We've been avoiding this place since Stockmans Steakhouse(more like dirty house) was soooo dirty. The fact that the new owners haven't covered the Stockmans sign out front, makes me wonder how clean they are in the kitchen. Feels like they might be possibly cutting corners, especially when they leave the ladder out front after they change their word board...it all comes off like they didn't want to invest enough money to make this place be a rock star restaurant. With their location, if they just spent a little more money outside, they'd make huge returns inside, if they food is good! Or at least, those of us who've had bad experiences at Stockman's, would actually want to venture in to see if the place actually changed for the better!

Just horrible. Slow. They need new everything from plates to silverware to new cushions on their seats. The bar tender looks like she crawled out of a dumpster next to a rehab. And the food is disgusting. Avoid this place like the plaque.

Under new ownership! For those of you that know them... The Fontaine are back! Just had my first meal of many... NY strip sandwich minus bread with a Ceasars salad as my side. My steak was cooked perfectly (mr) with outstanding flavor and the Ceasar dressing was very nice... Coating all of the lettuce without drowning it. My husband had the same but had it as it appears on the menu... with a roll... in sandwich form... also cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is nothing overly special... It's simple, clean... and suits a restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner....with a decent little bar at the back of the building. The prices are great for the quality of food I experienced. We'll be back. More reviews to follow!

I guess this was ok. Everything just felt rundown and in disrepair. Steak was nothing special and neither were any of the sides.

I've had good and not so good since the restaurant reopened. Today I had their Sunday special: tamale pie. It was delicious. They have raised the prices.

We decided to try this restaurant after we heard it was reopened due to new owners. We were blown away! I had the dinner special-- pork tenderloin with blueberry sauce roasted vegetables and mash potatoes, I loved it. Not only was the food good, but the presentation was phenomenal. I even took a picture of it! We will definitely be back.

Stopped with kids. Sign said family dinning. Ordered a steak since it is a steak house. Very disappointing. Steak had no flavor. No seasoning at all. Rest of the food was mediocre at best. Won't be returning. Only good thing was the waitress who was very kind to us.

This is honestly one of the nastiest and most disgusting places I have ever eaten at! The waitress with blonde curly hair, about maybe 60 years old should be doing something that has nothing to do with customer service! She has barely came by to check on us the whole hour and a half I was stuck in this place and she was very unfriendly! When we got here she waved us over like we were dogs saying come here, it almost made me leave at that point! We finally got our food which was roast beef and potatoes the special and all three of us stomached a small amount of what my dog would call ok food, we all about 2 hours later had a terrible stomach ache and a case of you know what I really was sick for a whole day, so this is me saying I wouldn't waste your time!

Pretty slow, but must things are in this town. The food wasn't bad even though "No onions" apparently means pile them on.

Pretty good food for a local family restaurant. There chili is great, my steak was just ok. I will be back there on my next visit tho.
