Update.. The owner of this shop contacted me and asked if he could fix the problem... A big thumbs up for me... I'll happly give them another chance!! Omg... What's up with how the new ownership is making a hoagie!!! Ewwww what a soggie disgusting mess!!! The oil and mustard as an after thought oozed all over the top of the sandwich instead of in the roll!! Yuck... Will NEVER be back!! Wawa next door has better hoagies and that is the sad truth!!

I like Primos a lot. I'm biased because I always get the same thing the napolitano. It's really good. Also their sharp provolone is good and their pasta salads. Better quality than a subway and good quality hoagies. The staff is always friendly so I go there a lot.

Decent hoagies, not amazing. I'd rather hit capriottis or some local non-chain place.

Overpriced and not that good. I was surprised at how small the sandwiches were. They only sell bottled and canned beverages yet they don't recycle?

Only open a few months, this is a convenient location, next door to the Wawa station and a dry cleaners. Clean and attractive, with a dozen or so 2-top tables and 2 plasma screens (volume down). Pretty much indistinguishable from the other Primos I've been too. My recommendation is a "Primo"-sized (medium) sharp Italian with lettuce, tomato, onions, oil, oregano and added long hot peppers. High quality ingredients stacked high on crispy, but not too crisp, fresh sesame roll, and tasty enough that it's become a once or twice a month destination for me. Comes to exactly $9.00 (so no annoying pennies in your pocket!), so I'm sure there a cheaper hoagies to be found, but it's pretty sizable and many will be satisfied with a small for $3 less. Very fast service (although without the Lansdale location's personality, the servers here are all kids) and easy parking in the lot out front. Sláinte!

Typical Primo's. No better and norwse than any other. Its a newer location so its nice inside. Only minor complaint is that at times they are painfully slow making your order. Best to call ahead.

This was second trip to this location. The second time I had to wait over 15 minutes for one primo sized hoagie. I realize its a Friday lunch, but 3 people came in after me & got their one sandwich before I did. Now for the serious part - while WAITING I watched one of the young guys start slicing onions. He dropped the red slicer on the floor - picked it right up & started using it. He didn't wipe it, wash it or anything - YUCK!! Lastly - I don't like seeing men wear their pants or shorts riding half way down their butt allowing me to see their underwear if they even slightly bendover or to the side. Doubtful I'll be back.

Great ingredients; great sandwiches. We stop by there frequently when on the Perkiomen trail that runs right behind it.

Always a great place to grab lunch. Since I've changed jobs and now work in Phoenixville, I don't get to eat here as much, but when I do, I'm always happy with my order. I've never had an issue with the service or the food quality. The sandwiches are a great size for their price. Keep up the great work. I'll be back in for a Big T Diablo soon.
