I originally tried this place on a whim, and really liked it. Since then it's become a fast casual staple for my girlfriend and I. The food is pretty good, and it's quick, but doesn't taste pre packaged, which is nice. My favorite thing on the menu is the Alfredo MontAmore, which is spaghetti noodles, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan crusted chicken, spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Not the healthiest thing on the menu, but I love it. It started out as a seasonal dish and made it on the menu permanently, so I was happy. Also excellent: the penne rosa, especially if you get it with feta instead of Parmesan. It's a little spicy, which makes it a nice change from a lot of their dishes. I recommend adding in Parmesan crusted chicken to it too. The not so good seems to be their Asian dishes. Maybe I'm just not into their kind of Asian noodle dishes, but they don't taste that good to me. I tried my girlfriend's Thai Hot Pot one day, and the sweet-spicy combination of the broth really threw me off. Also, their iced tea is bad. Not bad like Chevy's had, but it's like coloured water. They changed from their previous brand, which I think was China Mist, to HonestT. Their normal iced tea is like coloured water, it has almost no taste. And their "slightly sweet lemon tea" is just nasty. If you're at the mall and in the mood for something better than normal mall food, and also don't want to sit down at the Claim Jumper or the RAM, Noodles & Co is worth checking out. Just avoid the iced tea.

Soooo, this place seems to get worse with every trip back. A year ago I would have given them 4 stars for being exactly what one would expect of them. Basic menu, done quickly and fairly decent food. Now they keep adding to their menu and every increase in choice seems to mean a decrease in quality. The last couple times we have gone there our food has been terrible. Way over or underdone, wrong or missing ingredients. I understand expanding the menu to broaden your appeal, but doing a few things well is still better than doing a lot of things poorly. I don't know if I will go back. There are too many decent, affordable places to get pasta to waste my money here anymore. It only gets two stars because it used to be decent.

Instead of getting the food ready and having good customer service skills, the two cooks stood back there and talked about personal things while the girl at the register after she was done went to talk to the girls who were on break and I got to hear about personal lives. What really made me upset was the two boys standing there talking completely ignoring that I just ordered

Not my first choice for Pad Thai but for a quick bite after shopping at Clackamas Town Center it will do. Chicken is sometimes too dry but other than that it's pretty good.

Not sure why this place only had 3 stars. Food was fresh, tasty and unique. Portions are bigger than I was expecting so keep that in mind when orderin.

I think giving a "Mall Food" restaurant a three star rating is pretty decent. That's what Noodles & Company is, a pretty decent place to eat. I wasn't really interested in coming in here, but when deciding which mall food to eat, this was our first choice. The menu selection seems good, I especially love having the calories listed under every single item. I appreciate that more and more restaurants are adjusting to this new change, it makes us health freaks happy and less insane :) The guy who took our order was nice and made sure my Chinese chicken salad had dressing on the side. My husband ordered the mushroom stroganof and some cheesy garlic bread. Food was out within 10 minutes (the place was packed at it just so happened to be the day after Christmas-yikes)! My husband was enamored with the soda machine and all its different flavors, he was good entertainment. Overall this place is good, probably one of the best if you're looking for something slightly good for you. If I'm ever trapped in the mall area and I'm starving, I will be sure to visit here for some yummy awesomeness.

This place is amazing!! We just moved back to the neighborhood, and for some reason had never tried the food in years before! We went for Monday breakfast a few weeks back, food was delicious, fast, huge portions, and nicely priced. Our waitress was a sweetheart as well!

Why people giving it low stars due to less than enthusiastic employees? Do u not know what kind of restaurant you're coming to? This isn't a gourmet restaurant. It's a place to go for yummy food if u don't wanna spend a lot of time at claim jumper or the ram or something. Food here is EXCELLENT for the price and I come here frequently. Get the Pasta Fresca with Parmesean Encrusted Chicken You won't regret it

I noticed the last time I went that they have a few new noodle dishes on the menu so I tried one. It was some kind of hot pot I can't remember the exact title. It was very good with just a bit of spice. It is almost like the curry noodle soup but with more of a bang. Stop by and try some of the new dishes.

This was our first time to Noodles & Co., we had to study the menu for a few minutes before ordering. I went with the Thai Hot Pot with a side salad. The Boy had the Featured Dish--BBQ Pork Mac--with a side soup Tomato Basil. Thai HP was tasty but lacked heat, I was told they had run out of a chile used to make it, some rooster sauce helped. The Boy LOVED his pork mac & cheese, he said the cheese tasted real. It could have been a little warmer when served. He raved about the soup, considering he is not a tomato fan. We felt the cost was fair and service quick. I wished the Sriracha was USA instead of China. We will be back.

Unexpected item in the bagging area: As I waited for my order I noticed a stack of paper to-go boxes next to the soda jukebox. When I got home however, Oh snap! It's the supervillain Plasticbowl. Next time, I'll order "for here" and box it myself. Tablebussers be warned, there's an army of us coming.

Decently priced with several options, this is a great place for quick lunch or dinner. The bonus is that it costs the same whether you go at lunch or at dinner, unlike sit down restaurants which try to feed you MORE before you sleep (at dinner) and charge you way more -which is not healthy for you. The other option (at a sit down restaurant) is you are stuck with a to-go box and have to remember to eat it in time. Noodles & co has a wide variety of dishes and lot of customizable extra protein options (chicken, beef, tofu, pork etc), so you can have a wholesome meal. My personal tip.. if you are an adult and do not get enough veggies, then dont waste your money on the Wisc mac and cheese. other than that, their japanese and indonesian options are quite good with grilled chicken. Service is nice and the price is correct, competitive with Chipotle etc. Also, they dont push you to get drinks unlike in a sit down restaurant. They have a decent ambient setting to sit down with friends and enjoy your meal. Also, if online reviews are to be believed, they pay their employees fairly well so the experience is good for the customer. Yes Noodles do mean carbs.. so if you eat here a lot, you better be a runner or do regular physical work to burn those carb calories off!

The girl who took our order this evening wasn't too friendly. She kind of gave us the impression that she would rather not help us but had to. Granted we got there closer to the end of her shift and maybe they were going to clean up soon but still. There is no reason for crummy customer service. The food was mediocre, maybe 1/4 - 1/2 a step up from what you would expect out of a food court restaurant.

OMG, great experience!! It was my first time going here and I had a birthday coupon so me and my girl friend went and to my surprise it was delicious!! The woman who helped us was patient and she explained the process and the dishes. It was a great bang for our buck and I will definitely be back!! I am actually planning to go by there tonight!!

Pesto cavatapi, BBQ chicken salad, tomato basil soup, snicker doodle cookie.... The 'Backyard BBQ chicken salad' is possibly my favorite salad to buy in a restaurant. The only thing I don't like about it is it seasonal!! But so far they bring it back every summer. The Tomato Basil soup is creamy and delicious, no canned soup here, my friend! Pesto cavatappi... Or however that's spelled... YUM. I also love the mushroom stroganoff with the braised beef, and the marinara with the whole wheat noodles is yummy too. Oh, and that cookie I mentioned earlier? I'm not a sweets person, no no, really, I'm a salty snacks kinda girl, but that damn snicker doodle cookie gets me every time. I always tell myself, just get in, get your salad, and get out. But then I'm standing at the register and these giant soft cinnamony snicker doodles are staring up at me... DAMN IT if I don't buy one every freaking time! They're ALWAYS good too, they've got that recipe dialed in, for sure!

This chain is going mainstream! The Asian dishes that once adorned their menu has turned from many to very few. They now are turning into everything else on the street with wraps, sandwiches and noodle dishes mean "spaghetti" or pasta. After struggling to find my old dish Asian noodles with peanut sauce which now has some other name and was lacking the peanut sauce and chicken was very dry and portion was smaller. (Ordered large size too). Also waiter person came to my table serving me my food with dirty empty dishes on the same tray!....really?

Well, this review would be higher if it weren't for the girl making the food. When my wife asked if she could get her order without onions the girl ringing us up turned around and asked the girl making food who in turn rolled her eyes and slammed the pan into what looked to be a refrigerator used for orders to be heated up later. We had not been rung up yet, so as someone who has worked in the service industry it is your own fault for starting the order before it was finished. Rolling your eyes within clear view of the customer is rude and disrespectful. Be annoyed all you want. This is the career path you chose for yourself so you have no one to blame but yourself. But on a side note, the food was pretty good!

Ok, time to update my review. Last year I gave them 3 stars; maybe it was just an off day for them (we all have those kinds of days!). I've been back about 7 times and I now would give them 5 stars. The food is good, but the service is the reason I love this place. Tried to give them a tip, but they wouldn't accept it. They also do a good job at corporate social relations, which I like to see in a large company like Noodles.

I love this restaurant! Delicious food & something for everyone...including my vegan friends. The food is so good- I have a hard time deciding what to get every time I am there. It is a "fast-food" style restaurant, but the food is wayyyyyy better! You have a choice of a smaller portion/price if you prefer. Love that. I sometimes will even get take-out for work. A great treat! Parking at times can be a bit tricky...not enough spaces for all of the restaurants & the mall in that area.

Food was warm instread of hot and this is the second time I've come to a N&C where they were out of rice noodles, meaning no Asian dishes available. Sad. Why give it a 4? Because the quality of food is good, a good sized plate of food about $6, and they're clean and friendly. I've been here enough to know the good qualities, but if this was my first time I'd score it lower.

The manager here is soooo nice. Our first trip in she introduced herself and made yummy recommendations. She even brought out some butter noodles for the baby at no charge since it was our first time there. My husband is in love with the BBQ pork Mac n cheese and I always order the pad Thai. We are here at least once a month:) Yummy noodles in our tummies!

If I ever come back here I'm going to call in my order 15 minutes ahead of time. That's a big IF - I'll probably just go somewhere else at the mall. Employees paid more attention to incoming and outgoing phone calls than the mob of hungry customers (with money in hand!) and the dining room full of empty plates and dirty tables.

What happened Noodles? When I first started venturing into Noodles years ago their food was fresh, cooked right, and affordable with prices and meal sizes. Since then things have changed. Over the last year or so Noodles dishes have began to go awry. Sometimes cold, sometimes overcooked, and the last time I ordered a side salad it was literally a golf ball sized salad on a large plate. They're service at this particular location has gone down too. I think management changed or something, because they seem to hire brainless teenagers and bad cooks. They take years to catch up after a rush, which is sort of sad considering how small their restaurant is and they always are staffed to point. We usually get the Japanese Pan Noodles or Wisconsin Mac and Cheese. We still go here every once and a great moon, but that's way down from the twice a month we used to dine here.

The food was okay. The service not so much. The people who work here clearly do not care for their job, nor their customers. All of them with which I interacted had a standoffish attitude. It could just be the age group of their employees but I fail to see how they have return customers with the way they act.

Surprisingly decent pad thai for a chain store. The mediterranean chicken is decent, kind of italian greek with penne pasta. No ground peanut or lime wedge for the pad thai though. I was bummed a little. The portions are good and you can get a small or a large order as desired. The atmosphere is ok, but loud and messy. We had to bus our own table and the place was pretty packed. Good place to go at a mall if your looking for a quick bite.

Been coming to this place when I am at the mall since it opened and have loved it. I like the options, the quick service. Beef stroganoff with mushrooms, beef and throw on some broccoli. My daughters love the mac and cheese (with chicken) and the chicken noodle soup. and the potstickers. I am more adventurous and have tried the pan noodles, cavatappi with chicken (one of my favs) and they had a yummy salad option last summer with pecans and strawberries. The catered a meal for the Cancer Relay for Life in our area which made me an even bigger fan. Last time I was there the pasta was a little stickier (seemed like an off day, which we all have) but I don't expect it to happen again. I always get a disk to take home for later.

Good food with friendly staff. Great place for a cheap lunch that fills you up! Even with a large line in front of me, I have never waited more than 10 mins for my food.

I work next to them so I go there often. Not anymore though. I noticed that they charged me $10 for a $6.45 check. And it happened twice!!! Since when can restaurants just add on a tip?!?! so unprofessional. I am very disappointed, because I actually enjoy their food.

I don't understand why people seem to be coming here looking for 5 star dining with an A+ waitstaff. Let me help a bit: you do not have to tip the "waiters" here. You pick a table and sit with your number. They bring you food and they leave. They return when you're gone to bus your table, without expecting any tip. That's the routine. The food here is actually quite good, especially given the cost. There are many options for vegetarian diners, a handful for vegans (although I would not recommend a vegan visit here unless you're just stuck in a group - not enough options), and the usual plenty of choices for omnivores. The thing I like about Noodles is the range of choices as far as "health" goes. Want to gorge on 1000 cal. mac and cheese? Go for it. Don't feel like it? Order the half portion, or order the Japanese Pan Noodles (one of my favorites) instead. Salads are good too, but the noodles are where it's at. I've never had issues with this particular Noodles & Co. They're good for takeout - if you do call ahead and ask for "curbside" pick up, you don't even have to go inside. If you haven't gone and you're in the mall, check it out. Food court prices for fresh, potentially healthy (if you choose) food.

Finally decided to give them a try while we were in the area. I had the pesto dish and my husband had the Bangkok curry. Both were forgettable.

Are you sitting down for this one? Oh, that's right... not yet. You're ordering and THEN finding a seat and waiting for your food. That's it. You're not at some old world, 5th generation sacred noodle joint. You are at Noodles & Company. If you've got an allergy to gluten you should not pick this as your place to eat. If you're expecting a 5 star dining experience here you're missing too many brain cells. Here's why I go here: 1.) They will indeed come out to your car to deliver the food to you if you call in the order in advance. This is awesome for families on the go - and - for those of you who get as agitated as I do in the parking lot from hell that is Clackamas Town Center. 2.) It's good for the kids. They dig it. 3.) The curry noodle dish I get is actually tasty. I have had nothing but pleasant service from the workers here.

got the curry noodle and thai noodle soup....it taste like they just add water and sauce from a bottle of curry sauce. nothing authentic at all. might give their other noodle another try some other time . friendly service though .

My wife took my 6 year old son and his 2 friends here for my son's birthday. They noticed my son's presents that he had they asked my wife if they were celebrating a birthday. When she told them they were, the comped the meal 100%. !?!?!!?!?!?!? My wife was in disbelief and said she asked them 3 times to make sure they weren't messing with her - and they weren't! She said the meal was great and the kids had a great time. Awesome service, we'll definitely be back!

I am giving the employee service a 5 star. He was polite and professional. He was apologetic and helpful. I give this whole company a 2 star for charging a 1.25$ per extra vegetable you want to add to your dish. So when I asked for extra veggies ( which I don't mind Paul g for) that means 1.25 for carrots... An extra 1.25 for broccoli ... An extra 1.25 for mushrooms.... And another 1.25 for cabbage... That means $5 extra for extra veggies when my dish cost $5.79..... Wow... Pass on the extra veggies.

First the good: 1. Nice atmosphere and set up. 2. Good variety on the menu. 3. Friendly albeit somewhat cognitively challenged cashiers. 4. Close to other things to do 5. Lots of parking unless the mall is busy. 6. Air Conditioning Now the bad: 1. Worst pot stickers on the planet. They also look like they send them through a pasta press before plating them. Pot sticker sauce is awful as well. 2. Cashiers do not pay attention to detail and had to remake my order. 3. A bit pricey for the portion size and lack of protein.

Nice fast food place to eat in the Town Center Mall. Someone back home in Hawaii had told us this place was the bomb, and it was decent enough, but it didn't really knock my socks off. I ordered the Alfredo Mont Amore, at least I think that's what it was, my thumbing technique on my smart phone was not too great when I was taking notes on what I ate. They ran out of spaghetti, believe it or not, so I had penne. Decent meal, but a bit pricey for what it was.

Called to reserve a table for 6 and Levi said no problem. I got there before the others and he had a table all set up with silverware & menus plus the child high seat I had asked for. The cashier took our order with great patience since we were all 1st timers and reviewed it with us to make sure it was correct. Great service, really good food, clean tables. We will most definitely be back + with friends!

The food is absolutely delicious! The ingredients taste fresh. The pork and chicken are tender and flavorful. There is something for everyone. Service is friendly.

  • Chris G.

I did not much enjoy place. I can tell they are trying to be a healthy alternative to normal fast food but it was just a bit too underwhelming. The portions were pretty small and the flavor was not that great. The curry soup was bland and also a smallish portion. The prices are fine I guess but not cheap. My girlfriend got sick after eating although I'm not necessarily sure it was from the food. Overall i would not recommend though.

    (2)
  • A. Z.

I like the food, my wife does not... She feels it's cheap. I prefer to eat-in then take out with this restaurant. It has been a little more of a hassle to get things the way we like them. All in all, it's a good, fairly in-expensive option.

  • Monica T.

I've been here quite a few times and I find myself getting the japanese pan more often than not. I enjoy the flavors and variety that they allow to make a dish you would like. Ive had the bbq sandwhich as well and that was delicious. The atmosphere is nice. They take the food to you and when your finished you're allowed to leave your dishes on the table. The staff is always super nice. I enjoy dining here often.

  • Jennifer G.

Been here once before, and it was delicious. However, last night around 7pm was subpar. Japanese noodle dish was cold and seemed to be sitting out for a while before it made its way to our table. Noodles were dry and stuck together, chicken was cold and barely cut through. Maybe if I had more than just a plastic fork, I could have cut up the chicken myself. Maybe the cooks were not able to keep up with the busy Friday night, but its seems to me if the place is busy the food should be fresh, not cold and dry.

    (2)
  • Senan D.

For the price the food was pretty meh. I know they are trying to be diverse but the Pad Thai was very lack luster. There are better choices only foot steps away. Or stick with a spaghetti dish.

  • Sarah S.

I like being able to get something different on the run, and this place has spaghetti and meatballs that you can get to-go which I'd been craving forever. My daughter likes the pesto pasta. Their garlic bread is awesome, haven't tried the potstickers yet but they look interesting. The portions were good - small wasn't too tiny, and large was enough to take home leftovers. If I had a complaint, it's that the pasta itself is a bit bland, and the sauces aren't quite strong enough to make up for it. It's definitely going to be a regular spot for my family going forward, though.

  • Josie G.

I'm all about this place - it has a great variety, gluten free options, it's quick, and the prices are great! If you walk in with a 5 dollar bill and need a little on-the-go snack that will actually be somewhat filling, Noodles can help you out. If you're with a group of friends and you're all in the mood for something different, maybe one person wants Thai, another wants Italian, and the last one needs flute free-- yep, Noodles can still help all you guys out. The service here is quick, it's relatively quiet and pleasant, and you get free WiFi. Sure it's a chain, not some pretentious fancy dining experience, so set your expectations accordingly. All things considered, I LOVE NOODLES & CO.

  • Kathy W.

I wanted to like this, but it's a fail. We tried the mac and cheese and it was tasteless. The Thai hot pot was equally disappointing. There are too many options, so that gets confusing. The person at the register handed us the drink cups by putting her fingers inside them.

    (2)
  • Matt H.

I am impressed. The food is fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and quick. The restaurant is clean. I ordered a small Pad Thai with shrimp. I wish I ordered a regular one, but it was nicely done. The tomato bisque soup was superb, as well as the Rice Krispie treat. I will visit again if I have the chance.

I love every bit of it. The cheesy garlic bread was very good the Wisconsin Mac & cheese and the steak stroganoff were absolutely amazing and the carrot cake was in my top three favorite cakes

What a selection! If you're craving something American, Mediterranean, or Asian that involves noodles...this is the place to go. Plus if you're on a budget and don't need a HUGE portion, then this will fit you. I was glad I finally tried this and only went with a small Mediterranean dish and of course added chicken (which was cooked really well). I always need my added protein, I guess. I do want to try some of their other options which could involve adding a salad, soup, or dumplings. The staff was super friendly. Heck, the one who took our order seemed to overshare a tad. Oh well, he must have been having a boring day thus far. We also lucked out and got free drinks. I don't really drink soda so iced tea was the next option. It was well worth a taste because it was nice and fresh. The booths are pretty big to accomodate several people. There is also bar seating along the large windows for great people watching. At least there are plenty of options!

Say hello to the McNoodle. I'm a sucker for carbs. Next to bread, noodles rank right up there with me. Customizable carb options in a hurry with affordable prices? I'm sold. However, I'm not too sure I'd go out of my way for these noodles. I'm at the mall. I'm hungry. Done. There are a few options within the realm of American, Mediterranean, and Asian. I love how you can see the American options drenched in fatty cream and cheesy cheese. The irony is if you check the calorie content, the Mediterranean ones are actually worse off. Pick a size [small or regular] and pick a protein [for $2 extra]. Go crazy and add a salad, soup, bread, or dumplings. You order at the counter and then they bring it to you when it's ready. The plus is that it's all made to order. Surprisingly enough the small size was doable. I was nervous. I have a big appetite. Eating it with chopsticks helped. I went with the curry. It wasn't very saucy, but the veggies were fresh and delicious. The chicken was actually well cooked, and didn't resemble a piece of rubber. They weren't skimpy about it either. Fresh brewed iced tea is yum.

You know. I really love this place. My kid will actually eat here and it's not friggin chicken nuggets. Thank goodness. So it's a fast foodish noodle place, and I'm fine with it. It's not like they try to be anything else. They have options that are workable when you've got a family that cannot stand to all eat the same thing (mine unfortunately) and it's reasonably priced. Also, gluten-free options were an awesome find here. I love when places like this can accommodate dietary needs. Also veggie friendly, yay! Much better than standard food court fare, and runs about the same price. If I'm passing through the area and need a quick bite to eat this is definitely it. I love the mushroom stroganoff, sooo good.

  • Daniel N.

You have to remember this is a fast food joint, not a 5 star restaurant. That said, the portions are fairly well sized, the prices aren't bad and the food is good. There's a variety of dishes and you can specify your type of meat. Their turnaround time is fairly quick. I've been here probably 3 or 4 times now and I can't really find something I don't like, for the price, it's certainly not a bad option at all.

  • Ryan A.

This was a pretty good version of Noodles & Company. Sure, the food was still bland (that's to be expected), but the service was pretty good and the restaurant itself had a good feel to it. If I'm ever back at Clackamas Town Center, I'll come right back . . . well, no. There's actually a lot of other places to try around here. Maybe if I move to the area. Oh, I'm definitely not doing that either. Well, I'll keep going to the Noodles downtown on those days that we can't think of anywhere else to eat.

    (3)
  • Jessica M.

The service is SEVERELY lacking...which the food almost makes up for. Almost. Inattentive cashiers almost always get my order wrong, then I get the stink eye for returning it and asking for it to be made right. Prices are awful for what you get. 9 dollars for a plate of noodles, old vegetable, and a few chunks of protein? I think not. Don't waste your money here...at least not at this location. Head to almost any other restaurant at the mall instead.

  • George P.

Can you have negative stars?Their most popular dish they say is macaroni and cheese. How can you mess that up? Overcook elbow macaroni and throw some tasteless grated cheese on top. Stuff out of the blue box has more taste. My friend got "Bangkok Noodles". Bland with a hint of stale curry. Fresh vegetables with some sort of processed chicken on top. The tea out of the machine was good. McDonalds would have been a better choice.

  • Katrina W.

For noodle lovers (and I am one), it's hard not to get behind the idea of Noodles & Co. You have a choice of Mediterranean (think olives & feta), Asian (broccoli, carrots, peanuts) or American (cheese, cream, butter), and can pick soups or salads to accompany. The soup I had was really quite savory, but I was so disappointed that the noodles (the NoODLeS!) were just average and even a little overdone. I want them to be better. I'm holding out hope.

Good food. Fast. Yet not fast food. Just good simple dishes. If it's your first time, just try something simple and easy. You'll come back for more. Personal fav: the Med Salad.

Not too long ago I found out I have celiac disease, and therefore can't consume wheat-gluten. Lately I've been making a mental list of all the places I can stop for a quick bite that has gluten-free options that are inexpensive. DING DING DING! I found one! YAY! I asked the lady if they accommodate gluten-free and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the gluten-free options on the menu and helped me find something that was filling, tasted good, and didn't contain wheat!

Small portions, over-priced. Bland. With a little more attention to the end product, I think they could make this into a great draw. It's just not there.

Noodles & Co. was pretty average. Nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about either. This was my first visit ever to a Noodles & Co. and the counter staff excitedly explained the menu to me in great detail and provided excellent customer service. There are several vegan options on the menu, which is always nice for a chain not-quite-fastfood restaurant. I had the Japanese Pan Noodles (udon) with added tofu. It was a bowl of noodles in a very slightly spicy sauce with a tiny bit of veggies and a few cubes of tofu. Seems a bit excessive to charge $2.50 to add tofu when it's such a small amount. $1.00 would be more reasonable for the add-on fee. But the base bowls are pretty cheap to start with, so I am not complaining too much. The vegetarian items are clearly marked on the menu and a review of the nutrition guide/ allergen list online quickly reveals that they understand that fish sauce in pad thai counts as non-vegetarian (always a plus in my book). I wouldn't drive out of my way specifically to go to Noodles & Co. for a meal, but it was a satisfactory lunch stop on the road during the course of my work day which had me in Clackamas County today.

Stop by this "fusion" restaurant. Good food, even better prices. This restaurant gives you the choice of your pasta craving......from American, Italian, Asian and Mediterranean.

I first tried the whole grain Tuscan Linguine & it was horrible I ask the server to take it back. He then brought me the Indonesian Peanut Saute, more flavor but still lacking in overall quality. The service and staff was really nice and you can't beat the price. If you don't eat much asian food, this place might be ok.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
