I love this place. They deliver and they have vegan options (cheese even!). Never had a bad pizza, they have good coupons, the location is easy to find if you would rather pick up than get delivery. TIP: they substitute vegan cheese 1:1, anyone who has experience with non-dairy cheese knows you can do 1/2 or 2/3 to 1 instead of an exact replacement as a topping. It's easy to over do it. So if you don't love gobs on gobs of vegan cheese order it light-cheese.

Tried out Zappo's yesterday as we struggle to find a good pie in the Brentwood Darlington area. I found the pizza to be really bland and similar to a Costco slice, but not as good... so, yeah. The price seems fair and it was alright, but too sweet for me, I like a salty pepperoni pizza.

I'd love to love this place considering they deliver beer, but the quality of the food is so subpar. It's barely Domino's quality. The ribs taste like something you'd get at an Old Country Buffet and they're not cheap. Worth it if you need beer. Otherwise order Bellagios.

Zappo's pizza is above average, but it's not the best priced, best tasting pizza for the cost. All in All it's one of the better pizza places which delivers in Milwaukie.

Love the pizza and love the service.enjoy the people who make the pizza and deliver it.

Ordered from them a few times and it was okay. This last time though last week our driver brought our pizza and it took an hour and 15 minutes! I asked for some peppers or parm cheese and she said that next time I order I have to ask for that because she didn't have any. Maybe she was new but that was just terrible service. With SO many pizza options in Portland you really need to step it up. We will try other places.

With about 6 local pizza places in our neighborhood that delivery, Zappo's is easily the best pizza. In fact, when I'm craving pepperoni pizza, Zappo's is what pops in my head.

Because we live close by, we order from here when we want some pizza because they have a gluten free crust. I ordered a pizza tonight, it was delivered, I ate a piece not thinking about it, and then realized it was not gluten free. I called and they had put gluten free on the order, but had not cooked a gluten free crust. The response was, "we will have one on it's way." Soon after a pizza showed up and they gave us a 2 liter of root beer "for the mix up". Seriously? I am going to be sick for three days and you give me a bottle full of corn syrup to make up for it? No refund? No apology? No questioning if I am going to be okay after eating something I am allergic to? Bad business if you ask me.

Wanted to try something new because we really don't love Dominoes and Pizza Hut. The experience was all around great. We have never gone into the location, we have only ordered for delivery. The website it great and easy to use. The only downfall is the printed coupons on their menu do not have a coupon code. So I have to call in the order when using a coupon. The pizza is delicious and they will deliver beer! Just a great local pizza place. It's a must try.

You know how they say even bad pizza is good? Zappo's isn't bad. But it isn't good. After moving into a new part of town, we noticed the delivery car regularly driving around the neighborhood and decided to give Zappo's a try. There are a lot of pizzas to choose from, so maybe we just didn't get a good one. Or maybe we did--upon pickup we noticed they made the wrong kind, but they kindly threw in some free cookie dough as a consolation. It turns out they got our salad wrong, too. In any case, the pizza was soggy and bland and just. Disappointing. Not good. And arguably worse than any pizza from a chain. I'm afraid we won't be back.

First time ordering from Zappos. Delivery was 40 minutes late past the time they said pizza would be delivered. I had to call to ask where is my pizza. Pizza was good but not hot.

We've been enjoying Zappos pizza since they started out in the back corner of Johnson Creek Market. Their product has always been consistently excellent. Their customer service is outstanding as well. The garlic white sauce pizza is killer ! The bonus for us is that you open your first location one block from our house !

Always decent pizza for take & bake. We prefer this over Papa Murphy's any day of the week.

Our GO TO place for a pie. For many years now they've consistently provided a good pie and excellent customer service.

When we found out that Papa John's Pizza could not deliver to our house (we're in the Brentwood/Darlington neighborhood, not out in the boondocks!), we were devastated. We craved good pizza. And were not to the point of pizza deprivation that we would call Pizza Hut (we call it Pizza Butt). And then we discovered Zappo's. And it was good. And fast. And inexpensive. Plus it stopped me from going into quality pizza withdrawals. Good times.

Zappos has very good pizza that is definnately a step above the other take out or delivery pizza chains. We have ordered from Zappos on several occasions and have quick service and very tasty pizza each time. Highly recommended

Their mega meat is to die for. I have tried a lot of the menu items and I am never disappointed. The price is great too. Check them out if you live locally- they deliver and you can pick up. They also offer unbaked pizza if you prefer to bake at home.

Okay usually I am a Zappo's fan... Usually good pizza, generous amount of toppings AND locally-owned! BUT tonight we went in to use our "$10 any large pizza" mailer and how disappointing! Seriously the toppings and cheese were minimal, very unlike my normal experience at Zappo's. I think what made the experience worse was that we were using a mailer coupon... A coupon that I thought might have been sent out to their loyal patrons. OR perhaps they sent it out to everyone in the surrounding neighborhoods. All I can say is... If that had been my first experience with Zappo's I would never go back! Not really the affect I would think they would want to have. I will give them another chance, but if I get skimpy toppings again then we are through Zappo's!

Had the chicago style with just pepperoni, and while its not healthy, it was delicious. I've tried a lot of pizza in the SE area (Woodstock-ish) and this is the best, and pretty good price too.

Love this place. Tired of crappy chain pizzerias then get some Zappos! Minced garlic makes any pizza better. The wedges with cheese and bacon are amazing too! The delivery drivers always make it to my house in a timely fashion (our driveway is hard to find and we're not the only house).

I'm giving it a 2 star--as it says 'Mey. I've experienced better'. I received an advertisement in the mail for Zappo's, so thought I'd give them a try. I've heard of Chicago Style pizzas and checked internet and found a few pics of what Chicago Style looks like. Pics Looked pretty good, so I ordered their 'Big Kahuna' family style with smoked ham, beef, onions, pineapple along with bacon and cheese. They said delivery may take an hour. it ended up being delivered about 1hr 15 min later. Their Chicago Style turned out nothing like any of the pics I found. It was stuffed with some pizza items, but it actually seemed like more breading than anything. I thought there should have been a bit more on top rather than just bread. I doubt it was worth the $24 I paid and probably will not order from here again.

Zappos is great. They deliver beer and wine in addition to pizza and ice cream. Delivery takes about 45 minutes and the pizza is pretty good. They always have coupons attached to the box. They have a gluten free crust and vegan cheese if you're allergic to things.

Zappo's get a five this time. I ordered on my phone and it was not easy. A nice young woman called and cheerfully told me I could order something easier and less expensive. I risked asking for a small gluten free pizza without cheese and a gluten free without sauce. My employees said they were excellent and were very appreciative. BUT the biggest surprise was the BEST hummus plate I have ever had and I have had a lot of them! Great hummus, sun dried tomatoes and lots of other really good stuff nicely packaged to go. I'm still thinking about it! And they delivered four pizzas with all the extras in less than forty minutes. We love you Zappo's!

First time ordering and was a bit disappointed. I ordered online and it was super simple which was nice. The delivery time was estimated at 45 minutes, pretty normal for a Saturday evening. At 65 minutes I called to see what was up with the order. The guy on the phone was helpful and said my food should be arriving in the next ten minutes or so. I was expecting to be offered a discount or a coupon, something along those lines, nothing. No big deal, not the end of the world. Food arrived and it was pretty good, but would have been much better if it was hot. I may give Zappo's another shot some day, but not for a really long time. After ordering nearly $40 of food (quite a lot for our household), I expected a bit more than late, luke warm pizza and appetizers. But hey, the delivery guy was super nice (but no "sorry to be over a half hour late!")!

Zappo's is a great lazy day treat. Delivery takes about hour which is a long. But is was it's wortht the way. The Mezza Mezza pasta is amazing. Huge portions!! You will definitely have leftovers.

Unbelieveable. We placed an online order 6 hours ago for a pizza, potatoes, & chicken for delivery at 7:15pm. I received a confirmation email. 7:30pm comes and still no pizza. 7:35pm I call and a voice recording answers dryly saying, "Sorry, we had to close early because of the power." That's it. No one called us to let us know to make other plans. The most unprofessional recording and behavior. Now we are scrambling to get some kind of dinner here. Ruined our evening. How rotten!

We tried Zappo's for the first time since moving to the Happy Valley area. It was for a birthday party and we ordered 6 pizzas. Customer service was great, they were on time for our pick up and the pizza was really great. Definitely going back to try more of their menu!

Order a BBQ chicken pizza for delivery. We received it in a half hour. The pizza was great! You have a new regular customer.
