This place is just great. No matter what you're looking for in your frozen yogurt, this place has it. Tart, sweet, fruity, chocolatey; and the toppings... Candy, fruit, cereal, granola, sprinkles, it's your call. So great. Every time I get yogurt here I brace myself for a $10 price tag (gluttony). When they place my cup on the scale and say "$4.32" I get a smile on my face that is not removed until long after my yogurt has vanished. Anyone complaining about service must have a problem with themselves, because this place is self-serve. I suggest you see a psychologist to work that out.

I give the yogurt and toppings a high score. I prefer plain tart with mochi balls and some fruit to trick myself into thinking I am eating something healthy. The facility is always very clean. The prices are reasonable. I give the employees 1 star, if that. On more than one occassion, the person who checks me out is a sullen teenager who has clearly not been trained on customer service. No "hello" upon approach, no smile at any given time and certainly no "thank you" at the end of the transaction. The added rub? They actually have the gall to put out a tip jar. A tip jar!! For one, it is self service! For two, their behavior was that of someone doing me a favor, begrudgingly at that. So, go for a sweet treat in the form of frozen food, not in the form of good (or even mildly passing) customer service.

First things, isn't a little odd that a yogurt place called Peachwave doesn't serve peach flavor? I see it on their website, and I get that they can't serve all flavors all the time, but your store has PEACH right there in the name, right? Of the 14 or so flavors that you carry at any given time, it seems like peach would be the one flavor that is *always* running...? Moving on. Like Jen K my yogurt go-to is Swirl on Hawthorne. It's close to home, and really good. When in Tigard however, there's Peachwave. And it's really good yogurt, dense, creamy, and lots of fresh fruit options, which I love. Some of the flavors are pretty artificial, and (as the mister noted) they tend to linger a bit longer on the tongue than feels natural, but all in all a very good frozen cup. My other beef with Peachwave is their lack of recycling... I know, I'm spoiled by living in town and this is the 'burbs but c'mon. Peachwave goes through three main products: frozen yogurt, paper cups, and plastic spoons. One is consumed, the other two are recyclable, with just a tiny bit of effort. There is a possibility that these *are* recycled and that the garbage bins are sorted later, but at least on the consumer end that doesn't appear to be the case.

Love this place ! Lots of great flavors that are always changing. Good variety of toppings (candy/fruit) We got two bowls with a bit of topings and it came to $5.47. Great place to sit and hang out( if you can find seating) We will be back :)

Good yogurt, good atmosphere, good employees. I really enjoy their original tart and most of the fruit flavors. I don't do the super sugary ones like cupcake but my friend does and she loves it. (sorry, to me if it says cupcake, it's not fro-yo) I am knocking off a star because there are never sample cups and sometimes it takes awhile to get someone's attention to get some. And I'm not happy about the frequent customer card they have. I really thought it was going to reward me for being loyal, but it hasn't. Parking can be a nightmare, so I recommend hopping over to see them if you are already at Bridgeport. Worth the walk.

Average yogurt in a big, bright, and clean restaurant. I can't say the yogurt was any better or worse than other shops (disappointed that they don't have wipped cream). But there was lots of seating, a big clear television, and the whole place looked like it was just built yesterday.

This fro-yo cafe has some wonderful things going for it: great location (ok, for me at least, within lunching distance of my office), fun yogurt flavors with an option for everyone including sugar-free, gluten-free and fat-free, a cool and inviting atmosphere and a crazy array of toppings. It is the perfect escape for a lunchtime treat - it feels like I'm somehow cheating out on company time or something, transporting to a world of Tokyo pop and sweet delights. It would make a nice shopping stop when you're meandering through Bridgeport as well. My favorite flavor is the pineapple frozen yogurt, which isn't too sickeningly sweet and has a bright, tropical flavor. I like the cupcake too, but that makes me feel naughty (a little rich). Whatever the flavor, I just can't wait to get over to the topping bar! There is literally something for everyone. If you're trying to keep your low-fat yogurt healthy, there are a bunch of fresh fruit options. And I mean fresh. No thawed strawberries or canned mangoes here, people! It's like they just snuck across the street to Whole Foods' produce section and went nuts. Strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, blueberries... yum!! Then there's your standard crushed up candy bars, cookie crumbs, nuts and the obligatory crazy toppings like shredded taro, tapioca, even little cheesecake bites! My only word of caution would be the same as any other pay-by-weight place... watch out with that big bowl, or you'll end up paying! Luckily if you get yourself a reasonable serving of yogurt and don't unload the whole bar of toppings, you'll only pay between $2-4. Sticking around the Asian-inspired modern sitting area is an appealing option. It's quiet, stylish and strangely calming. Peachwave is definitely one of my favorite little spots on this direction of town.

Nice to find a yogurt spot up this way... and I was extra happy that they had mochi as one of toppings. The yogurt's texture was good, they had a nice setup and flow to the shop, the service was friendly and the shop was clean. Oh, and comfy couches for lounging with friends while enjoying the dessert.

I have to say, there is something fun about putting it all together yourself. Gone are the days of thinking the server is being a little stingy!! Treat yourself! While I can't say I enjoy all of the flavors, they are kind enough to let you sample. Last month they had some kind of caramel/creme brulee type flavor that was sugar free and there was no way I would have been able to tell it was sugar free except for the sign. It was delicious!! Unfortunately I haven't seen it there again. It was great for the flavor (I don't usually eat sugar free, can't stand the fake taste)!! On this last visit I had the eggnog, which I always love. The toppings are vast. If you like chocolate malt, try putting cap'n crunch on top of chocolate! It's quite good!! :)

Great Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt! Nuff said!

The cupcake flavor is definitely the best. Loved the new salted caramel flavor, but it was much too intense for a full cup of yogurt. Peachwave definitely beats UU (a Lake Oswego and Beaverton fro-yo joint). One friend in my party was slightly upset about the lack of bananas on this night - it is her favorite topping & they were completely out. The employee working at the time tonight was not very friendly - I don't think he smiled once. He did not greet us when we walked in, and when I walked over to get some sample cups from him, he handed them to me without even saying a word (and no smiles).

When I first walked in, the place smelled like BATHROOM. ew. But then as I started to look at all the different flavors and pour frozen yogurt in my cup, I couldn't smell it anymore. (I guess I got used to it.) It's just another frozen yogurt place, but I kinda like this place because they had CUPCAKE flavor! It was yummy! Oh, and the best part...they had pink spoons! LoL....I actually took mine home. Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, right? LoL.

You have to ask for sample cups... then they only give you 2... then they give you the side eye if you ask for more. WTF? Put your sample cups on the counter. I'm not sure what flavor I want. I miss Yogurtland. And they don't take Amex.

Frozen yogurt is one of those things I have never found as something I have to have. Went to Peachwave after a movie the other week, and I was impressed and intrigued with the business idea. You go, pick and choose however many flavors of froyo you'd like, then you can top it off with everything from candy bars to fruit. You pay by weight then enjoy. Eh, nothing too exciting, but didn't dislike either. I was super surprised at how cheap it was. Two dishes that were sufficient portions only cost a little over $3 total. That was nice.

My son lost his wallet (turns out he dropped it on the floor at Peachwave). They went out of their way to seek him out to return it to him, completely intact with all his money in it and everything. They were so kind. There wasn't a phone number in the wallet so they searched him out on Facebook. Many thanks!!!!!! We will continue to be regular customers but now have an added level of appreciation for the employees and management.

I only put three stars because of the delicious yogurt, but like other people that have reviewed, the service was terrible. The girl didn't even know anything about the yogurt or what it contained, and my daughter happened to know the answer to the question I asked and then she rudely said "well, there you go." and basically rolled her eyes. She didn't say thank you, which is the most simple thing to say, and it's like she hated everybody there. If you want to come here, only go for the yogurt. I WOULD NEVER PUT A SINGLE PENNY IN THEIR TIP JAR.

Nice place but it looses a star for acting like there is a world crisis that prevents them from giving out more than one sample or water cup. The look and feel is very close to Menchies (sp?).

My fiance and her friend went to peachwave and ended up leaving after buying their food. Words cannot convey the level of rudeness at this place. An example was my fiance asking if they had no dairy product. The response was "pineapple only". Does it have soy in it?, she asked. "Pineapple only". Then when they went to their seats where they had left their drinks and a shopping bag, they found a guy had moved their stuff so he could sit in their seat. The glares from the staff and customers was enough to make them uncomfortable. Enough to leave. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I dont like writing alot but this is my favorite froyo place EVER. love it. Great flavors - tart is my fave but the blend of the coconut and dole pineapple goes in my cup right next to it - yum!! Add the fresh fruit like strawberries raspberries and blackberries and pieces of waffle cone... heaven. My daughter sticks with cookie dough and cupcake flavors and the salted caramel, raspberry, coffee, chocolate and cheesecake flavors are yummy too. Tried every froyo place we come across and none have topped this one :)

Located in Bridgeport village where the parking is awful kitty-cornered from Jimmy Johns is Fro-yo chain peach wave. The flavors rotate and they are open sort of late. They are usually very busy and the place is filled with teens. Believe it or not my most favorite flavor is the plain tart. It rocks. Some suggested improvements would be to get more substantial seating. Most of the chairs and tables are flimsy looking and shouldn't be trusted. Offer smaller containers for those who like to keep portions under control. They have sugar free options and low fat no fat as well! Yum!

Super clean, yummy flavors and toppings, but a little friendliness could go a long way. Heck, I'd even settle for a smile.

I'm reading the other reviews and feel that I must weigh in! Flavor preferences aside, because they are so personal, I find this Peachwave excellent. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating; the restaurant is always clean; and the yogurt IS delicious. I personally have always loved the original tart but became seduced by the recent salted caramel which was TO DIE FOR. When I returned for it, I learned that it was a winter flavor, like taro. Just ask if you don't see what you want and they will explain. I love you Peachwave, you complete me.

Great fro-yo. But they really need to train young employees on customer service. The kid there gave out the vibe that it sucked to have to be "working" there. He had 2 customers. No greeting, no "how's your day?", No "thank you" no smile, nada. Just told me how much money to give him. There is no excuse for poor customer service.

This is probably my favorite frozen yogurt place (and I love my frozen yogurt). There are always so many flavors and toppings, the options are limitless! It's very clean and even has a couch and picnic-like bench for a casual fun feel. Only downside is it's always very crowded and busy (which isn't a controlled thing, but it's awfully annoying). The parking is limited as well, always a very busy parking lot. Something I have noticed is that the employees are ALWAYS on their phones when they aren't ringing up a customer. It's bothersome and unprofessional. But I have noticed that at most fro yo places.

Another yogurt shop..... prices seem decent and the flavors are slightly hit and miss but overall good. I thought the coffee and pineapple were above average. The plain yogurt below average. The raspberry was too creamy... wanted more of a fresh fruit flavor. The peanut butter was pretty good. The fruit toppings were overall fresh. Place is nice and roomy.

Pretty tasty...... I prefer the peanut butter and coffee. I longingly gaze at the toppings, but sadly have to pass.

Knocked a star because the last 3 times I've gone they haven't had Taro flavor. They have a ton of flavors to choose from (apparently besides Taro). The place is clean and the decorations are lively and fun. This is my favorite froyo place. I will mention that the last time I was there the manager was a little rude when I was paying, but I always let one instance slide. Everyone has a bad day and all my other experiences have been positive.

If I had a quarter for every frozen yogurt store that opened in the metro area this year, I'd probably be able to get one of these lovely little treats for no additional charge. So we all have plenty of options, but Peachwave is one of the better choices outside Portland. I'm a fan of U U Yogurt in Lake Oswego and this is probably a little better. I like the open seating and futuristic light fixtures. It gives me an ultramodern, slightly Asian, vibe. Spacious, modern, clean and well organized. Peachwave has been open about a month at the Pointe of Bridgeport complex, close to Whole Foods. A little bit of a hike if you are shopping at Bridgeport. The transactional experience was very smooth. In addition to the standard flavors (vanilla, chocolate, peanut butter, tart, cookies and cream), they offer some fun twists: chocolate/raspberry, coconut and taro flavored frozen yogurt. Taro?!? The fruit and candy choices are also a nice balance of what you would expect and a few oddball choices thrown in the mix. So you can go basic or a little alternative here. My favorite place in Portland is Swirl on Hawthorne, but Peachwave will do just fine down south.

BEST FROYO in town. They do not use YO Cream yogurt witch I hate so that alone makes it a 5 star joint for me, but the topping are fresh and clean. Actual berries not syrup or frozen berries. Much bigger selection that most other places I have been (16 flavors I think, and like 30 or more toppings) Love it.

We used to frequent this place but they have become so unfriendly and stingy with sample cups we are done going there. The family that runs it acts as if this is the last place on the planet they'd like to be. They roll their eyes or audibly "huff" if you ask for sample cups and will only hand you two. Which makes everyone in my family buy LESS yogurt. Just an unhappy atmosphere, despite the brightly colored interior. It's well worth the drive to Multnomah village for Nectar yogurt!!

I love graveyards. You know, when you serve your own soda at Taco Bell, and you make diet pepsi with a splash of regular pepsi and mountain dew. Well Peachwave frozen yogurt is just like that but better. Here at peachwave you get your choice of sixteen yogurt flavors and countless fun candy and fruit toppings. My cookies and cream/green apple yogurt with butterfingers and gummy worm sundae really hit the spot. At 39cents per ounce, our family spent $11.50 on four custom bowls. Clean and friendly. The furniture is comfortable and they even have a high def television with espn. What they did not have was anything to drink. There was a water dispenser with tiny Dixie cups, but no drinks for purchase. I was inspired and I wanted to make a graveyard.

The yogurt is good, but in all the times I've been there I've never had good service. The employees are stand-offish and unfriendly. They don't greet people with a smile and they make customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Suggestions to the owner: 1. Interview prospective employees. Call references. Do on-the-job training. Then inspect what you expect. 2. You tell people not to use fingers to sample yogurt, which I'm grateful for (that would be gross). But then you hide the sample cups by the cash register. The sample cups should be in a logical place... Like where people can pick them up on the way to the yogurt without interrupting your unhelpful cash register employees.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Helen was the only staff member there and she was excellent. The raspberry, pineapple, and chocolate flavors were great. At 36 cents per ounces, it is a great price. Ask for a sample if you are not sure. You will love it :)

I really like the concept of this place: self-serve frozen yogurt, with self-serve toppings, all paid for by the ounce. They have a great array of yogurt flavors and toppings, and price can be very nice if you don't go overboard. I like the control it gives you, letting you decide if you want to go topping-heavy or just get a bowlful of yogurt. The wife and I love it and try to make it here whenever possible.
