Best pizza in Birdsboro! Since there are a lot of places to choose from as far as pizza and hoagies, I would suggest Italian Delite. They have a great dining area and, currently, are expanding their establishment. Parking is a bit on the tough side, but people move in and out pretty fast! Also, I wish they offered a whole wheat crust because they have an awesome white crust. AND it would really set them apart from the rest of Birdsboro's finest pizza... Ha.

Great pizza for the area. However, let's be honest. There really isn't any great pizza in the area. This place has a lot to offer, a lot of seating, friendly staff, and some good old fashion people-watching. Example: While waiting on a pie, dude with a purple mo-hawk and tats walks up. Looks like a band geek who decided to act out and show his inner toughness. No harm, no fowl. He was there to have some pizza like everyone else. Better yet is when Jerry Garcia's hillbilly twin brother walks in and tries to flirt with the high school girl behind the counter. He actually started making fun of purple mo hawk guy. Seriously Jerry, take a shower and trim the hair before making fun of others! Good pizza, nice staff, good beer selection. Probably the best Pizza in the area.

Food is ok. Service is not. They seem to mix up orders more than most places I have ever been to. The worst is on Tuesdays when they run $5 large cheese pizza promo. It is completely disorganized. They tell you when your pizza is ready and give you a number. When you arrive they ask your number. That is when they prep your box and make you wait an extra 20-30 minutes because they gave yours away already. Usually when you wait you'll here others complain about the same thing. It's not always this bad on normal business days but it seems like they don't follow their own system. Recently I ordered food and when I picked it up I gave them my number and they asked me what I ordered (this was not a Tuesday. It was Monday and not too busy)

Correction to my last review. I meant to say it was all good, not old. I would eat here everyday if I could. My new favorite is the Italian panini. Love this place! 4/10/13 Update: ordered a Stromboli at 5:30 they said 25 minutes, walked in at 6:00 and literally saw the lady who I assumes owns the place just making it. After 15 minutes of waiting it was finally ready, I brought up the time to the young girl, owners daughter, and she said nothing. Very disappointing bc they have good food but next time I won't be waiting around.

This is next to where I work so I've been here several times. Thumbs up to the pizza, cheese steaks and strombolis. We recently ordered platters of food here for a work function and the food was delicious...cajun bowtie pasta with chicken, salad, rolls, sausage.

A great family-friendly restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. We had pizza, Stromboli, chicken fingers and loaded fries. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We went back a few days later for more.

The pizza here is really good. The prices are reasonable and the staff has always been friendly when I've dropped by. I've only ordered out here, but every pizza has been fantastic. They also carry Barq's root beer, which makes this place pretty awesome.

What I like this place is how close it is to home. I also like the friendly service (as long as the lady is in a good mood). I have the confidence that the food is made in a sanitary way. The coupons are also good to make this restaurant very affordable. Near downtown Birdsboro, this is the place to go.

There are not many places to eat in the town of Birdsboro and the places that are there don't look very appetizing. That's why after a long day of climbing at The Bird I was happy to find Italian Delite. We got to sit outside in there great outdoor area so we could continue to enjoy the beautiful day. Our waitress who also sat us took our drink order right away which no surprise to anyone was a pitcher of beer. Huge plus that this place serves beer. For dinner I split a Hawaiian pizza with 2 of the other people in our group. The pizza which was topped with bacon as well as the traditional ham and pineapple was delicious and just what I was looking for. For dessert I went for the carrot cake which was also very good. Our waitress was excellent even though it was only her 4th day. Something tells me Italian Delite will be a staple in my future Birdsboro climbing trips.
