After reading other reviews this must have been an "off " night for the teenage boys running the show. Ordered pie at 6, "be ready at 6:40", pie didn't even see the inside of the oven until 6:50. I received numerous apologies (as did every other customer- doesnt that get old?) about the delay and was told that they were slammed. Really? There were 7 people in the place and the tip jar was virtually empty... First thing the counter guy did was offer to cancel my order. ("No, my family is waiting for pizza!! ) I understand that things can go sideways when it gets busy, but it didn't appear busy. Watching these guys it was hard not to think of the Keystone Cops, everybody was doing everything, taking money, answering the phone, throwing dough, making salad, checking the oven, bumping into each other, serving pizza. And only one person wearing gloves. Complete and utter disorganization. One guy actually checked the same pie in the oven 5 times! Seriously you don't how long it takes to bake a pizza? I understand checking baking progress - but 5 times? I think the most memorable event was when an employee "showed up" (looking like he had slept in his clothes for 3 days, gotta love that "pants about to fall off - look at my under wear" style) washed his hands, walked over to the freezer/cooler lifted up his shirt, scratched his chest and opened the cooler got out a dough and proceeded to make another crust!!! wow - hope that oven is hot enough to kill the cooties. It was painfully obvious that this place offers poor training and doesn't teach any systems. NIce kids working there, not their fault. Noah was great, friendly, helpful. Pizza was good, not great.

Great pizza parlor! Authentic NY Style thin crust pizza! The staff at the new location on 6th St. Is particularly exceptional. Surprisingly, their salads are great too!

I have been going to Cibelli's Pizza in the Bend -Redmond area for the past 10 years and by far this is the best pizza in the Northwest bar none. The Redmond Cibell's has a friendly staff and will attend to all of your needs weather you eat in the restaurant or take out.The pizza is as close to New York pizza as it gets. The crust is firm and chewy all in one.The cheese is star with that wonderful mozzarella flavor. The pizza sauce is also great with a great tang to it.Any topping you add will just enhance the main ingredients. All you east coast people jonesin for great pizza search no more.CIBELL'S PIZZA IS THE ONE!!!!!!

Their slices are pretty damn good. The dough reminds be of the pizzeria in my hometown in upstate new York. They almost have it! The pizzones are delicious and at least a meal and a half. Good value!

Been a very good customer for well over a year and have always raved to others about their pizza slices. Today ordered a 24" pizza as I have done before and it had half the normal quantity of toppings as on the individual slices. Talked to the manager who could not have cared less. He gets an "F" for customer service. Their other employees are absolutely the BEST. Cassidy is a standout as well as one or two others. I think one is Travis. Hope the manager gets a clue and figures out that the customer (especially, long term faithful ones) are always right. That has been a maxim in business and great customer service for generations.

The pizza is great, the atmosphere is not super comfortable, better for quick eats. But you cannot go wrong with the pizza! Never had a bad slice... EVER!

Decent pizza Fun, giant 24" pizzas Nice staff We ordered and paid in person for 2-24" pizzas over 7 hours ahead since it was a very busy, holiday and baseball weekend. When we went to pick up, it was very, very busy. They could only "find" one pizza. The same guy that sold it to us 7 hrs prior looked kind of embarrassed. One employee quietly said they had to sell it because they got too busy and we overheard it. By then, it was near 9pm with 18 starving kids. Not good. Wouldn't count on them if you need pizzas for a party fer' sure. The "coupon" they offered me was no use since it wasn't going to feed kids and the next 24" pizza would've been 45 more minutes. Sadly, they'll always get business since it's convenient when vacationing here with a gaggle of kids but they don't necc deserve it.

On Saturday afternoon my husband drove in for a pizza. He ordered a regular PEPPERONE. We got it home and found we ad purchased the worse pizza ever. Dry, sauce was scant...very little cheese, and the pepperoni was not high quality. I now see why you closed the North shop. Well, you are saving money, but just lost a customer. Good=bye.

I normally like cibelli's, we haven't been there for a while, but when we went there for lunch it was a very dissatisfactory.I don't know what they changed but they're no longer my favorite pizza place yep most of our pizza slices didn't have cheese or sauce on it, it was very dry.so now we just go there for the salads.hopefully next time we go will try pizza again and see if it was just a temporary thing.

I love their pizza and cheese bread. But lately it's been weird! Very dry and almost no cheese and they are making them so weird. I went the other day and it had no cheese on it and I said what's up with this and he said you ordered it with no cheese. No I didn't! Anyway, when the pizza is made right it yummy. If not its gross and they aren't very consistent.

Finally a five star worthy pizza. Cost is ideal and warranted. Taste is the best I have had thus far. We went big with the giant pizza and they aren't joking by naming it the giant. The pizza was the same size of my 2 year old daughter who normally can eat three or four pieces of pizza. She finished about half of a slice on this attempt. I couldn't go past two along with my wife, but it worked out because I had lunch the next day. It all started with the ordering call... talked to Kendra who was upbeat and customer oriented, making even the ordering a fun experience. Probably the best customer rapport I have seen yet in Deschutes. Comparative to McKays. Since Cibellis is across the street from our house, this will be a twice a week treat for dinner. Who knows, maybe more. I think this pizza has the ability to turn a frown upside down.

Love the pizza. I just don't like sitting there watching the guy at the oven scratching his head and his nose with out washing his hands.then pulling my pizza off on to my plate.

Mr. Kupcakes LOVED this pizza. I swear he would give it 10 stars if he could. He talks about going back to Bend just so we can get this pizza. He even wanted to get another one for the road. I thought it was really good, as well, but not the best I've ever had. Poor Mr. Kupcakes has never had pizza in New York. Our order was taken quickly and our pizza seemed to come out just as quickly. We were there later at night so there weren't any other costumers besides us. The pizza was huge and we didn't even order the biggest size. It was enough for us to eat for dinner and two other meals. The crust was thin and crispy, just like I like it. All the toppings were really fresh and tasty. We were very happy with the bacon that came on it. Yes, real bacon. Alright, Mr. Kupcakes may be on to something. I'm wanting another one of their pies while I sit here thinking about it. I guess we will be going back to get another one of these yummy pizzas some day.

The employees here were VERY nice. The pizza tasted great. BUT...as we were eating, one of the employees started cleaning the ceiling with some sort of spray. The cleaner was so strong that we could smell it from where we were sitting. And then we watched as he sprayed the cleaning fluid and the mist floated down towards the food and prep area; and towards the pizza ovens. Yes folks...there were toxins floating down into the food area and onto the food. Several hours later, even though the employee wasn't spraying while our pizza was being cooked, every single person in my family started having intestinal issues. I don't know if it is the fault of the employee or the employer, but either way, there may be toxins in the food you are eating here. We visit this area every year and will never eat at Cibelli's again.

Happiness is hand tossed pizza crust. Fun to watch and delicious to eat, Cibelli's New York Pizza is a great spot in Redmond. Although they have 10 tables, the dining area isn't a big selling point. Filled with New York iconography, it is pretty bare bones. I'd recommend ordering your pizza to go since they don't have delivery service. Most of the diners eating in order pizza by the slice, which is a deal for $3. You create your own pizza from standard meat, cheese and veggie options. A large 18" pizza with a few toppings is around $20 and can feed 3-4 people. They frequently run specials for a foot long slice of pizza and a soda. This is not artisan pizza with crazy ingredients, but you can order the standard pizza or have it made thin and crispy or thick and chewy. Their house specialty is a White Pizza with four cheeses and garlic sauce. I'm a fan of the pesto sauce and the dinner salad for $4 was a good deal. They have four beers on tap, red or white wine and a soda dispenser with free refills. The staff is very nice and this is becoming a regular spot on our visits to Redmond.

Cheap paper plates. Plastic forks...and we were told no, they don't have any real metal ones. It was nearly impossible to eat with the cheap plastic forks. That might be picky but I guess I see this as a take out and they allow you to eat there just because, but it is not a good sit down restaurant. The pizza itself was marginal, pretty greasy. Employees were reasonably polite and efficient. Won't go again. You might do okay if you do take out and like greasy pizza.

I first tried Cibellis New York Pizza 5 years ago and it was pretty good. You could get a big slice for cheap, with average products used. Now, it's a toss up between a chain restaurant and Cibellis as far as quality goes. I know that the management behind Cibellis tirelessly works to find THEE most profitable ingredients, no matter the repercussions. In this economy an established business (especially food service) cannot afford to lower their quality in goods. Yes, it's tough... but even your most loyal customer will come back even after a small price increase. I can guarantee that Cibellis margins would increase if they abandoned such low quality ingredients. You simply cannot have high quality food with low quality ingredients. In conclusion: Yes, the pizza is big... the dough is hand tossed - cool. But really, go to Little Pizza Paradise if you want high quality at the same price. Their 18" pizza literally outweighs Cibellis 24" and you can immediately see why when you look inside the box at the generous amount of toppings!

Hands down THE best pizza in Redmond. Simple, honest pizza, calzones, and salads. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, there are two locations in Bend and two in Redmond. Salads are crisp and fresh (and they have a large choice of selections). Get your pizza by the slice (HUGE slices) or get a whole pie. Only gripe I have is the drink cups...they're kinda tiny and I find myself having to go for refills often.

Without a doubt the best pizza I have ever had. The dough is great, the sauce is awesome and the toppings are just right. I've noticed that their individual slices are sometimes dry and that different sizes have different tastes (difference in amount of sauce and cheese, thickness of dough maybe) so I stick with the largest size. A must have for family movie night.

I found out about this place through my friends from Outward Bound while I was interning there last year. This is is the best pizza joint I have ever been to in my life! I always rave about this to my friends. Who knew Oregon would have the best tasting pizza? I love their perfectly crisp and delicious crusts. Their topping menu is incredible! Everyone must try Spinach and sausage (I believe it was finely grounded sausage) pizzas.... I've never sausage like that before and it was perfect with spinach. the portions of their slices are huge! Please open up one in San Francisco. You would make so much money and I would be so happy

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
