Pleaase get some more GF options, pretty please. Otherwise, great soups! The service is pleasant and it's a cozy quick lunch spot for a catch-up with mates. The salad is average-y but fresh, and their burgers looked and smelled really good, too. Massive selection of pretzel-y, Oreo-y, ice cream-y goodness for those who can, worth checking out for sure.

Really bland veggie flatbread for the $9 price. Asparagus did not come on the sandwhich as advertised. The flatbread was really similar in taste & texture to the pretzel sticks, which came w/ runny watery cheese sauce ($4). Highly unimpressed and unsatisfactory.

I will be going here a lot for the wild salmon sandwich. I can walk from my house. The girl working there was extremely sweet and helpful and happened to be really cute as well.

Stopped in on a whim as we were downtown for lunch. Got the crab patty sand which. I love seafood but the sandwich was only okay. Price was higher than I expected and portion was a bit smaller than expected. Would likely try somewhere else next time we are in town.

Ice cream is above par. Lay a flat stretched out pretzel under it and shazamo! Pretzel bowl!

I didn't order a pretzel or flatbread, which based on the reviews, was probably my first mistake. I ordered the taco bowl salad, and it was just ok. Not amazing, but not dreadful either. I will say the honey wheat (I think) taco bowl was very delicious, until the random garlic part at the bottom. I love garlic, but wasn't expecting it. Despite that, I'd go back and try one of the flatbreads.

Excellent healthy fare, organic premise made hand rolled pretzels for snacks, with veggies and cheese, chicken for lunches, with eggs for a late quick breakfasts or casual quick dinner. Stations Cafe also serves up three very nice all natural soups, a chili in a pretzel bowl, and Longacre's Ice cream. They have wi-fi on site, however I have never had a chance to take advantage of it, and their coffee is rather good.

I headed to Station's this weekend for a quick bite to eat and drink. Sadly, I will add my experience to the list of reasons why Main Street is in desperate need of a good cafe (and not another 5 Italian places). I struggle to find something decent to say about the food. I ordered a bowl of soup and a pretzel. My chili had three beans(I counted) and was primarily composed of ground turkey. It came out hot, which is usually appreciated, but I waited 10 minutes for it to cool only to burn my mouth when I tried it. The garlic pretzel that accompanied the soup was awkwardly sweet, tasting primarily of coconut. The garlic bits on top were hard and, in some cases, inedible. The coffee I had after my meal tasted stale (my friend likened it to green beans). Besides the food, I was rather appalled by the service. It comes as no surprise that much of the negative criticism on yelp is directed towards this area. First, my friend and I both ordered soup and a pretzel. They managed to confuse our orders, giving us the wrong pretzels. Now, this isn't something to dock a star over, but its the first of many slights. We had stopped in before and really wanted to try their caboos (pretzel covered oreo). We didn't have menus when the waitress stopped by and she listened carefully as we discussed splitting a single caboo. We decided we should each have one and asked for two caboos. We waited over 20 minutes for the caboos. Eventually, we were so frustrated that we decided to pay and ask for our dessert to go, freeing up our seats in the process. We stood up to wait in line for the register and the one line "chef" approached us. Her brunt manner made us feel as though she thought we were going to dine and dash. Adding injury to insult, we were given two *orders* of caboos rather than two caboos. We were never informed that there was more than one per order. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. I am all for giving places a second chance, but I will have to wait a good while before I do so.

Found this place when we did the Bethlehem Chocolate Trail and their joint won best in show. My wife tried the home made pretzel with Turkey Chili combo & a water. She loved the pretzel but the chili was a little too hot for her taste buds and i would agree and she was hoping for some beans but they strictly did the meat variety. I had a the lobster bisque..which for bisque was actually pretty light but yummy all around and I had a hot ham & Swiss flat bread sandwich with grilled onions & peppers and fresh tomato on a soft bun. This sandwich was so good I didn't need any mustard or mayo. My only minor complaint would be that I ordered a fruit juice seltzer that came in a bottle without a twist off cap. Luckily for me I had a bottle opener on my key chain but this is something they should be aware of and perhaps open it for me and bring a glass with ice. Otherwise, the wait wasn't that long and the joint was sparkling and the ambiance was nice. We had lunch here on a Sunday. Worth another shot.

The good: The food here is always excellent as well as the service. I grew up in the philly area and actually like the pretzels here better; they don't give you the carb nap feeling after you have one due to the ingredient used. They have a variety of items to select from including ice cream and home made lemon-aid (a favorite of mine as well) Typically I go for the turkey chili in a bread bowl. I do like a nice hot spice. Somedays it can be very spicy while others a little milder. Constancy or have options for the consumers: Hot to not so hot. The bad: It is a small place and depending on what time of day or year (musikfest) the place can get crowded. Parking can also be a challenge. Summary: don't pass them up if you are in town and looking for great and organic food.

I could not say enough good things about this place. Stopped in on a whim with my mom because I saw they had some vegan (for me) and non-vegan (for my mom) options. I had the Veggie Pita Pocket and my mom had the Lemongrass Chicken. Both of us LOVED our food. It was fresh, cooked to order, flavorful, and SO reasonably priced! We ordered 2 pints of Spinach and Feta Chowder to take home and try, and it was just as good as the lunch. We will be going back here again and again.

Great food! Sweetest lady serving us. I was worried about price when I saw it was organic and fresh but the prices were very reasonable. Great food would definitely recommend!

My son and I stopped here for lunch. The proprietor and server were super friendly and very accommodating. My son loved his sandwich. My sandwich on the other hand had less meat on it than a Subway sandwich. Which means, there were three super-thin slices of turkey on my turkey sandwich. There was also one piece of lettuce as my lettuce topping. The sandwich bread was delicious and the pumpkin bisque was fantastic though. The place was not crowded at lunch time yet it still took a very long time to get our food. This place has a lot of potential. I hope it improves.

I stopped here this recent Friday for lunch. I've been here a few times for lunch before and the food is excellent, but the service is always subpar. My recent visit proved more of an annoyance for me with regard to the owner more than anything. When I arrived, I was motioned toward a table by the sole waitress behind the counter, who seemed friendly enough. I sat at the table for nearly 10 minutes before being approached by anyone. Mind you, there were only two other tables with actual customers, and the owner was sitting at another table close by apparently trying to further the business connections with another gentleman she was sitting with. I wasn't even approached by the waitress, but the cook who took my drink order and then returned for my food order, since the waitress was too busy standing around behind the counter. During my visit, the food was good, as usual. However, the waitress barely acknowledged the tables, nor did the owner acknowledge the customers who came and went. I can understand her trying to get her business more acknowledged, but while she sat there, a customer with children came in and stood by the counter for five minutes, unacknowledged, waiting for any greeting or service, while the waitress stood around the corner, and I witnessed the owner see them and watch them as they left and the customer, who I assume to be the father, mentioned they'd come back. When the customer did return with the children, they were yet again unacknowledged, while the owner continued to chat away too concerned and wrapped up in her personal conversation to acknowledge them. She noticed them come in, watched them stand at the counter, as she continued to speak to the gentleman she'd been having her ongoing conversation with, trying to get his contact information, while not bothering to acknowledge her customers or have someone else attend to them, since she was too important to do so. They, again, left, as the owner watched them leave. I was thinking to myself, 'what is wrong with this woman?'. Twenty minutes later, a young girl entered and politely asked if she could have a drink of water, at which the owner responded with, "we only have bottled water here", as I stared at the cup of water they had served me with my lunch. I get it, you're running a business, but the owner does not win kudos with me. She's tended to be rude and cold, even toward customers, with no concern to really acknowledge anyone she doesn't feel she has time for, unless of course they're there to market her business. She's got an airhead aura about her and during my visits has never put off anything more than her cold unwelcoming attitude, even when trying to be polite. It's as though she has to go out of her way to be nice to any one who comes into her establishment.

I walked in this place as whim just to get a water then I decided to stay for lunch. The owner's special recipe for turkey chili was so good and the garlic pretzel sticks could stand on their own, also brilliant! It kept me warm, was hearty and the quality of the pretzels and the chili had me bringing my friends and family back to try them. It is by far the best pretzel I have ever had. The chili easily makes my top 5 if not the #1 spot. An added bonus were the prices, the meal wwas extremely reasonable and for the quality of food I was more than willing to pay. They also cater and make custom pretzel trays, I haven't taken advantage of this yet but will, soon.

Where to start! We began going here about the time we moved to the area and since then, Stations has become our favorite place to get lunch or an afternoon snack. I can understand the criticism about the wait times, but as a regular customer, I know that the kitchen runs slowly, so I usually make sure that I either have the time to sit and relax for a bit, or I call in and get a pick-up order ahead of time so when I come in, it's ready. I personally think the food is worth the wait, and some people won't. I get it. Regarding food, there is little else I can ask for in quality and consistency, and you get it at a great price. Their ingredients are fresh, and there are different soups every day. I love their bread, and typically anything I get that comes with it - from pretzel dog to salmon burger - is delicious. You owe it to yourself to try the almond crunch pretzel bowl sundae. If you live in the area, and you have a bit of free time, I urge you to stop in and get some lunch. You'll be glad you did.

Excellent soup and flatbread. If you go get the quesadilla with hummus; it's a delicious combination.

The pretzels are so delicious! They are soft with a bit of chewiness to it. My bf loved it so much that he went back the next day to get another one. Also, I really think the prices are reasonable considering they're organic. As a matter of fact, it's on the cheaper side if you think about it. The ones you get at the malls are similar in prices or higher but they aren't organic. I highly recommend this place if you're around the area and want to grab something quick to eat or have lunch. I haven't tried their lunch menu yet but will do so in the future.

I had brussel sprout salad and turkey chili- my boyfriend had a chipotle turkey burger. Both were awesome!!

I got really excited when I saw "vegan" all over the menu, but my veggie burger was bland and mushy and my bean salad was grossly sweet--the kind that often comes in a jar (I don't know if they make theirs). Price was pretty low, but not worth it. Disappointing. I hope they come up with better vegetarian options! The burger probably could've been helped a lot with Veganaise.

Don't get me wrong, it's great to have the option on Main St in case you want something small and quick, but I would never make an actual effort to go here. If I was walking by and wanted a quick pretzel or ice cream (not sure how either of those can ever be healthy) then it's a nice option. Although the folks are usually nice, today that was not the case when my girlfriend stopped over, they always seem a little disorganized or rushed which is probably fair for a small place trying to keep employees to a minimum. They are out of stuff a lot, like eggs today when we went for breakfast (hello just hit Simms down the street for some eggs) but again not uncommon for a small place. I wouldn't say not to stop in, but again wouldn't make a trip for the place.

I wanted to like this place because it's right below my office above Brew Works so sometimes I like to grab a quick coffee or lunch during a busy day at work. However, I am always confused when I walk in. The coffee is self service, but the soup is not, even though it's in a space that looks like you could help yourself to it. There's no full menu up on the wall, so you'll be at the counter skimming through the menu yourself, while you feel uncomfortably in the way. I feel that the employees don't care as much about the customer as they do about their own personal leisure and lifestyle. There's never any rush to get me my food or coffee, even if that was the only thing I ordered and I got it to go. There is always just a drawn out conversation going on between the person working and someone else, and it really adds to your serving time. The chef fumbles in the back and makes casual conversation with some customers which I assume are regulars while he slowly throws together a cup of soup, which I'm not sure why it took 15 minutes, considering you just need to put it into a bowl. I feel stupid when I come in here, and I'm looked at as if i should know exactly how the place works. I'm always extremely uncomfortable and cramped there. There's no guidance as to how you are supposed to be served. Is it self service? Is it a grab & go? A sit down restaurant? A cafe? And as if the atmosphere wasn't lacking enough, the terribly cliche Christian music makes me wanna hurl. I just don't have a connection with the people who own this place, and think today was my last visit to Stations Cafe. Not to sound like an ungrateful brat, but I'll just walk down to Re-Wired if I really want a coffee that bad, I don't want to wait 15 minutes for a cup o' joe and a sandwich.

I highly recommend Stations. The pretzels and the Caboo O's (powdered sugar dough wrapped Oreo cookies) are awesome. The flatbread sandwiches and the tuna salad are very good. The variety of soups are very good (stop in early to get your pick). The service is always great. Check them out!

The food was good but the service was lacking. No one seemed to know what they were doing or how to do it. Each was always as the other for help which drastically slowed down service. I would go back on a slow day to try other menu items. Some advice for the owner or manager, please train your staff in all areas of the restaurant and not on a weekend!!
