Im writing this review as I enjoy a big slice of my birthday cake (for breakfast mind you). We have been getting our cakes here for quite some time now and they never disappoint. I'm not a huge sweets guy, but my Dad is and he cant stop eating the cake when we get him one from here. My girlfriend raved about her ice cream cake I got her last year. From top to bottom this place is great, the baked goods arent too greasy, their frosting isn't too sweet, and their fudge drop cookies are out of this world. Do yourself a huge favor and skip those grocery store baked goods, that are terrible anyway and stop here. It's completely worth it!

I stopped in just a few days ago to weigh my options for my dad's birthday dessert and observed the following: SELECTION: There's a lot to choose from, considering the size of this cute little bakery! Cookies of all shapes and sizes, cakes of all different sorts, and pastries like the coconut strudel and the almond-filled bear claw. Everything looked fresh and delicious. Whatever you're craving, you're sure to find satisfaction here. TASTE: The cheesecakes and buttercakes were very tempting looking (and I'm sure I'll have the opportunity to try them someday), but for now I went with a pound cake. I have had my fair share of pound cake in my days, and let me tell you... Butter Crumbs Bakery has a great raspberry pound cake! The icing was a little too sweet and over powering, but the cake without the frosting was moist and very filling. I also got a black and white cookie for nostalgia's sake, which was great. PRICES: The pastries were all reasonably priced. For a raspberry pound cake to feed six, two strudels, and a black and white cookie, I paid just over eight dollars. The cleanliness of the bakery was up to par and the woman working was super nice. My family really enjoyed the treats I brought home. I will be back!

The staff here was super friendly and gave good advice, but I was not really a fan of what I had gotten. We got a pan of brownies with a cream cheese swirl that looked great, but it was more of a chocolate cake with no cream cheese flavor...

This review is specifically for their poundcake with buttercream icing. While I consider myself a very good baker, nothing beats an old fashioned pound cake from a real bakery. This year I got one for my son's graduation party from Butter Crumbs. Aside from the beautiful Temple design which they did so well, people absolutely raved about the cake. At least 6 people asked me where I got it. I always go overboard on the dessert table but, at the end of the night, the brownies, cookies and carrot cake were still there while guests were asking to take cake home.

Excellent birthday cakes and pastries. Me and my family have been patronizing them for about 9 years.. Our Thanksgiving tradition is getting their Caramel Apple pie , it is just heavenly. Definitely worth trying them out

I was really disappointed with this bakery when I went. I bought chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes. The cookies were stale and flavorless and the cupcakes were burnt on the bottom and had whipped cream icing. I won't be bothering with this place again.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday as well as some cupcakes for the kids. I was sooooo disappointed by how terrible the cake was! It was dry and flavorless! The cupcakes were also teeny and very dry! I spent $80 for the cake and $20 for the cupcakes! The cakes at Genaurdi's and Acme and Costco were much better and much cheaper!
