Never again. Burnt bagel. Inconsistent food portions. And way overpriced for what you get. This is GRESHAM not 5th Avenue. And to top it off, I spent 15 bucks on a paltry meal for two. After my girlfriend decides she would rather have a soft drink instead of water, I return to the counter about 4 min later and I am told that there is a 3.00 minimum to use my debit card and that I will have to buy something that cost .50 cents to bring the total to 3.00. WTF? I was just at the counter. Unbelievable. Not coming back. Lost a customer.

Get with the times, Jazzy. I go to this place once or twice a month. Today, my office put in a lunch order. Brandy, the Jazzy employee, wouldn't let me pay over the phone and then when I went in, wouldn't let me use the company card because it had my bosses name below the company name. So lunch is on me, guys. Got into the car and checked sandwiches. They mixed up bagels with sandwiches so I brought them back in to have them switched (with gooey avocado and cream cheese, you'd be able to tell that garlic cc was just scraped off and covered with jalapeño cc). I just explained that they mixed up the bagels and brandy looked at me like "okay, what am I supposed to do?" So I asked if they could switch out the ones with cc and avocado. She turned to another employee (who was very kind and deserves good stars) and said "we'll I guess she wants them switched so all the other customers will just have to wait now." This is how it works, I make an order. You put it together. I pay you money and tip you for the order that I asked for. I didn't mess up in that order, YOU did. They seem to frequently hire either naturally grumpy people or maybe it's just working there that turns them that way.

I enjoy going here with my family. The prices are reasonable and everyone is friendly. It's a quick breakfast before hitting the Saturday Market.

Childhood memories. We would come here on the mornings when we were visiting family, I was a tradition! It's your typical bagel place. I love that they have samples out and tons of them!!! Cinnamon twists are a must and their bagel sandwiches are tasty!

Been a regular at Saturday lunch for nearly 3 years; the bagel burger on Tillamook is to die for...Saturday lunch with Craig Bidondo on piano equally heavenly. Imagine my disappointment today when my Coke machine changed to Pepsi. Not a happy camper Jazzy!

Considering the only good reviews listed here were somehow painfully written by the owners. There is no way I would venture to this place. Perhaps if a review twritten by an honest customer would get me to check out this place.

Excellent bagel dog. It cured this pregnant woman's craving, and did not disappoint. Large selection of bagels, salads and sandwiches. Will definitely be back. *would have shared a pic, but I ate my dog too quickly!

This is a review by a vegetarian 2.5 stars $1.25 Asiago bagel. The outside seems kinda right but the inner crumb is all wrong. Plus, I can see the joint in every single bagel. Something is either funky with the proofing or the steaming (almost certainly not boiled). Probably fine if you're just looking for a cream cheese delivery system but not craft.

I am SO surprised this place does not have a higher Yelp rating. I've been going to Jazzy for years, probably 10 years in fact. The bagels are delicious, the service and location are also great! A friend of mine, who also loves this place, had moved to Switzerland and we had jazzy bagels vacuum sealed and shipped to her! The espresso is pretty good too. Love this place!

This is a nice place to chill and get some bagel grub. Nice friendly service. Good choices.

I've gone to Jazzy Bagels for years and they never disappoint! Their whole wheat bagel is amazing with any one of their cream cheeses. Favorite place to go whenever I have a simple breakfast craving.

First time here today! So yummy oh my goodness, the garlic cream cheese is to die for! I'll definitely be back- service was so so but overall the girls were really nice! The place is super cute and I can't wait for more adorable cute dates here

I really enjoy this place. I do love my bagels and they have a pretty nice selection! I come in around 9ish and their bagels are nice and fresh. The atmosphere is nice and the workers are sweet and very fast. I have not had the coffee yet since it is very spendy but maybe I'll try it soon to see if it's worth it.

What is the problem with Jazzy management? Why do they put a half & half thermos out and put 2% milk in it too? I watched this and the young lady put a small amount of 1/2&1/2 in the thermos and then proceeded to top it off with 2%milk. The label says 1/2&1/2 on the thermos so let's have it that. Stop being so cheap before you are reported to the health dept. also the sausage on the breakfast bagel more often than not comes out like shoe leather about half of the time... Also the amount of lox used on their bagels is skimpy to say the least... You lost my biz but I will be in to check on the 1/2&1/2 issue

Came and met a friend for breakfast here. The parking lot is in the back. It has a food court feel but for bagels. I got the breakfast begal and my buddy got the Spinach Bagel. It was good enough that I'll come back when I'm in town.

Spinach bagel : This place was/is so yummy. Hit the stop, light and healthy.

This is my favorite breakfast spot in Gresham. They have a big selection of great tasting bagels. I love the jalepeno bagels slathered with cream cheese. Add a cup of their darkroast coffee, and you've got the perfect light breakfast. Free refills on the coffee too! The casual jazzy decor and atmosphere of the place make for a really enjoyable neighborhood hangout. The baby grand piano is a nice touch.

I'm not a regular here, even though the bagels are really good. I don't care for the ambiance - it doesn't invite me to sit and relax and read a few chapters. It's too bright and the furniture is basically wooden tables and chairs like you might find in the food court at Ikea. Plus the coffee is only so-so. Even though it's called Jazzy Bagels, the music they play is no more raucous than the Vince Guaraldi Trio. It's jazz for those who don't like jazz. There is a baby grand piano in the middle of the place, but usually nobody playing it. That being said, the bagels are fresh and very good. They have the usual -plain, sesame seed, poppy seed, cinnamon-rasin, but also some specialty bagels - cheddar cheese, asiago, and asiago-spinich. The asiago bagels with Jalapeño cream cheese are to die for! There can be a long line of suburbanites waiting to order, but if you're in the mood for a good bagel, it's worth the wait.

I LOVE JAZZY BAGELS. I have been a committed regular since I was in middle school, and they have never let me down. They have a vast menu filled with yummy options, their staff is really great, and the "jazzy" atmosphere is so great. I'd recommend going on Saturdays at 11am to listen to Craig Bidondo play the piano while enjoying a delicious bagel!

The wife and I swung into Jazzys for a light and relatively quick late breakfast. Like some of the other reviews have said the atmosphere isn't real inviting for relaxing and visiting with a friend or two. We came in the late morning so the bagel pickings were kinda slim but the bagels we got were good, not great but they were good. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but we'd stop in again if we were around.

Had the sesame bagel with chive cream cheese. The bagel wasn't even toasted (like I asked it to be) and the chive cream cheese was disgusting and an odd lime green color. You can get better bagels/cream cheese at Safeway for less money. It also took 10 minutes for my mediocre bagel. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I love the service and product that jazzy bagels serves! They always have a variety of bagels and cream cheese. I only wish they made gluten free bagels because I haven't been able to eat there since I found out that I couldn't eat gluten. I think they would get more business if they had a gluten free bagel, especially since being gluten free is the "popular" thing to do these days. The only reason why I gave them 3 stars is because of their manger (or owner) I am not sure which one it was. He is not a very friendly man. I can only imagine what working for him is like... That isn't the way to display costumer service to your fellow employees. Besides the owner/manager, keep up the good work Jazzy Bagels!

I really enjoy this lunch spot in downtown Gresham. The bagels are always fresh and their menu has a variety of ways which to eat them. Whether you want just a plain bagel with cream cheese or go big with a bagel burger, they have a lot of options, with my favorite being the turkey/avocado club. They also have soup, salad and paninis, make smoothies, coffee and italian sodas plus they serve breakfast. Jazzy is definitely one of the best eateries in Gresham.

Best bagels in Gresham. Really like the jalapeno cream cheese, my kids really like the Tillamook Cheddar cheese bagels.

You can count on this place for a quick bagel, coffee.. and a great jazz piano player. He was digging on Christmas music this time and he even pulled off Vince Guaraldi which even Charlie Brown adored. Just came from yoga and had not eaten beforehand so we just headed down Powell a block or 2 and went on in. Ordered a garlic bagel with lite garlic cream cheese and went into a garlic coma.. Not bad after doing some downdogging.

I've been going here since it opened and just love it. I've since moved from Gresham but make a point to get here when I can. Jalapeno cream cheese forever!

bottom line is that their food and coffe are just over priced. everything here tastes good but for the price of a bagel and coffe you can buy a whole breakfast. yikes!. also they treat cream cheese as if it's gold. they don't give you much. i love bagels but here even their dozen price sucks. thier on-line menu is out of date, the prices are higher. staff was kind and fast so plus one. also place is clean. food is easy 3 stars just too spendy for me and i'm guessing most of gresham. i think they set the prices high to keep the white trash like me out..lol. they have their crowd.

Jazzy time. Bagels are deelish and reasonably priced. I went with the boiled breakfast bread in the sun dried tomato variety and had the light jalapeno cream cheese on the side. Mmmmmm... Coffee is too expensive though. Minus a star.

Jazzy Bagels is a longtime favorite of mine and my family. I have yet to find better bagels anywhere else. Their house made cream cheeses are also outstanding. My favorite breakfast is a toasted salt bagel with light chive cream cheese. Yum!!

This was my first time to visit Jazzy's and it won't be my last. The bagels were fresh and tasty, the coffee was hot and the service was good. The owner forgot to charge us for the cream cheese and when I tried to pay for it, he just said come back again...and...we will!

Amazing! The cranberry orange bagel is the best bagel I've ever had, getting it with the light berry cream cheese makes it that much better. I used to work in Gresham and would go every Friday for lunch, now that I work much closer to home in Portland I miss Jazzy bagels terribly. I always make sure to stop if I should venture through Gresham on the way to Bend or Hood River (If its during am hour which they are open, they close early afternoon). Owner is frequently there and working cash register, very friendly service, they used to know me by name and what I ordered. It's such a great little place! I have also tried chocolate chip bagel and egg bagel, both are great too

Their Salmon panini is heavenly. I have to order it every time I visit Jazzy Bagels. And I have to say, I love the atmosphere.

Pretty good bagels. They use high-fructose corn syrup in the fruit bagels though. Also, while I was in the midst of ordering, the owner, I presume, was yelling at an employee. Very unprofessional.

I've been coming here for some time now. The quick eat options are somewhat limited in this area of town, so it's been an easy breakfast choice. The bagels are mediocre and the coffee is overpriced. The reason for the 1 star however is the older man who is always there in the mornings (the owner, I'm sure). He's quite possibly the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a retail setting. I could get over his grumpiness and lack of friendliness or even a smile, but being accused of stealing a soda while filling up my water cup was the last straw. Listen guy, I'm not some middle school kid, if I wanted a soda at 9am, I would have bought one.

The coffee is amazing as well as the bagels. Spinach asiago is my favorite, sandwiches are good too. I love the atmosphere, there is a piano inside that someone is usually playing. love this place

I hate bagels, or at least I thought I did. Will someone tell the rest of the world that this is what bagels are supposed to taste like?! This place single-handedly made me a convert. I work across the street and made it a mission to try every bagel/spread combination they offered. I truly loved every one of them all. It has everything to do with the fresh bagels. Biting into these bagels is the most delightful feeling. I use this place to impress everybody who visits my office.
