Nice people, usually very quick and easy to order. The deal for a cheap sandwich is great, and the fact if you want to, you can actually make it healthy. Well, I kind of want healthy but I just like cheese and meatballs a but too much. It's a great deal if you know what you like and you get it. However, I have "tried" various sandwiches and I certainly didn't like most of them. It's not their fault or anything, it just wasn't to my tastes was all, and since I technically made it, I take the blame. I basically found what I liked together and stuck with it, every day. The cookies at this location have pretty much been the best anywhere. They're usually warm and gooey, just what I want in my cookie. Other locations have been lacking.

I frequent this Subway a lot because it's doesn't the street from where I live. The food is always fresh, the store is always clean and the atmosphere is always filled with good conversation and laughter. The employees on the other hand aren't always the best. I think I spent about a good five minutes waiting for the girl to break her station down. She wiped, she cleaned, she moved stuff around. At least she acknowledged me as I waited for her. Wait a minute, I thought she was supposed to wait on me. I was closed to losing my cool, buy decided against it. To top things off I also had to wait for my meat to be defrosted as well. Something that could have been avoided if she would've put the customer first. I will return, but will be wary of the young lady behind the counter. The best thing about Gresham Station is there are other options!

Let me first off start by saying that I am a HUGE Subway fan! I literally eat Subway just about everyday. With that being said sometimes you will find a restaurant that doesn't have as fresh ingredients and bread but I am happy to say that this location is always excellent. And on top of that they just had a complete remodel. I say this because the food and service was good before and now it's even better. The place is always clean, the staff always friendly and chatty, and the manager personally comes by to see how things are if your dining in. I love that. They take a lot of pride in the service they provide and the food they serve. It shows and this is why I keep coming back. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the Subway location on 242nd. Keep up the good work guys!

I went to the subway at greshm today and had the worst customer service expierence of my life there. The owner was really rude and basially made me feel small! I ordere my usual pizza sub and when I went to get my double cheese that it normally came with with extra sause he said he wouldn't. That they don't do that there. I replied with the comment, well no one has told me that before. Hereplied by saying well I'm actually he boss and I can do what ever I want. He turned me off for life I will never again go to that subway for anythng and I am never going to recommdend any one to that subway! They have lost my business for good sorry but I will not support a business that doesn't care about making the customer happy!

Customer friendly service. This store is typically very clean and subs are prepared with care. Restaurant has good lighting and located in outdoor mall area. A good place to go between shopping at stores at Gresham Station. What else can I say? Grade: A.
