As far as chain sandwich shops go.....This is a four star. Move over Subway, Jimmy John's, and Port of Subs...Jersey Mike's is where it is at! The vibe here is chill. If you want a super fast sandwich you may not get that here....at least at this location around noon.....but the sandwich crafting skills here are why you wait a bit during the rush hour traffic. The bread is fresh tasting and is not too thick. I like the white and the wheat. The wheat has a good amount of grain that isn't ground down. I usually have the turkey and provolone or the ham and provolone. They also offer hot sandwiches and meat salads. If you work in the health care industry like Legacy or Kaiser than you get a discount. Jersey Mike's is well known for their community involvement and donations to Randall Children's Hospital and other organizations so that is a bonus to buying your lunch. Yum Yum.

If you're going to ride the coat tails of the reputation New Jersey has for sandwiches ( pizza and other food) too than you should at least make a sandwich that's better than subway. Also, 15 minutes to make one sandwich?? Really?? I honestly could not care less if the VERY FEW slices of meat you put on my sub was cut to order or comes pre sliced from the meat packing plant. It's a gimmick and as long as the meat is stored properly, it makes no difference in the sandwich. Just adds to the time it takes to make it.. No better than subway or any other west coast sandwich chain. No worse either really . Just a typical roll with skimpy meat and too much lettuce. In my opinion , I'd go to jimmy johns. At least they are FAST ( like a sandwich shop should be) and I like the bread and peppers.

I'm so glad they finally have a location on this side of town! The lunch crew is nothing short of AWESOME, super friendly and fast! Parking around lunchtime can be difficult. And on-street parking is metered :( The Phillly is so-so. My favorite is the Club Supreme made "Mike's way." The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the portion sizes are kinda small for the price. Join their club and earn free sandwiches.

I am used to hating my experience at Jersey Mike's, especially at this location. Today, however, I was flat out bullied by one of their employees (there were two men, one younger, one older, it was the older - apparently a supervisor or manager). I didn't want to be a part of his inane small talk and I apparently did not respond as he desired to his pushy sales tactics, so he resorted to criticizing my behavior by telling me I wasn't enthusiastic enough for him. Honestly, it brought back memories of being bullied in high school and I'm shocked that a store that I assume wants customers would resort to those tactics. I am ready for it when I go to a car dealership, but I shouldn't need to be ready for it at a sandwich shop. I will never return as long as he is working there. This was one of the most offensive experiences I have ever had in simply trying to purchase a sandwich.

I was very disappointed all around with Jersey Mike's. Their service was mediocre and the food is awful. A few of us at work decided to get lunch togo. We placed our orders online and drove there to pick everything up. When we got back to the office and were passing out the subs to each person we realized they forgot one of the orders. We of course called them about this and they were only able to credit a future sandwich. They can't or don't have the ability to refund the forgotten sandwich so basically we're not getting compensated whatsoever. They MAYBE can give us a few free sandwiches for next time but we're supposed to call back and mention our name (how likely are they going to remember or keep track of that?). But that's about it. Quite frankly I don't even want credit for next time because there will be no next time. Now on to the review of my sub... I got a regular size Big Kahuna. It was honestly pretty disgusting and I threw half of it away. I started on my sub immediately after it was brought back to the office. Mind you, we're only 3 miles away so it's not like the sandwich was left out for an hour or two. It was still warm but everything inside was a soggy mess. The sandwich came with jalapenos but oddly they're neither spicy or dill, just sweet. There was a decent amount of beef but it was tough and string with no flavor. But overall it was a messy, mushy, soggy mess that quickly made me lose my appetite. Word of advice: if you want a delicious handcrafted sandwich then take your business to Jimmy John's. Heck, even Subway is better than Jersey Mike's.

Fucking disgusting. The roast beef was RAW and the consistency was doughy and spongy. The sandwich itself was a wet tasteless nightmare. Stomach started to turn after 2 bites and that's when I saw the raw roast beef dough. I showed the girl working there and she gave me my money back. Thanks for that. I will never be back. Do yourself, your tastebuds, and your stomach a favor and go up the street to the Taste Tickler and get a real sandwich.

Better than average sub at a higher than average price. Friendly service with nostalgic 80's and early 90's music playing in the background.

Jersey Mike's - Ceasar Salad Chicken Wrap - TO DIE FOR! I recently moved from PDX to Oahu. Soooo wish Jersey Mike's had a location here. I am obsessed with their Ceasar Salad wrap! Beyond delish!! I am very picky about the chicken I eat but LOVE their chicken. Everything just tastes so FRESH! I sometimes eat at Subway, but now I have tried Jersey Mike's - sp prefer their true deli style. I have MANY fav restaurants we h;it up when we come back for a visit - but Jersey Mike's is on the list for a quick casual wrap! PS - I always find the employees super pros and nice. Love their music - but I would turn it down just a "hair".

Awesome fresh sandwiches! They slice the meat and cheese after you order. The club sandwich is my favorite (can't go wrong with bacon on a sandwich). Make sure to try it Mike's way.

Jersey Mike's: a franchise submarine sandwich chain that I have ironically never seen in New Jersey. Though perhaps that is not ironic: if he were in New Jersey, it would just be "Mike's." But I digress... Another Yelper made the comparison to Subway; I would tend to agree, though there, are probably Subways that are exceptionally good, and Jersey Mike locations that are unusually bad. This location is pleasant, clean, and well-lit. There is seating indoors, plus a few iron tables and chairs out front for dining al fresco. The staff were pleasant and courteous. My sandwich was made quickly and correctly. Quality was good, flavor satisfactory. Conclusion: a decent sub shop, even if it is a chain restaurant.

Jersey Mikes? More like Jersey Douche's. The people behind the counter the last two times I was here were jerks to me and rude. They mumble under their breath any questions they have for you and then get irritated when you can't hear their ebonics that they mumble out at you. No professional courtesy of any kind like a greeting or a smile or anything that might let you know they actually are glad you came in. Their subs are ridiculously expensive and they use meat that is sub par even compared to Subway. I mean their ham is square and is basically like potted meat (disgusting). I came in with a coupon after ordering over the phone and they refused the coupon stating it was not for the specified sandwiches that I had ordered. I asked them to point out on the coupon what I had missed and he resumed to mumble incoherently under his breath at me in a condescending tone. I turned around walked out and left the sandwiches on the counter. This place is a joke and will be stomped out flat by Jimmy Johns, Subway, even 711 has better sandwiches than this dump. Do they only hire their employees from the rejects who applied to be on the Jersey Shore? They suck. I will never come back and always talk crap about this place to any available ear in the hopes that they go under.

Great service at a great price. Had a vegetarian sub that was one of the best that I've ever had and surely topped all competitors in the market. I was extremely impressed by the employee who helped me, and hope that he serves all people like e served me. Thank

So I guess this is a chain but my first experience was at this particular, recently opened, location. The service was decent, not awesome, but pretty quick. I got the tuna; my boyfriend got the cheese steak. We were both very happy with the food; I'd say it was the best tuna sub I've had in years, and when asked to describe his, my boyfriend repeated "Pretty dang good, pretty dang good..." Definitely will be my go-to sub shop now (adios, Subway)!

Wow. This was my second visit to jersey mikes. First one was in Beaverton and I had a great experience. But I cannot say the same for this location. The man behind the counter was rude, didn't even greet me, he seriously was acting like he wasn't coherent. When I asked a question about one of the sandwiches he looked at his coworker behind me that was eating on break and he snickered. I work in the food industry. I know what's a dumb question. I looked at his friend then back at him and he straightened up, still mumbling. While building my sandwich I asked for light lettuce, he then piled on heaps of it. Whatever. I then asked for extra onions. Got like 3? The other sandwich that I didn't ask for extra onions had 5x as much! Whoever was working on 1/14 in the afternoon should be talked to or not be working there. I will never return to this location ever ever again. I should never feel like I'm a nuisance trying to order a sandwich from a sandwich shop. Especially when I'm an easy customer to please.
