quality takes time and sometimes there is a substantial wait to get what you want. If you think about it, if people are willing to wait that long for COFFEE (when starbucks drive thru is a thing that exists) then there must be something to it, amirite??? If the line is super long, I camp out for a bit at one of the tables until it thins, which is what I'd recommend for those of you that are planning to stay anyway. Food is amazing but don't come here for a meal because the bakery is just a bakery. It's a diabetic's nightmare because everything is DELICIOUS. Options are also changing daily so if you see something you want try, you better scoop it up right away because it probably won't be available the next time you stop in. I usually come on weekends but the few times I've stopped in during the week (usually mornings) they have had quiches and savory(ish) scones which I really like, but have never seen on weekends. I'm not sure if they have them and just run out, or if it's just a week day thing. But if they served meal-food here, I'd probably move in so maybe it works out for the best. Lastly, and reason number 27,354 you need to stop in is the set up. Pretty simple but it doesn't have that cluttered coffee shop vibe that I hate when I go to Starbucks and have, like, 3 square feet to myself. There are options for studying (tables and rigid chairs you can't fall asleep in) or lounging/socializing (couches and.. well, what more do you need besides couches?). Also lots of outlets but you'll be fighting students (myself, included) for them. In addition, they have toys / games / books for children (or inner children) to play with. And rabbits every where! Who isn't happy when surrounded by rabbits! If you're not convinced to throw away your starbucks and come here instead, then I'll know who to blame when they actually do take over the world. Final note: parking is on the street (metered) and they are closed on Sundays.

My wife and I have been here a number of times. Very nice selection of snackerals and unique Italian sodas. Coffee is very good and worth a little extra time for them to make. This isn't Starbucks, and it's not trying to be. Just a nice cheery little funky spot in downtown Greensburg. I will say however, if hipsters make you queezy, take care, this place attracts them like a patchouli scented e-cigarette.
