Fresh, good food, fast. Friendly service and good value, especially compared to other sandwich franchisees. I've been eating Togo's sandwiches for almost 40 years. With their growth, ownership change, and economic ups & downs, the quality of food and service has always been fantastic. I'm just hopeful that there'll be a resurgence in the Seattle area before too long.

Fast and convenient but nothing totally special. I work downtown right next to TOGO's. I do their about once or twice a month. The sandwiches are tasty, don't get me wrong, but don't scream healthy Eugene. Local grown foods and organic foods are important in Eugene so it would be nice to have a good sandwich place that uses good ingredients. The staff is always quick to help and the place always seem to be clean. It's extremely loud at the counter when you are ordering your food. I'm not sure if they designed it that way or purpose or it the refrigerators are just really loud, but it can kinda hurt your ears!

#9!!!! If there is a PERFECT sandwich this could be it! Flavors all come through. In this world of over garliced, smothered in sauces so you can not taste the main ingredient, this sandwich is a pleasing, filling exception. Going to miss this most of all after surgery :(( Give it a try! (Sandwich not surgery)

25 cents per slice of cheese. It's a sandwich shop..I don't want to pay extra for a sandwich staple....worker says "that's corporate for you" not worth the politics ..

I finally got to check out this location and get acquainted with TOGOs as a brand. It has similarities to Subway that I like, the picking of your ingredients and having it made fresh in front of you. It does away with the stuff that annoys me (the long assembly line, I don't want to walk the entire counter, folks). They have separate "stations" so that they can work on multiple customers orders at once instead of the assembly line process that tends to get bottle necked when someone has a huge order ahead of you. The ingredients taste fresh and the avocado where as it is mashed up, has actual chunks in it, it's not overly processed like other places tend to do. They don't seem to buy things that are pre-sliced, instead they put full pepperocini on your sandwich, so much tastier in my opinion. I don't have a problem with the high counters but I'm also abnormally tall, so it never registered until I saw the mention of that in the previous comment. I saw them process a huge line for a lunch rush while I was there and it was so much faster than other sandwich shops, which is amazing and exactly what we need in this area when you're catering to the folks on a timed lunch break. It's a nice little place, can feel a bit cramped during a rush but most people grab and go so you can usually always find a table if you want to hangout there and chow down.

My wife and I went to try this location to see if it was as good as the Pearl street Togo's. When we went in the supervisor on duty and his girlfriend were staring down people as they went in; which made us feel uncomfortable. There was only one person behind the counter working while three other employees were eating in the dining area; everyone totally oblivious to the line of customers waiting. It got to the point that some people started to leave. knowing that it was going to be a while before they got served. When we got our food and sat down we could overhear the supervisor talking to his girlfriend and others on "break" criticizing and demeaning customers behind their backs. The supervisor was acting like he just came of the set of "Jersey Shore". When I went to get a fork for my wife he tried to grab my arm to get my attention and asked, "can I help you buddy?". All class, he was. I just walked past and asked the only person still working for a fork; not wanting to give an more fuel to Jersey Boy to talk smack about when we left. Then to top of the visit one of his friends/regular customers came by. By this time my wife and I were just putting our trash away and getting ready to leave. Supervisor and friend went outside to talk, and as we walked by them to get to our car their language got louder and saltier than a longshoreman's. There were people walking by them to go into the store who were witness to the language. Too bad too; they have good sandwiches. But I'd rather go to the Pearl street location and encounter friendlier, more likeable people.

I'm a huge fan of making the same mistake twice.. just in case the first time was a fluke. Tonight's meal was really sub-par. My daughter ordered a ham-and-cheese sub. No option to toast or melt the cheese, and it was $6.50. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, only to find they had only mustard/mayo for condiments and five produce options. I was disappointed that cheese was not included on my sandwich. This after the counter staff were ragging on Subway with another customer. I was pleased at the bread selection, and even happier to find that it did not taste like "feet," as Subway's rolls are so often prone to. The roast beef was real, as evidenced by the huge chunk of gristle I bit down on. Nonetheless it tasted very fresh and the beef was moister than expected and the meat was piled high, but hardly any condiments or produce, it was still a very dry sandwich. My daughter reports that her ham tasted of pepper. Not exactly kid-friendly. She seemed to enjoy the parmesan cheese bread and real cheddar on her sandwich. We were both really off-put that we couldn't see the condiments or our sandwiches being made. What, exactly, are they hiding behind those high counters?! Also, no easy-to-find condiment list and the staff seemed tired of answering the same question, "What all do you have?" as it was asked by each person in line. Ordering process was scattered- the person behind us was helped before us as "our" staff member was finishing up the order ahead of ours.

This has been the first time I have been here and it was my last on my list of sandwhich shops because they are so highly priced. But needless to say I VERY happy about it! The guy behind the (high) counter was really nice and friendly. When I told him this was my first time he told me everything about the selections what I could or coulsn't have an even made a few suggestions :). The sandwhich was AWESOME! There was plenty of meat and condiments to put on it. VERY happy and will definitly go back.

I love Togos! I am always greeted and asked how my day was when I enter. They know that I come in a lot and a couple even know which sandwich I'm going to get on which day. They are clean and everybody seems to have a good sense of how to make a customer happy. For me, all I need is a smile and a "welcome to Togos" to make my day better but they give more. They ask how my day was and genuinely are interested. Togos is by far better than Subway in all aspects. By far the best sandwich spot! I love all the meat you get on your sandwich and how it's prepared by genuinely happy people!
