We have been ordering from here for 8 yrs, and it just keeps getting better. Wide variety of tasty food! Fast service from friendly staff. Portions are large. The REAL steak subs, salads, and bacon pizza, fresh cut fries are just a few of my faves.

Asked the staff if the wings where breaded when ordered because of my girlfriends gluten allergy was told they where not. They where. On top of that they where mediocre and strayed feeling a bit sick shortly after eating them

Seriously. What a dump. Can't believe Department of Health hasn't shut this place down. Couldn't pay me to eat there again. Food was disgusting and so was the entire place. When was the last time it was cleaned....1992???

We're regular customers, and they have some fantastic specials on pizza. The pies are great, and our family of 4 usually scarfs down 2 pies in one sitting with no leftovers. Only complaints are the occasional mess up of the order, and a coupon pricing issue. Otherwise, it's our go-to. We love Rock-It!

If you get there and can't find anything to order, something is wrong! Everything is awesome and awesomely huge. The owners are very accommodating and ready to please. If you get there and the line is long to order, don't get discouraged the wait is worth it. We never travel to San Antonio, Texas without a specially packed sub for our family. We see Tracy and guaranteed the sandwich is as fresh as when we left Etters, Pa. They love it as much as we do. When you order fries expect a sharing amount that tastes every bit as good as you get on any Boardwalk. No complaints about the service either, beer has been added to the menu . So go enjoy a good meal and a beer, you won't regret it!

I like Rocket Pizza. A lot of people say they don't, but I think its one of the better tasting pizzas in the area. The prices are reasonable and the service is fine.

Got a sub there and the roll was so soggy it turned to mush like it was sitting in water for a while or something. The pizza I got was so greasy and thin and bland. I'm honestly surprised there still open.

Get a stomach ache every time from here (always other people ordering), nothing good to say about this place. None of the local places here are great, but they all beat Rock It, this is the bottom of the barrel.

Stopped in on Superbowl Sunday for lunch after morning at Round Top. Not sure if the staff had just turned over or ownership had. They weren't very good on the registers - couldn't figure things out. After ordering food I found Yuengling Bock in the cooler and bought a 6 pack of that since we don't see that in MD. They couldn't figure out how much that was and it took 10 minutes to purchase. Just a little chaotic. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged for the six pack but meh. Ordered the 'blue burger' which came with fries, slaw and a drink. The fries were actually very very good - and everything about the burger was good except ... the burger. Bowling alley frozen hockey puck variety - was a shame - the bread and toppings were all great - but the burger was just sad. Wife got a single slice of cheese pizza - they couldn't find that on the register either - had to track down a manager for that one. It was about 1/4 of a pizza in size and she liked it. I had no high expectations on this place and they lived up to it. Staff did come by to check on us but when our order was up no one said a word. If they're in transition it makes some sense - but since we rarely travel through this area it's unlikely we'll return. I wish them luck - if they made their burgers by hand and offered a level of done-ness I'd shoot this to 3 stars... Prices were reasonable...

Desperate to find a pizza place that was open past 9pm in the area, my friends and I finally found Rock-It, which was open until 10pm. Score. Called in our orders and ran up the road to pick up as take-out. The patrons here were... colorful. Young twenty-something caucasians with an affinity for camo and day-glo, dressed in their coats and hats though they were sitting inside. Granted, it was by the door, but it was still an interesting visual. The space itself was... rustic. Nothing put into the decor, it was just, a place to eat. The bag of subs weighed about 10 lbs., which was exciting at 10pm, as we were starving and craving some unhealthy cheesy goodness. $44 for dinner for four, not bad a'tall, all things considered. The subs were just okay. My neice liked her tuna sub, it was a 'small' and it was plenty of food. My best friend's cheesesteak was good but soggy, the same as mine. His wife's chicken cheesesteak, about the same, though less soggy by her description. Basic cheap hole-in-the-wall pizza joint with good prices, decent food, and late hours.

The pizza isn't too bad though I don't really care for it leftover. They are good fresh cut fries and other menu items. Always have meal specials and pizza specials. Nice little place. Delivery tends to take a long time, better to pick up if you're able.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. So let me tell you how terrible this place is - I was told that I would have 2 large 1 topping pizzas sent right out to me and that there was another order going in the same direction. My house is on the same street, about 5 minutes away; a nice delivery for both the driver (given a $3 tip for 2 pizzas) and the restaurant (given their "delivery fee"). 1 hour later, we still had no pizzas, so I called. I heard EVERYTHING they said as the girl that answered the phone spoke with the other staff. One person said, "i dunno, I just got here". The other person said, "it's still sitting here. Just tell them that we only have one driver." I asked for the manager. She answered the phone with an aggravated tone and told me that the order was placed at 3:20PM, so it had only been an hour (I guess that is acceptable for them!) I told her to cancel it and hung up. Oh yeah, btw, when I called the first time, no one answered and I received a pre-recorded message about it being "Wacky Wednesday", listing a special that they had. It's Sunday. What should be clear to anyone reading this is that this establishment doesn't care about their customers or their business. Do you really trust them to prepare food for you? If you're hungry and willing to take the chance, do you really want to give them your hard earned money? Go elsewhere.

Gigantic subs loaded with enough cold cuts and cheese to feed the Union Army on their way to fight at Gettysburg. I get mine without the dressing and mix up my own vinaigrette at home to avoid having the sandwich get soggy by the time it gets home with me.

Honestly the absolute worst pizza in the area, and the worst I've ever had in my life. The only reason I ever went here is because I had to. I don't know a single person that likes their pizza either. Do not waste your time or money here.

The best stromboli in the area. Be careful, the portions are quite generous. The Rock-it Boli is a winner, especially for carnivores. Good italian cold cuts (spicy cappicoli for example). My kids love the cheese steaks. They use pizza dough formed into rolls (a big part of the appeal) and the typical greasy chopped steak and cheese - it won't win any awards as heart healthy but will warm you up on a cold night. I like with grilled mushrooms and onions, others with pizza sauce, and my picky eaters ketchup only. Salad entries are quite big, but just average. Iceberg. I love cucumber, I asked for extra and imagine my surprise to find the salad covered in pickle slices! I know they start from cucumbers, guess it is a Central PA thing. We rarely eat in - they have take out and delivery. Honestly it is just a hole in the wall appearance wise, but the fab stromboli and hot subs make up for it.

  • Micah J.

It's not that bad at all. There is better pizza joints in the area but some times this place has really good deals. Their cheesesteak pizza is pretty good. The subs are massive and good. Ufortunately Rock-It just falls victim to a crappy location and a lot of awsome competition which is closer to the heavier population. Props on the corn nuggets. I have yet to find anyone else close in our area to do those!
