The ice cream was very good, and watching it being made is highly entertaining. But the excellent customer service is probably what will keep us coming back. The young blonde gal who served us was so knowledgable about the product and the process, and extremely friendly!

Kinda gimmicky concept, which would be OK, but the ice cream is sickeningly over-sweet. It's good, I guess, if you like to have the ability to make your own odd mixes of flavors (bacon in amaretto with cheesecake chunks, say...). I did notice a possible health concern- the ice cream base is kept refrigerated in a pitcher, but is poured, serving after serving, into a measuring cup left out on the counter. Not sure how frequently they change the measuring cup.
