Food was ok. Had fried chicken and sides of Mac and Cheese, sweet potatoes and hush puppies. Chicken was juicy and crisp shell. It was a bit greasy. Sides were ordinary. Service was poor. A server showed up after about 20 minutes, never refilled our water and presented the bill with no comment. Not a bad meal, but way over priced. I would suggest some specials and about 25% off the entree prices and they would probably fill the place. It would also be good to have the lunch items at dinner for smaller and cheaper options. The place has potential but needs a Robert Irvine remake and training.

The service here was atrocious. the food mediocre, and the prices way too high for the quality of the food. The waiter barely came by. It took two hours to get our check. Do not waste your time eating here.

I went there for lunch and had the fried chicken with greens and macaroni. The chicken was just ok. The greens had a weird flavor and the macaroni was right out of the microwave (still cold in the middle). I had to drown my food with tabasco just to add flavor. I found it odd that my side dishes were served in tiny glass dishes on my plate. I was really hoping that Medford would get a southern restaurant. But this was a major disappointment! We couldn't get out of there quick enough.

I guess they didn't learn anything with their failed restaurant in Grants Pass. Poor service, menu items not available and mediocre food. I was so hoping the Medford location would be an improvement.

Good catfish, great fried okra. Okay service. Okay location. If their prices were HALF of what they ask I would have increased the stars. But gumbo, jambalaya and étouffée all over $25 a plate? It's too much. Especially for Medford. Especially for the quality of the cooking. One other weird thing. We were here on a Monday afternoon and they were out of several menu items. Random things like black eyes peas, mashed potatoes, etc. Poor planning on someone's part. All in all, okay food but not worth the price. If this place makes it a year I will be surprised.
