Most of these super negative reviews are misleading and were based on weird expectations and entitlement. After a few visits to this location, I'd rate them a solid 4. That's an overall rating on food (people, it's a 24/7 diner), service, and ambiance. Food: not bad. It's Denny's--a diner. Our food was hot, our order was correct, and the food was fine; a solid diner experience. Service: a tad slow, but overall, solid. During this visit, he secondary waitress took our drink order immediately after we sat down. Our waitress took our food order and got everything correct. No surprises. All good. Ambiance: Table was clean. Utensils and coffee cups were clean, too, but a bit over-used. They could pay a bit more attention to condiment levels and make the creamers a bit colder. Really, no major complaints. Again, typical diner experience. Everyone was nice. 4 stars.

Well for my Birthday I went and got their B-day breakfast plate..I did not know it would be a breakfast type dish when I went late afternoon but it was fine. The pancakes were the only thing I enjoyed from the plate..everything else including the pancakes came half cold and it was like as if it was out standing before it was served to me..My moms salad with the beef pieces and avocado was MUCH better so we split that and it was great..Mine, not so much! The waitress was fabulous though, she was super sweet and energetic..wished me a happy bday very nicely and made sure we were doing okay more than enough times..I should have probably told her my food was a bit cold but, I didn't want to get stressed and ruin the mood and or evening out with my mother. Any other day, and my personality ..It would be made known real quick.

I think the Cali avocado skillet was disgusting. A very liberal use of cayenne pepper did not cover the gross egg whites that looked like adipose from Dr.who. I have tasted better when wally the dumpster diver served me breakfast. There were no zuchinnis or squash on plate. Apparently the cook must be cousins to billy brad and curly sue. Red potatoes looked like someone pulled them out of last week's garbage. Judging from the taste of my breakfast I powered through but my butt had other ideas and now regretting the decision I ever ate there as there is not enough toilet paper to recover.

You can always count on Denny's for egg dishes 24/7 and that's what I usually like on a road trip. I did not deviate from my tradition tonight with my eggs and country fried steak. Menu items are dependable (you know what you'll get). The service at this location was extremely friendly compared to many family diners. The hostess acknowledged our entrance while she was helping another customer paying the bill. Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive. The restaurant was clean and the crowd was pleasant.

We stopped here during our road trip and wished we went somewhere else. Our server forgot my salad! Then wanted to bring it after my food was delivered!!! Which i said no. Our food was typical Denny's, not bad, not great. Just belly filling. The place was fairly clean. Then when we got the bill, the salad was on the bill. So we had to wait for them to correct that problem. I usually like Denny's when ur on a road trip. Their close to the freeways and u can stop in a grab a quick bite for cheap. But i will not re-visit this location!!!

I just went to this dennys this morning and was disgusted by my experience. I had just gotten off a very stressful 12 hour shift at the hospital and I picked up my boyfriend befor he had to go to work so that we could have breakfast together. We ordered our food and we were sitting on the same side of the booth just talking and laughing and cuddling. Not making out, not doing anything weird.. and this elderly lady who looked like a manager or something came up and told us that, this wasn't a hotel, it was a family restaraunt and we better straighten up! I was so baffled I didn't even know how to respond except to just get up and leave. I don't know what was going through that old hags head to make her think that that is an acceptable way to treat customers. There were maybe 4 other people in the entire place, it was 7am. Eveyone else there was very friendly, it was just this one white haired old lady that was really just a rude human being. I will never go there again, they should be absolutely ashamed that they have someone like that working for them.

I ate here the other night and asked for my pot roast without mushrooms. The cook refused to pick them out. I asked for Philly cheese steak without the mushrooms, but with cream cheese instead of the garlic sauce. The cook refused to do it. I asked about a few other items as apparently the story is that they don't modify anything. I complained to the manager this morning and she stuck up for the cook and waitress. She didn't offer an apology, but just a "thats just the way it is." I won't be back unless its during the day with Claudia. She's the best waitress...I should have never tried to come any other time- SVJ

Lunch time, 30 minutes for food, wrong soup brought out. Told waitress we were in hurry, so after we were eating we asked for our separate checks. She said we could pay her, but she forgot to split bill, and then I had to go to cashier to get my credit card. Not the place to go if you are in a hurry, or expecting tentative service, that's for sure. I did talk to someone in Corp who was pleasant and addressed the concerns and was thankful for the call and apologetic.

It is a chain. Food tastes good like a chain should taste like. We got seated promptly. Food got here reasonably fast. Service was good. Table was clean. Booth was clean. The carpet was clean. I would come back but not my first choice. there is a 2-4-6 dollar menu for people on budgets. I think 4dollar unlimited pancakes?
