Good food for a small town place. Large portions and great tasting entrees. We got food to go for 6 of us, $40 got us 3 entrees, 8 spring rolls, chow mein, fried and steamed rice, fried noodles (crunches) lots of sauces and of course....the fortune cookies. Next time in town, we will be back.

Wing Ming is a hidden new little secret in Lebanon, and the man agrees. I actually always worked at the main Chinese restaurant in Lebanon and appreciate Wing Ming more on many different levels. You walk in and it's fairly open, I would say grab a booth. It's seat yourself. Most often the owners are the ones working, he cooks, she serves and cooks on occasion. You always are greeted by her little smile and welcome, awww I love it. The lunch specials are awesome here at $4.95 you get your choice of entree(sns chicken, broc bf, lo mein, CURRY CHICKEN, fried rice, orange chicken, green bean chicken, sautted veggies, etc.) and steamed rice or friend rice, with egg flower soup, or hot n sour. Sometimes the egg flower has a little bit too much cornstarch, but they have mostly fixed that problem. Take a look at the menu and you will find the most variety of any of the chinese restaurants in Lebanon by far. A lot of times you can special request things as well if you don't see it. Fried Squid appetizer is huge and amazing, OH and I think its the only place in Lebanon that has CRAB PUFFS WOOO! They definately lack on the BBQ Pork goodness but I think we will all survive. Ashli from Bing's sent you! I miss them badly.

Absolutely fabulous food, fantastic staff, just a great experience all around. Such a great value, and I can't think of any way to improve. The deep fried mushrooms are phenomenal, one of my favorites. Looking for "different" ?? Try a cheeseburger with bean sprouts instead of lettuce! Crazy good!

Generous portions, fast friendly service, prices also reasonable for the amount of food served. Chinese good is often greasy but this wasn't too bad. The pineapple was strange - not very good - but everything else was quite good. Mustard was hot which we appreciated. Would definitely visit again!

Worst Asian food I've had in quite some time. The cook in the back was in a hurry and my $45 order was bland and undercooked. The two stars is mostly for the friendly woman at the counter and the ease of ordering over the phone. Will not be back unless it's an emergency.

I love this restaurant! We have never left without extra food to take home for a second meal! The food is excellent! My husbands favorite is the Happy Family! My favorite is the Chicken Chow mein! Our favorite appetizer is the Chicken Wings. They are delicious. We have never ordered anything that we didn't love. This family is so sweet and friendly. The service is excellent and cheerful. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in all of Lebanon. Check it out! You will love it!

From eating at any other Chinese restaurant in honestly quite disappointed. Food is decent, but the way of ordering is strange. I'm use to ordering large sides and not individual plates per person. When it comes to hot tea they give me about two of those baby tea cups full of tea in the tea server and they never come to refill it. I'm not paying for tea when I get maybe (if that) two cups full. Also when I asked the woman for sugar she didn't speak ANY English so I was annoyed because she was our waitress for the night. The service is wonderful they are nice but when they don't understand what I'm saying I just wonder why they are asking me what I want. IM WHITE! I'm sorry but I don't know any of your language lady! Please just get me more hot tea not rice...

Very standard restaurant, not much that stands out. I've been there several times and haven't been all that impressed yet. I'm not sure if I'll go there again I the future.

I had high hopes that I would enjoy my meal here after reading the other reviews. This is a small town with at least 4 chinese restaurants! This was not the worst Chinese food I have had, but it is definitely not the best. Typical bland fair, too salty with no flavor. That said, the wait staff was friendly and the whole family was there. Regardless, I don't think I will stop in again.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
