I was a little disappointed for the second time this month. $50 is a little steep for two pizzas especially when one is a bit soggy. But I do like Abbys, maybe it was the wrong time of day. I am willing to try again because I like my local. Garlic chicken is my absolute favorite.

We come here quite often since we have a big family and this is usually the cheaper way to go for dinners. That's why we decided to come here tonight. We ordered the pizza around 615 PM, they told us it would be 15-20 minutes. Seems just about right for a large pizza, wings, and some spuds. We arrived here at Abby's at 650PM. The place was packed, and everyone was leaving with pizza except us. The lady told us after waiting for 20 minutes that when they baked our pizza it stuck to the liner they were using. She said it would be a few more minutes. We waited 10 minutes before sitting down, shortly after that a man approached us and told us they had made mistakes on our pizza THREE TIMES and it was just now going into the oven so he voided our whole order. This was ridiculous. We were lied to in the beginning and no one had the courtesy to let us know sooner... At least we got a free meal but next time maybe we will hit up Angelo's.

Lousy pizza. We got a Hawaiian and the toppings were good, but the sauce and cheese were not right. If an 8, 10 and 12 year old hungry boys won't eat it you know something's wrong. Go eat somewhere else. This was across the street and convenient, but we should have hoped back I the van and drove somewhere else. The salad bar was ok though.

Delicious Pizza! First time here, and we tried the Abby's Special. Everything tasted great but the service was not that friendly.

The pizza was so-so. I'm from New York so have a clue about what pizza should be. This ain't it. Also it arrived cold and without the requested parmesan. Next time Domino's. As lousy as they are, they're better.

The worst Abby's in town! Go to central point! Hour and a half to get lukewarm pizza! Nasty and over priced

We just moved here and our number one main goal was to first find a great pizza. Well, I think we found it HOWEVER the customer service is terrible especially when they are busy. They've lost our order, forgot to make it, said they never had the order on file. Also, my domestic partner was a supervisor at Mt Mikes for 5 years, he walked into Abby's TWICE for an application and both times they said they do not give out apps and they only hire from within!!! The last time I checked it was considered discrimination to refuse an application or interview to anyone. You guys better do something about your crew, or your going to get sued one of these days. To make a long story short, we are never ordering food from Abby's again. Your pizza might be good but when it comes down to the chain, customer service is what's most important. We will be sure to tell all our friends and family who are moving up here as well.

I would leave a 5 star review if the delivery person would just remember to bring me Parmesan cheese and hot pepper flakes. That's all I am missing in life....just those little packets with my pizza. For the love of Abby's why can't the delivery man bring the packets with the pizza without a special request? Also remember the sliced tomatoes every single time I order them...it is part of my order. Check the order before you leave. We all have off days, but ya'll are shooting about 50% on my tomatoes, and I love tomatoes. That's it! I LOVE ABBY'S!!!!! ABOVE ALL OTHER PIZZA IN THE WORLD. Note: Your pizza is so good I am still leaving a 4 star review.

We went there one Friday night in July they were very busy we came with a large party and they were still able to get our six pizzas and appetizers out to us pretty quickly. The pizza was okay but the wings were not very good at all. They did have great customer service there which I found most places we went to in Oregon. The highlight of the meal was the beer they served it in frosted mugs and the beer was really fresh and so cold!!!

I like Abby's because they are consistant. If you are out of town you know you will get decent pizza here. Are there better places in Southern Oregon? Yes, but there are a ton worse choices. Abby's Special is a classic and their potatoes are good.

Pretty decent americanized style pizza, thin crust, standard but clean salad bar. Free soda refill and free wifi. A great lunch and afternoon alternative to Starbucks. Quiet in the afternoon. The free wifi, the quiet and the staff push it to a 4.

Were passing by through Medford and was booked at holiday inn express. Called for delivery and confirmed delivery to this place. Was quoted 45 min. 1 hour 30 min later called back to find out they don't deliver after all to this place. Would have been nice if someone called back and let us know that. Boo to this place!

The bread sticks are amazing, and so are the mozzarella sticks. The pizza is sub-par though, not impressed at all. They also do a terrible job of cleaning their parlors. Everything is always greasy and messy. It seems these folks are lazy and do a half-assed job, or they just don't care enough. Which reflects on their services as a whole. How do I know my food is clean and prepared properly? Sorry but, if you like quality pizza and a clean place to eat, then look elsewhere.

We got the gluten free pizza and to be honest, not worth the money. I think we got the special which is like the supreme or combination pizza, it had everything. But the mushroom had a funky taste. I had mushroom on pizzas before so, I wouldn't get mushrooms in my pizza if I get it next time.

Meh. Takeout order was picked up by pops. He came home PISSED. The pepperoni and pineapple was missing pineapple, so they threw pineapple on there and tried to send it home with him. Not wanting raw pineapple, pops was not amused. So they MICROWAVED it. What kind of pizza place even has a microwave? Is this normal?! The pepperoni pizza was not my forté. The Lone Star BBQ was okay. The garlic parmesan sticks were kinda nasty. All in all, it's not somewhere I'd really go again. I'd rather have Mountain Mikes in a pinch...but Kaleidoscope still kicks the balls right off ANY other pizza place around here.

Called in a takeout order, was quoted 15-20 min wait. Arrived 30 min later, the parking lot was full. We double-parked and went in, and were told that they were backed up and one oven was down, but it our pizza was coming out. Ten minutes later, they said it was almost done. 50 minutes after the order, it was done, but now the crust was burnt around the edges. Other people in the restaurant were getting testy about their wait too. For the wait and inconvenience, the manager comped the pizza. So, it turned out that we got a $20 pizza for free, in exchange for cooling our heels for 1/2 hr and accepting some black stuff on the edges. But we would have just preferred that they tell us when we ordered that it would be 45-50 mins, and we could decide then whether we wanted to order. We wouldn't do it again.

Everytime we drive through Oregon the boys need to stop at Abby's. This crispy crust with good toppings, and the ambience reminds me of the pizza places of old from my childhood. Worth a stop, especially with kids, if you want a good sit down pizza.

Tried to get into another very crowded pizza place, didn't want to wait 45 minutes. Stopped by Abbys with 7 very hungry people. Ordered Abbys special and the Poor boy with spud chips. The pizzas came out more quickly than expected with ample toppings. Tasty thinner crust but not too thin. Tasted great, the spud chips are really good, reminiscent of jo jos. I'll eat here again when I'm in the area.

Very good pizza, speedy delivery to the hotel we stayed at. Unique combination of meat on the all meat, including roast beef.
