Talk about the worst restaurant in the valley. My family (partner and daughter) and I sat for over an hour waiting for easy orders. I personally ordered Build Your Own Grand Slam Seasonal Fruit, Hearty Wheat Pancakes (2), Eggs (2), and Bacon Strips (2) My family also ordered simular breakfasts. It was not even busy. There were people walking around with coffee at their own personal tables. I tried waving someone down to refill my coffee. In that hour of waiting, I had 2 cups of coffee. I was very upset over the whole ordeal. As I sat waiting, I saw and heard the way they treat their workers, especially the one who was pregnant. I easily overheard their conversation very loudly from the manager as she yelled at the pregnant gal, about how this worker was not on the schedule again for 3 weeks in a row. This is not how you treat your workers. I will not be returning again. I used to love Dennys, but this just ruined my whole experience.

Welcome back to Medford! Typical Denny's food for anytime off the day or night. So busy with all the newness and missed menu items we all love. Can't wait to get my favorites and catch back up. Restaurant was really nice, clean and new. Parking was crazy and people were enjoying their time.

Went last night. Wasn't overwhelmingly busy but they only had 2 waiters. Ours had a bad attitude about having to work so late. Got a table quick witu no wait but then We had a 2 hour wait for food, still didn't get it. Ordered a coffee with creamer, got the coffee, asked her for creamer and 30 minutes later still no creamer. So we decided to leave and go elsewhere with better service. I don't normally just get out and walk out of a restaurant but this was just so frustrating and dissapointing.

Got sick eating at Denny's. I told myself don't go Denny's sucks. But no I didn't listen to myself and went anyway. Ate a late breakfast around 4pm ate nothing else rest of the day. Stuck on the crapper all night at home. They should have moved into a spot right next to tin tin buffet, then you can get food poisoning 24 hrs a day ;)

The manager sat us and we had Norma as our waitress, she was nice for the one time we saw her it took us a half hour for our order to be taken and then another 45 min for our food to come. Coffee was cold and they had about ten waiters but service was slower than anything I've ever experienced in my entire life. The waiter Nathan was completely rude and ignored me three times when I called to him and I know he heard me and look away straight after. Heard him giving attitude to the next table over too. Obviously graveyard shift at dennys is too difficult for such a smart waiter as Nathan.

Well looks like they worked out the kinks finally people! ;) We first went here a few days after they opened and wow worst experience in any restaurant ever! The waitress barely spoke english and brought back the wrong food and not nearly enough of it. We were missing items and the food was cold by the time she figured out our order for the 3rd time. The manager apologized and took care of it. She rolled her eyes at the waitress and you could clearly tell she screwed up every single customer's order. The manager was so pissed at her! We didnt tip. We decided to wait a few weeks to try again once they fire the crappy staff and get everyone trained right. And well we were actually quite pleased this time around! When we walked in we overheard they are training 2 new cooks. The waitresses were new and understood us, were very attentive and nice! Our food was hot, came fast, was what we ordered, large portions and delicious! Only complaint is the tiny water glasses and the bathroom location is not even in Denny's it is inside Ramada Inn. Strange and crowded. Restaurant is still very clean and beautiful compared to any other Dennys. The parking lot needs to be bigger. They need a new location and yes windows would be nice and seems smaller inside than other Denny's. I guess that is expected though since it is attached to Ramada Inn? Nice improvement Dennys! Thank You! ;) Lol

So I went in to denny's at 2am in the morning there was not a soul in the restaurant I waited over 5 mins for someone to greet me but nobody came so I stood yelling hello with no reply finally I had to walk to the end of the building in the back to wave down the 2 crew workers standing around talking....the waiter didn't even applgize so I sat down and ordered a build your own slam when I received my toast it was not toast just limp bread with butter on it..I asked the waiter to have fix they put it in microwave -.- so by then I was ready to leave when I got ticket. .waited around again for an employee and again had to flag him down...awful service wish I could rate 0

I understand that it is a new place, but still took us 40 min to get seated and then once we got seated it took the waiter 20 minutes before she even came and checked on us to ask what we would like to drink , and then once she did not she didn't return to ask if we would like more coffee, took about 30 minutes to get our food :/ ... I was not at all impressed with waitress slow and not verry customer service oriented, the manager on duty was more friendly and helpful was she seen we wherent getting that service that was due she stepped up and took care of us ... That is y I have a 2 star for her customer service

Went into Denny's today for the first time in Medford, since they reopened, besides having to park in the back in the loading area(bad parking) there are no windows so you can look outside, We felt closed in... and we immediately left I am disappointed Denny's:( :(

We tried to eat here at 2pm on Saturday. The place was packed and they had only two waitresses working and other four people working the cash register and seating folks. Hmm. After sitting for ten minutes without a single person coming by to even give us water, we got up and left. Question: why isn't the manager out on the floor taking orders and helping out instead of hanging out at the register the whole time? I don't get it. The interior here is nice. Definitely cleaner and more attractive than any other Denny's I've been to but they clearly need to iron out a few kinks and hire more staff.

Please hold back your fears as you step into the darkness... Do not fear the cave of food... there are no windows in what I believe used to be a bar or nightclub.. Give the owners credit for getting some business in there to help fill rooms at the hotel. the hotel is pretty bad, but that is a different review... The place was pretty full, which explained the long wait for food. They may have under estimated how busy it would be. Perhaps the staffing or actual kitchen is too small for a packed house. We ordered 3 slams in our group and with the exception of the runny eggs all was tasty. But, it took waiving at the wait staff to get the coffees filled twice.... I would do this again in a pinch, but their are other options.

What a Joke! Totally un-coordinated, with folks working the register and seating, but nobody waiting tables. We waited for a long, long time, and even saw another couple seated after us get served. We never even ordered drinks or saw a server (there were 5 of us, so we were hard to miss). We left and nobody seemed to notice or care. They are totally overwhelmed and poorly managed/staffed. Not quite ready for prime time people! Good luck to you Denny's! You are destined, like the rest of your chain, to fail. Utterly.

Most of the reviews before mine are bad, and sure, this place isn't perfect, but it IS only 2 months old. When we first walked in, it was slightly confusing... No one asked us how many were in our party, both people at the front were working registers, there technically was no hostess... Struck me as odd. But once we were seated, things improved. Our waiter was courteous and attentive. Our food came out pretty quickly and it was very good. Yes, it's a smaller Denny's, with no windows, but it's attached to a hotel that was already there, and they've worked well with the space they had available. We didn't really have any complaints, other than the seeming-disorder inside the front door.

My husband and I decided to try Denny's in Medford for the first time today and let me just say it was a horrible experience that started as soon as we walked in the door. The set up is confusing. Its unclear where to stand to let the hostess know that you are ready and it was unclear who the hostess even was. After a few moments of awkwardness I walked up to the counter to let the cashier know we were there. She was incredibly rude. She quickly took my name and asked how many were in my party and then with out saying anything else to me she turned to a lady that was waiting to pay and said she was "so sorry about that". Not good customer service at all. The wait to be seated want very long however once we were seated it took at least 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. Once she did it didn't seem like she was paying attention because I ordered a water with lemon and when she repeated back our order she thought I said coffee instead...not even close. As far as the menu goes it was a little disappointing. It was much more expensive than most Denny's we have been to. I ordered an omelet with sour dough toast and my husband ordered a skillet with over hard eggs. We waited 20 minutes to get our food and during that 20 minutes we were never checked on once to have our drinks refilled. When the food finally came it did not come with my toast. The waitress said " Your toast wasn't ready and I didn't want to wait to bring your food. " I found that odd because I have made toast before, its not like it takes long to make but I went with it. The food was incredibly disappointing. My hash browns were only cooked on one side and my omelet was incredibly greasy. The vegetables were cut uneven which resulted in some of them being cooked and some of them being raw. It was gross. My husbands skillet had the same problem and the eggs he ordered were burnt. 10 minutes later when I received my toast I was again disappointed. First of all it was barley toasted and second it was cut with a dirty knife as there was ketchup along the cut. At that point we had enough and decided to leave. We asked for the manager and told her our experience. She apologized and comped the meal however she was the one who brought out the toast in the first place. She encouraged us to give them another chance some other time. We will not be going back and do not recommend anyone else trying.

1 of the worst meals I have ever had in my life. .And the teenagers running the place have no idea what they are doing. It took forever to get seated after 1 teeny-bopper said, there is a hostess somewhere. Then it took another bit to get a server to take the order. But the food came out in about 3 minutes. That was first clue as to how horrible it was going to be .I ordered a turkey, tomato, bacon sandwich. The turkey was burnt, couldn't taste any tomato,or bacon.the turkey was of very poor quality at that. Sever who took our order looked like he was 14 and never came back ,I had to ask for the check. We also watched as they heated all the soup in the microwave..YUCK .Our server ( the child) didn't say a word about the uneaten food either .Gross even for Dennys. And the bathroom is through a somewhat dark hallway that is being shared with the hotel and whatever may come through the door that leads out to the street.Very uncomfortable. The entire experience was awful from start to finish.
