Mediocre food, not many vegetarian options. Great oysters, and buck a shuck Wednesdays. LOVE the extensive selection of beers, both drafts and bottles! However, the last two times I've gone here to eat, I've ordered a draft beer from a particular brewery of which they had more than one variety on draft, and received the kind I did NOT order, even when trying to clarify which style beer I intended to order. Super frustrating.

This place was okay, but not somewhere I would go back again. For dinner here, I had a Grilled Shrimp Flatbread, not thinking it would be very spicy. Well, I was wrong. It was flaming hot! So I had fries for most of my dinner until we called the waitress back to order their Grilled Three Cheese sandwich, minus the onions. That did turn out better. The other meal that we had was a California Burger, which was very good. Go for the beer, oysters, and burgers. Not anything else on the menu.

Really cool atmosphere. Food was excellent, I had two appetizers on my two visits and they were delicious and well portioned. Saw a few other dishes from people sitting near me, everything looked really good. Excellent beer selection and really cool digital boards to keep you up to date on what's on tap. A 21st century spin on the old chalk board. Staff was very friendly and attentive, would certainly recommend this place for dinner or just to grab a drink.

We visited on Wednesday, July 3 around 7pm. We had about a 1/2 hour wait, which I expected. Once we got our drinks from the very busy bar, we sat outside and enjoyed the "view" (parking lot). The bad news: Bartender was clueless and very unfriendly. In fact, when she was asked for a mixed drink (not a draught beer) she asked someone at the bar for the recipe, who rolled her eyes dramatically, and then proceeded to get the drink wrong. Twice. Study a basic bartending book, girl, and your friend at the bar too! Then, change your attitude. Smile. You are in the service industry. You have to work for those tips. The good news: The burgers were quite good. I had "The Second Coming" (not sure if it was worth $14.99, but it was yummy) and others in my party had Bacon Blue and a Bacon Cheeseburger (they forgot the bacon and brought it out separately). Fries were cold. Our waitress was very sweet, as fast as she could be, and apologetic. Bar was very slow getting our drinks to our table for that all important second round. Like other reviewers have said, they just opened and are working out some kinks. I will give them another try.

My go to spot aka Cheers, the short rib gravy cheese fries are life changing, fish tacos awesome and the selection of beers..... My favorite! Only downside is trying to find an open seat at the bar. Good problem to have I guess.

I forget which comedian said it but he was asking how one would explain Appetizers to starving 3rd world countries. " Yeah, we'll its kind of the meal you eat before you eat your meal..." A crazy concept. At home, if I so much as eat a saltine cracker beforehand, my dinner is ruined, but when we go out we can't shove enough in our mouth. So I was meeting a friend , who lives by Exton and after checking Yelp, we agreed on The Pour House. As we entered, I realized that this is where Cheeseburger in Paradise used to be. I felt that Pour House is definitely an upgrade, before I even left the lobby. Nice, wide open place perfectly lit, with ample TVs. You get a massive list of draft and bottled beers. Our comely waitress came to the table so quickly that I had to send her away so I could study the beer list(s). I settled on a Lagunitas Brown Sugga on draft, which I was disappointed in. The name and description let me to believe that it would be on the sweet side, but it was a little citrusy and bitter. My friend got a bottled Vanilla Porter that I chose as my second beer. It was wonderful. So back to the subject of Apps. PH has the usual suspects of the Nacho/ wing variety but they also have a section of mini apps, which were perfectly portioned and priced. We ordered the pretzel bites, which were nothing more than store bought in the freezer section but served with a great cheese dip and the chips and dip which seemed to be store made kettle chips with French onion dip. Again, while sparse and simple I found it to be a perfect appetizer and we had both for under $8. I'm pretty sure I saw cocktail weenies on the menu too. That's a win. It seems their other specialty besides beer and light bites are Burgers. This was all part of the plan. There were so many good ones to choose from. Every time I saw one and decided it was for me, I scanned further and had to change my mind. I discarded my usual advice of keeping it simple the first time around by getting their signature " The Second Coming " burger. This decision was made once my friend said he was paying, ha! The burger was great. I'm not normally the kind of person to eat a burger with knife and fork but I couldn't pick this sucker up. I forget all that was on it but it was a delicious mess. I saved some of the pretzel cheese for my fries which was a fantastic idea with regards to Chickie and Pete's. Overall, the Pour House experience was a winner, without putting us in the Poor House. ( see what I did there?). If definitely return again and again if this were in my neighborhood.

I come here often with my family or if I have relatives visiting from out of town. The food is nothing special but the beer selection is amazing. I normally go for the wings and the burgers cause that's where they excel at. The service is prompt and fast and yes they have good looking waitreses serving your food. Redstar across the street has the same concept but it's really hard to get a seat there at least here you can be seated promptly. Over all it's good for Families. I come here for the buck a shock oysters and it's s great deal and very fresh. But over all it's just okay to me..

My long-suffering wife and I had a pleasant lunchtime meal on a Saturday afternoon. The hour was half past one, and so the crowd wasn't especially intense; but it was clearly a well trafficked establishment. Service was brisk and courteous. The decor was fine, and aimed decidedly at the bar crowd. The bar itself dominates the space and seems a friendly place, although we were seated at a table. The beer menu, as many have reported, is indeed impressive; bewilderingly so. It takes considerable time to work ones' way through it, but the waitress pointed out some of the day's special, which made the task much easier. Sipping an IPA, I perused the menu and quickly settled on a burger -- the Belgian Burger which includes white cheese, mustard, bacon and a brioche bun. My wife had the Southwest Chicken sandwich. The burger was outstanding. Served precisely as ordered, medium well, the quality of the meat was excellent, and the seasoning was quite good. The Southwest Chicken was less impressive, consisting merely of a chicken breast with a bit of cheese and salsa poured on the top. It wasn't objectionable; but certainly nothing special. Service was quick and pleasant. I would be pleased to return from time to time.

This place is BEST for: -- Craft beer lovers. Beer selection is amazingly outstanding, including some hard to find beer. Great for craft beer snobs (or wannabes). -- Group gatherings. If you like the crowds this is your place. Patience is still needed for peak hours. -- Company and/or friends Happy Hours, with people who love beer. This places is DECENT for: -- Food. Nothing would blow you away, except for burger. The burgers are good. --Décor. Again, nothing special, but pleasant enough. This place is NOT good for: -- Non-beer drinkers. You won't find much of a selection and end up hating it here. -- If you don't like crowded places - especially during peak hours. The place is packed! I love this place because I found myself coming here when I'm in need of a good beer. If that's ALL you need, This is THE place to go.

Solid beer menu and food, however even though the food it always good, it's always inconsistent. I used to love their harvest salad but after the 3rd or 4th time, the salad didn't come out the same way the last 3 times before they discontinued it. I brought it up to the staff's attention the first time but that didn't rectify anything. Now, same thing with the Mexican Ceasar salad: it was awesome the first 3 times I got it, and the past 2 times, it's just not the same salad even though the recipe on the menu hasn't changed. Given that it's owned by PJ Welihans, it's not surprising since PJ's food is SO bad, but it's a little annoying nonetheless.

All the TV screens surrounding this establishment grabbed my attention as I walked in. I was able to read the beer's on tap on one of the screens over the bar and I didn't need my glasses. Many great craft beers on tap!

First time, not the place for a wine drinker! 6 choices. Great beer choices. Nice service, thanks Lexi! Not too hungry so I split a Second Coming Burger with my hubby. Very small not a ton of flavour and the shoe string fries weren't that hot. I did start with 4 blue point oysters. They were aMazing! So beer and oysters. That's what I recommend.

Meh. Went to The Pour House on Sunday for a late lunch with a group of friends. We waited a short time for a large table. Before being seated, we were able to get a round of drinks at the bar. Great selection of craft beers; not such a good selection of "common" beers. Alagash White was served without its customary orange slice. The Bloody Mary was real good, however, the bartender completely flubbed the margarita. The person who ordered the margarita switched to Miller Lite, but got a second bad margarita. This one came in a tall glass and was also loaded with orange juice. Bartenders obviously need some training on cocktails. Pulling beer from a tap or cooler doesn't require mixology talent, though. Apps came out pretty quickly, but in stages. Several folks ordered oysters and they were sent out on two trays. We asked that they take them back and break them up by individual. Don't really think we got what we ordered, but what we got was good. Most of the table ordered burgers... One diner's burger never came out. By the time we caught our server, everyone was finished, so we had it removed from the bill. The last round of bottled beer was warm. The manager came to the table... She was a little defensive, but did comp the margaritas. With so many good to great restaurants offering craft beers, this mediocre one won't have me hurrying back. It was completely average. Meh.

Okay. Got some great craft beers and ordered the maple bourbon wings w honey and ginger. When they came out the wings were good, but didn't taste like maple, honey, or ginger. I had almost ordered the smoked porter wings, and these tasted very smokey. Informed the waitress who was very courteous about it, and she took them away, only to come back and say that the kitchen was making us another order, but they Were the right wings. Now they weren't bad by any means, but I think I know what maple, bourbon, honey and ginger taste like versus straight smokeyness. Waitress was still pretty nice, but either the kitchen was mistaken, or they have a terrible recipe for maple bourbon wings.

I went into the Pour House last night at the recommendation of a friend at work. I was in town for business. The atmosphere was good, the decor was really cool, and the music selection was great. I had the Steamer Plate, which I must say was excellent. Also had the Zippy Chick sandwich, recommended by my waitress Devon. It was top quality. The Special Fries, which are crinkle cut with Old Bay seasoning were a bit much. I had tow beers, also recommended by Devon, and they were great. Overall wonderful dinner experience! Will definitely be back, and will recommend to others visiting the Exton area.

Great beer list, excellent burgers. Staff is very nice. Two stars off for discriminatory practices against minors sitting at bar with parent. State law says it's ok but you decide it is not? That's age discrimination. You can't do it, just as you can't decide on your own to not let someone of a certain race or someone in a wheelchair sit at the bar because just you feel like it. Please reconsider this policy and treat all customers fairly as law dictates. Will be back soon for burgers and beer and hope to see a change.

My girlfriend and I went here last night after planning on making dinner but just not having the energy to do so. I've only heard of The Pour House from people talking about it's impressive beer list but after reading the reviews on the food, I was a little worried when we walked in. The Pour House, to me, is essentially a giant gastropub with a bunch of TVs. We pulled into a full parking lot and was expecting some sort of a wait but no. Not only we were seated right away, but there were plenty of tables open. The menu is quite large, both literally and figuratively, with the burgers taking center stage. As for the beer list, the 20 or so brews on draft featured a great selection of both local and seasonal offerings. With being located in such a hot bed for craft breweries, I always love seeing a tap list filled with local support. For dinner we started off with the pretzel bites and cheese. Living in Philly I see this quite often on bar menus but I can safely say that The Pour House is the only place I've been to that has these appropriately priced. The pretzels were great, just hard enough on the outside and just soft enough on the inside, and not overloaded with salt. The cheese was good, but I feel like it could have had a little more flavor to it. For our main course, both my girlfriend and I got burgers. She got the Belgian burger and I ordered the Bacon Blue burger with mushrooms added in. They came out relatively quickly. For me, I couldn't have been happier. The burger was nice and juicy, and the amount of toppings sitting atop it was just the right amount. The brioche bun was soft and crisp. My girlfriend though felt differently about hers. Nothing really stood out for her and when the burger came out, the bun was completely soggy (thus the reason it only gets 4 stars). I'm not sure what other people have been experiencing service wise but my hostess and server were both great. They were polite, professional and a little personable. They didn't blow me away but they were still great. Overall I would definitely come back here. I don't know if I would make the hike all the way out from Philly, but if I'm ever in the area The Pour House will be on my radar. Judging from the earlier reviews on here, it looks like the place is finely starting to get everything together!

Short rib burger excellent! $11.00 though? Plus an extra $1.00 to change from chips to fries? $12.00 burger... Great selection of beers. Most are expensive - $6 range. But they actually had a special on all Yards beers tonight $4 per... Bartenders and waitresses good. Need better variety of food. Too much overpriced junk food and slim selection of healthy foods. Great place to drink beer though.

Yeah. Great place for good beer. The menu was interesting. I just had a dogfish ale, she crab soup and some fries. I enjoyed what I orders. Went on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Would like to go back to have raw oysters sometime. Seems like it must be a busy place in the evening.

Food was surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly. They have healthier side dish options for kids too, which is such a nice change, such as fresh veggies, applesauce, etc. Would return!

My wife tried to talk me out of taking us here tonight after reading the early reviews, but I insisted we go. I am glad I am stubborn. Walked in to a packed house...30 minute wait. That's cool...it's Friday night at 6:30 and I expected a wait. What I did not expect was a nice young girl coming by and take my drink order while I am waiting for a table...yup, that just happened. Bad news was it was a separate tab but only negative b/c I didn't have any cash on me except for a couple bucks, which ended up being Marissa's tip. Sat right at 30 minutes and Marissa was our waitress too...bonus. She was super friendly and checked on us numerous times throughout our meal. Losing a star for no kids menu, but I am sure they will develop one. Otherwise, we paid $9 for chicken fingers and sweet potato fries, but the portion was huge, so she has lunch for tomorrow too. Great electronic chalkboards for up to date taps....no selecting a beer only to be told its no longer flowing. Had the pretzel bites for an appetizer and they were salty, piping hot with a killer smoked cheese dip. Not a huge portion, but just the right amount and under $4 is nice. We had the Pour House Deluxe after reading one review, and it was so good, I forgot to take a pic. Seriously....one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. We also shared the mexican chicken salad, which was also very fresh, and not loaded down with dressing. Music is loud and so is the environment, so don't go try getting to know someone over a meal during peak times at this place is my suggestion. No dessert for us this time but maybe next visit, which will be soon enough. This place is going to do very well in this space.

We had a wonderful experience at the Pour House. Excellent food and an incredible beer selection. Ashley made sure our experience was fun and memorable. She not only provided perfect service, but was also warm and funny. She did everything in her power to make sure it was as positive a dining experience as we have had in recent memory. Be sure to request her!

If I were to title this review, it would be "Its OK, But...". To be fair and as an FYI, they just opened. They are most likely just starting to work through some kinks in their system. And I'm sure I will give them another try. But, I have to go by the experience I had. We visited on Wednesday 6/26, smack in the middle of the week. It was still packed (given its a new restaurant), but we fully expected to wait; As I knew they would have a solid beer menu, I didn't mind taking a visit to the bar for a bit prior to dinner. In this regard, they didn't disappoint. The beer menu is a big screen TV stretching across the top of the bar showing about 30 draft beers to choose from. What I was extremely happy about (besides the quality selection) was the price. Most of the beers were in the $5-6 range, which is completely reasonable if not inexpensive for craft brews. Unfortunately, for the 15 minutes between when I decided what I wanted and our pager went off for our table, I was unable to get a bartender. Not a one. Three were on the one side of the bar, and the bartender who I believe was supposed to be covering my corner where I waited with another 4-5 people was too busy flirting with a guy at the far end (who, lucky for him, had a beer in hand). Once I got to my table I was able to order a beer quickly enough, and our waitress apologized for the wait. The Imperial IPA was outstanding... And yes, worth the wait. I had the Korean BBQ wings for an appetizer. Even though they were busy, they came out VERY hot, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant advertises its oyster nights; If they have wing nights, it would be worth a visit as well. However, we get to my salad, the fried chicken salad. To say it had no flavor would be to offend flavorless foods. The chicken was dry and without flavor, and the dressing tasted like someone thickened water with flour. If it wasn't for the fact we wanted to take advantage of a break between storm systems to get home, I probably would have sent it back. So the visit was "OK, But...". The beer selection was outstanding.... But good luck getting a bartender (unless you're a single male). Some food was good, but... Other items should go back from whence they came. The Pour House could be a great addition in Exton... But, its got a LONG way to go to get there IMHO.

I went there early this year during one of those awful snow storms...they were open which was awesome. I had the Fall Harvest salad and it was so good I can't forget about it which is why I'm writing this months after the fact. I had a cider beer which was also delicious. I am vegan as well and they do have a black bean burger which I would be interested in trying if I cared about anything but their salad haha it is that good

Pretty sure they're owned by the same company that owns PJ's in Downingtown. They also look the same. The difference is the Pour House is heavy on the burgers. What worries me is that there's no creativity on the menu. Sure there are crazy burgers and toppings but that takes a cook to, literally, cook it. You could train a monkey to prepare a burger. BUT this is completely off topic as I did not have a burger nor do I go to restaurant bars often. So here's the fair review. I had a shrimp & asparagus salad. Little bits of shrimp, tasted frozen, among a huge plate of arugula. The greens overpowered everything. This was an arugula salad with shrimp, egg, bacon add-ons. In conclusion, it's bar food. Don't expect anything more from the kitchen.

The Pour House just opened, replacing the former Cheeseburger in Paradise in Exton, PA. I was very excited because I love a good craft beer selection, and theirs is amazing. I got the "Sour in the Rye" beer from The Bruery and it was out of this world. I also sampled "Black and Blue" by Dogfish Head and that was delicious as well. We went at 6pm on a Thursday and even though the place was packed, my girlfriend and I were seated right away. We skipped appetizers and went right for our entrees. I ordered the "Pour House Deluxe" burger, which was a mixture of beef brisket, short rib, and chuck, topped with american cheese and bacon marmalade. I'm writing this review the day after and I still can't stop thinking about that burger. It might be the best burger I've ever had, seriously. The patty itself (I ordered it medium-well) was so flavorful I couldn't believe it. And bacon marmalade should be a staple at every restaurant, that stuff is incredible. I give the burger 5 stars! My girlfriend ordered the "Strawberry & Pea" salad. She was unimpressed, said the mint overpowered everything and that the sugar snap peas made it difficult to eat. For dessert, we ordered the fried s'mores!!! In theory, this should've been amazing, but in execution it was lacking. They were overdone (very deep brown and too crispy) and you could almost wring the oil from them. They were tasty, but the s'mores inside were really thin. I think if they added a little more filling and fried them just a tad less they have the potential to be amazing. Overall, our experience was very pleasurable. Very nice waitstaff and service, and we were impressed with how quickly our food was done given the large crowd. We really like the design and layout of the new restaurant and will definitely go back. I'll have a hard time ordering something else because I know how darn good that burger is, but can't wait to try something different. And of course, I look forward to seeing how their craft beer selection changes.

I went in with low expectations about getting anything vegetarian not to mention good vegetarian. I was shocked when I got the black bean burger. It was probably one of the best vegetarian burgers that I have ever had. I randomly selected the Mary Maple Porter to go with it and the pairing was perfect. I can't rave enough about the food. I'll be back

The only reason this gets four stars is because nothing is good on the menu besides the burgers and raw bar. This being said - after trying the mayo water salad (ug) and giving it another shot we love this place. Oysters - fantastic! Burgers (and I normally don't order burgers unless I'm in a hurry) great! We love buck a shuck night! They have a wide his and hers selection! (Small for her large for him). The waitstaff Is also great! Very friendly upbeat place to spend a casual evening out.

New placed just opened owned by PJ Willihans. My first impression, this place is not as loud and it's a bit more sophisticated than Pjs. They have a huge beer selection and a large burger menu. I had one of the signature burgers, it was very high quality. Service was friendly and fast. I would return, planning to stop by again this week in fact.

We were excited to try this new place after having read about the beer selection. We needed to be in Exton to do some shopping with our children, so it seemed the perfect opportunity. However, they don't have a children's menu. No placemats. No crayons. We come prepared, but The Pour House could learn a thing or two from Iron Hill about keeping kids happy so their parents can enjoy their food and beer (and hence order more of it). The first thing we wanted to do was sample some of the beers we'd never tried (or even heard of before). However, they limit the table to three samples. Ok, I can live with that, but the samples were so tiny that my husband and I couldn't both get a mouthful of each. So I ordered impulsively and was only so-so on my $8 beer. Then the food was so completely average. I really wanted a salad, but I don't like arugula, and every salad had arugula (except the fried chicken salad -- fried chicken salad???). The fish tacos were bland, and their signature burger was completely unremarkable. The fish tacos came with a side of tortilla chips. No salsa, just chips. They were oily, for one thing, and for another, who eats plain tortilla chips? We paid $2 extra for sweet potato fries with the burger. Again, nothing to write home about. Some other reviewers say they'll go back. I won't. There are other places with just as enticing beers with MUCH better food. My husband left feeling really demoralized. We thought this was going to be an independent restaurant, and it felt like an Appleby's with good beer. Independent brewers are all about bucking convention, and this place seemed to cater to it, as if we wouldn't know the difference.

Positive: The craft beer selection is extensive, a little heavy on the IPA's and wheat beers (like most American pubs), but well-poured and cold. The great western burger was quite good: great flavor, big, cooked as ordered. However, the 'shoe string' fries are nothing special, just your typical thin frozen fries, fried and topped with garlic salt and pepper. Negative: Very loud, poor acoustics and music blasting (again like most American pubs). They are attempting to create a more gastropub version of P.J. Whelihans, but it doesn't quite measure up due to a lack of creativity and complexity in the menu.

I went to pour house last night and was highly impressed!!! I sat at the bar and couldn't decide what I wanted. I had an awesome bartender named Meghan . I am not a beer person but I was trying to impress the boy I was with. She recommend flower power...awesome beer with a kick!! I had a few. Can't wait for buck a shuck Wednesdays she told me about!! Awesome bar, GREAT burger and wonderful service. So excited!!

It just opened, so I will be giving it a second chance, but wow...what an awful experience! First, we enter to the welcoming committee of four hostesses. Four hostesses on a Monday lunch? Really? Interesting... We get our tiny table, now I know I shouldn't complain given that I work in restaurants and know there is a rhyme and reason for seating the way it is done. But, not on a Monday swing shift. Our waitress was nice, friendly...but this must be her first serving job. I was in shock at how bad of a waitress she was though. Serving is hard work, but it's a cake walk between 2-4, easy money. How could someone screw up so much? I ordered the Shrimp Tacos, my mother ordered pierogies. We weren't drinking, so yes, a small tab. What had to be at least 15-20 minutes, our food comes out, she puts my tacos in front of me, and a weird looking open faced sandwich in front of my mother...huge pieces of avocado and what I assumed was pulled pork, she said "chicken sandwich" So, my mother informs her she had ordered the pierogies, she takes the dish back...I see her put the order in. I have zero clue how you mess that order up...but whatever. I begin to eat my chips and salsa that came with my tacos (GROSS salsa, what is it, just cilantro? Not edible.) I then look at my tacos...where's the shrimp? I realize she had sent me fish tacos. I could have sucked it up, but I'm a shrimp fan...it's what I wanted. I wouldn't order fish tacos because, like this dish appeared, just fish sticks in a taco. So, she takes my plate, I see her ring up my order correctly. So, our food came out more promptly this time. I notice while we are waiting that the manager has to speak to a guest at a table....so I assume there was an issue there as well (different server) Our food orders correct this time, we ate...not impressed, shocked that the manager didn't come apologize at the least (not looking for a hand out, some acknowledgement from management would have been nice though, especially since they were at another table with a different problem) Our check comes, we can see how she rang everything up wrong, but she shows us how she had it deleted. Okay. Horrible service, she did apologize but I mean....it seemed crazy for those mistakes to be made. Maybe that is why she was working lunch and not a busy night. I sure hope she gets some more training. There is nothing wrong with repeating back an order, and making sure you have it correct. I hope her manager tells her that. I will be giving it another shot, because my boyfriend will be thrilled with the beer selection. So, hopefully the next visit will be better. Oh, and loved the decor..it's really a nice looking place.

I really enjoyed my visit to The Pour House last week. You can tell they are still going through some growing pains since somethings aren't exactly polished yet but overall the experience was really nice. I personally got The Pour House Deluxe and it was really good, the bacon marmalade was a little overpowering but the flavor was great and something I personally had never had before. The beer list was impressive and the waitress was very knowledgeable about their selection. The only drawback was the garlic fries appetizer we ordered were a bit mushy because of the massive amount of garlic paste on the fries. Also it seems like there was a bit of a mix up at the frier because a few of the fries were still frozen. Overall it wasn't a big deal and the fries were great. This place is amazing for upperscale burgers and an amazing selection of beers and I would recommend it to anyone.

Paid over $13 for a prime burger that was obviously frozen, servers were great, food just sucked

This place is NOT gluten free friendly. Not much on the menu for GF patrons besides salads (boring) or burgers without a bun. I'd even question how safe those are after my waitress had me order a "gluten free beer" that was labeled as such on their menu. Good thing I decided to look it up online- it says in bold on the company's website that their beer is not recommended for people with celiac. I then asked her to take the beer away (I never even took a sip), then the manager (she couldn't be over 21) came over and insisted on arguing with me that the beer was gluten free. Wow, for a new restaurant to the area you're not concerned with customer service. Horrible. Never going back.

Good food, barely tolerable service. Bartenders need training on how to be friendly when busy.

Had a nice lunch with my husband. The menu had so many good things that it was hard to pick just one thing. The food was really good, our server (she-wish I remember her name) was very genuinely friendly. Not fake and being nice just for a better tip and the decor was very interesting. It made for good conversation after learning that the art on the walls came right from the owners own home collection.. Worth trying.

Ok... It's a standard chain restaurant. The have a huge beer selection if your like beer. Food is very very blah. My burger ordered med rare and was brought out well done. The sandwich that was ordered tasted like a sandwich you buy at cosco take home and thaw out before eating. Service was marginal at best. If you like beer this is the place!!! But eat before you arrive..no sense in wasting good beer with cruddy food. OMG tried a second time.. Even worse

I wanted to try a new spot tonight with the wife so I figured I'd give Pour House a shot. Had the greatest experience there due to our bartender Megan. She was very attentive, friendly, and recommended a great beer, Bellas. I would definitely go back and ask for her again.

The place is upbeat with great layout and decor. Huge beer menu. The food, however, is generic and in my second visit, pretty dismal. The perky waitress could not save the food--a messy yucky mushroom Philly chicken sandwich with unrecognizable cheesy goo and overbearing BBQ sauce of some sort. I think there were 2 mushrooms mixed with overcooked onions. The brownie dessert was okay, but I think even Denny's does a better job. : D. Overall, mediocre, but worth another try. There might be better items on the menu but I suspect this is a better bar than a restaurant.

This has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in the area to eat at. The beer selection is massive! They generally have somewhere around 32 beers on draft including one on cask(hand pump), they also stock around 110 different bottled beers. All amazing craft beers including some very rare treats that are very hard to come by. The food is standard pub fare with burgers and flatbreads and a raw bar accompaniment. I would highly suggest the pour house deluxe burger which is a blend of the three tastiest parts of the cow, this burger needs to be eaten rare. The service is almost always excellent. Huge smiles on the wait and bar staff, gracious beautiful hostess'. Tonight was a rare night for us as I ordered a $26 bottle of beer and after a 30 minute wait the server appeared with a bottle however it was not the bottle I had ordered. It was another 15 minutes or so until the correct beer came out at which point we had to leave and I could not drink the beer. The server was VERY apologetic about the whole thing many times over and had also asked the manager if I could keep a special edition glass my previous beer was served in. Again this is the first time something like this has happened to us at this restaurant. Any of my friends that are into beer I demand venture to this spot with me as it is unparalleled at least locally in its amazing beer selection.

I'll start this on a positve note, my last visit happened to be on their $1 oyster day, and I was impressed with the variety and freshness of the oysters. Remove the oysters and it was a pretty abysmal experience. The service behind the bar was bad. Not welcoming, not friendly or warm, just there. As far as the menu is concerned I decided on a burger that had bacon marmalade on it. It was $14 or $15 but the write-up seemed impressive so I decided to go for it. I ordered it Medium and a little over twenty minutes later the tall bartender dropped it off as she walked by. No comments, no 'here's your burger' or 'can I get you anything else?', just a walk-by drop-off. I look down and it had that perfect, uniform circle shape that gives you the immediate impression, "This wasn't made in house". I cut into it and its completely well-done through and through. After taxes and tip I'm paying $20 for this thing, if you can't cook it right you don't get to charge $14 or $15 for a burger simple as that. If either bartender spent maybe 30-45 seconds to make me feel somewhat welcome, showed some personality or at least acted like they wanted to be there and if that burger was like $10-12 I would have had a completely different impression on the place, but I doubt I'll be back.

I tried the pour house today. I'd say if you want a decent selection of beers and an app go for it but as a restaurant it was mediocre at best. The service was slow and the food was just average. I'd say if those two things don't improve they may share the same fate as Cheeseburger in Paradise.

We finally got to try this place that replaced Margaritaville or whatever it was called that was there before. My girlfriend and I almost always just sit at the bar and order something we can split. Well the bartender here, Kristy her name was, is just awful at bar tending. I had to flag her down to just get her to get us drinks. Then flag her down again to get another round, and again to have her give us menu's and again to have her take our order. We got this buffalo chicken flat bread that was awful. The just dumped the bottle of hot sauce on it. We actually saw the guy doing it. I was like please don't let that be our pizza. The rest of the place wasn't much better and they serve the beers in these stupid glasses that are 11 ounces. Why not just make it 12 ounces? Or give me a real glass. I am a big boy I can handle it. We won't be back here again. The owners really need to watch the bartenders here and train them. They are the worst I have seen in a long time. If not the only Pour House these owners will know is a real Poor House when they go bankrupt from this place.

Traveling on business and had a great time sitting at the bar conversing and enjoying some wonderful craft brews. The detail provided to make my beer selection was awesome and the flat breads were right on. Appreciated the wonderful atmosphere away from home and wish Tampa had a restaurant like The Pour House!

Really nice beer selection. Better than the usual bar fare plus an oyster bar. Favorite so far is the Carolina pulled pork tacos.

Wow! That's my thought...we went last night (Friday), waited maybe 20 mins for a table. The French fry appetizer "fries with cheese and short rib gravy" was unbelievable! OMG! A huge portion the three of us shared. Also had the perogies, 4 to the plate. They weren't anything incredible. Also had the soft pretzel bite appetizer that came with a beer/cheese dipping sauce that was very good. For dinner my Pour House deluxe burger had to probably be the best darn burger I've ever had! Charbroiled, and a huge patty that just oozed juicieness with plenty of cheese on a warm brioche bun. It is served with house made potato chips. Fries are an added charge if you want them in place of the chips. Their fries are really good and may even be house cut--fresh...not the battered/crispy crap a lot of restaurants are using. The others in the group had the chuck/short rib/beef patty burger. It has a name I forget...but very tasty too! Of course there must be a hundred beer selections, though, not a beer fan myself. My vodka/7 was real good...a nice pour. Good service...and the decor is fantastic!

I loved the decor. We almost left because of the yawn inducing menu, but decided to give it a chance. My wife found the shrimp po boy salty and the fries, which are an upcharge, (tacky) cold. My bratwurst burger was a good idea, but was a greasy mess, and the sauerkraut was a brown cooked to mush slop that added to this mess of a sandwich. And again, if you're gonna upcharge for fries, they'd better be remarckable. If this were 20$ instead of 30$ we might've gone back. If this restaurant is gonna survive this location , the quality and value need to happen. It takes more than big TVs and waitresses in skin tight clothes to succeed, ( not that i mind skin tight pants!) *** Just noted that another reviewer thought it was owned by the same people as PJ Whelians. If I'd known that i never would have tried this place.

Visited the Pour House three times during the first 11 days it was open including a late lunch on opening day (Monday) and a busy Thursday night that was Game 7 of the NBA finals. Unfortunately each successive visit was worse than the previous one. The bottom line is, that in my experience, the kitchen could not even make a hamburger properly after three tries on our last visit. Ordered medium, the first time it was burnt, the second time raw on the inside and the third time was a poorly recooked burger number two that arrived twenty minutes after every one else had finished. This is on top of only three of the four burgers arriving for our party of four in the first place (they forgot to make the burger for one of the people in our party). Considering that burgers are prevalent on the menu, this is a problem that needs to be fixed immediately. While they removed the burger from our bill they really should have comped the entire meal since it was ruined by the kitchen's ineptitude. By the way, our three burgers and one Coke refilled once which they charge for (was told this after the fact) was about $60 with the tip which is a lot of money. And charging to refill a soft drink once? Really? Over the course of our three visits we had the turkey burger, the short rib burger, the bacon blue burger and the bratwurst burger, the Pour House burger and a plain hamburger (the one referenced above that could not be made correctly in three tries). Generally speaking, when cooked correctly, they were tasty. On the other hand, I would not recommend the Carolina pulled pork tacos. They were visually unappetizing because they contained both white and pink pork - which I felt was undercooked. I brought this up to the manager who said the pork arrives at the restaurant fully cooked and the pinkish color was normal. Having had pulled pork many many times in the Carolinas, Georgia, Texas and throughout the United States, I am going get this dish from barbeque places that prepare it on site. Clearly, the bar has many different kinds of beer- the obvious draw to the place. Would be good if they had a gluten free offering (other than cider), but they do not. If you are a beer drinker, I would try the place for a beer and burger and see what you think. If the kitchen has its act together, you will probably like it.

Nice change from cheeseburger in paradise. Excellent beer selection, in drafts and bottles...if you can't find it here you don't need it. The food was ok. My son loved his burger...I thought my shrimp tacos were skimpy with small cut up shrimp ( who does that?)....mt husband thought the kielbasa was uninspired. Good step up but not remarkable in any way.

Went on a Thursday evening with my husband and 2 other couples. Waited 40 minutes (it was 7p.m.), packed with people since it recently opened. Nice cozy decor and fun bar with great beer selections from all over the world. Bartender service was TERRIBLE! There were about 6 bartenders that seemed to be running around with their skirts up over their heads. We waited about 20 minutes for service and that was because we pulled a waitress and kindly asked her to get a bartender to serve us. After having worked in the food and beverage industry I know to treat and serve all the customers the same...men do not like it if a woman disregards another woman and women have the pull of the tip so think again lady bartenders. Besides that, our service was okay, our main server "Lexi" was rude to her fellow co-workers (very unprofessional) which made her look bad. The food was great, I got the California Turkey Burger on wheat. The wheat bun was meehhh but the burger with roasted tomato and guacamole/avacado topping with a bit of spicey kick to it was so yummy! My husband got the Pour House deluxe burger and said it was good and he would get it again. My friend sitting next to me got the fish tacos and let's just say, I saw them for a split second and they were gone she loved them! Would come back but would def mention better service and professionalism to management if the same things were observed again.

We visited The Pour House for the second time tonight and there were issues both times. We came back the second time because we figured it was worth another shot after the first disappointing experience. The only positive points about this restaurant are the good beer list and the decor (although I would prefer no TV's but I know most people like them). It has a really good atmosphere. Aside from that, there is a problem with the staff, bar, food, and kitchen. The first time we came, it was a busy Friday night so we weren't expecting anything to be done super "fast", but it took twenty minutes for the waitress to bring our beers after we ordered them, which is ridiculous. My friend ordered the chili. When they brought it out it was cold, lukewarm at best. Then, when he sent it back, it came out again so hot that he couldn't eat it for at least ten minutes. I ordered the black bean burger, which was good, but asked for sweet potato fries and it was brought out with chips. (The fries were also an extra charge). Even our second round of beers took at LEAST ten minutes. We figured it was busy and a new restaurant so we would give it another chance. The second time was worse. We came tonight ( Tuesday). The beers took 10 minutes again. And they forgot to bring my Mother's beer. We had to go to the bar to tell them because our waitress couldn't be found. I ordered the Apple pomegranate salad and asked for no feta cheese. The salad came out as just a pile of arugula with chicken on top. No apples or walnuts at all, like the menu said. After flagging down the waitress, she took it back and they threw apples on top and brought it back. Dressing and chicken were very bland. Finally, they charged us for an extra beer... Extra $7... After the beer kicked and we ordered a different one. They never took it off the check. I also found the staff to be unfriendly and unapologetic. This place has a lot of potential but really needs to work out some kinks in the front and back of the house.

Really good beer selection. I was here after a meeting for lunch during the day. Food was really fresh - ordered the veggie burger and an IPA. Really great beer selection and bartender was really attentive. I'll definitely be back. Excited to try the buck a shuck oyster wednesdays sometime soon.

Great beer choices. Draft and bottles.. The draft system has an awesome look as well as the bar top. Food is ehh. It's bar food so don't expect anything more. Arugula flatbread has way too much jam and the jam is hot? Weird. The fried shrimp was good. All in all. Go for the beer and something to nibble on.

Decided to have a beer with the wife, so chose the pour house. We were pleasantly surprised when told it was buck a shuck on a Wednesday night. As an oyster fan i was delighted. They had 10 oyster options to choose from. The menu was helpful by having a brief description of each oyster. The Pour House also has an extensive beer menu. They offer about 30 draft beer options as well as, bottle beers. When i ordered a frothy beverage it arrived extremely fast and cold. I didn't order any food, but sitting next to the kitchen exit gave us a first hand look to all the yummy dishes that came out. The menu offers beer pairing with your dining option. I appreciate that as a beer drinker. I have nothing but a great experience at the Pour House. Hence the 5 stars, if you love beers and love good food options the Pour House is the spot.

This place has made way too much money off me. They have a fantastic beer selection and their burgers are great. I also recommend the she crab soup but they only have it once a week (I think Friday's). Good music is usually on and I have never had service issues in the 20 plus times I've been there. Its definitely my favorite bar in the area.

Stopped in this past Saturday afternoon. Place was not too busy for a change. Liked the classic rock memorabilia all around the walls - had a Hard Rock Cafe vibe without guitars hanging in glass cases. Unfortunately, the food had a Hard Rock vibe too. Beer reigns supreme here - over 100 different bottles and roughly 30 on draft. No kolsch choices seemed odd this time of year. But found an ice cold bottle of Brooklyn Lager fit the bill. My lady had the house Chardonnay. It was typical of a house wine. Nothing special. For lunch we started with house made onion rings to share as an appetizer. Very nice choice. Tasted fresh and one of the better onion rings in the area. Next time we will order the sauce on the side. My lady had the beer can chicken salad. Nice big portion. Fresh lettuce. Was happy with her meal. I tried the Second Coming Burger. Supposedly this won some kind of award as Philly's favorite burger. I demand a recount if this is true. Our waitress didn't know how they won that honor. The Shake Shack, Five Guys, 500 Degrees, Rouge - these are just a few better burgers in my opinion. Included fries and a pickle. Our server Carolyn was great.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed a place to eat. We asked the clerk at the hotel for a recommendation. We are so happy we asked. Firstly the beer selection was tremendous. We have never seen such a selection with over a 100 to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as we had a big party. We ordered apps which were terrific. The burgers were delicious, with Charlie saying he had the best turkey burger he has ever eaten. We are going back to Exton later in the summer and plan to revisit The Pour House. We recommend this pub style to anybody visiting this area.

Great selection, and great Pork Fries!! Decent oysters, and Wednesday is Buck a Shuck . The rest of their food is just "ok" but the beer selection is one of the best in the area, and they are always bringing in new stuff. Fun little spot, and much better then the restaurants that were here.

I am not a drinker so I can't speak to the beers. However, I love oysters! They have a Buck A Shuck on Wednesdays! They have a great selection of oysters for you to choose from and a great dark sauce they serve with them. I prefer them as is. The fries are excellent too. Some places give you fries that taste like they were sitting but these are fresh, crispy and you get a heaping portion. My husband loves their burgers. Definitely will return.

Love this place. Best craft beer selection in area for hard to find beers. Food is consistent gastropub style food. Free wifi, kids menu, raw bar, reasonable prices and beer specials. I especially like the Pour House Deluxe burger with bacon marmalade and truffle fries! I have had good service most every visit here and I go here at least once a week with my family. I always know they will a new exciting draft list when we go there.

One word, five letters.... K-A-P-O-W!!!!! This place gets five stars. No doubt. Have you seen that beer list!?!?!?!? I was drooling as soon as I saw the list (AND the waitresses LOL ;P). Too bad I was there with the old ball and chain! Whenever I see a po boy on a menu, I just have to have it (a close second to pulled pork, the american classic!) I flagged down the waitress and said, "Can I get a po boy for yo boy!?" I don't think she thought it was funny, but I still do ;P ! Lol Let's just say this was the best po boy I've ever had... and I've had some crazy times in new orleans! mardi gras baby! The shrimp was just so succulent, my mouth is watering just remembering back to that glorious day. But above all else, I LOVED the atmosphere lol. I can't complete this review without mentioning the fireplace. I would like to nominate the fireplace for an award involving fireplaces in restaurants. It's number one, no doubt! I've worked with a lot of fireplaces in the past one and this one was just really top notch. Def. do not miss out on this if you enjoy sitting around a fireplace with your friends. I've never done it but I bet it's nice! ;P I can't wait to come back to this place again soon! As they say... shut up and take my money! ;P

First time I ever came here was not a good experience. I was waiting for a waitress for a long period of time no one seemed interesting in helping my friend and I. They left a bad taste in my mouth. However, I gave them another shot and it was worth it. My friends and I meet here all the time. We have certain waitresses that know our face by now. Famous fries and fried s'mores are AWESOME. Definitely recommend . Businesses can redeem themselves.

I don't see what everyone else sees here. The beer list is okay, but I typically don't see anything that really interests me. The food is just terrible. Greasy or under seasoned, I've never had anything that has made me want to go back for more.

Went here to catch some Sunday afternoon football after trying Buffalo Wild Wings (filled to capacity) and Winners Circle (something wrong with their TVs that day). The restaurant was decently full, with about 75% of people there to watch the games and another 25% just to have lunch. We were seated quickly and there were enough TVs around the place that there were few "bad" seats for someone wanting to catch the games. Our server was extremely friendly and prompt. Though the restaurant boasts an extensive beer menu, I had already had my fill of beer for the weekend and went for a bloody mary instead. The server asked if I preferred it spicy and it came out great! Definitely one of the best bloody marys I've had in the area. We started with the calamari which was pretty good. I loved the sauce it came with but it was a little odd that it was only put on the bottom of the plate, so a lot of the calamari on top had little-to-no sauce (and it was difficult digging to the bottom to get some). The BBQ Chicken flatbread was awesome- it was super thin, crunchy, and came with a lot of chicken. The pretzel bites were fine. Despite most people being there to watch some of the games, the restaurant had a sound track playing instead of audio from one of games. I can't fault them for this because it's not like they don't seem to be billing themselves as a sports bar (and the Eagles weren't playing until Monday night), but it is something to keep in mind if you are going there for that. Overall a nice place to catch a game and I will definitely return when I am in the area again.

All the stars. Beer selection is vast. Food... Burgers. Buck a shuck oyster special on Wednesday is great. The bar staff is attentive and knowledgable- feel free to let them select your beer based on your tastes and preferences. If you want an appetizer to share- order the Short Rib Fries! My favorite burger is the Vermonter but ask about their specials. The Pepper Crusted Filet right now is delicious! I would come here EVERYDAY if I could.

We were recommended this place by a friend in the Exton area so four of us went here on Saturday night for dinner. I liked the atmosphere and decor of the place. I also really liked how they didn't cram as many tables in there as possible, there was ample room in between each table which is something that I think people take for granted. Who wants to back out of their chair and hit the person behind them? Onto the food and beer...we ordered the pulled pork nachos to share. Holy crap these were amazing. I mean, might be the best nachos I've ever had amazing. I say that because 1. they were absolutely delicious and 2. they weren't you're typical nachos. Homemade chips topped with baked beans, pulled pork, slaw, and a little cilantro. Heavenly. For dinner I ordered the shrimp tacos which were very, very good - topped with a corn and avocado salsa that made them the perfect kind of summer meal. Everyone was very happy with their meals. The beer list was top notch - a list of 20 or so drafts that ranged all over so there was something for everyone. Would definitely go here again. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for some up-scale bar food, this is the place to go.

I came here after a long day at work and was pretty hungry it was around 9:00 pm. Grabbed a seat at the bar ordered a beer. Their beer selection is vast there are a good amount of craft beers on tap. Had a burger and it was nothing special but wasn't too bad. The bartenders were very attentive and good at their job. Gave it 3 stars b/c the food was just ok. Would give the service 4 stars.

Service was clearly backed up as it usually is here. But our server was very nice and made sure we had drinks and our cups didn't remain empty long. The black bean burger was phenomenal, but the brioche bun was a bit too heavy with it in my opinion (I took some away). The fries are awesome. And I got the fried s'mores for dessert which were good, but would have been better served with some ice cream. Overall a great hangout for watching a sports game or grabbing drinks with friends, but probably wouldn't crave it.

Bottom line: good beer list and below average food. I was super excited when the Pourhouse opened up so close to home, but have had enough bad meals to make me avoid it. When the place originally opened up, the food was pretty good. Not a 10 but a solid 8 (sometimes an 8.5) and a great option for those of us looking for a new spot. The beer selection is great, but that's the whole point. No extra credit there. These days I would say that the food is about a 6 or even less. Nothing really terrible but nothing really good. The staff has always been friendly and fun, but that doesn't make the food any better. I'll be taking my money to Station Tap or Iron Hill.

Came here for lunch today with a big group of coworkers. The service was very attentive. The food here, and I've been twice, is pretty good. I've gotten the classic burger and the short rib melt. Both tasted like standard chain meals. The food is very heavy and greasy. If you're looking for a safe bet, come here. Don't expect something that tastes super fresh or chef-driven.

The bartender was excellent at making a proper Manhattan and very knowledgable about the various beers. We had the pour burger and short ribs with the shrimp grits. The burger was average and taste good. The ribs were excellent but the shrimp in the grits were not completely cooked. We showed the server and suggested she inform the chef. She came back that the chef said that their shrimp is sometimes "translucent". This could be a health hazard. It was still an enjoyable dining experience and I would still go back.

Great burgers and fries! (Lots of beer, which I don't drink, so can't comment on that.) Hopefully a restaurant will finally succeed in that location.

Great place overall. Food and staff are cool. Nice environment to sit down and just kick back and have a drink and a burger. I'm particularly fond of the server Sara and the bartender Emma. They are both rockstars and friends of mine. Definitely my go to place in the Exton area. I am a former employee here and vouch 100% for this place.

Really good beer boring menu unoriginal just burgers and a few other options you find at every other bar / restaurant you've ever been to slow service just over all not really worth price unless just looking for drinks

Ellyn and i met old friends for dinner at The Poor House. Our burgers were fantastic. We are grateful to have had a great waitress as well.

Came in for lunch on a Friday. Excellent service, everyone had a smile. Just gotta say all the waitresses were very beautiful! Most guys can appreciate that! I ordered the Second Coming burger, it was delicious! They have tons of beer to choose from, draft and bottles! The next time I'm in Pennsylvania I'll definitely try and come by again!

A great selection of beers at mediocre to terrible prices. Hamburger was exceedingly greasy, which is problematic since the bartender didn't bother to give me a napkin or silverware. On top of that, every TV was tuned to golf and the wi-fi didn't work. The general attitude seems to be "we have big boobs, leave us alone." Not once did anyone check to see if I needed anything (such as the aforementioned napkin). Given that I was sitting at the bar, this is not acceptable. Come on, I'm three feet from you. You work here. Ask. By the time they bothered to ask if I wanted another beer, all I wanted to do was to head out. If you do stop by and get a particularly greasy menu with spots of mustard, please accept my apologies.

What Courtney A. said - "The beer list was top notch". Indeed, running 30+ taps. I like IPAs and not much else. They offered 3 or 4 and I had a couple glasses of a yummy Imperial. The 6 pals who joined me enjoyed their selections as well, including some food. This was my first visit to the Exton location, the ambiance of which is inferior (albeit pleasantly) to their Westmont, NJ spot, which I DEF recommend for both beer AND oysters.

The Pour House has become a standing favorite amongst my group of friends. The beer selection is solid, with great variety and styles to choose from and they're pretty generous with the samples if you're having a hard time deciding between brews. The homemade chips & onion dip is one of the best upgrades to my secret guilty obsession of Herr's chips & jarred onion dip that I've tried and the burgers. My goodness, THE BURGERS. I have yet to try one that was not amazingly delicious. They alone are worth the wait for a table.

I've been here a couple times and every time I am happy with the food and service. The beer selection is outstanding, and it's a great place for the whole family. The atmosphere is fun, load and enjoyable. A great place to get a decent meal and enjoy a few beers.

Burgers over cooked, ordered Medium Rare and came out cooked all the way through. Bacon marmalade was like a smear soaked int the bun...couldn't taste it at all. For $14.00, go to a better burger place that puts toppings on the burger and cooks them to order....ours seemed like they we're pre cooked and then steamed to heat them up when ordered. Truffle Fries= bland, McDonalds are better. Service couldn't be bothered, basically she was a robot who wanted to turn her table wishing we left as soon as she made her obligatory service comments. Won't be back.

Horrible service. Was here late in evening when it was slow still horrible service. Menu is very slim pickings unless u want a burger. Good for the beer selection but that's where it ends.

Perfect pub food, nice atmosphere and plentiful portions. The beer list is great and the on tap menu is extensive. This is not extraordinary but what you would expect. Our server, Katherine was delightful and attentive. We wanted a place with big screen TV's to watch the game of the moment. Burgers, Nachos, Shrimp Tacos, all of them, were tasty and filling. A good place to go when looking for consistent American Bar Food & Drink!

We have been here several times. The burgers are great and cooked to order. The zippy chick sandwich is amazing, if a little hard to hold. Everyone in our party both times was happy and impressed with their meals. The beer selection is great, always up to date and the servers were knowledgable about both the beer and food menu.

Went here on a Friday night around 9:30 which also happened to be Valentines Day. It was crowded but not overly so and I was able to snag a spot at the bar with my friend. I'm one of those girls who likes fruity beer and the bartender was nice enough to let me sample a few. Ended up going with a pear cider and it was delicious. I got an order of the calamari to start with and it was pretty good. Had an order of the porter BBQ wings too and they were wonderful, very meaty and full of flavor. I was lucky enough to sneak a bite of my friend's pretzel burger which was really good as well. The two bartenders were super nice. Overall, a great beer selection, food is really good and a nice atmosphere.

A decent restaurant with a tendency towards southern/Cajun food and burgers with a twist. The environment is basically a sports bar, offering many beers on tap. I found the food to be decent, similar to a Red Robin, and the service to be average, but not great. I had to ask for refills on my drinks, waited a while for the waitress to come around, but the food came pretty quick overall. Not a bad restaurant, but there are certainly better choices around.

Been to Pour House many times and always enjoy it. Great bar vibe, consistently great food and beers. In love with their chili nachos! This is one of our go to spots in Exton.

While on business, I ate at The Pour House for dinner, it was packed! We were created quickly and the server was very attentive. The food came out quick, the drinks quicker. The waitress checked in often and did a great job overall. As far as food goes, I ordered the second coming burger, delicious. Also, the dessert was pretty good, although some of their bourbon based mixed drinks left me wanting something better. Overall, a good experience!

Menu is very limited, but the food is good. Big negative is the service (at the bar is horrible) which is a shame since they have a great beer list.

Great beer selection . Would love to see a gluten free option available. Extensive menu. Food especially the burgers were amazing. Service was attentive. Place was packed, we had a large party and called ahead for seating.
