Came here to get my birthday drink!!! My hubby got a drink as well. The lid wasn't put on properly so when he picked it up, it spilled all over. It was nice of them to make a new one, after I asked them to. The service was fast, but the baristas didn't try to make conversation we me which is weird for Starbucks.

Very convenient drive through. Nice to not have to get out of car and can get a quick iced mocha drink when on the business / shopping run through to the nearby Woodburn Outlet malls.

Seriously the slowest drive thru line ever. Also not a great location considering that the drive thru line starts immediately as you enter the lot. It also doesn't help that the people that are entering the establishment have to risk their lives to walk through the line to get to the front door.

Wish more Starbucks had a drive through that was convenient and fast like this one ...just off highway 5 and next to some great outlets too.Everything else about it was typical starbucks which does not need to be written about!

I agree with Lily Y.s post. You can't even find the front door for gosh sakes. However the Drive through was a bit slow, coffee was good as usual and friendly service.

Worst service ever. Idk if the baristas were racist or just idiotic. My boyfriend and I were clearly waiting in line to get some coffee. We were waiting for about 5 minutes. We assumed they were busy with all the drive-thru orders but once a lady walked up to the register, they were glad to take her order. We let that one slide. The next cashier came up, looked over at us and offered to take someone else's order. Hello! We were patiently waiting for you to acknowledge us but you couldn't even do that. Screw this place.

It is smart to have a starbucks around the outlet. It is NOT smart for starbucks to be in the building it is in. First off, the drive thru is not obvious. Most Starbucks drive thru, have a sign and are clearly marked. The drive thru itself is a short length. Since starbucks is on the corner, I have seen the drive thru line get so long that it curves out and blocks incoming/oncoming traffic. By long I mean, it gets fill with 3 cars. This location lacks of parking. I would park by elmers and just walk 15 feet over instead of the drive thru. The interior itself has about 5 tables, which seat about 2 people. There arent any big tables there. The tables themselves are really close to each other. It would be nice if this starbucks could take over the space quizno is in. With the lack of space, the ambiance isnt there. I order a iced green tea. It was on the weak side. However the service was fast and efficient.

Absolute crap service, based on going there twice. The latest time they were low on a flavor and told us they could make out drink but because they wanted to save the flavor/syrup for the shift they would only add a "drizzle" this not really making the drink. So I wonder how many people got garbage drinks from this store manager the rest of the night?

Very small interior -- and seems even more squished due to its narrow length inside. The drive thru always seems packed, so I usually go inside. The staff is normal and nice. Overall, due to its size and shape, its not the best place to chill and read a book....because people are everywhere. And its rather dark inside, more than normal.

I agree with Lily Y.s post. You can't even find the front door for gosh sakes. However the Drive through was a bit slow, coffee was good as usual and friendly service.

Worst service ever. Idk if the baristas were racist or just idiotic. My boyfriend and I were clearly waiting in line to get some coffee. We were waiting for about 5 minutes. We assumed they were busy with all the drive-thru orders but once a lady walked up to the register, they were glad to take her order. We let that one slide. The next cashier came up, looked over at us and offered to take someone else's order. Hello! We were patiently waiting for you to acknowledge us but you couldn't even do that. Screw this place.

It is smart to have a starbucks around the outlet. It is NOT smart for starbucks to be in the building it is in. First off, the drive thru is not obvious. Most Starbucks drive thru, have a sign and are clearly marked. The drive thru itself is a short length. Since starbucks is on the corner, I have seen the drive thru line get so long that it curves out and blocks incoming/oncoming traffic. By long I mean, it gets fill with 3 cars. This location lacks of parking. I would park by elmers and just walk 15 feet over instead of the drive thru. The interior itself has about 5 tables, which seat about 2 people. There arent any big tables there. The tables themselves are really close to each other. It would be nice if this starbucks could take over the space quizno is in. With the lack of space, the ambiance isnt there. I order a iced green tea. It was on the weak side. However the service was fast and efficient.

Absolute crap service, based on going there twice. The latest time they were low on a flavor and told us they could make out drink but because they wanted to save the flavor/syrup for the shift they would only add a "drizzle" this not really making the drink. So I wonder how many people got garbage drinks from this store manager the rest of the night?
