A Starbucks with a drive thru window. Get your buzz on the run, how convenient! I actually haven't used the drive thru yet though, haha. You see, the windows of my truck are small so I have this horrifying image of me clipping the top of the cup on my window frame and then watching in slow motion as the cup drops square onto my lap with the lid popping off on impact! What a nightmare... so yeah, I use the parking lot (which is in the back of the store by the way) and I walk my butt inside. (there's an entrance facing the back parking lot too, so no, you don't have to walk all the way around to the front to get inside, jeeze don't be so negative!). Be careful walking in though! Those speedy, "buzz on the run" types with their big car windows could easily run you down as you cross their path toward the door. There is some outdoor seating out front which is nice, I think there are umbrellas at the tables too, but I'm not certain because I never stick around long enough to notice. Yes of course there is free wifi and tables to hang out inside, they have baked goods and a retail section full of strangely shaped mugs, coffee and other coffee related stuffs. (what Starbucks doesn't have this stuff? None? Oh ok, then why did I bother mentioning it? Who knows.) I'm not going to comment on the quality of the coffee vs other non-Starbucks shops, etc, etc, etc because I'm only reviewing the location and frankly you probably don't care because it's a Starbucks, and you already have your own opinion on that so why should I waste my breath? err... fingers? Their service is fast, I never have any trouble there. That is all.

From what I've been told, this is one of the highest grossing Starbucks outside of Philly. For as busy as they are they can have a lack of urgency and an attitude of boredom but typically have their act together and getting a drink is usually a smooth process. Attractive and comfortable inside. That being said, I have been going here twice a day since I moved here six months ago and not once has an employee ever used my name, which is a major faux pas in Starbucks culture. Parking can be a challenge. By the time you get all of the employees parking their cars it leaves a few spaces for customers thus I end up going through the drive through more than I would like which itself can be "challenged" at times.

It's a Starbucks with a drive thru which is nice and they have a nice seating area inside as well. The downside is that the parking lot is very cramped and tough to find parking and the service is disgustingly slow. On a number of occasions I have waited for 20 minutes to get my drink and then they even made it wrong. If they figure out the service issues I would rate this a 4 or 5 stars.

Has the training or bean quality dropped from this establishment or what? Every Americano I have ordered in the past 3 months has tasted burnt. Also when I order a small, short Americano (meaning not full with water) I get something different almost every time. I give up Starbucks. The convenience had me for a while but way too many disappointing visits. I also have to agree with another post about the teenage party-behind the counter.

I'd like to find out what this building was originally. Starbucks is great for repurposing buildings and turning them into coffee shops. Good bunch of people work here. Always plenty of table space and help. They also have a drive-through for the serious JavaHeads.

As Starbucks go, this has all the usual offerings. However, it is best appreciated for its drive-thru and outdoor seating rather than as a relaxing place to sit and work. On a recent visit the staff behaved like a group of teenagers at a party and did not cultivate a friendly or calm atmosphere. For a more relaxing atmosphere with warm and friendly staff, the Berwyn/Devon or Paoli locations are recommended.

Been going here at least 3-4 times a week since I started a new job in the area and I noticed they are not accommodating. Normally you go to a Starbucks and they are friendly. The workers here literally jus ask you what you want; they don't even ask you for your name. When I started coming here, my typical drink was always a venti Iced skinny Carmel macchiato, everytime I received the drink, it always seem so milky like there's no espresso or it jus seem weak ? So the next day I ask them how many shots do they put in a ice grande skinny macchiato they said 2 shots. So I asked them how many do you guys put in a venti? They said 2 shots again. So tell me if that makes any sense. The cup size is different, shouldn't they put 3 shots in a venti? I always get this drink back home in New Jersey cherry hill and they always put 3 shots in the Carmel macchiato without no charge because it's suppose to be 3 THREE shots in a VENTI skinny Carmel macchiato. And they told me in this location that the standard was 2 shots in a venti. And I was so annoyed I jus let it go and didn't even felt like arguing with them. I continue to come back to this location since its convenient for me, I changed my drink (such a shame I can't even have my favorite coffee everyday since they don't know how to make it correctly) I asked for a grande ice 4 shots of espresso with coconut milk and sometimes they would give it to me in a tall instead of a grande and I order it plenty of times where sometimes they do give it to me in a grande and sometimes they give me a tall, ( depending on who makes your drink) The last time I came here I order the iced 4 shots of espresso with coconut milk and the way the drink look it looked like they gave me expired coconut milk or it had whip cream on the cup or the cup had something in that didn't look like my everyday drink ?! I was then fed up with it and I will never come back to this location ever again I wanted to go back and complain but I did not have time due to my work schedule. I have never been mad about a drink esp from Starbucks. Now I jus go to DD for coffee.

Be prepared to sit in the drive thru line for at least 25 minutes it's extremely slow and when you get to the window no one is ever there you just awkwardly sit there and wait like 5 minutes for someone to actually come to the window just to take your payment and then disappear again. They're always out of whatever pastry I ask for, and the parking lot is poorly designed.

You always wait forever and there are always 3 people (at least) standing around doing nothing!! So inconvenient.

Convenient location, but easy to miss when driving. Parking is very inadequate and entrance driveway too narrow. Otherwise, the building is attractive, seating is adequate, quite clean, and service is good. Nice outdoor seating, more could be added.

Love that Starbucks has a drive-through! Makes it seriously convenient for anybody on the go, especially with young children Intel. Great service, friendly staff, always a pleasure to frequent a Starbucks.

I'm a huge Starbucks fan and have come to this starbucks 3-4 times a week on average for about 4 months now. They keep the place nice and clean but aren't as personable at this one as I've experienced in other starbucks stores. I'd usually be called by name by now and my drink would have been memorized. My drinks are always great as usual though. My biggest thing is that it's not as cozy here. I'd like to see some couch chairs in the near future. Sincerely, The girl that orders the raspberry white mocha every time.
