    I give this Starbucks a five star because the staff here truly deserves it. A couple of years ago, I left my wallet in the men's bathroom, and drove 90 miles away before I relaized it. Luckily it was turned in, and when I returned to get it, THEY tried to buy me a drink for MY troubles... I stop here a lot on my way back and forth from Idaho to Oregon, and the crew here is always friendly. They also have not failed in any drink order of mine. Tastes great each time. Big Kudo's to this Starbucks.

    Vista this particular Starbucks at least 2x a day. Always clean, always well stocked and the baristas are upbeat and fun.

    Worst Starbucks ever. Look, Starbucks is a commodity, a chain, that is replicated over and over throughout the world to churn out the same things...it's a smooth running operation 97% of the time. This Starbucks is awful. The product is the same so at least the employees know how to make drinks correctly. I've been stopping here for 15 years on my way to and from Boise and Portland. Enough is enough. There were six employees on a Sunday and it took over 10 minutes to get my iced coffee and five minutes longer to get my gf's frappacino, with NO ONE IN FRONT OF US WHEN WE GOT THERE. And about five people that ordered AFTERus got theirs first... After I got my coffee, there was no Splenda at the coffee bar, the half and half was out, no straws, one napkin holder was completely out, and you couldn't push the trash down any further. Its obvious not one of the six employees checked the coffee bar since probably opening that morning. I stood by the barista to ask for a straw and half and half and the frumpasaurus wouldn't even acknowledge me. Whomever is the manager of this Starbucks should be fired and replaced!

    Never had a problem with Starbucks. The one in Pendleton was disappointing. We ordered two bagels waited 15 minutes and they had forgotten our order. When we told them what we wanted they said they didn't have any of the bagels we wanted. They gave us a refund but nothing to make it right. Bad experience!

    We were so afraid after the bad reviews but pickings are slim. We were pleasantly surprised. Coffee is what you would expect and latte was good. Staff was a bit disorganized but nothing too put of the ordinary.

    Really sad that Starbucks can't get my coffee right! Now i remember why i only go to small coffee stands. I will not be coming back here the service was rude it took a long time. My blended mocha with watery with chunks of ice instead of being smooth. Ugh

    Was traveling through on a long road trip. Stopped for gas and was excited to see a Starbucks, since I was in much need of some coffee. The service was the SLOWEST service I've ever had any Starbucks I've been to. Made like usual in the standard, never changing Starbucks way. But very disappointed with the wait and service.

    Be still my heart--a Starbucks right off the freeway in the middle of nowhere??? Yeah, that's what I thought until I ended up with a brat of a teenager serving me. The place is dead and we're the only ones in the drivethru. I order two very uncomplicated drinks. The female voice asks me to repeat the order. Ok--I say the order again. She says come to the window. I get there and she asks what they are again. No biggie--I tell here. Then my brother in the backseat jokingly chastises me for ordering "complicated" drinks to which I reply "It's not complicated!" in a very not-mean or rude way, as it was directed to my brother. Well the girl thought I was talking to her, so she said "I just started working here." I instantly realized the mistake and explained to her that I wasn't talking to her and that my brother was making fun of me. She obviously didn't believe me because when I got our drinks and said thank you, she only replied with an "uh-huh". Gosh.

    Everytime I went there, they always make my many different drinks right. Perfect, never taste horrible. Wonderful and friendly people. Great location right off the freeway.

    A real Starbucks !! the one if Safeway Sucks !! I am so glad I found this location, as I usually went to Safeway if I was in town late enough for it to be open but most of the time I would not Finnish my coffee as it tasted like crap, ok Starbucks here is the deal Get rid of the damn Carafes and give the Licence concept store's real drip coffee pots, like you have in your stores these things suck and the coffee doesn't stay hot or taste fresh as they can not clean them as well second spend some more time training people at Licence concept stores they really don't know what they are doing

    The employees here are amazing. They always try to make your day better and brighter. The drinks are usually made very well. I appreciate that the employees always have a smile on their faces!

    I come down to Pendleton, OR a couple times a year for the Poker Round Up at the Wild Horse Casino. The person who took our order was very professional and friendly. As for the barista who made the drink....I am speechless. First off I work at a Starbucks for the past 6 years (not trying to brag) but I know how a cup of coffee should taste. I order a Venti Americano with 3 pumps of white mocha. After I added a splash of cream, I notice the color of the coffee was watery. She only put 2 shots of esspresso in the drink which should of had 4. She seems frustrated and pissed when I complained about the drink. She ended up re-making the drink. I also order a Quad Venti White Mocha extra hot for a friend. When I got back to the hotel he took a sip and had this disgusted look. I then took a sip myself I notice it was not stirred and it was only a double shot (I know how a quad venti white mocha taste like). Not only that, the drink was luke-warm. I understand it took me about 10-15 min to get back to the hotel but it should of stayed at least hot. I felt when I was complaining about the americano she decided to punish me by purposely messing up the White Mocha. Never again will I go to this Starbucks, We either get coffee at the casino or go to the Safeway Starbucks instead.
