Roman Delight has been our family's go-to restaurant for years. I remember when they were across the street in their old location that was much smaller. Now I live in Miami, FL, but whenever I am home to visit, I always make sure Roman Delight is one of our stops. The food is always fantastic, fresh, and tasteful. I agree with the other reviewer here: their Chicken Alla Rosa is their best dish. For an appetizer though, if you like buffalo wings, you must try their boneless wings. They are phenomenal. They bring garlic knots to the table right away, which are the best garlic knots I've ever had: slathered in garlic and olive oil, they have to be terrible for your health, but I could make a meal out of them. Pizza is pretty typical pizza, but it's great. The only downside is that they have such a high pizza-maker and server turnover. I don't think I've had the same waitress twice in many years. The pizza also has not been very consistent, which makes me think they have had turnover in that area as well. The service is always high-quality, but it would be nice to have a little consistency. Overall though, for a hometown Italian restaurant, they consistently turn out amazingly delicious food at reasonable prices. I will always love Roman.

It's a pizza joint! Pies are. Consistently better than average, kids enjoy every time. Tried the boneless buffalo wings, quite good. Seemed to be buffalo' tenders, I'd get them again. Grilled Chicken Parm - if you didn't already know, anything grilled @ a pizzeria is not flame grilled, they are grilled. It was a good attempt at a healthier option to breaded, fried chicken. Very good option with steamed broccoli on the side.

Food is below average. Staff is mundane. I did not have a nice experience here. I won't be back. There are so many wonderful places than this restaurant.

A good italian restaurant that is family friendly. Had the baked ziti. Ehh, just ok. My wife had the chicken marsala and said it was good. By far the best part was the garlic knots provided FREE. I cannot tell you how good they are. A must try!!! They do bring more out if you ask. Unfortunately the service was slow. Had to ask for water refills. Also asked for more garlic knots and they took a while since the kitchen couldn't keep up with the restaurant demand. Asked our server what the best thing on the menu was and he said "cheeseburger". Really, at an Italian restaurant?!?!?!? The restaurant was packed and chaotic inside passing through. It was also really loud. But I would still give the restaurant a recommend (especially for the garlic knots), and would return to try something different.

We were looking for a decent meal on the way home from camping. This place is hands down the best Italian Restaurant in buck county. The mussels marinara as starter were huge fresh and garlicky amazingness. Out two pasta entrees were huge and awesome.

My family has been going here for over 20 Years. The food portions are large, and priced are reasonable. Their dinners are excellent -with adequate salad (no carrots one cherry tomato) and garlic nuggets. Lately they have been chinsing on the garlic, and their usually awesome pizza is now hit or miss. Cheesesteaks and hoagies are so-so. They have had a turn around in their long term servers thus maybe the bad service for some. Yes it is a big room and can get noisy. I love this place.

Beautiful restaurant. They let me pee and totally weren't weird about it. Will come back for food when the dog isn't in the car.

I've been here a few times throughout the years and I don't think it's changed much, but I'll give them the good pizza! It's been a long time since I'd had waiter service, I'd say since highschool (before Yelp even existed). Anyways from what I can remember the service has always been good, I don't have any complaints on that. The food is a hit or miss. I got spaghetti and meatballs to take home for my g/f and I and the portion of spaghetti I got was good, the sauce covering it was more than enough, but there was only 2 meatballs. Per take away. I was very disappointed in that. They did give us salads and bread to take with us which was good, but I was really sad about the meatballs...and the meatballs were also only ok, I think I could have made better ones at home. The sauce was also just ok, definitely could have used some spices and herbs to bring out the flavor. Some of the other foods I've gotten here were cheese steaks and calamari. Both of those were fantastic and I would fully recommend either. I will definitely come back here, but for the name "Roman Delight" and it supposed to be an Italian Eatery, the Italian portion could be jumped up a bit.

lunch with Lexi...she is gluten free. cheese fries - not cheese wiz, but mozzerella melted in oven. they were tasty choc milk - not really. mixed with powder or liquid in the glass. not overly choclatey small salad - small and tasty calamari - good and greasy and the marinara sauce was tasty gf veg white pizza - it was good and big enough to take home for leftovers the server was quite nice. i'd go back again.

The best pizza and Italian entrees anywhere around, hands down. Great outdoor seating in the summer. Their serving sizes are ridiculous and a large Stromboli can feed a family of eight for a week. Great to watch a game or have a fantastic family meal. It gets load but your not there for ambiance; it's a lively dinning experience.

I've been here several times over the years. The service is okay and the food is average. Nothing special, but not bad. But there's beer.

Stopped her for lunch before visiting the shrine nearby with a friend. Menu was extensive, and we decided on a chicken parm sandwich and a roast beef sandwich. The roast beef sandwich looked great and was on a nice roll with a'jus on the side. The meat was not fatty at all. I had the chicken parm sandwich. The roll was fresh and toasted. The chicken parm was great. Our sandwiches and two iced teas brought the bill to just under $20. The service was fine and the atmosphere casual with booths and high ceilings and outside seating for when the weather is warm. There is a bar on one end which had quite a few people at it when we left. Would definitely stop in again when in the area.

I eat here a lot but choose my time to visit and look for keepers to serve as to be here on a busy day with a new and inexperienced waiter can send their rating down to one star. The food is well prepared and good. I like fresh coffee and have to request it as some young inexperienced staff think half hour coffee is ok. It's not any more than food sitting around for the same time. The noise can also be intrusive as the ceiling throws the noise down especially in the bar area. So if you just want good food and coffee a visit slightly off regular times might be your best experience in the restaurant side. This might seem like a negative review but only because I'm a regular customer and have seen it at the best of times and worse of times.

Have always been a fan of the bar area. The dining area is loud like you are in a 5th grade lunchroom of an elementary school. food is pretty good. I have been a fan of the all you can eat mussels on Wednesday, unfortunately the last few times the mussels are huge and for some reason do not taste the same. I did ask, and was told that the batch is different and have no control over that. I have not been there in a while. bartender is good.

Stopped here because it was the only place open. We had a friendly waitress, she made some suggestions but in the end I was feeling like a wrap. Both the drinks and the food came out rather quickly. I mean we didn't have that big of an order it only seemed like a few minutes, not sure of an exact time but I was hungry and I didn't feel like I was left waiting and waiting. I had the pesto chicken wrap and it was kind of on the bland side, my friend had the buffalo chicken wrap and that was miles better in comparison. I'm not a fan of fries but they were beyond awesome. Haven't yet had the chance to try some of the other food but it's mostly your typical Italian food that you would see at any Italian place. They had a variety of pastas and sauces to go with them, tempted to try the creamy garlic but a wrap won me over in the end. I am not a big sweet food eater but when I saw the desert offerings I had to have it! Cake was incredible. You never know what you are going to get when it comes to desert and thankfully this did not have that disgusting refrigeration coolant taste that some places have. Wasn't bad for a quick fix.. If the pesto chicken wasn't so bland tasting I probably would have upped my rating.. I'd come back

TWO WORDS: Garlic Knots I love the pizza, I love the pasta dishes, it's all good. Very good service, outdoor seating... Nothing to complain. I've been here more times than I can count and always left completely satisfied. Strongly suggest getting the baked ziti. That stuff is no joke

Loved the lasagna!!! Had chicken francaise, chicken saltimbocca, and parm to go and they were excellent!!! Wish I lived closer I'd be there every week!!!! Waitress was great too!

Recently went there for dinner, it was almost 9PM, they close at 10. Took us 5 minutes to be seated while wait staff just wandered around aimlessly. We waited an additional 10 minutes until our drinks arrived, and the order was wrong. The waitress then took and additional 15 minutes to come back to take our order. The food took no time at all to come out, and was very good. Again, waitress disappears for an extended period of time. All in all, the food is good and the price is right, but the service is absolutely terrible.

My family and I consistently dine in and take out- we love the Barbeque chicken pizza.

This place is too loud, too cold, and the food is - at best - mediocre. It's a big room and one end is basically a sports bar with drunks shouting at the television. If you value quantity of food over all other qualities, add a star. If you want to hear your dinner guests or have a decent meatball, keep driving.

I love this place. The portions are huge and they don't sacrifice taste at all. They have great indoor and outdoor seating. The service is usually very good and they have a full bar with a variety of great beers on tap. Overall it's a pretty casual environment. Definitely good for a family or even a casual date. If you're into chicken parm, I HIGHLY recommend it. I've stopped trying everything else on the menu because the chicken parm is just that good (and more than you can finish in one sitting). I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for solid, reasonably prized italian food in a casual atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I were planning on cooking on the grill last Sunday night but a downpour put a damper on that. So we decided to go for a little ride to Roman Delight and I'm kinda glad we did. The delight has a great menu of much of what you would find at a pizza place but they also have a great list of American style foods as well. We both decided on pasta, I had the baked ziti and she had the lasagna, the food was delivered fast and piping hot. Both our meals came with a salad and unlimited garlic knots, which were nice and warm. Despite how busy it was I was really surprised how good the service was. Roman Delight has a full bar as well as 6 pack take out. The one thing I have a problem with though is the noise. It sounds like your sitting in a sports bar even in the dining room. It seems like everyone is competing to talk over each other. So I wouldn't go here if your trying to having a nice dinner conversation.

Have eaten here many times and is one of the few places I can say that I've never had a bad meal. Service is always good - sauce is outstanding and Gnocchi are a hidden gem. Always fresh food and excellent atmosphere. Very reasonable prices.

For over 7 years I've been happy with their dine-in service & only recently I've tried their take-out (so far, so good!) Great place for families AND for groups. The staff work hard, the food is great (portions so large that you should either share or be prepared to take 1/2 home) and the wait isn't too long on the weekends during the spring-summer-fall. If you want to watch sports while you eat, dine in the bar area (non-smoking) or you'd like alfresco, their patio is comfortable (albeit a bit loud) but you might want to bring a light jacket or light sweater when they have on the AC (although not an uncomfortable cold by any means.) I'm always satisfied with the menu items (my favorite Chicken Alla Rosa) as well as their specials. Be sure to check out their dessert tray that has most items baked on premise. Can you say cannoli?!?! Lastly, you're never rushed to leave and the food comes quickly.

Roman Delight is a great place of lunch, dinner or just a drink. They use to be across the street and did so well they opened a much larger place where they are now. The bar is never too crowded and the dinner room is large and you don't feel to close to your neighbor. Their prices are average they do have some great lunch specials on the last page of the menu. The sandwiches are large and the pizza is good. Once the dinning room gets full it does get loud. On nice days it outdoor seating is a delight. Enjoy

Updated: I have been here several times now. The baked ziti is always good, & the portion is large. The veal & chicken parm are ok. Those portions are a pretty good size. The garlic knots are sometimes great (soft & warm), but other times they are hard & not warm. The pizza is decent. I've had good servers & not so good servers, so my feelings about the quality of the service are mixed. Sometimes I've been seated quickly, even though the place is busy. Other times, I've had to wait 10 or more minutes to be seated. One thing I don't like is that it is pretty noisy.

Mediocre food. But the biggest problem is that if there is a youth soccer team in there going nuts (like literally hitting other customers with food or tossed objects) the help and management just lets it go on.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and it was subpar. The service was awful. They forgot to bring out have our food and charged us extra for what they didn't bring out and more (drinks). Furthermore the wait for our food took forever. The food left a lot to be desired. I was not impressed at all by this place.

Ehhh... Ok food ,good value, good service but it's usually packed with kids. Not good for dates. Outside patio is nice as well but there is better Italian places around. If I go back it would be for a beer and an appetizer on the patio, and not at family dinner time with the kiddies.
