Obviously, better than the Yogurt place in West Linn. It's kind of funny "but not that funny" that I'm quite traumatized by the experience from one Yogurt place near my house that every time I want to eat frozen yogurt, I have to prepare myself to see if they have annoying loud music, lazy and rude staff. The Yogurt shack offers MANY wonderful toppings, clean place and friendly staff. The staff kept putting out new toppings and cleaning the place. I LIKE THAT! :)

This is my favorite frozen yogurt shop in the area. It is just down the street from the new Cabelas. There are always ten different flavors with a great assortment of toppings including hot fudge, caramel, peanut butter sauce and marshmallow sauce. There are always a few new flavors to choose from but the classics are always available. Today they have pumpkin and it tastes just like pumpkin pie. If you like frozen yogurt and spicing it up, then this is a great place to check out.

This is a good place to get some frozen yogurt in the evening....they would get 5 stars excited it always seems that the kids to things are sticky, and the toppings are a bit messy overflowing into the next bun, etc. Overall they have great choices, with a few sugar free options too it seems. We go here in the evening sometimes when we need a cool treat and we aren't exactly even sure what flavor we "need" until we walk in and see the choices. The fun colored spoons are a happy thing.

I have been here several times. It is clean. The service is friendly. The yogurt is decent. I have expressed a few dislikes to the manager, but stopped going when I didn't see any changes. I would like to see more NSA (no sugar added) options, and I would also like to see individual nutrition info's, not the single list they currently have, which contains nutrition info for some items they have, but not others.

This froyo place has temporary decided to stop carrying FRUIT?? Decided since summer to stop carrying it because it went bad so fast... Makes me worry how old my other toppings are. Froyo without fruit just isn't right...

Im always happy that they have at least one No Sugar Added flavor, and I think I've only had the same flavor twice. Great flavors on everything I have tried. Place is kept clean. Im not a yogurt snob, but either way, this place is nice!

On a day to day basis I usually have more cravings than a pregnant lady. Right now it's frozen yogurt. That's right, it's called frozen yogurt. Calling it fro yo is instant grounds for dismissal from my FB friends list. Harsh, I know, but I have to draw the line somewhere. Luckily we found this place the other night to satisfy my craving. Eight to ten options if I remember right. And to make deciding easier they have little sample cups. I tried the Red velvet cake which tasted exactly like, well... red velvet cake. No joke. Even so I had to bow down to the craving and I opted for chocolate, vanilla and Irish mint. Mmmm. My boyfriend got the cheesecake flavor and topped it with fruit toppings, also yummy. Oh yeah, and apparently the frozen yogurt is Yo cream which I guess is supposed to mean something to you frozen yogurt fanatics, but for me it simply means it doesn't taste like grainy crap. The toppings were well stocked and there were plenty to choose from. There were also more syrups/sauces to choose from then I have seen at other places. Thankfully this wasn't one of my more expensive cravings and they had a deal in the Clipper for this place. Even then it was only .39 an ounce which is pretty standard pricing in our part of town. Plenty of seating inside and they have two ginormous flat panel televisions inside but we opted for the outdoor seating. The young women working there were as perky and friendly as you would expect for a shop like this in the suburbs. If you can't handle perky, make haste with one of their to-go quarts or sit outside... Craving dealt with this time, but I'll be back.

Nothing wrong with this place, but nothing to make it stand out, either. This is the closest fro-yo shop to my new house. They had about 10 flavors, I think. The kiddo was thrilled to try Root Beer Float and has proclaimed it his new favorite. I tried it - yep, tastes just like root beer! Not to my liking though. I had the chocolate, which had a slightly odd aftertaste - not bad, but I did notice it. They mostly had sweet flavors (cake batter, choc/vanilla, cheesecake, etc) - no sorbets when I visited, which was disappointing. The toppings were the standard and seemed pretty fresh. $0.39/ounce, pretty reasonable. The decor was a bit lacking - rather sterile and plain in there, like maybe they just opened up and hadn't gotten around to adding the personality. I gotta give the Shack a "meh".

Hmm. I wish there were half stars, because I'd give this place a solid 3.5, but I can't give it a four due to a few reasons I'll explain below. I started a new job in Tualatin versus Tigard, so today I decided to check out the local fro yo scene. I could still get to Peachwave in a pinch, but it would be nicer to have something closer. The most positive thing is the variety and quality of the yogurt.. It's Yo-Cream, which is creamy dreaminess with full flavors that don't have aftertastes or other funny feelings. The display is super-cute, with little chalkboards announcing the flavor below (in someone's full art glory), along with stickers that let you know if it's non-fat, sugar free, gluten free, whatever. They had my favorite flavor, Red Velvet, which was as usual super rich and tasty and just made my day. The topping bar was very candy and sweet heavy. When I got down to the fruit, it just didn't seem that fresh. It tasted good, but I could tell there was something not quite as quality as other local places. Maybe it was previously frozen, or something. The berries were somewhat crushed, the strawberries were a little soupy, and the kiwis looked mushy. Like I said, it all tasted good, but it didn't have the eye appeal of the vine-fresh goods I've seen most other places. Also, the interior feels like a cafeteria. Just a bunch of tables, no couches or decorations. I sat and ate there, but felt a little sad doing so. I'd recommend taking your yogurt and running (but you're in the middle of Tualatin... where the heck are you going to go?!). Not bad in a pinch, especially with the Yo-Cream, but it's missing some key components in the Fro Yo WIN Book.

Nothing fancy, but it is a frozen yogurt place. What do you want? Delicious frozen yogurt. This place has delicious frozen yogurt. lots of topping choices and a nice staff. Good to see more dessert options in Tualatin.

The first time I went the tart flavor was awesome, but the second time around not so much. Their snicker doodle was pretty awesome though! Customer service wise, it's a hit and miss the first time I went the employee behind the counter was interactive and carried a great conversation. The second time, however, the employee seemed like she did not want to be at work and didn't want to be bothered...oh well it's close enough to home to satisfy my frozen yogurt cravings.

the kids love this place... then again they like any place that lets you put your own toppings on frozen yogurt. based on what i have tried, this place is better than most, if not all, frozen yogurt shops i have gone to. wide variety of toppings is a big plus: actual hot fudge and not just chocolate sauce, fresh fruit (not canned), actual mashed up reeses pb cup (another place had some knock-off pb cup which tasted just terrible), gummy worms, fresh crumbled waffle cone.... another plus is the ever changing list of yogurts, yesterday they had maple bacon donut, it tasted about as good it sounds... at least they are trying crazy combos. my only knock on this location, is that at times some of the yogurts are a bit runny, but seeing how their two giant big screens are always on kid shows, it is always clean and the people are very nice, we go back about two to three times a month.
