My GOD. This is probably the one thing I miss about living in Hatfield. Best donuts EVER. I would often go on a Sunday morning and get a box of a dozen of their "donut holes" and would just munch on them over the course of the day. If I ever make it back to the area (I can't imagine WHY, but whatever), I will stop here, no doubt about it.

Because Dunkin Donuts now gets all their donuts trucked in from a central kitchen, I avoid them. This place still makes their own fresh donuts. Just ask what is fresh when you go there and you will have outrageously good and warm donuts like you could get many decades ago.

They have a doughnut here called the buttermilk stick that is the most amazing thing I have ever eaten for breakfast! I remember my Dad picking them up on a Saturday morning as a kid and although they seem a bit smaller, they taste just as amazing as ever. They also honor their competitors coupons, which is great. Also their coffee is pretty great and I'm not sure if they still do this or not but they used to have 99 cent coffee (any size) after 6pm. Great locally owned business, so show them some love.

Awesome donuts, fast and friendly service, what more could you want?!?

It's a shame there isn't more of these. Without Yum Yum most people think a good donut is something you get at Dunkin Donuts.

Love Yum Yums- its a real old-fashioned donut shop. They have a chocolate thunder donut that always makes me laugh and is delicious. And they have cheap coffee. Way way better than Dunkin Donuts...

Based on: Chocolate doughnut with chocolate cream, Glazed doughnut. Their donuts were ok, but not the best I've had in PA. The dough was ever so dry and a little tough. STILL, however, way better than Dunkin Donuts.

MUST GO HERE by far the best donut ever. Nothing compares to a yum yum donut

Great donut shop!!! Everything is made in the store and is always fresh. great friendly staff & just a great environment! LOVE THERE CHERRY BOMBS!! I definitely recommend taking a trip here just to taste these delicious donuts especially if you have never tried them before! They offer coffee & other drinks that go perfectly with donuts. They also have bagels which are always fresh & great for making breakfast sandwiches. There prices are relatively cheap & definitely a good buy!!

As far as donut shops go, this is a top-notch "throwback" joint. Fresh baked goods throughout the day, solid coffee and friendly staff, this shop is right out of 1960s, and that is a nice, warm feeling, compared to the DD crap across the street! I will always be a fan - sometimes driving 15 out of the way to pick up a dozen.

The best. Love the chocolate thunder. Love the jelly. Best is the glazed, fresh! Coffee, not the best. But the donuts make up for it.

Jelly filled donuts: my jam. Employees in the back snacking on donuts and licking their fingers while baking: not my jam.

WOW just wow talk about quality baking... what ever marvelous man or machine is back in that kitchen deserves a pay raise. Come on down ... just park carefully

Fantastic donuts. Much better variety than Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts. Service has always been exceptional. A must stop whenever I am near one of the locations.

I picked up bagels for the office since our it was my turn for Thursday Bagel Club that week. Compliments from my co-workers and the muffins were grabbed immediately. I especially liked the raisin bran and apple cinnamon. Here is a tasting of what to expect. * Donuts (soft and cake) * Bagels with spreads * Cupcakes * Coffee and some specialty drinks * Breakfast sandwiches

If you love donuts go to yum yum. They are still one of the great old fashion donut places. They are fresh and there are many wonderful flavors to try. You will not be disappointed! Don't walk in thinking you can get a latte or really anything more fancy than your basic coffee but if your looking for a great donut you can't do better. Do yourself a favor and skip dunkin and go to yum yum's!

I've never actually been here, but one of my coworkers, Saben, brings in donuts from Yum Yum almost once a week and it's my favorite part of the week! So far, I've tried Yum Yum's chocolate, red velvet, and hallelujah for today's first pumpkin donut of the season! I really wish there were locations closer to the city or out where I live (Bryn Mawr), but alas, I will just have to look forward to Yum Yum Fridays courtesy of Saben. Their donuts are so delicious! I love that they're not overly sweet, and they're moist and soft but have a little bit of a crunch on the outside. They are perfect! I could eat a chocolate donut every day and not get sick of it. I am definitely stopping in if I ever drive out to a Yum Yum town...

Yum Yum Bake Shop has been around my entire life and they've always kept that smaller, independent business charm. It's what makes you feel like you know the staff every time you walk through the doors. They have exceptional products and super friendly service... always have. They are always compared to Dunkin' because they sell similar products, but in my opinion, there is no comparison. The doughnuts are always fresh and delicious. Nothing has that "mass produced" taste. My favorite doughnut is the Chocolate Thunder. Soooooo good!!!

Yum Yum's donuts are awesome. After sampling a variety we have determined that our favorites are the chocolate iced (a classic and my personal go-to donut), the creme delight, the white lightening, and chocolate thunder. The latter three that I mentioned all have a delicious, ample creme filling. The service is quick (even though the line can get a little long on Saturday mornings), and the customers are generally friendly as well. They seem to have breakfast sandwiches and some other goodies besides donuts, but you should always definitely get a donut even if it's accompanying something else. No one wants to have missed donut remorse. I grew up in the area and never went into Yum Yum until this year (and I'm 30). I've missed out on years of donut perfection, but am more than making up for it now -- if you've not gone, you should. Best 99 cents you can spend in Lansdale!

Really quick service, even when it's busy. Great hours. The donuts are fresh and delicious, some of which could serve two people. The only issue I had with Yum Yum Bake Shop is the coffee. It wasn't undrinkable but it's not somewhere I'd stop just for a cup of coffee, either. It's nice to find a good local donut shop, because I'd always rather give my business to a family-owned and operated establishment over a franchise.

I never thought I could love a doughnut as much as I do after going to yum yum. I've been going there for years near and almost always end up getting a half dozen doughnuts - I can never pick just one. A great place to relax with a cup of coffee and a few doughnuts. Also a big fan of their big monster doughnut.

AH, YUM YUM! My Wife turned me on to the closest thing to a legal High over 30 years or so. Chocolate Donuts. EIther Filled or Coated; Jimmies or Sprinkles. Plain Chocolate. Marbled Chocolate. For me, they are all here. There is nothing better. Let others say or desire what they want. I have and will always want my Chocolate Donuts and YUM YUM BAKE SHOP fills the bill.

I used to go to Yum-Yum's in Lansdale. My family had gone there when we first moved to the area, and their donuts are, indeed, quite good. However, the owners need to improve customer service at this location. The servers at this location, while fine with older male customers, would do well to treat women customers more courteously. One, in particular, has been rude to me every time I have been in (and she has been rude to other women as well). I brought this to the owner's attention, but he denied there was a problem. Yum-Yum's owners would do well to install managers and servers at this location who realize the importance of good customer service. They are competing, not just against bake shop chains, but against other local bake shops that both provide high quality baked goods and treat customers appropriately. It is a shame, because my father loved Yum-Yum's, and it does offer good baked items for a good price. However, I now go elsewhere.

The day I got my driver's license, my mom and I left the DMV with huge grins on our faces to match the one on my brand spanking new license. We passed YumYum on the way home, and she swung into the parking lot so fast I nearly blacked out, and declared that success like that deserved fried dough dunked in frosting. I couldn't have agreed more, and that's how my mom and I ended up splitting the best chocolate glazed doughnut either of us have ever tasted and gloating silently, basking in the literal glow of the midday sun and the figurative glow of delicious food and triumph. Thank you, YumYum, for making such a moment possible with your delactable baked goods.

Yum Yum is donut mecca. Their flavors are interesting, varied and of course, delicious. They beat Dunkin Donuts or any other chain by a long shot. Locally owned, locally managed, real people working hard to make amazing donuts. Whether old fashioned or super fancy, these donuts are baked with heart and substance. They're absolutely satisfying, the best donuts in the area, by far. They also have a large beverage variety and a large variety of flavors for each beverage. I would never want any other donut than one from Yum Yum. Perfect.

When you're doing home renovations, what's more appropriate than a bunch of donuts for breakfast? Don't judge. Try their vanilla iced frosted donuts. They're tastier than they sound - and if that sounds good to you, you're in luck! There's a few Yum Yum locations, and they have more than donuts. Haven't personally tried their bagels or breakfast sandwiches yet, though.

Yum Yum is a real donut shop. Good coffee, cheap prices, greasy fresh donuts. Been there for YEARS. Love it!

Love their coffee and chocolate donuts, doesn't matter which ones. They have the biggest and very fresh donuts.

Love the toasted coconut coconut donut! And yes I do love coconut, especially in donut form. They are rich with a crunchy shell. Definitely "yum yum." Coffee is pretty good, too.

All the locals know that YumYums is far better than a Dunkin Donuts. The donuts at yum yum stay fresh for days as opposed to just ONE day from dunkin. The variety is always great and they also do a great cup of coffee as well. Oh - and most importantly - they taste incredible!!

I drive half an hour for these doughnuts. I have been here a few times and has been awesome every time. Every time I get out of the car I get smacked in the face with doughnut smell. I am very glad to have found this place cause it cures me of my doughnut craves.

So incredible! I've been missing a donut place from my hometown in Massachusetts and this place definitely helps fill the void. They have a few creative donuts like their peanut butter cup one and some delicious classics like glazed! If you're thinking about swinging by, you definitely should!

If you haven't had a Yum-Yum donut, you haven't had a donut. This isn't Dunkin' or Krispe (sorry, I hate KK). These are the best tasting, best priced, and best variety of doughnuts around. I've been to this location and the one on York Rd in Warminster. I sooo miss this place. Sadly I must report the York Rd location is no more. Apparently there aren't enough drug stores in the area, like the two? you can see from here. Sounds like they will re-open on York Rd again. Go over to Street Rd for now.

For 12 years of my life I was forced to go to church every Sunday. I don't mean to offend anyone but for me, it was excruciating. The one saving grace was that, after sitting through a 60+ minutes service every Sunday (not always an easy feat for a little kid) there would be about 4 or 5 boxes of a dozen donuts from yum yum, and let me tell you these are the best damn donuts I have ever had. Dunkin does not even begin to compare with the quality of these babies. They do classics like glazed, powdered sugar, and jelly-filled really well, but they also have some more original stuff like the coconut custard. I normally lean towards more exotic flavors when eating, but hear I usually just get the plain vanilla iced donut, maybe with sprinkles, because it is such well-executed, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Another highlight here are the cream cheese filled blueberry muffins. The coffee is meh, but to me that just adds to the ambiance and old-timey vibe you get here. I haven't been here in a while, but I think I need to get a dozen from here soon and bring them to work and share the glory that is Yum Yum with my coworkers. I seriously have no interest in other donuts.

Yum Yum exceeds Dunkin' Donuts in all things donut. It's not even a contest. If you want a donut, go to Yum Yum. I can't even tell you about the breakfast sandwiches or the bagels. I could never get out of there without donuts. Yum Yum has been in this location for decades. From what I recall, the location near Hatboro provides the same experience. For me, Yum's weakness is the coffee. It is not *bad*, but it always seems unflavorful. It isn't up to par with the donuts. My solution to that was to get a half dozen donuts to take home and then I brewed my own coffee. (Oh, and watch the parking lot. People use it to cut the corner by the light.)

The best alternative to Dunkin' Donuts in this area. I admit that I haven't eaten their donuts or coffee in a while, but from what I remember, their donuts and coffee are fantastic. If only the place were closer to where I lived, I would go here way more often :)

Donuts are bad for you but these donuts are excellent, much better than Dunkin Donuts and they are slightly bigger with more filling. Excellent donuts.

Amazing donuts! Made fresh each day! I would drive an hour to eat these donuts... but thankfully I live only five minutes away. :) All of the various fancy and colorful donuts are good... but you can tell if a doughnut shop does it right by how they make the simple good ole glazed. So how do they do? I usually buy a box of glazed. They also have a HUGE doughnut called the "Big Kahunas." Works well for birthdays, gag gifts... other celebrations. They have a breakfast menu that I'm never awake to try...

I don't eat donuts much (about once a month) but when I do, they come from Yum Yum. Why? Easy. BEST DONUTS EVER. They are consistently dense, flavorful and not nearly as greasy as the "other guys". Take it from a fat guy who has had more than his share of donuts. Skip the orange and brown chain and treat yourself to a heavenly circle of yumminess.
