Used to be a big fan of this location with the drive thru being convenient. However, over the past 2 weeks every single time I have gone they have gotten my order completely wrong. As someone who is lactose intolerant, being served their normal milk when I have stated 2-3 times per order process that I need soy is extremely frustrating and I end up sick from a few sips. I was a daily customer but will be taking my business to other locations or making the switch to another brand thanks to the constant mess ups on simple orders.

I work from home, so I'm usually here 2 or more times a week to get out of the house for awhile. I will agree it's slow, but I'm never in a rush so this doesn't bother me. However, since I am here so much, I expected that the staff would eventually remember me. Still waiting on this :( They don't mind if you sit here for 3-5 hours and catch up on your to-do list (or eavesdrop on surrounding conversations). Not a bad place for a high-quality salad. Thy usually have my favorite in stock (brown rice with veggies) I have sat in the drive thru for way too long and you kind of have to commit to it, there's no turning around once you enter!

The friendliest Starbucks in the area. Honestly, I would take a friendly staff over a latte made in 30 seconds. The other comments here on speed of service obviously don't care about connecting with the customers. Great drinks and great service. Keep it up guys!!

Sitting here sipping a brew and reading, I am constantly made to look up because of noise as the crew bang things almost as if it's intentional or at least uncaring. This is an exception to the many Starbucks I visit. Why all the racket? OK you are busy but you can still try to be careful. They seem nice enough otherwise. Maybe it's just one person?

I'm a Starbucks junkie so my opinion may be biased, but I loved it here. The barista was very sweet to me and understanding, and my drink and sandwich were both delicious. It was a very clean and homey environment and definitely represented the company well.

I love Starbucks, but this has to be my least favorite Starbucks that I have had a chance to visit. The drive thru wraps around the back of the shopping center, which makes it very difficult to leave the drive thru if you need to. You are probably wondering why would you ever need to leave the drive thru? Well you would need to, because it takes FOREVER. For being surrounded by caffeine, the service at this place moves at a snails pace. On more than one occasion, I have sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Not only have I had ridiculously long waits, upon receiving my beverage, the order was wrong. I believe this location has screwed up my order more than they have gotten it correct. Positives about this location? It is a nice place to sit inside and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, those positives do not outnumber the negatives for me. When I have a desire for Starbucks beverage, I make the effort to visit other locations in the area.

Went yesterday. My favorite part of the visit was when the barista open the drive thru window and you could smell the sweet smell of fresh brew coffee. Aw The service was quick. The barista was friendly and very nice. I have been in the inside before. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Best Starbucks in the Valley for staying in to enjoy a cup of java. Normally clean & not ridiculously loud. Friendly staff. I've never gotten an incorrect drink, and the baristas are normally crazy fast. Minor annoyance at the tiny parking lot (I've literally tried to get a latte and just skipped it since I couldn't find parking). I've never done the drive thru here, though.

Painfully slow service. Have walked out several times when the line is long. Even if the line has only a few people, getting coffee within 5 to 10 mins is a challenge. It's the most convenient Starbucks in the neighborhood, so I endure.....

This is one of the few Starbucks in the area (where I come from in CO they are everywhere), so of course it's consistently busy. The parking lot is a little small, which can be challenging, but it's not that big of a deal. Staff is always really friendly and smiling, probably because they're over-caffeinated :), and the drinks come out quickly and correct every time. There's a drive-through here, which is really convenient when your husband wants a Venti Caramel Frappucino at 9:30 at night and you don't feel like getting out of your pajamas. Yeah, we're those people. At least we own it!

I'm a little embarrassed that the employees all had my drink memorized (I'm really spending too much $$ on coffee), but they were always friendly, as efficient as possible (for how busy it is) and had lots of good, albeit overpriced, food options..

This location is pretty good. The staff is friendly and very efficient in making a drink timely and tasty. The prices are a bit on the higher side which I would be lower with a Dunkin Donuts about a mile away. I have not stayed to enjoy my drinks in this location as the space doesn't seem to comfortable. The drive thru is an absolute terror. You have to drive around the back of the entire line of stores (about 5) to reach their order station. There are cars and dumpsters back there and that spells disaster. Once you go through the obstable course of tight squeezes in and out of the building this location offers good pricey product with a smile.

This location is much more suitable as a drive-thru then a sit-in. The parking lot is tiny, sharing with AT&T and Five Guys. And the drive-thru actually starts on the side of Five Guys not Starbucks, strange but hey, as long as I get my caffeine fix it's all good. The baristas are quick and friendly, and prices... well, it's Starbucks.

Having been to hundreds of starbucks around the country I can say this is not my favorite location, BUT it gets 4 starts because its better then the other locations in the area! And hey at least there IS a Starbucks here! Being the best location in the area, it is of course crowded and the parking is a horror show. The staff has always been fast and friendly and even though there are a lot of people inside I've never had an issue finding a table for 2. I don't think I need to comment on their product as I'm sure most people have had a Starbucks latte by now, but what the heck. They seem to be made by the book, not overly sweet, which I have sometime found.
