Hidden gem! I came across this place by recommendation. They seem short staffed. So the time it takes for someone to get to you is a little discouraging. But it's totally worth the wait! The specials are amazing! This is a place where you don't have to be scared to venture outside your comfort zone! Here, they buy everything from their produce, to the art work on their walls locally. Can't wait to go back.

I always enjoy coming to Evolution Grille for lunch. Food is always fresh and made to order. I had the chicken salad sandwich with french fries. The deserts are delectable too! I had the lemon berry cake with whip cream on the side. Look forward to going back again!

Really good food, great service, nice little gem in our area. I had pistachio chicken and Alfredo on homemade noodles. I also had tiramisu. And it was amazing!! My fiance had filet with noodles and it was also very good.

So happy to see another high quality and family oriented restaurant in the area! Evolution Grille has only been around for about 5 years and they have a new location but this is definitely a place you want to check out. The food is simple but so full of flavor that you wonder why you can make it at home. All of the food was homemade and creative in their ingredients. For example, they did Jalapeno bacon mashed potatoes today for their features and it was mild in heat but the flavor was dynamite. They have a large menu and with so many things that sound so great that I had a really hard time picking what I wanted... my eyes were way to big for my body but we left happy. So many unique but great additions to normal things we eat every day and we will definitely be back. Oh, when you go in... ask what their daily butter flavor is...today was amaretto :)

One of our favorite spots in the Sarver area! Chef Mike is creative and conscientious, and he passes that same attitude on to his attentive staff. Customer service is an absolute priority here, but so are unique, healthy, and delicious dishes. The salmon specials are always my go to, but even the simple crispy chicken salad is incredibly well done. Love their ever evolving (see what I did there?) house made salad dressings and butters. Don't miss the creme brûlée! I think my favorite part about Evolution Grille is that their produce and proteins are largely sourced locally, so when you visit this restaurant you are supporting multiple small and local businesses.

Went on a very busy Saturday night without reservations our fault they were so accommodating and we had a table in a reasonable time. Its BYOB no corkage fee. Our server was excellent food came at a reasonable wait.....seafood primavera was OK not great noodles homemade and a little sticky. Beef tips over noodles were great per my husband as well as short ribs from our friend...excellent homemade pierogi. Overall I think this is a great place that will get even better over time I will return and try lunch and breakfast

Love love love Evolution Grille. We've been here twice now, and it is definitely a highlight in an area with a lot of pizza joints and Chinese Buffets. Jamie was our waitress both times and she is absolutely delightful! Everything we've eaten here was great: salads with house-made dressing, stuffed mushroom app, cranberry pin wheels, pastas, swordfish with hummus?!?. I especially loved my chicken pasta with brie and cranberries (a combination I had never encountered before). I haven't checked the wine/beer list, but I would love to try one of their tasting dinners. I really appreciate finding a place that takes so many risks with such delicious results!

Family dinner on a Saturday night at Evolution Grille. We got the table by the door and were served with warm bread with their delicious coffee (or cocoa) butter. We started with a Jalepeno Jelly Baked Brie that came with crackers. It could have been hotter but was tasty - not spicy at all. My entree was a salmon with sauteed spinach topped with lump crabmeat, served with their vegetable of the day (carrots and green beans) and mashed potatoes. My husband got their beer soaked brat. Both were solid - well cooked and satisfactory - nothing out of the ordinary. The three other people also enjoyed their entrees. We didn't get dessert as we were all full. The price was reasonable, service was excellent and food was good and dependable. Good place to go before a movie.

I've lived in the area for 3 years and had yet to try this place so driving by one day decided to stop in on a whim. The decore of the restaurant is pretty and well maintained. I ordered the special of the day which was a turkey and bacon sandwich on flat bread with a side of fries. The sandwich was good but the fries were awesome! They were hot from the frier and fresh cut with the skin still on them, my favorite fry!

Honestly, I've never had anything bad here. Menu is always changing and fresh. The owners (head chef and wife) are usually always there and always super friendly. Atmosphere is good for a small group or for a romantic dinner. It's BYOB, so don't be shy about bringing a wine to pair with your meal (no uncorking fee or anything silly). It's absolutely worth trying out if you are looking for something different.

Having 2 kids doesn't let us get out for a meal very often where I don't have to cut someone else's meat. When a babysitter is available and we have a few extra $$$ we call Evolution Grille for reservations. Chef Mike and his kitchen staff always have some amazing specials and never say no to a little tweak to make it just the way we like. Wait staff is very attentive but not to much. Courtney always makes us feel at home and greets every customer like they are a long lost friend. We always enjoy ourselves with the delicious food and the great atmosphere at Evolution Grille. Bonus to the BYOB option too!

Great food and byob. Gotta love it. Decor and lighting could use improvement, but the food will make you forget about it. I've been there about 20 times and would recommend making sure the owner/chef is there because when he's not, it's just average.

We took my mom for lunch for her birthday and the food and the service were excellent. My dad and I both had the smoked salmon on ciabatta with root fries. We were raving about our meal all day to anyone that would listen. My mom had the chicken salad croissant with veggies and was more than pleased with her meal as well. Looking forward to going back and trying out more.

One of my newest fav places and so worth the hour drive! My husband, father-in-law and myself tried this place after reading reviews on urbanspoon. The location is eh.. but after that everthing else is superb. We sampled hommade pirogi's from the owner Michael's, Grandmother that were so good we brought a half dozen home. the bread and butter was good.. the salad dressing was homemade and the pasta made fresh! They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed and you could tell the chef cooks with passion.. oh and did I mention that its BYOB?? and they only charge 1 buck corkage?! Oops ALMOST forgot dessert.. housemade apple cheese cake Now I am a HUGE cheesecake fan and I can say that this was just about the best cheesecake I have ever eaten... Support local- EAT HERE!!!

The fish sandwich was sublime, not too big and a very nice presentation. The pretzel with roast beef was very tasty it comes with mustard, however it should be ordered with horseradish.

After hearing rave reviews about this place I ate there with a friend for dinner one night. My main dish was chicken with homemade pasta and garlic sauce. The chicken was beyond dry and the sauce was so heavy and over seasoned with nutmeg that it was not eatable. Fast forward 6 months and my husband and I decided to eat there before seeing a show and give it a second chance. WORST MISTAKE EVER! We ended up paying almost $40 for food I wouldn't let a starving dog eat. The homemade pasta was raw and the scallops undercooked. The jerk chicken sandwich, that the menu said was made with a chicken breast, was less than two ounces of what I can only describe as seasoned chicken skin. Our waiter said that the only food NOT made in-house was the bread. THAT WAS THE ONLY FOOD WORTH EATING! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. When we told the waiter that the chicken was missing he said the chef said to take off half the cost of the sandwich! Are you kidding me???? $40 and that was with some of the cost removed? The worst part may have been when I actually caught sight inside the kitchen doors when the hostess was holding open the door to talk. The kitchen looked digustingly dirty. I actually feel lucky to have made it out of there without food poisoning!

After hearing my boyfriend's parents rave about this place, we all finally went to dinner here last night. Our server was awesome and I loved the fact that you could bring your own bottle(s) of wine. We started with the polenta and stuffed portabella appetizers. Both were great. The polenta was hot (temperature-wise) and the portabella was seasoned well. Both my boyfriend and I are vegetarians and we like to split entrees, so he got the spanakopita and I got the banana pepper pasta (no shrimp). The pasta sauce tasted like it was homemade. It was flavorful and creamy. The spanakopita was okay. Everyone else in our party was extremely happy with their entrees (which included two other pasta dishes and an order of the tuna). For dessert, boyfriend got the bread pudding and I got the almond cake. Both were delicious. Once again, the entire party was happy with their choices. All in all, great hole-in-the-wall joint outside of the city. I would be happy to go there again, especially in the spring, when their menu options change.

Ate here for the first time today. Had a fish sandwich with root fries (rutabaga and other root veggies). Liked it, but the fish was a tad overcooked. My guest had baked haddock stuffed with feta and spinach and was delighted with it.

Ate in once with my girlfriend...it was pretty good. Called in an order tonight and paid $18.00 for 4 pieces of shrimp and a bunch of linguini a couple snap peas and a couple carrots. Why such a difference in service when you sit down - I call it highway robbery.
