I like this place for a few reasons. First of all if you don't have kids and come here on the weekend, find a different pizza place in town! However I have a toddler and he LOVES the play area and I can sit and watch him play and eat my pizza and drink my beer at the same time! The menu is quite extensive on pizza varieties, in my book. I order the broken top, which has linguisa, sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts, or try the Mt. Bachelore: pesto sauce, banana peppers, sausage and olives, sooo good! I havnt tried the salad bar, looks like your basic stuff. But seriously the pizza is good, your kid will have a good time, and your taste buds will be happy!

Let me start by saying I worked in and/or managed pizza parlors in Eugene/Springfield for over 10 years. This place is great. My pizza was cooked perfectly in an actual deck oven. So much better than a conveyor oven. The staff was friendly. They let me use 2 coupons (for 2 different pizzas). It was nice to go somewhere that wasn't trying to squeeze every penny out of me. The salad bar is a little small but it's a pizza parlor not a salad place after all. This is my new favorite pizza parlor.

Awful service .....Rude employees. yesterday I took 6 kids into Pappy's Pizza after lunch time. The restaurant was empty except for us. I purchased a large pizza and 2 all you can eat lunch buffets, spent $40.00. My 8 year old and 5 year old daughters were so hungry...they asked if they could have some peaches off the salad bar.....i handed them each one of the plates I was given and off they went.....they came running back crying....."The Guy Yelled at us". He said..."you Didn't pay....GET OUT OF HERE" When I walked up and asked for an explanation...holding my crying daughters hand ....i was told "they didn't know"......and that "she wasn't using the right plate"......Really???? I asked for an apology......the MANAGER told me I owed them an apology for letting my daughters go to the salad bar alone. The Manager processed a refund and we left......for Good. I Will NEVER go into Pappy's Pizza again. I am on the Pop Warner Board of Directors....My kids swim on the Eugene Swim team and sing in the Eugene children's choir......i intend to make sure Every parent I Know......in Every Organization we participate in ....hear how Horribly we were treated and how disspectful the team at the Barger Pappy's pizza is!

Great food. Great atmosphere. I went here for birthday party and it was a nice experience. They have large rooms with big windows so you can clearly see the kids playing area while you are eating. I was also happy to see them cleaning and making an effort to keep things tidy. There were a lot of kids there but there was plenty of play space for everyone. All in all its a fun family establishment I can appreciate!

We went to our friends house for Cinco de Mayo yesterday. We were having coronas, diablos, and mexican pizza. We chipped in and helped them buy a large nacho pizza and a large taco pizza. The nacho pizza was ok...nothing special....Had beef, re fried beans, cheese and tortilla chips. Interesting combination. The taco pizza was actually pretty decent. It had lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, beans, tortilla chips and I added a little hot sauce for extra flavor. Only difference I noticed between the nacho and the taco pizza, was the taco had pretty much all the same ingredients except additional lettuce and maters. Would I get pizza there? No......but my friend ordered it and we didn't wanna stick them with having to feed everyone themselves which is why we chipped in. I would exhaust all other pizza options before coming here.

This is really yummy pizza and worth breaking my diet over every now and then. We've never eaten in-store but do take-out. The people who work there have been pleasant every time we come in. The only not-so-good thing is during the school year at lunch time there are swarms of teenagers in there from the local high school and it gets really boisterous.

I have never been to a place that was consistency weird about giving you extra plates for pizza or cups for water. The buffet is horrible, they never have enough pizza out and like I said, they are very weird about giving you a new plate or re fills on your soda. I'll stick to Papa's on Coburg Rd. or Main St. MUCH better.

I'm assuming the review before mine comes from the split of this restaurant with the rest of the Papa's chain. I live here in the Barger area, and have been ordering pizza from this location for quite a few years. The pizza is the same high quality it was when it was Papa's, and tastes exactly the same. Nothing has changed. Delivery is fast, the pizza comes hot, and I will continue to enjoy one of the best pizzerias in the area.

Go to Papa's over this place. Much better customer service, way more friendly, great coupons, etc.... Pappy's management is lacking on their people skills and have been downright rude.

Kind of confused!! when ordering for the THIRD time, I was informed that they do not deliver to my address,( even after delivering twice before) and then to top it off, a refund (because I always order online) would take a few DAYS. So much for being a favorite Pizza place. Know your policies! Oh! but they could meet me at a store nearby( walking distance) if I wanted to pick it up! Kind of defeats the purpose of delivery, doesn't it? So long, Pappy's. If I have to drive to get a pizza, there are plenty of other choices .

Delicious pizza. Half taco half BBQ chicken. Just ridiculously good. A little pricey for pizza but delicious none the less. Bravo!

I love their pizza! It is seriously the most delicious pizza ever. The only problem I have with them is that during their lunch buffet they don't have a lot of pizza options like Papas Pizza has. And it's not even the popular pizza toppings. I went there with my mom and they didn't have pepperoni! It was all weird toppings that I had to pick out. If they put in more pizza options they'd probably get more customers during lunch time!

C'mon now, you know you shouldn't be expecting good pizza from this place. Its for kids' birthday parties! Its like going to the movies and expecting tasty and fair priced popcorn and snacks. This place is more of an indoor play gym and birthday palace for kids. The food is where they get ya. And I could (and probably will) copy and paste this review for the following other "Pizza Restaurants": Putters, Papa's, Roaring Rapids. I mean, if you live in West Eugene, and are in a pinch, this is a decent place to throw a kid party, but there are definitely better spots. I like the TVs for zoning out and the staff are usually pretty friendly and fun in an "I can't believe I work at Pappy's, so I might as well have fun with this" kinda way.
