One of the better pizza places in Corvallis. Decent pricing, a large variety of toppings to choose from, as well as a good selection of sauces, and pretty good flavor all around. Hands down, better quality than most of the chain pizza places (I still have a couple of favorites that are good go-to's for cheap, greasy pizza...) and definitely better than some of the local pizza joints. The standard "regular" crust is of the soft variety, which isn't bad if that's the kind you like. If you prefer a crisper crust, try the gluten free crust, which unfortunately is only offered in one size. The Spicy Beav is pretty good, but I also recommend doing the Woodstock's Special and being creative. One mix I like is pesto sauce, with herb chicken, feta cheese, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, and roasted red peppers. Or try a surf and turf with olive oil, lean beef, shrimp, garlic, mushrooms, and onions. Service can be slow at times, but that's because it's a popular place. So if you're going to drop in during lunch or dinner, on Friday or weekend nights, or just after an OSU event of some kind, expect to have to wait a little. Probably the only real downside here is having to pay for refills on the fountain drinks. Seriously? At the very least, give one free refill... Woodstock's has the best pizza in the valley! They're more expensive than most places in Corvallis ($23 for a 16" speciality) but you're paying for the quality. Fresh ingredients, great sauce, yummy crust! Most reviews say the wait is long, however you have to keep in mind that it is about three minutes from OSU! The only time I've had a long wait is when I went after class, or after an OSU event. They charge for to-go boxes, but they offer FREE foil, because it's more Eco-friendly! Nobody can complain at that. If you're looking for pizza in Corvallis, go to Woodstock's! They're much better than the other joints... Even American Dream.

Decent place, best pizza in Corvallis but that's not really saying much. Pizza takes a while to get ready and is on the expensive side. I would recommend sharing with a friend.

I'd love to give them a shiny five star, but there are issues. Mainly it's in their inconsistency. The first pizza I had there was marvelous. Maybe the best of my life. But I've also had the worst of my life from there, just last week. It was soggy, poorly assembled, and lacking in flavor as the sauce was all but absent. Also, not done through. What gives Woodstock? You coulda been beautiful.

I got delivery here twice on a recent visit to Corvallis, and I prefer it to American Dreams. I prefer to ask for "light sauce." Their BBQ chicken pizza is pretty good - but the pieces of chicken are pretty large, and it is hard to eat without a knife and fork. A favorite family combination are black olives and canadian bacon. Can't wait to come back to Woodstock's.

I went here on a friends recommendation, I hear people absolutely love this place so why not try it out? My experience was not the greatest, maybe I just hit it on a bad day. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and they offered a wheat crust so my wife and I went with it. When it came out the chicken was so-so but that was not the problem. There were literally puddles of liquid on top of my pizza, I think it was from the peppers, but who knows. Puddles of liquid all over my pizza makes for one soggy pie. Therefore, I can not in good heart give this place a good rating.

I was in Corvallis for the OSU game with my fiancee and friends. They informed me that Woodstock's was a nostalgic place for them, but it also offered good pizza. I was excited to go for lunch. We were there on a Saturday. Arrived at 2:30ish. We ordered promptly. A Spicy Beav, their cheesy bread sticks, spicy buffalo wings, a pitcher of beer and a soda. Their soda refills are $.25, which put me off a little. I hate paying for soda refills. It took a long time for the order, especially since we were only the second order they had put in. To their credit, it did get very busy around 3, but it took a long time and all of our items came out at different times. The cheesy garlic bread sticks were yummy and the spicy buffalo wings were good. The pizza was disappointing. It was stacked high with toppings, which I thought was awesome when it first arrived! However, when we cut into it, there was a huge pile of liquid also resting on the bottom of our cardboard pizza tray, soaking into my crust. The first few pieces only had a soggy first bite. After you went in for a second (or in my case, even a third slice) more than half the pizza bottom was soggy. Ugh... gross. Soggy pizza is hard to come back from in my mind. I will say I liked the crunchy crust. And the toppings were plentiful. However, with the sogginess of it, a lot of them fell off as you tried to get your pizza off the tray. Overall, a nostalgic experience for my fiancee and friends, but a so-so experience for my taste buds.

My husband and I have been living in LA since 2002, from the East Coast. We have not found a pizza yet in the LA area that satisfies us until we stopped off in Corvallis on a road trip. This is definitely the best pizza on the West Coast. We had the "Spicy Beav." Fantastic, could not stop eating it.! I wish I could get this in LA!y mouth waters every time I think of it!

I love the pizza sauce, there is something spicy about it. They are a bit pricey but I am usually able to find a coupon in the Campus Saver Guide. The pizza parlor is always clean. I typically get delivery when ordering from these guys. They are usually prompt and accurate when delivering.

We found Woodstock's on Yelp. I am visiting OSU for business and brought my family with me. It is a no frills classic pizza joint... 80's style and worn furnishings included. The pics other users posted made we want to try this place because I LIKE big toppings and don't mind a soft crust from all the juices... to me that adds to the yumminess. I felt the customer service was good. The young man behind the counter (short dark hair... sorry I didn't get the name) was kind and even helped me out by directing me towards a coupon app for students so I could get free cheesy bread. There were about 15 people in the place so I knew we wouldn't have issues with wait time. Everything tasted good. We ordered the Large Spicy Beav, Large Pep and of course the free cheesy bread. Toppings were fresh and the pizza came out STEAMING HOT. Our family of seven ate up and still took home 6 slices of pizza. I didn't give it 5 stars because the sauce and dough needed a little more seasoning... I totally get that it is their take on sauce and dough... I just prefer a little more something... salt... or spices... or kick.... I also didn't like that we had to pay for refills. Yes, on everyday fountain soda... nothing special and we still had to pay for it. :-( (Note to management... rethink this please) I didn't want to go as far down as 3 stars because I did feel the pizza had enough good going for it that I would come back for it. I also thought the free foil was a fun idea... I mean who wants a pizza box taking up space in their fridge and I had a small hotel fridge to work with... so foil was good. I also liked the customer service on a slow Wednesday night! :-) Great job guys!

This was my second time getting Woodstock's. The first time I got delivery, tried several interesting combos, and was happy with the experience. The pizza is not the best but still very good. Prices are high but comparable to other pizza placed in Corvallis. Now onto the 2nd time and 1st time going in to eat. Same pizza (good but not great), service was fine, but they charge you for EVERYTHING! You want a refill? Charge. Want more ranch? Charge. Want a to go box? CHARGE! Yes they charge to give you a to go box!! I give the pizza 4 stars. But the rest of the experience at best 2 stars. Much rather take my money elsewhere.

I really like Woodstocks, much more so than American Dream (unlike the majority of the other reviews I've seen here... yikes!). Their crust is perfect (wheat and white alike) and goes perfect with some ranch dipping sauce. The beer next door is cheap and pairs nicely with the pizza. My husband and I tried the cheesy breadsticks last time and enjoyed them as well. Overall a must stop location! YUM! Service is so-so and often times it'll take a good while to get your pizza... It's also a bit pricey, but it's quality!

This is an absolute favorite when it comes to pizza in Corvallis! It can be a little pricey depending on what you order - but you get what you pay for! Make sure to stop by their bar and have a drink, they have more beers on tap than any other bar in Corvallis. You can find coupons on their website!

I just have to say Thank You! It's Valentine's Day, it's noon and I want a pizza delivered to my hubby at work. I started to call at 11 but it just didn't happen... so by now I'm a little stressed. Joe answered the phone with a cheery voice, was very helpful and made it easy. Yes, they have lunchtime delivery! Yes, they are making heart-shaped pizzas today! Yes, it will be there in 30-35 min! Good pizza but incredibly slow! My friends and I have been waiting for almost an hour and have yet to be served. Then I asked what was taking so long and the pizza had been sitting there for 30 mins. Really?! And the guy who made it had sweat dripping into the dough. Yum.

Do not go here. The pizza is pretty good but the service is terrible. American Dream is far superior. Myself and 3 of my friends arrived on a Saturday evening for dinner. Ordering was no problem and the lady at the register was actually very nice. We sat down at a booth and after about 25 minutes the pizza arrived. Our order was correct BUT the issues began when we asked for some water. Foolishly we asked the employee who brought us our pizza for the water. They replied sharply and told us we need to order that at the front counter. The first pizza that arrived was for 2 of my friends and I, my third friend ordered his own thing. The pizza staff YELLED his name when his pizza was ready and when he motioned to them to indicate he was who they were trying to find they acted as though they didn't see him. We ate most of our pizza but had a few slices left over. Apparently to-go boxes cost EXTRA. They only have tin foil. Ridiculous. Definitely not a nice place to visit.

This is the closest restaurant to my house and I wanted to go for the longest time. My friend in Santa Barbara mentioned he was getting Woodstocks and I was like HOLY CRAP THERES ONE RIGHT BY MY HOUSE. I looked it up online and I found out the one in Corvallis is the original one and they have a bunch of other locations in California, mostly in college towns. My friend kept raving about it so I knew I had to check it out. I convinced one of my friends to go there with me one night and unfortunately for us it was after a game on Saturday night during Dad's weekend so the place was PACKED. There were about 30 pizzas ahead of ours and I don't even want to tell you how long we waited. Haha. I love that you get to watch them make al the pizzas though. That definitely helped kill time. There was this one woman who was putting raw hamburger meat on all the pizzas though that was really off putting! I didn't see her handle anything else like the veggies so thank goodness for that. I got the woodstock's special on whole wheat. I got pineapple, mushroom, zucchini, shrimp, and onions. I love how they load your pizza up with toppings! Thats pretty much the best part of their pizzas. They wont let you do half and half on the woodstock's special so my friend and I ended up getting our own pizzas. Service was relatively good. There wasn't much of it besides the cashier though. Haha. I also got pizza for delivery once and it arrived promptly and delivery was free!

Here's the thing with Woodstocks: their pizza is average -- not bad, not life-changing -- but you're going to pay through the nose for whatever you order. Many Corvallis folks have a soft spot for Woodstocks, and it is often a bustling place after local high school and college events. However, if you're planning to patronize Woodstocks, you need to a) be PATIENT -- they take a long time to get food to you (at least 30 minutes, longer when busy), and b) be WEALTHY -- their food is wicked expensive, and while it's not bad food, you can probably get comparable pizza somewhere else at a cheaper price.

This and Pizza Pipeline are tied, in my mind, for the best pizza in Corvallis. Unfortunately, Woodstocks wins at the competition for most expensive pizza in Corvallis so I rarely treat myself to it which is a shame. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic and whimsical, and the pizza is to die for. There isn't much to say about perfect pizza, you know? Because it's perfect.

Came here LATE last Friday night following day one of a our daughter's lacrosse tournament at Corvallis High....which is literally right around the corner. Apparently, this is THE place to go for pizza so we followed the crowd and team at chow time. Fortunately, the team coach ordered pizzas for the girls ahead of time and reserved the back room. My wife and I weren't in the loop on that one and so we ordered independently and supped on a couple beers apart from the "kids" and in the main dining room. The joint itself is what you might expect in a college town. Loud. Big tables. Fun. I was a bit perplexed at the menu selection because they only had one or two pre-named selections to choose from. Most parlors or chains have several: Combo, Hawaiian, Vegetarian, etc. with the toppings listed. Looking at the website now, I see they have more. But at the time, we just didn't see them. I guess what threw me off was the "Woodstock Special" as the first listing and "choose your five toppings". Aren't they supposed to choose them for me? It's Friday night. It's late. I'm tired. And I can't think. Make these decisions for me, pleeeze? Anyway.... Not that there weren't a lot of options available, you could definitely pick a multitude of toppings. But being as late as it was, I really just expected to walk in and say, "We'll take a small combo, hold the onions." As it turns out, we chose the Moo U Special and a couple of beers. We took a seat at a table for two and took in the atmosphere. The girls were definitely having a good time in the back room. And being it was a Friday about 10 pm, the place was winding down, but there was still quite a bit of activity going on. I would say it took awhile for our pizza to come out but I confess to having a heightened awareness that the girls might be ready to go and we haven't even gotten our pizza yet. Still, we were entertained by the cooks as they tossed pies in the air, slapped on the sauce with gusto and flung toppings on with the flair of an Iron Chef competition. When they called my name, I breathed a sigh of relief that the girls weren't ready to leave yet. Carrying to our table, it smelled heavenly. I like most pizza. In fact, it has to be really bad for me NOT to like it. So does that make me a true judge of a pizza's quality and taste? Probably not. So forgive me if I say this was really good and you think it was lousy. But it was...in fact...pretty darn tasty. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. I liked the combination of flavors for the Moo U Special. But the dough was the real surprise. Thin in the middle. Some might say....as I've already read by some Yelpers...a bit soggy. But the crust was crispy and had an interesting "weave" to it. Dipped in their ranch dressing and washed down with a beer? Aaaaaaah. So good. Too good. We ate the whole thing and as I said, it was late. Translation: INDIGESTION. Sucks to get old. Definitely needed a dose of TUMS around midnight. Still, we enjoyed this place and would definitely come here again.

My favorite pizza in town. The Spicy Beav is fantastic with it's parmesan cheese, spicy sausage, smoked pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. Delicious and hearty with the optional honey wheat crust.

Just came back from a Saturday evening dinner with our grand kids and had a great time. The place was quite noisy especially since they were hosting some kind of high school party in their back room, but the service was fairly quick and the pizza tasted good. I can't call it the best pizza in town, but the atmosphere suited our needs.

Ate here for the first time last night -- very, very solid pizza. The crust was really top notch -- crackily on the outside, tender and soft on the inside. Unfortunately, I broke one of my own cardinal rules of pizza (3 toppings MAX) and ordered the Spicy Beav. This thing was absolutely loaded with excellent toppings (the sausage was particularly delicious and plentiful), but the crust paid a price. It was a wee soggy in the middle, but really, with that many toppings, it's to be expected. The kids had a straight-up pepperoni, and the crust was super nice from edge to point. Good sauce, tons of cheese, and quality toppings. We ordered way too much food -- 12" pepperoni, 16" spicy beav, and cheese sticks -- but we ate exactly half of everything and brought the rest home. Total bill was under $40 for a family of four and we got two meals out of it (note: we drank water). Nothing exceptional about the cheese sticks, but at $4.50 for an order, they're the best bargain on the menu. The staff was all super nice and service was good (such as it was -- no waiters here). Biggest drawback? Probably the hottest day of the year (to date) in Corvallis and the place has no A/C, so it was a bit uncomfortable. It is probably fine for about 330 days per year, though. Side note -- Suds and Suds is attached in the same building and they have something like 50 beers on tap (love that place, too). You can order your pizza and then go get beers next door and bring them back to Woodstocks. Or, even better (if no minors in your party), you can just go hang out in Suds and they will call you when your pizza is ready.

Been going to Woodstocks (in UC Santa Barbara, in Isla Vista) and now in Corvallis since 1982. Still great pizza. The whole wheat crust is very DENSE, so look out. Stick with the regular crust and you will be fine.

The best pizza place in town. Every time we've eaten here, the pizza has been good. The price is a bit high and the wait is a bit long, but the pizza is worth it. The bread sticks are no good however. This place gets bonus points for having Suds n' Suds attached.

Feels like I've been cheated, I ordered two 14" pizzas for delivery. 1 hour and 35 minutes later they arrive! I open the box and my first pizza, a taco pizza was nothing but wilted lettuce and burnt crust. The second pizza was so steamed in the box it was soggy! Also I ordered sides of ranch that they charged me for and I never received them. For $40 I could have gotten little Caesars to feed the whole block and it would have been better pizza. Bottom line, woodstocks pizza is a joke and makes awful pizza avoid at all costs!

After 45 minutes of being thoroughly frustrated with trying to find Chinese takeout in Corvallis, I headed back to my hotel and resigned myself to ordering pizza delivery. I ordered from Woodstock's, well, because they delivered there and would take a card over the phone... Happy that I would eat something, anything, I ordered a 5 topping 12"... What I got... An order of cheese sticks!!!! $20 is a helluva lot for cheese sticks! When I called to explain what I had received, I kept thinking to myself that this had better be the best darn pizza ev-er... They promptly delivered a fresh pizza to my room and I will say that the pizza was Ah-mazing! I certainly don't understand the negative reviews. I certainly hope the mix up was a fluke and not a regular occurence because I will definitely order from Woodstock's next time I'm in Corvallis! :) Yummy

Lots of people will rave about this place but I wasn't too impressed. I'm not often in Corvallis so maybe there aren't better pizza places around or maybe they've just built up a lot of loyalty over the years but the pizza is typical old fashioned pizza at a regular price. Its not that delicious or special. The people who work there are nice. If I was in the area I'd give it another shot to wow me but the two star "Meh. I've experienced better" sums it up for me.

I've reviewed this place before, I felt the need to do an update because the last two times I ordered pizza here, it has been kind of soggy in the crust and not up to snuff. I have really liked Woodstocks in the past, but I don't care for soggy pizza. Now, I'm sure someone is probably saying, well, stop ordering pizzas that tend to be soggy. I have been ordering the same pizzas there for 7+ years. and more recently they have all been soggy. I have mentioned it to the staff there and I'm not sure they know what to do with my comments...

I confess a bias. After many years of indiscriminate pizza consumption in Corvallis, I've concluded that there is only one truly awesome pizza crust: Cirello's. And their pies vary in quality, from pie to pie, as any true handmade food item does. But I digress. Let's face it, every pizza place in a college town is run (in the main) by a rotating cast of young stoners. Fine. I still hope for friendly counter people, decent turnaround time, and a flavorful pizza. At Woodstock's the crust is okay (better than American Dream, ptui) and the pies are almost always wonderful. I have often had really terrible service here, however, and I don't care for the cavernous feel of the place.

Fresh dough made every day, great sauce and lots of toppings, you can't go wrong with Woodstock's. Plus there are something like 30-beers on tap nest door at Suds & Suds (which is a connecting bar/laundromat for those of you who don't know). You can order your pizza at Woodstock's and walk through the door into Suds and get a beer and bring it back int Woodstock's to eat your pizza. The place can be loud on a busy night but that's part of the deal. The pizzas do take a while to make and cook but they're worth it. The prices are in line with most other (better) pizza places (American Dream, Cirello's, Abby's, Round Table). Check the website for coupons.

The whole wheat pizza crust is my reason for going here. The pepperoni is good, the BBQ chicken is just GROSS (they use marinara sauce vs. BBQ....WTF??) I go here after OSU Basketball games, and it's usually busy, but not swamped. It is fun to just drink a pitcher of beer and hang out, but there is something I can't put my finger on....For all it's years in Corvallis, I'd like the place to house more memerobilia, instead of looking like a generic Dairy Queen inside..... I'd happily go anywhere else, but consensus usually takes us here. So I take one star away for lack of ambiance, and another for redunkulously expensive the pizza is. It would never make it in a town without a captive audience of college kids, like Corvallis.

Alright, my review may be a little biased seeing as I'm friends with one of the pizza guys who works here, but I love this place. Their salads are amazing! My friend throws all these veggies on top and it is to die for! I love their sliced mushrooms and roasted peppers. I've also had the pizza when I've been slightly inebriated, and it's absolutely delicious! Plus they have cheap beers on Monday nights. Not the best decor in the world, but a solid pizza joint. If only they had tofu or tempeh for a topping...

Went there on a Saturday afternoon. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of pizza dough. The sign of any good pizza place is the smell of pizza dough that should hit you when you walk in. The decor is certainly not lavish but I wouldn't consider it sterile by any means. There's a pretty interesting mural above the pizza counter. Check it out next time, I certainly got a chuckle out of it. We ordered a 5 topping pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, sausage, feta, and roasted red peppers. It wasn't busy so the wait was a standard 20 minutes or so. Watching them hand-toss the pizza dough certainly let's you know your pizza is fresh made. The toppings were tasty and fresh, and the crust was almost like back East. Definitely the best pizza I've had on this coast so far. Overall, a standard pizza parlour experience with extraordinary pizza.

The food is so good! However, the crust is so thin, it breaks in your hand, and it's hard to keep the toppings on. Not to mention, it isn't that cheap. Despite all the negatives, it's one of the best that I've had.

My favorite pizza in Corvallis which isn't really saying much. You always go home full with an extra slice for midnight. Never had a bad experience except for cutting 8 guys off after just two pitchers between all of us.

We had to wait almost an hour for our pizza - they'd lost our order - but it WAS good! We will visit again next time we're in Corvallis visiting our OSU son. He and his roommate eat here about twice a month. Usually better service, so we may have hit a bad day.

I find that if you live (or have lived) in Corvallis you are either a Woodstocks or an American Dream person, not both. And i'm definitely more of an American Dream fan...not that AD is perfect either. While accusations about American Dream's crust being bland and hard are somewhat true, the opposite can be said of Woodstock's almost. Every time i have eaten their pizza, including the last time I was in town before Christmas, the dough is under done, slimy, and raw in the middle because of the "vein" of sauce that is rolled up into it. It is just wet and gross. Sorry, i prefer my crust like a breadstick over raw dough any day. The inside part of the pizza is...not really bad, but at best just ok. I have never eaten their pizza and felt impressed, always end up wishing i could have spent an extra couple of bucks on American Dream instead. Still, I'm glad Corvallis has a couple of pizza places that different people like just for variety, but i will never again pay my money on Woodstocks pizza.

Woodstocks has always been a place to inspire great passion among pizza fans in Corvallis. Either you hate it or you love it. Even when you can appreciate the food, the college kids working there can grate on one's nerves with their lack of interest in providing a consistent and quality product. Stick with the spicy red sauce (the pesto sauce is bland) and find a coupon to make the price more bearable. Wheat crust is a good alternative; but either way the sauce in the outer crust has always been a distinguishing factor I love.

My favorite pizza place in Oregon so far. The sauce (and filled crust) are delicious and the perfect thickness, inbetween thin/thick. Open late, good service, and a good atmosphere, especially after a football game. My father who doesn't even care much for pizza loves Woodstocks. They are a bit on the pricey side and their coupons typically don't work fri/sat, but it's worth the extra $. Call you order in about 20 minutes before you arrive and it will be ready just as you get there.

A corvallis institution. Great hand-tossed style pizza. The best part about the pizza is the sauce filled crust. Their sauce is awesome.

Had Woodstock's during a recent visit to Corvallis. The pizza was pretty good; most definitely above average, as was the cheese bread. The restaurant environment was nothing special, but the attached bar did have a pretty impressive beer selection.
