The food is excellent and the portions for the money is wonderful. Great service and a nice view of the airport

A very nice discovery in this area. Situated at Chester county airport, it's a small but fun cafe. There are lots of aircraft memorabilia and model aircraft hang from the ceiling. The menu has an airplane theme and the food is good traditional lunch cafe, diner, or pub style. We had a buffalo chicken sandwich ( very tangy!) for which our waitress offered blue cheese, and the onion soup which had been recommended to us. Everything was very good and it is a fun place to eat!

Don't come here expecting great cuisine. Most everything I've eaten there is your run of the mill pre prepared food. The saving grace of this place is the airport and the quirky decor. There are around twenty model airplanes hanging from the ceiling, the airport radio is on so you can hear pilots talking to ground control and there is a popcorn machine full so you can have something to munch on while you wait. Overall the experience makes it worth a try but the foods just not great.

Flew in from Princeton, NJ. The waitress was really friendly and allowed me substitute my salad for a soup, which was really hearty. I had veggie and beef broth, the beef melted in my mouth! My boyfriend and our friend had the Ny strip steak with a garden salad. I had a mushroom cheese burger. We also had the Parmesan peppercorn chicken wings, which I didn't have time to take photos of because they were delicious. The salad was rated 'not bad.' My cheeseburger wasn't that good but I would guess because I had my heart set on a steak but apparently they only had two left so I just opted out and let the boys have the steak. We really admired the fact that the steaks were really cooked to what we asked for - one rare and one medium rare. To the previous yelper- there was a little popcorn where people were previously sitting but there were no ants and I've been sitting here for an hour.

FRENCH ONION SOUP enough said. Best french onion. Try it my way triple extra cheese well done on top. This place has great diner type selection with bonus of full service bar. Burgers and salads are good. Bring kids to watch planes take off and land. Sit close to the radio to hear the pilots chatter. Kids menu nice and affordable. regular menu pricey likely due to cost attached with rent inside popular airport.

Average at best ... Service is average went there with friends and waited over a half hour for our food and had to take it to go because we had to get back to work.... Over priced for what they offer and the atmosphere isn't that great with the open kitchen layout ... You can here the grumpy chef cursing and yelling at the staff...

The best French Onion Soup you will ever have. Also try the open faced Rueben, it's fantastic. Also great to watch planes and Helicopters landing and taking off. Great place for kids. Breakfast not so good but great for lunch or dinner.

Get the french onion soup, especially on a rainy day. Really can't go wrong with any choice of food or wait staff. Sitting near the windows or at the bar don't forget to grab some popcorn.

Comfortable, relaxing place to grab a big, satisfying lunch. I ordered the french onion soup, and it was rich, decadent & hit the spot. My boss ordered the BLT with fries, and the portions were huge. His BLT looked so good that I wanted to grab the other half of the sandwich and take a bite. He could not even finish his lunch. They also have a popcorn machine in case you want to nosh before you eat. I have to travel there on business later this week, and I know I'm going back during my trip. Looking foward to seeing one of the posh private planes landing while I'm chowing down.

I want to love this place, I really do. The menu is decent and the atmosphere is great for kids. With that being said, the place is dirty! There were a ton of ants under our table, all devouring a small piece of popcorn that fell. the popcorn went from white to brown from being coated with ants. The first time I was there, I ordered the hot turkey sandwich. The turkey was warmed lunchmeat and not fresh turkey. Blaspheme! The second time I was there, I had prime rib and it was good. They do have a decent children's menu. I am afraid, after the ants, we won't be returning. Still love to go and see the airplanes with my son though.

Food is hit or miss depending on what you order and perhaps who's cooking. Just moved to the area and had high hopes, especially for place to grab a few cocktails and a bite to eat. Definitely not a good bar, although it has potential. There are two tvs. The 1st time there the tv behind the bar had a soap opera on with the sound the next time it was Wheel of Fortune, with sound. The other tv next to the bar, 19" was playing a baseball game, no sound. Items we had on occasions were Cajun Pierogies - good, Steak Sandwich - one time good, next just ok, Grilled Corned Beef on Rye - very good, Onion soup - very good.Fries hot and crisp but not seasoned. Service is ok, not the fastest, not the worst, not very friendly, just mediocre. Place has potential, just wish they would capitalize on it. I've never seen it very busy so perhaps they're okay with that.

Great spot for good diner type food, have enjoyed breakfast and dinner here. Good burgers, and great omlettes and home fries! Excellent for kids, the hanging models keep their attention in between the planes taking off and landing outside. Monday and Tuesday are also "Kids eat free" days! Breakfast and lunch are under $10, dinners over $10 available too. The seating is relaxed and and "worn in" comfortable feeling. Booths are quiet too, as the backs are high, and help block out noise from the other diners. We will be regulars soon enough, as we have a budding pilot and WWII plane enthusiast in our brood.

The food prices are rather high for the type of cuisine (sandwiches, appetizers, etc) they serve. Oh I was charged 4.50 for a smirnoff cooler which is ridiculous...it costs about 6.00 a 6 pack...such a markup! Burgers are ok but not fresh ground beef..poss frozen patty...distributor grade. The reuben is the most popular item but is drowning in 1000 island...ask for it on the side...you can dip into so it doesn't look like a pink mess on your plate!
