Look, this is not a fancy restaurant. It is a counter order restaurant for either take out or delivery to your table. However, of the myriads of restaurants like this (most of them seem to serve Asian food), this one has the best variety, most consistent quality, promptest service, and best value of any that I have been to, and I have been to many. We have been to Love Teriyaki dozens of times and have never been disappointed. We frequently order the "Love Combo" family meal for take out and it can feed your whole family with a variety of entrees at a great value. This restaurant is a staple for us.

Ive been to this restaurant many times and every time I order the basic teriyaki chicken and after it's handed to me I like to take it to a table and add spicy sauce to it. I like my teriyaki spicy. Well they must value their spicy sauce because every time I do this I get the dirtiest look like Im stealing from them or something. Havent been in for months because of this but went in the other day and the guy in front of me wanted a water cup to-go and they denied him of it. After seeing that I figured I better not add sauce, had to stop by the grocery store to buy a bottle of sauce for my chicken. Defanetley a reminder of why I dony go here any more.

I don't know about love, but I like Love Teriyaki. Wilsonville has a number of duos (two sushi places, two Thai places and at least two pan-Asian places) where I prefer the food at one place and the environment at the other. So I go to one or the other depending on whether I'm going to eat in, take away or am entertaining out of town guests. Love Teriyaki is OK and the restaurant is light, bright and clean. It is located in the town center so it is a great spot to eat a quick lunch while running errands to the grocery store, bank, etc. downtown. I prefer the food and friendly service at House of Teriyaki and prefer both of this places to Rice Time, but better casual teriyaki places are in Tualatin.

I've eaten here many times, and the food here is good. The restaurant is charming, with a good-sized dining room so it doesn't get crowded. The prices are decent, but it can sometimes take awhile to get your food, which is too bad because I usually rely on teriyaki to be a quick choice for lunch. All in all a good place if you're in town. UPDATE: I hadn't been here in awhile so I decided to grab lunch at Love recently. It was simply the best teriyaki meal I'd ever had. My order came up very quickly, the chicken and sauce were perfect, and the wait staff checked on me a few times to make sure everything was OK. This place wasn't bad to begin with, but they have definitely gone uphill.

Yuck! They drowned the chicken in teriyaki sauce, the veggies weren't that good either. There was a lot of food though, but more is not merrier when the food tastes like rubber coated in Teriyaki.

I love the chicken pho! My wife and I just had a very delicious lunch at love teriyaki. The lettuce wraps spring rolls were also good. The staff was very friendly. My wife and I will be back :)

Original post: (place is terrible and they charge you for anything extra, food quality is poor.) Update: went back to give them a second chance since I havent been there in a long Time, well they haven't change lady is rude food quality is poor customer service is poor. I ordered pho to go and they have lids that are low quality for container so when I got home I open my bag and they double stacked the pho container and the bottom was so hot it melted the lid and the other container fell through and water was everywhere inside the container ugh!! I had plastic melted inside my soup which I was not going to eat. I didn't even bother letting them know since I knew the answer they were going to give me and since I felt like I should have known better then to try them again. After waiting 20 min to get my order and only living a couple blocks away it was money misspent

This is my goto place for some good teriyaki. The owners work the counter and the kitchen. They deliver constantly good food. I love the #2 hot and spicy chicken. There is never a crowd so easy in and out if you are pressed for time. I try to make it in at least monthly. The only draw back would be that they are not open on Sundays.

Yuck. The Pho was horrible, bland and bad meat and. Broth. The spring rolls were just as bad...Tasteless. I've never had a bad bowl of Pho this was my first. Won't be going back.

Nothing great about this restaurant. I agree that it's over priced for what you get. 8.99 for some rice, steamed veggies, and so okay teriyaki... For the same price you can go to Ichi teriyaki near Fred Meyers and get free egg flower soup, a salad with your meal, and veggies. Nah, won't come here again. For what it was it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. My favourite thing was the video of Billy Joel in concert playing on the tv in the corner.

Absolutely terrible service today and the chicken curry looks like it was deep fried for 10 hours. We won't be coming here again.

A nice find in a sea of retail near Fry's. The food was very tasty and hot, portion size was good, and the owner was a very friendly guy. I had the spicy chicken with brown rice and my wife had the Tofu Yakisoba. For a Teriyaki place, this is as good as it gets.

Pho was great. I had the veggie and my counterparts had the beef. The owner was a little too friendly, but we took it as a cultural difference. We will return!

I have only been here twice. The first time I went the food was pretty good. I got a chicken plate with veggies to go. The second time I went, I went with my husband. The lady on the register(preety sure she is also the manager) offered us some really yummy rice wraps. She gave me one and my husband 3. I didn't care until she kept repeatedly saying how these are great for you when you go on a diet. Now, I am a larger, curvy woman. I found it offensive she kept talkong about diets with me and catered to my husband(who is not that much smaller than me), even bringing him coffee. I just found the experience rude and disrespectful. I have not returned since and won't be.

Keep going for Pho`, not really very good at all. The Teriyaki is good but the prices are high.

Solid but not spectacular. I can't say there was anything in particular I found bad, but nothing I found great. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, but I wouldn't seek it out. Service was good, food came out fast and everybody was friendly. Food was good and price was a little higher than I would have liked but not terrible.

Great corner Teriyaki restaurant. Plenty of space, delicious Teriyaki, also sells Pho & Chinese food. Close to Fry's. Awesome courteous Korean man, gave mom some hot tea and my hubby some Kimchi. I ordered the spicy chicken plate, hubby ordered the chicken teriyaki with short rib teriyaki and mom ordered the chicken teriyaki plate. It is delicious! & we will come back. One tip in particular to remember, is that cash works best. There is a credit card use charge. Signed for $39 & was charge a total of $45. But other than that I had a great experience and my palate an oasis of flavors!

Pretty bad Teriyaki place. I've gone there a number of times over the years and always been disappointed. The food is really mediocre, the prices surprisingly high, and the seating is uncomfortable. And inexplicably this place tends to get busy. Across Wilsonville road is House of Teriyaki, which is 500% better.

This place SUCKS!!! My poor 9 year old son used paper cups for water accidentally and the manager literally made us pay 25 cent each for them.... Condescending poor service.... Never coming back.... Save yourself the time and gut ache..... Don't eat here!!

My bf swears by this place when in town for business. It is convenient and the parking situation is not too bad considering some of the places nearby have any nearby parking. When we walked it we were nearly the only people in the place. The service was fast and the chicken teriyaki I ordered was so plentiful, that I took some home with me. It was tasty and the atmosphere was nice, honestly better than most teriyaki places I've been to. Bathrooms were clean and the wait staff was pleasant. I'd try this one again.

Walked in on a Saturday night to get some food. Ordered up some teryaki chicken & pork Beef & pork Spicy chicken service wasn't bad. A little slow when we walked in... Odd thimg was that they had Kimchee which is korean, so I was wondering if the place was being run by Koreans or what... We sure enough it was and they have some very limited selections of Korean food.. Which is too bad for I wish they had more of them for there really aren't any decent Korean joints in the Portland as far as I am concerned..

It was very clean and easy to get to. This was the first time I have eaten here. I love Teriyaki chicken, one of my favorites. This however was quit different than what I was used to. Not that it was bad just not the best. I finished my plate so that was a good sign and there was definitely plenty of food. I did like how they had more vegetables than I'm used to but the chicken was over cooked and was in small pieces. Overall I will eat here again but not my first choice when I'm in Wilsonville.

With the exception of the lunch specials, the prices here are higher than the average teriyaki place. The food is perfectly acceptable but I'm not the biggest fan of their sweet, jellylike teriyaki sauce. What this place has going for it the most is the atmosphere...bright, open, clean and calm with lots of houseplants(most of which appear to be fake). To me, this place is more like an alternate rather than a regular place to hit up.
