Years ago, about 8 I would go here regularly for lunch. Salads are great. But then the service was bad, employees didn't seem to want to take my order, so finally I stopped going. When in California or other parts of Oregon I would go to Jack's for salads or burgers. I like their food. But I didn't return to this Jack's until Christmas this last Dec. I went in, and was immediately greeted. A nice cashier took my order, was friendly and professional. Just what I want to see at a fast food restaurants. ( worked in my youth in Fast Food for 17 years). I like clean restrooms. Clean eating areas. When the business is slow I want to see someone checking these area out, and cleaning as necessary. I have returned since Christmas a few times, and yes, I am a fan again. The tacos are the same flavors I served in the 1960's, good fries, and pretty flavorful hamburgers. ; The assistant manager told me the business sold about 8 years ago, just after I stopped going. I am happy to be back. But let's just say they earned my business.

Updating my review. This place has turned a new leaf. What a joy to be a customer. The staff greets the guest with enthusiasm. Clean tables, clean floors, clean restrooms. Very customer oriented. Great Salads, tacos, Jumbo Jacks. Some of the best fries. So much better than Mc Donalds. I am a fan, and the employees have earned it! They seem to enjoy working at this location.

It was a Jack in the Box. Service was alright, order was correct. A plus side, I saw the manager doing a restaurant check, looking to see if everything was clean and to par. Not bad. They were pretty busy. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean, too.
