I generally like the food I have gotten from this Panera Bread. What i do not like is the snotty manager. Both times I went to this Panera, me or my coworkers were inconveniencing him. My coworker told the cashier the food was to go, but somehow, this got lost in translation, and this is apparently, the worst thing you could possibly do. He literally sneered at her, when she said it was actually to go. And god forbid, THEY pronounce your name wrong when calling your items, because you should know that they meant you, even if 10 other people are waiting for food- and they weren't even close to saying your name right. I didn't know this place was a "Dick's Last Resort" type place. The manager is the older gentleman, you can tell who he is because you can just feel the hate pouring out of him. I think i will try the Panera in Conshohocken next time, maybe they actually want people to come there.

In general I love Panera and this franchise is pretty great too. I love the soups that they serve in bread bowls. I also really like their salads, very fresh and yummy. Always get courteous service too.

We have frequented this Panera at least a dozen times, and we were there again last night. The food is very good for fast food, and the nutritional info is easily accessible. I have never had any problems with eat-in or to-go orders. The restaurant is clean and there is always a table available. Now and then a soda will be out, but that's no big deal. I usually get the you-pick-two, with a salad and a soup, and a side of chips. Last night I had chicken cobb salad and french onion soup, which were both good. The two of us can eat for under $20, which is always good. Panera's quality is consistent, and this location is no exception.

Uggh.. what happened to the pesto that used to be on the tomato & mozzarella panini? Now there's tomato sauce and basil leaves... Dislike!! :(

I travel a lot for work, so I eat out a lot, and Panera Bread is probably the place I eat at the most frequently. I've been to Panera Bread all over the country, but this one, unfortunately, is the one that's closest to my house. The employees are all friendly and the food is good and relatively healthy, but.... The sandwiches seem to be the smallest of any location, and I hate the fact that you have to wait for the barista to get hot water for your tea. It's a dumb thing to judge the restaurant on, but it really bugs me. It also bugs me when I asked the just seems

Fresh bread at it's finest. Soups are worth a try. Better yet, soup and sandwich combo.

This Panera Bread has been our go-to spot when the Holiday Inn across the street screws up the schedule for our weekly networking group. Most the time we are welcome here by the Panera Bread team but not by the other patrons for most are business people trying to conduct some sort of little meeting or individuals feverishly typing on their laptop so they do not appreciate the disturbance a large group of business owners creates. The food is always good and fresh, the Power Breakfast sandwich is a favorite of mine. Coffee, when they have it, is how and fresh as well but it seems that keeping the caraffs "full" is a difficult task for some of the Panera team. I recommend this place for business meetings (small) for our company has used it numerous times to gather our employees for Health Care meetings. You can typically find a little alcove or corner to gather in with little distraction where on the larger scale, like our networking group (18-20) can be a little more difficult to handle. The space is comfortable and well lit so computer work is easy as well as their Wifi connectability. Check them out when your local Starbucks is too crowded!

No onion. Let me start off by saying I treat myself to a lunch out very rarely, and I was quite excited to do so. I ordered a Fuji chicken salad and an iced tea. With only one stipulation - no onions. That's it. I did not ask for a Fuji chicken salad with no Fuji, light on the lettuce, a small amount of tomatoes, and please blend the Italian and the Blue Cheese dressing together. Just "no onions". They asked for my name, but when my salad was ready, they yelled "Fuji chicken!" I asked if it was the salad with no onions, and the fellow said yes. Sigh. The salad itself, once I removed the offending items, was quite good. Lots of chicken, very fresh spring mix lettice, yummy dressing. The tomatoes weren't the best (do they grow pink tomatoes these days?), but it's a bad time of year for those. It could have used a few more walnuts and gorgonzola cheese, but overall I enjoyed it. 'Cept those darn onions left just a teeny hint of flavor on my salad. As a reminder. Yup.

My husband went this evening to get take-out. Normally, we end up missing a bread or two, a different order, or missing a sandwich. My husband now checks everything before leaving. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad and was very disappointed. The lettuce was yellow and white, with quite a few brown areas. I also ordered the house roast beef sandwich. I should have been asking "Where's the beef?"

Ordered the classic grilled cheese and a hot tea. Hot water was empty and tried to communicate that to the girl....a bit of a space cadet. Another employee noticed and filled the cup with hot water. He gets the 1 star. The grilled cheese was Aweful, barely grilled. It was the cheap version you get in the dairy isle....disgusting. Their tea is always good. Did they lower their standards? I swear I'be had better food there before. I just don't go often, like once a year at most

I was in the area visiting my bff and we wanted to get some Panera hazelnut coffee in us. We have a very wintry snow day and traffic was at a standstill. It however did not prevent us from making the trip which we're glad we did because we found that the place was practically empty. I guess very few were daring enough to brave the snow. "Okay Melanie, stop digressing". Ok, ok. The place was clean. The coffee had the 8:20 time stamp which was perfect for us, we were there at 8:30. The service was very friendly. I just went for a refill and the coffee station has been updated to 9:15 which is good since that they were refilling despite not many people being in there. Good experience here.
