Totally loved it. Had beer and an array of apps that were awesome. Server, Victoria, was friendly, funny and able to suggest things we liked. Ended up loving the beef kebab, chicken wings and a quirky but ridiculously delicious hot soft pretzel with a creamy crab infused sauce atop. Fair pricing on exceptionally good food, served by a smiling and effusive employee. Will be back. Hope to try a full dinner in the future. FIVE STARS, of course!

Food is very good, Clean place and friendly staff... It's a little too loud for my comfort so therefore I go later in the night when the loud crowd leaves! The owners are super friendly and treat the patrons as if they known us for yrs...They know what they're doing! It's cool. Def check it out!

I really like food in this place. We've been here several times already and it only opened 6 months ago. This trip, I thought I would splurge and order the most expensive item on the menu...a real surf and turf. The filet was perfect and the lobster delicious. Two side and a salad, too, so I left feeling very full and satisfied. They have such a wide variety of starter and menu items that you are sure to find something you will love. I definitely recommend The Pour House American Grille and will be returning again soon!

Enjoyed this newly opened restaurant. Service was attentive and pleasant, dinner was prompt and done to perfection, there were plenty of TVS if you're there to watch games and if not loved the selection of music piped in the speakers that wasn't too loud but you could actually hear it. Last night it was more adult type: Harry Connick Jr. , Sinatra, etc. Clean and tastefully decorated. Nice work! Oh and on the other side of the dining room there was live music - nice 1 person band!

Great New Restaurant & Bar . Great service and food . I really enjoyed the design of the place. The Bar is in the middle and splits the room into a dinning room and a bar lounge that has windows and low top tables. The owner Marty is hands on and was making sure everything looked and tasted great. The service was very good and i loved the tray service and table side shaker for my cocktail. Great attention to detail. I really was blown away. Cant wait to try more items on the fab and fresh menu. Welcome this great new spot with a visit.

Food SUCKED, OK service, AMATUER OWNER. Attended for a private party for which we preordered our food. Waitress came around and took everyone's orders again. Food took over an hour to arrive and even then not everyone received their food. I felt bad for the waitress, there was only one waitress for 40 people. After an hour and a half a guy at the party simply asked what they delay in receiving his food was because everyone else was done eating and the owner kicked him out. ASSHOLE! They will fail unless they learn some basic cooking and customer service skills. Don't waste your time!

The filet mignon melts in your mouth! You won't leave hungry or disappointed. Time for dessert.

Nice venue very attentive staff. It is loud in there however, and we strained to hear the dinner specials, or even each other speak. Dinner portions are very small. My steak was tiny. Wife had a jalapeño crab salad. Basically iceberg lettuce and very little crab. Nice wine and beer selection, and for a party, I'm sure it would be a fun place.

Big group, all the food ordered was tasty. The pace of the service was casual. Plan on having time to talk.

So first the good, our server, she was very attentive and nice. The wait for food was a little long, seeing as there were only 4 tables of people but it was not something that would keep me from coming back. What will keep me from going back is the food. I had a shrimp & Scallop salad. The shrimp were decent size but it looked AND tasted like they were 4 days old. The scallops were under-cooked and had no flavor. Note to chef, salt and pepper go a long way. Same for my girlfriend, she had a flat iron steak sandwich. The caremlized onions were good, the fries were really good but the steak had 0 flavor. Had the crab balls for an appetizer and they were basically a ball of deep fried filler with a small amount of crab meat inside. Save the money and go somewhere else.

My first experience here was great. It definitely won't be my last trip to this establishment. There so many choices that captured my attention. I wasn't sure what to choose. Since it was early in the day, my wife and I opted for lighter fare. You MUST try the crab pretzel! The shrimp pro' boy was superb and the wild mushroom and spinach salad was excellent. I'm glad to see a restaurant back at the corner of 73 & 12 that is worth visiting.

Decided to finally try this place. Food was ok, but overpriced. The food was also on the cold side. The service when we got there was ok, but by the end of our meal, the waitress was nowhere to be found. Took 40 minutes to get our check paid. Will try somewhere else next time.

Awesome atmosphere, beer, and live music. The Grass-fed hanger steak was delicious and so was the baby kale salad!

Something new and interesting in Berks. Carefully prepared and varied choices on the menu. Service was attentive and our dessert at the end of the meal was beautifully plated. I'll be back.

Great food, fun times. Management and staff are great and they don't put up with disrespectful people. Been here 3 times and every time the food has been excellent. If your looking for good food and music give them a try, if your looking to be disrespectful try the pike!

OK so I never ever bitched about a place ever. But I called ahead for seating for 4 people. The place was busy but not swamped. I must say I was far from impressed. I took my neighbors there for a different local experience and boy did it bomb. So we got there at 800 did not get salad for 45 min but did get 1 beer 5 minutes after walking in. Did not get the second one because the waitress did not come back till the salad came. I ordered a Cesar salad and it came out with a small dish of dressing. Our food did not come for a additional 45 min. My steak and my neighbors steak came out rarer then rare could be. 3 minutes on my home grill one 1 side. I was very not happy. I could eat a rare steak no problem but that was horrible. The steak came out beyond fatty and well under cooked. I paid 140+ and got a 30 dollar gift card but that don't mean nothing for me. I will never go back. Sorry for the rant but that was nasty nasty nasty. I was not happy.

Service was not very good. The place was empty and it took more than 1/2 hr to get our food. Everything we ate was salty. Mash potatoes was dry. The fries were ok. The buffalo chicken was good. Thought we gave it a try.

Our family decided to try The Pour House out to celebrate my grandfather's 80th birthday. Our server was extremely polite even though we asked to split the check between three parties. Everyone in our party of 12 enjoyed their meal which ranged from crab cakes to ribs. We were allowed to bring our own cake which they graciously kept refrigerated for us, presented it to our table, and joined in singing to my grandpa. After they even took the cake back to cut and serve it to us. As a server I know how tough waiting on larger tables can be but our waitress (I wish I remembered her name!) was attentive throughout our meal and helped make our first experience at The Pour House very enjoyable!

Tried the pour house because it was the new restaurant in town and heard great reviews. But the service my family and I received was terrible. Took 20 minutes to get menus and drinks. Food took over 45 minutes and was not tasty at all. Prices are way too high. BBQ sauce was absolutely terrible. On the other hand, the owner was extremely friendly and asked us to come back once they worked out the kinks. We haven't decided if we want to return.
