Local family owned. They care, and it shows! It is obvious that the owners care about their customers, reputation, and I see they give back to the community. I also appreciate that the family supports other local businesses. All that aside, they truly have THE best sub in Keizer! His bread is made from scratch every morning, all I appreciate that the meats and cheeses are sliced in the store. AND THEY DELIVER! Cost is a bit more than the national sub chain but you won't get white tomatoes or bread that tastes like a yoga mat!

So I'm gonna guess that most of the reviews are from friends and family because this place isn't that great. The sandwiches I bought for my girlfriend and I were bland and the chicken looked kinda gross. I gave them 2 stars because, I mean, yeah, I asked for a Cucumber sandwich and I got that. Hoping for something refreshing but I guess that's not what they wanted . Peeling the cucumber before putting it on a sandwich would be nice. But this place makes subway look high end. As for the cheesy garlic bread, no flavor. But I guess not much to expect from the high school girls that were obviously hand picked to work there.

The sandwiches were very bland I got the avocado with chicken and all I could taste was the strong flavor of the cheddar cheese. They should really put more effort to the quality of the ingredients. It tasted like a cheap packaged sandwich you can get at a gas station.

Customer service doesn't get any better. Local family owned and operated. As far as Im concerned, there ARE no other subs shops in Keizer. The Keizer and downtown stores will always have my business. Lancaster store? I will leave it at this.... Employees, manager, and even the owner would benefit from a customer service seminar or two (or three).

I agree with Chuck. To me this is a solid sandwich shop with a local feel and different options then your run of the mill Subway. I've never had anything bad here, but nothing has ever blown me away either. Just pretty good sandwiches. No more, no less. I really enjoy the Cream Cheese and Cucumber FYI.

This is the best Big Town Hero location in the area. I work nearby and almost always eat here during my lunch. Food is fresh and sandwiches are well made. Never had a wrong order yet! Store is clean and staff is friendly.

where to start. Everything is boring, and plain. They get in trouble if they add food on your sandwich (without charging a huge fee) the bread is boring. if you get a sub with avocado, it will be not ripe and hard, or brown. never 'perfect' if you call your order in, or order online it will most likely be made poorly or wrong. this location closes so early, too.

This is a great location! The staff is really nice and fast. They have made some mistakes on my sandwiches before, but have always fixed them :)
