This has to be one of the worst locations and owners around. Terrible customer service and they put away all their food away 30 minutes prior to closing. Why list your closing time as 4:00 pm when all you can get is a cold sandwich at 3:30 pm. I stood for 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order. This place clearly does not get the concept of customer service. I implore the owners of the complex to strip their lease since this place is next to worthless.

The food is good but if the owner is there expect to have them go light on everything. I asked for sprouts on my sandwitch instead of lettuce. He charged me extra and put hardly any sprouts on my sandwitch. Not happy.

Came here during lunch and was feeling like I wanted to eat healthy and ordered an avocado veggie sub. The sub came out very quickly. To my surprise, it doesn't look like the avocado sub they have on their website. There was only lettuce, a tiny slice of tomato, and a layer of avocado. I took out the cheese (was trying to make this as healthy as possible). The sub had a giant layer of mayonnaise. I ate through it and it still tasted like cheese. Turns out there was another giant layer of all cream cheese on the bottom. I'm not sure why there would be cheese, a giant layer of mayonnaise, and another layer of cream cheese on a veggie sub. It made the sub unhealthier than the meat subs on the menu. All I could taste was mayonnaise and cream cheese. I honestly can say that I would rather eat at subway. The subs taste much better to me and you know 100% what is in your sub. Service is quick and the guy at the counter was nice, but I cannot eat here again.

I'm a fan! I work in tualatin twice a week right now, and at least once I end up here. They have consistantly delicious, oversized salads. Their "greek" salad is not traditional in the way that I know a greek salad, however, it's very full of meat, cheese and fresh veggies. They don' t use the bagged salad crap .. it's fresh chopped romaine. And, the wheat bread is yummy. I haven't had a lot on the menu because I pretty much order the same thing time after time, but I haven't been disappointed yet on anything that we've tried.

On the door to this place it says, "The Ultimate Sandwich". Now in my mind I stood outside for a moment and conjured up in my mind the best sandwich I had ever had to date in my life. For the record that was at Burgies in Sierra Madre, California. With that thought embedded in my mind I walked through the door. Hm mm, there would be some adjusting to be done I was pretty sure. My first thought was, "Let's take a Subway, shorten the menu and put all the food in the back." I tried to quell my cynicism and looked over the menu which wasn't bad looking, lots of interesting combination's. I liked the fact the choice was 8" and 12", I never feel fulfilled with just 6" of sandwich. I decided on the Italian on cheesy garlic bread. Doesn't that sound good? Let us break that down, shall we? Cheesy. Garlic. Bread. I got my bad of baked barbecue Lay's chips and a meager cup to dispense my soda into. I walked over and must have sighed out loud because people were looking at me. Eight tap fountain dispenser, seven regular flavors of soda and one lone diet choice. That was a star off right there. When will restaurants learn that we want more diet options in our beverage choices? One nice thing was that they actually brought the sandwich out to you wherever you chose to sit. I wasn't really sure if my sandwich was being made because the two guys in the back were playing Nerf basketball, I know this because the spongy ball rolled out to my table. Shortly thereafter a pimple-faced young boy held in his shooting hand for layups a green sandwich basket that held my lunch. He didn't seem overly enthused with that task bestowed to him but he did the job. I looked down and saw white bread, with tiny little specks on it that I discerned were cheese and faintly, very faintly I thought maybe for a second I smelled a garlic type aroma but I think it was my mind playing tricks on me. Must have sighed again, people were looking. I picked up one half of the sandwich and took a bite. I would like to inform my mind not to purge my days at Bergie's in Sierra Madre from my cortex just yet. Ham, dry salami and pepperoni were somehow run together in a very very flat looking tri red colored streak. Italian dressing was supposed to be on this... oh, wait for it... yeah, OK, there was some. Lettuce, yeah, well, lots of that and was that garlic? No, definitely not. The whole half a sandwich went this way. Now I picked up the other half and bit down and there was some meat and Italian dressing and even some pickle! Somehow, the meat, dressing and pickle managed to form a survival instinct and run to one end of the kinda cheesy where was that garlic roll. Now if the first half was like the last half I might have added a star. In the background the basketball game was still a nail-biter as pimple-faced boy #1 fouled pimple-faced boy #2 with a shove into the wheat rolls. I really wanted to like this place, but I can't. I have learned from Big Town Hero though. I know that in the future I want my sandwich made in front of me like Subway and Quiznos do, I want more diet drink options like Carl's Jr and the other two sandwich places have. I want bread that tastes like something. I want to stop sighing and settling for sub-par lunches that cost me $7.75. I never thought someplace would make me sorry I didn't go to Subpar or Gosh-No's.

The food here was actually pretty decent, but the service and selection were less than desirable. We came in 20 minutes before closing to be fair, but because the guy had already cleaned and closed down there grill there were no hot subs nor panini sandwiches available. They also said they were out of lettuce so we couldn't order a salad, and the types of bread we wanted for our cold subs weren't available either. I got the feeling the guy just wanted us to go away, although he did have an apologetic attitude. I might try this place again, but not likely.

I love this location. The guys that work here actually care about their customers. It's the high light of my day when I come into grab lunch and am greated by smiles. Plus I love their arti-parm!

Had the 8 inch Meatball sub on white. If I could give this place a 2.5 stars I would. This is the most middle of the road sandwich I have ever eaten. I am full, but not really happy about it. Plus, who puts lettuce on a hot sandwich? These people

My son loves the roast beef sandwiches here. We come here ALL THE TIME, so they pretty much see us walk in and start making his sandwich. The sandwiches are okay, service is okay depending on who is at the register. The shop isn't fancy but service is always quick. They have a loyalty card (yeah, we filled it already) and usually sports on the TV. Parking is a cinch.

This is my "go to" sandwich shop in town and I hadn't been in a while. Way too much mayo on my sandwich. That's all I am tasting :(

I was rushed to order my food in an empty restaurant and when I got my food it had one piece of meat on it! I got the panini and never will come back here again. I would recommend jersey mikes or even subway for a decent meal. Sorry guys your food sucked :(
