Took 3 twelve year old boys, they have decided it's better than BWW. I had some serious sticker shock walking in since it is a serve yourself place. However, look at the menu not just the board. The best deals are not posted. Wings have a serious amount of chicken not just crunchy fried batter like BWW. Will be back

Ok. I have been here twice to this location and at 12:45pm on a Wednesday this place had only 3 other people here. Hum Still like the wings and fries and the blue cheese is good also. Price for combo if you ordered through Wingstop's website is much less than actual menu at store which is $11.49 for s 10 piece boneless wings combo. Website shows $9.99 so perhaps they just haven't updated so for that reason alone I give it a 3 star. Overall not a bad choice if you want some wings. Counter help was friendly as well,

I've been to this wing stop several times spent $50-$80 every time I come. This will be the last time that I ever give my money to this establishment. Due to the fact that I just got done ordering 40 wings and they tell me that I need to pay for the blue cheese dipping sauce. I JUST ORDERED 40 WINGS?!! And then they tell me that I can't have any dipping sauce because I didn't get it in a combo and that's company policy??!!.... Well guess what, you'll never get my money again I travel all over the country and wings is one of my favorite foods to eat and never have I ever experienced this so called policy as the one at wing stop... You should think about revamping your policies... Not to mention the fact that every time I coming to this place it's always dead I wonder why. It's really a shame...

Great wings fresh and I love the Rub. I use the online service a lot and it cuts down on the waiting. Staff friendly and helpful. Not clear at times what the specials are. Always appears clean.

The wings were great. Fresh and crispy. The deal for two meals for $19 is a great deal. Definitely had some left after sharing with a friend. Deciding on wing flavor was really hard But they had sauce samples Which helped alot. The girl who took the order at the register was friendly But wouldn't stop talking. Nice though But I was trying to catch up with my friend. And she also failed to mention tuesdays they have 55 cent wings Which we only found out by looking at the pictures in the windows. Anyways, the place is nice I guess. Very fast food feeling inside. I think Id rather go to BWW to be honest. But the wings were delicious. Don't like that the napkins are on a huge roller right by the register. If they had regular napkins that would be nice and the ketchup machine was hardly working.

This is my first time at this location and the cashier Steve was very friendly. He made me feel accepted and I had a pleasant late night meal! I would say this was one of the best experience I've ever had at Wingstop. (Not saying I've ever had a bad experience at any wingstop!)

Dinner time at 6pm and there is only 1 cook and 1 cashier. Waited over 30 minutes for a few boneless wings to go. They need to hire more people to work because they'll lose more customers trying to save a few bucks on help.

Amazing wings and great atmosphere!!! The customer service was out of this world and the huge space with many flat screens for those football fans out there. Also if not wanting to watch tv, there is a ps3 that you can play on and make some challenges with your crew!!! Definitely coming back. Yum!!!!!

I'm giving this 3 stars because it was just a regular experience really. Nothing stands out as bad or good. We ordered wings and got what we expected. They were good and fries were really good. Service was nice and quick and wings only took a few minutes. Unfortunately I was sick for a few days after eating here because I am a lame stomach. If you have stomach problems, be aware, these wings are greasy (wings usually are).

Update: the owner reached out to me and said he would address the issues. I waited a while to return but indeed it was a much better experience all around...can't give it a five due to the previous experience but willing to update to a four

I have always enjoyed wingstop. It's my alternative for when I get tired of buffalo. This location is great, way more space than the Eastport one and also much emptier. The customer service when I have visited has always been excellent. The owner even talk to us and introduced his amazing happy hour menu! The chicken was decent, they could probably do bigger wings, but aside from that it wasn't bad at all. P.S. The girl who wrote the 2 star review was clearly on many many drugs when she wrote her review or is just really stupid. There is NO wingstop on halsey, and the wings at this location are just fine.

I had forgotten why I haven't been in this place in well over a year, until I went in there for lunch. There is much potential here but there seems to be a huge disconnect between getting to where they actually rock, and what you get. I wanted 20 wings, fries, and a drink, but they don't have a 20 wing meal deal thing, so I had to pay for everything separate, jacking up the price over $20. The wings came out 20 minutes later, I was literally the only person in the store and they had four people in the back BS'ing while 20 wings and an order of fries cooked. The wings came out, oops, I guess I have to ask for ranch. I was told it was $.89 a tub but they would let it slide since I didn't know, OK then, give me two. Another stupid rule they blame the company on is you can't mix sauces, which I've never heard come out of the mouth of any wing server over the last 25 years and hundreds of wing places I've been to. The wings weren't terrible, but they were way below par. The garlic parms were heavily dusted with parm with little garlic taste and I could barely taste the mild sauce on the others. My view of "wet" wings must just be totally over the top because this place, like so many others, just can't bring themselves to slather the damn things in sauce for me. I'm not really sure why they wouldn't just dump a cup or two of the sauce over the wings, it's really baffling. This place is nowhere near as good as BWW, and BWW is pretty low on my list of good wing places. It tasted like the wings were in the fryer for way too long, like their BS session got in the way of paying attention. Not sure how this place stays in business. The cost to run it with the crap quality of the wings must make it profitable somehow. I won't go back to this place, or any WingStop unless someone else is buying and I'm already three shades to the wind, totally not worth it.

Do you enjoy peeing out of your butt?? Eat here. Clean Place. Pretty friendly staff. HORRIBLE FOOD. My 3 friends and I had just finished an epic day of golfing yesterday and I had wanted to try this new location in Gresham, so I suggested we try it and they listened... BIG MISTAKE! We ordered a 20 pc. happy hour combo (10 reg, 10 boneless) with 3 different flavors and didn't even finish half of them. Each of the flavors had a hint of chemical after-taste and the fries were not cooked well. Only thing that tasted decent was the beer I ordered. Two of my friends got an immediate stomach ache and were considering vomiting in the bathroom. I was disgusted but felt ok until I got home 30min later... I think I owe my toilet alimony after last night. Not only do I feel like an asshole for recommending this place to my good friends but I can't see myself eating wings for a very long time... Thanks Wing Stop!!

Good spot for a quick wing fix. Go to spot for wings for a party platter. I haven't experienced it but have seen others not get orders that were placed online during big sporting days. I have had sides/bread missing from my order on those days due to the craziness. Make sure you get those orders in early tho for big game day. Don't expect to walk in and place a huge order either. Wings take a few minutes.

Really good wings, great deals at happy hour, large variety of sauces and every order is made fresh. . And about 1,000,000 times better then buffalo wild wings

This is my first bad review. First of all my wife likes their wings, I prefer Buffalo's wings. Anyway, my wife and I was craving some wings, so I decided to go to Wingstop. I orders 30 wings, 2 large fries, and an order of veggie sticks to go. No problem up till then. Food comes out and I look in the bag to make sure everything was there, and I was missing my sauce. I asked and they told me it was 83 cents for each one. I asked when they started to charge, they told me they have always charged. I simple told them that I had received my allotment of sauce before, and they told me no I was wrong. Now that is when I started getting a little pissed. I didn't make anything of it, but I came home and looked on their website and yes ranch dressing is included. I will not return.

Best garlic parmesan wings in town. The store is very clean and tables are not sticky like other location. Service is A++ and they have a very nice staff. Soda machine is perfect.

Pretty expensive place but it's great to chill with some wings and beer and watch some sports on the various tv's around the dining room. I ordered boneless wings with Louisiana Rub seasoning and it was very overwhelmingly seasoned which made the wings hard to eat. The fries were very good and were almost sweet to taste. The employees were super nice and I had a good conversation with the cashier. My boyfriend ordered hot wings and he said they were delicious and he was very satisfied. A great place to grab a bite with your bros.

LEMON PEPPER! Its salty and crispy and glorious. I also like the other assortment of flavors. But oh my god lemon pepper. I lick the wet greasy paper at the bottom. The fries are great and the veggies are fresh. Yum all the way around!

It hurts my soul to give this place such a low rating. We love, love, love the wings from the Wing Stop on Halsey. Never been disappointed there. Now to this one: The restaurant is clean and plenty of space to sit. The staff was very friendly. We ordered a big order since I had been craving their wings for a while. When we came home my daughter had a humongous grease stain on her pants. Now to the chicken: They seriously need to give the people working at the fryers more training. The chicken was flabby and seemed to be undercooked. There was barely any parmesan on the garlic ones, the lemon pepper barely tasted like lemon and even the Louisiana didn't burn my mouth (which they should). I didn't even go for seconds. Overall I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes for now to the one on Holgate where I know that I love what I get

The fries were so salty we couldn't eat them, awesome Cole slaw and the wings were OK. Don't think we will be returning anytime soon. Was a very poor experience as the dining room was very dirty and the employees didn't seem too interested in cleaning during their slow time.

I usually do not write reviews but recently have been so upset with the quality of this location. We decided to go to Wingstop after a long day of work, we ordered to go and the food was ready when we got there. However, when we got home, we realized the 7 garlic Parmesan wings that we ordered were not seasoned, it was just plain fried chicken. I gave them a call to complain and they assured me that the next time I come in, ten wings were on the house. But they did not take any of my information down! i am sad to say I will not be returning to Wing Stop.

I have been here twice and have always had great service and the people are so friendly! They have great selections and something for everyone. I didn't find the wings to be greasy and the fries were super good. To be honest the wings are better quality than Buffalo Wild Wings. Only complaint is that I wish they had a few salads or sandwiches in the menu.

Went here awhile back with my wife. Cannot remember what day but they had pricing specials. I honestly will not pay for the regular menu price wings, not worth it, nothing special except multiple choice sauces.
