Cool little place with very friendly staff and all the vapor products you could want. Lots of selection! The prices are average, but the best part is the give and take juice basket. Simply donate the juices you didn't like or don't want and you can take around the same amount back in flavors you want to try that others have donated. This is a fairly unique thing as far as vapor stores I've been to, and I think it sets them apart.

Employees' customer service needs some serious training. My fiancé and I visited this shop on a whim during a three hour road trip. While the girl helping us (she had a nose ring) was terrific, there was another girl working (long black hair) that really has no business working there. She looked beyond irritated that we were in the store as paying customers as if we had barged in to her home unannounced. I repeatedly heard her make comments to another employee about how that employee had sold a juice she wanted to vape. If this girl wasn't behind the counter, I would've assumed she was a loitering, moody teenager. When asked what her favorite flavor was, she rolled her eyes at my fiancé in a VERY obvious way. When my fiancé was NOT speaking to her but to another customer, she openly glared at him. I don't expect this kind of service anywhere and this beyond the worst service I have ever received. As customers that sampled and purchased a number of flavors AND accessories, this type of behavior is unacceptable and I strongly suspect this is the same girl in another review. In an industry that is becoming more and more competitive with the sheer number of vape shops opening each day, your standard level of service is what sets you apart from other shops and it is quite clear that this is where you have failed. House-made juices were decent but not the best I've ever had. Prices were comparable to others. Get your coils somewhere else. This place charges $12 for a 5 pack.

The juice is really good. I'm especially fond of the apple pie moonshine flavor. Prices are a bit steep, but you pay for good quality.

I've been to my share of vape shops. To start this place always seem to have everything. The owner supports authentic mods/atty's when most shops give you a look as if your a complete psycho for owning one. He gets in a good variation of product and sometimes authentics that are very hard to get your hands on. The shop flavors are very good, and a nice variety to choose from. Also they have a good selection of other brand juices. My favorite thing about this place is that they are always keeping relevant always refreshing stock, always have what I want. The only problem I have with the place is that they aren't open on Mondays. Other than that, they are a good shop and with reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend stopping by.

I really wasn't impressed with this location. As someone who has been using tanks to deliver my vapor, I would prefer someone who is a bit more knowledgable on the subject. A gentleman, who I am assuming is the owner, was trying to convince my husband and I that it was perfectly appropriate to jam a cotton swab into the tip of my tank if it "starts to gurgle." According to him he does this all the time. However if he were to actually observe the opening on the mouth piece, the hole is CLEARLY to small for the cardboard stick to fit through. I understand that you are a "dripper" with you Kayfun clone, but that doesn't help sell your product to "non-drippers." On the positive side the store was a fabulous atmosphere, except for the extremely pregnant girl who was cold and rude to the customers. Cheer up, you don't have a hard job. I scored this store with three stars only because of the phenomenal setup and selection of vaping products. Overall, Vapor Cafe, I see what your attempting to project to your consumers, but you are falling short with customer service. I would only return to this store for hardware that is reasonably priced.

Went here to buy more juice n was waiting my turn n other people walked in n got waited on before me, which I clearly thought was not acceptable business, also the dark haired lady really seemed like she didn't want to be there or wait on people, many other vapor cafes out there and I will be going to a different one where they actually know how to wait on people

Friendly staff, great selection, yummy juices. The only downside would be that it's a little more expensive than it should be, but I am glad to pay the extra to support a vape shop. They'll let you taste-test as many juices as you would like before buying them! The guy who runs it knows what he's doing and is what you would call a vape expert. The other two employees were both very knowledgeable as well and were easy to have a conversation with. Highly recommended for the vaping enthusiast or the beginner looking to quit analogs (cigs). Heading back soon!
