Pizza isn't an especially good value in town, if you have more than a child's appetite. At most places you can't get away without spending $15-20, or upwards of $30, which is just crazy. For the chains, Papa Johns ranks up there for a few reasons. 1) You can order online. 2) They have roasted garlic as a topping, which might be the best pizza topping ever. 3) They also have artichokes and portobello mushrooms as toppings (although they seem to be very dubious portobellos). Although delivery seems to run more than Dominos or Pizza Hut, there are a lot of great carry-out specials. I didn't have any issues with service, and my pizza was made as ordered.

For delivered pizza, this was just fine. Delivery is never quite warm enough and crusts are usually a little soggy, but overall this was pretty good. Service was efficient and delivery time was pretty quick. Would order from them again.

I love this place. It's great cheap pizza. If you like a good thick bready crust, the pan crust is the way to go. I can still only give it a 3 start rating though, because it's still just a cheap take-out pizza joint. The secret is to order online at papajohns.com . They have great coupons online and I'm not kidding that the pizza shows up in about 10 minutes. I've ordered it about 8 times and every time it shows up in less than 15 minutes. What do they have it all pre-cooked? I don't get it??

So I called there location and manager said sorry like he care about me and he said we will give you a free something....... And it will take 30 more mins...... Guess what its 2 hours and I know now that papa Jones is never going to deliver anything as they promised.............. Worse company ever I came to know........ And I always liked their pizza but not anymore......

Love their pizza but this location is ran by a bunch of IDIOTS who NEVER get my order right or they forget part of my order last time they forgot my 2 liter of soda this time they forgot my salad I wonder what they will forget next time Sure enough I wait a month or 2 to order again and they REFUSE to give my Boyfriend the 2 liter I PAID for and accused him of trying to steal it when it came with my order I called and of course I was WRONG and they refused to rectify the situation High school kids should NOT be managers and these employees should he BETTER trained I will be calling the corporate number because they screw up EVERYTIME!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

I like the pizza but they have the worst web site out of all the national pizza chains. Also, the emp.'s do not know or care about the specials they have. I do not blame them, its all upper management. Very poorly run but sadly I like their pizza.

The staff has really gone downhill at this location. I come here often and I will NOT be returning. I ordered carry out last night and they messed up my pizza, the guy asks me to wait 7 minutes because he messed up, "sure no problem" I'm thinking. That 7 minutes turns into 15 and when it's finally done they try and send me off without the buffalo wings that I PAID for. I get the wings and there is ranch when I specifically asked for extra buffalo sauce, I ask them to please give me what I ordered (while apologizing as if it is my fault that they caused so many errors and I had to wait) and then I asked for some crushed red peppers to compliment my 2 LARGE pizzas. The guy has the nerve to give me ONE packet of red peppers after I had to wait and correct those jerks. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! It's a shame because I really like their pizza, and that's why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.

It's cheap pizza because it's disgusting. Disgusting pizza, disgusting CEO. I will never give them another dime. Treat your employees well and perhaps they will start caring to treat your customers well. THEN, try GOOD FRESH ingredients.

I rarely order pizza from Papa John's, but I gave in today and ordered a small personal pizza after leaving my lunch at home and was not near any other restaurants within walking distance. Online ordering was easy. The pizza arrived within 20 minutes and was piping, almost burn roof of mouth, hot and really quite delicious. Ordering food for delivery of late has been hit and miss when I work in this area, so to see Papa John's very nice delivery person come driving up to the door so soon and also with such friendly service was a real treat, especially when Jimmy John's says they deliver and actually don't. Thanks for making it easy today, Papa John's, it hit the spot!

Stopped in and ordered their new 6-cheese bacon pizza, and added tomatoes to 1/2. The sauce was super plain, so if you're like me and you aren't a big fan of marinara sauce, this is a good choice for you. I got the regular crust which was nice and bread-like on the edges. The problem was that it was too plain. It probably would have been better if I'd used the garlic dipping sauce, but I don't think pizza should need dipping sauce to be flavorful. The "bacon" was more like cubed ham, and was very sparse. I was not impressed. Also, the tomatoes were big slices instead of being diced, which made it harder to eat. Best thing: the cheese. Lots of cheese, nicely blended and melty-good. The place seemed clean enough, and the staff were busy...noisily cooking, talking, taking orders, and laughing. It's a lively place, and obvious that they don't deal much with customers face-to-face. The young woman who took my order seemed impatient when I asked a couple of questions about the menu (since it was my first time in a Papa John's Pizza). She tried to walk away but I called her back to place my order. Maybe she thought I needed more time to decide? I'm not sure. The waiting area is a hard wooden bench right in front of the door. It's drafty so wear your coat if the weather is cold! I think Papa John's is best suited to telephone or online ordering from home and getting the food delivered. Walking in wasn't a pleasant experience. I agree with the other reviewer that their pizza sizes are deceptive. The "large" size special was the same size as a medium size elsewhere. I don't think I'll return. I didn't feel valued as a customer, and the pizza was lacking in flavor and portion size.

I've been dealing with this Papa John's now for over 3 years. I have to say what makes this place stand out is that I love their website where I can order everything I want in a few short clicks. Not just that but if you google for some promo code love you'll find a lot of it. Every time I order I feel like I'm getting a deal. The guys that deliver are always very proffesional. The pizza's are always exactly as you wanted them and come hot to your door. I ordered two pizzas last night and fed a hungry group of 8. There was one time a delivery took more than the avergae time. I didn't even notice but the manager did. He called the next day, profusely apologized and gave me a free pizza. Thanks dude. That's why you'll always have my business when I'm in the mood for pizza delivery and where I live I have a lot of choices.
