This one is a hard one to rate. MOST of the time our orders are right, but probably 1 out of every 4 has a mistake. Togo's is close to work so my husband and I go here once every couple of weeks or so, as an average. unfortunately, our lunches are only 30 minutes, so time is of the essence when we have a lunch 'out'. A lot of times, what we will do is call the order in ahead of time as a 'to go' order. I guess that's really the biggest complaint, how they do the to-go orders. They have a 'to-go' pick up area. however, it isn't staffed and if you have a pick up order, you have to wait until someone is done making other customer's orders before they can help you. this last time we waited 10 minutes. A very long time for an order you've called in ahead of time when you only have a limited time to eat. it's like, why did we even bother to call it in ahead of time except that the lunch was already (mostly) for pick up. Anyhow, finally it was our turn, we paid for the lunch and the lady toasted my hubby's sandwich, as he requested. She puts it in the bag, we head out and are back to work when i look in the bag at my chicken Santa Fe salad... no dressing. Really....? A dry salad? Thank God for the mashed avocado that made it somewhat OK. I guess I should put a spin on this and thank her for the saved calories on my salad... :) We have also been burned on pickups before - food wasn't ready, husband's sandwich not toasted when he asked for it and they claim that it's toasted and ready to go (yet you feel the bag is cold to the touch so you seriously doubt it....) All in all, their food is delicious. Why anyone would choose Subway or Quiznos over them I would never understand. I know we will be back again someday but I think it will be awhile...

I have never tried Togos before, but decided to try it today because of their gluten free options. When we arrived, we ordered our first two sandwiches, a Turkey Cranberry on wheat and a mini Ham and cheddar for my son. When we tried to order my husband's chicken salad sandwich on their gluten free wrap, the employee told us that all of the gluten free wraps were frozen and weren't available. So my husband went hungry. The other two sandwiches were good, but I wish they had cream cheese for the turkey cranberry...so without it, it was dry. A huge disappointment that they advertised gluten free, but it wasn't available.

Very happy to have a Togo's here in Medford. I love the #9. Tastes just like I remember from my days many years ago in the Bay Area. I go pretty regularly for my "Pastrami Monday". Regular #9 and a drink: $5. They keep the restaurant immaculate. Very comfortable seating. The staff tries really hard to please the customer. They are very friendly and courteous. They must take their cue from the owner/manager. He seemed like he wanted every customer experience to be the better than the last one. I was surprised to see the other location closed, but it seems like they are putting a lot of energy into making sure this location is a success.

Since discovering the Togo's off of Biddle in Medford, I've been going fairly regularly. The sandwiches are awesome, the ingredients are fresh, and heck, even the soup is great. The new location on Center Drive, though further from my house and my workplace, offers all of the same great food as the first location, but takes things to the next level, interior-wise -- the place looks like it's about twice as big and has a great feel to it. Food and service are as great as they are at the other location. Number 9 and number 24 are my favorites by far. The only complaint I can come up with is that it does get a bit busy sometimes, especially when there's a lot of traffic to the Harry & David store nearby, but the line tends to move pretty rapidly and I've never had to wait more than five or ten minutes before getting my sandwich.

A great place to get a quick, but fresh and healthy, sandwich. The menu has a great selection, prices are fair, ingredients are very fresh, and service was cheerful and fast. What more could you ask for?

This sandwich chain is similar to Subway but offers more variety of fare and beer. I had the combo of mini roast beef sandwich and cheddar-brocolli soup. The mini sandwich was enough so the full-sized sandwiches are for growing teenager boys and those who have expended a lot of calories or want to increase their weight. The soup was good. My wife had the soup and chicken salad combo. She reports the salad was okay, but misses the great salads from Zack's Deli that had previously been at this location.

This sandwich place rocks! First off, their sandwiches resemble the sandwiches on the menu board. Sometimes you go to a restaurant and you don't receive anything close to how they present it in their photos or advertisements. This place made it how it looked and I was impressed. For once a business that offers what they show. The crew was super helpful and courteous. And it was very obvious that they kept it clean and fresh from all the veggies and even the lobby all very clean and comfortable. They even serve beer, That is a bonus for sure! Thanks and props to all you at Togos I will be back for sure. Only sandwich place worth while!!! Oh and excellent prices too! I was impressed ;]

Good sandwiches. They serve beer beer and wine and deliver if you're staying at the Holiday Inn next door. Great value for the quality and price.

Used to eat at Togo's years ago when I lived in So. Cal, but stopped going since they were ridiculously cheap about their ingredients... Yesterday I decided to give it another shot and am glad I did! The place was clean, the lady making the sandwich (forgot her name) was not only very nice, but she took her time making the sandwich and didn't act like she hated life like most people you encounter at the assembly line SubparWay. The quality of their ingredients are better than most the sandwich chains as well. Will definitely be back!

Extremely disappointed. We stopped in to grab a couple of sandwiches for our road trip and left with our sandwiches to go 15 minutes later. I ordered the sourdough and it was old and dry. The poor kid making the sandwich must have known, because he tried to make up for it by adding extra sauce. He put so much balsamic on there it poured into the bottom of the bag and soaked completely through by the time we made it back to the car. Sandwiches were gross. We eat at togos all the time, but not at this location. We should have realized it was not a good one when we walked in at noon on a Sunday and there was only one other customer. the prices were wrong - the veggie wrap is listed in two places on the menu, once at $5.89 and once at $6.89. Of course they rang it up at the higher price and had to fit it. Also the sandwich said it was $8.99 and they rang it up at $10.99, so check your receipts and make sure you don't get overcharged.

Whatever their business motto is, they've surpassed the Subways and Quiznos sandwich standard (smiling and selection is a good thing). Digs: I recall roomy clean tables; nothing to memorable besides some useful tv distractions; the ordering counter was a upgrade from the glass shields of sandwich ingredients you'll find at the Sub/Quiz Ate: "Special" Cuban Sandwich - it was a decent edible delight, with peppers but it wasn't near the authentic greasy-pressed feel of a true Cuban; Sandwich "Bowl" - this is a great gluten-free option to simply have all the guts of the sandwich thrown into a salad like arrangment Drank: Water (there were beer options but they've been set in stone; I spoke with the manager and corporate has decided what's best for all store locations) $: Moderately priced for what you get and they present the product in a way your body trusts to consume rapidly...or slowly Overall: I juggle between a 3-4 star since our Cuban was not well planned out but as we read through the menu drool began to form; we will be giving TOGO's another breaded chance in the near future

This was our first time to a Togo's. A nice gentleman behind the counter helped me order. My dining partner is gluten-free, so I asked if I could make a sandwich into a salad. He said yes and when I selected a sandwich for my partner, the employee told me he couldn't do that. Then another employee said he could and just to put it all in a container with lettuce or whatever greens I chose. I chose spring mix. He put maybe a half a cup of spring mix at the bottom or the container and then put the meats and veggies on top of that. It looked ridiculous and was NOT a salad. What I ordered was fine. They put our food in bags to go, but we were dining in. Everyone else dining in had trays. Weird.
