I moved to Bend from Austin, TX and have had my share of disappointment with the local dining options. And I'm mostly eating at pretty casual places. But there are a lot of good sandwiches in Bend and this is certainly the best of all of them because it is FANTASTIC. This is the first place that I've thought I'd really miss if I didn't live here. The food tastes great, it looks great, and the people are super nice. I mentioned it to a guy that grew up here and he'd never heard of it. Crazy. GO EAT HERE.

The service at this place is GREAT. The person at the till "Dan" gave me a few suggestions of what I may like and in the end I decided to get The Western with the potato/ham soup. I started joking with him and said what if I don't like it he said don't worry then I'll bring you the beef soup. So sweet of him. My boyfriend got the special of the day which was the Misterio with a side of veggies, and a beer. He ate it so fast. Awesome food and great staff. If you want to have a sandwich this is the place to go to in town.

Drove by yesterday,...CLOSED DOWN. Knew it was just a matter of time. Only open 5 hours a day/20 hours a week, closed on weekends. Bye-Bye :(

Because of the name I expected a cool place that my son would like. It wasn't. It was more like a truck stop with a few posters with loud awful reggae music playing. The food was okay, but it was a BLT, so I can't tell you if their other very basic sandwiches were any good. The staff was friendly as long as you don't mind your kids hearing the f-word. Pretty disappointing, especially since it was really expensive for what it was.

When I first came in earlier this year I had a BLT, and to this day was the best BLT I have had in my life! Today I decided to have a hot, melty sandwich and went with the Electro. OH MY GAWWWD. Pure oral pleasure.

I'm from the east coast so it's damn hard to impress me with a sandwich. These do an ok job. About as good as it gets around here.

We heard they were good so we went to give them a try. CLOSED! At least we won't miss what we never had a chance to try.

This is my absolute favorite place for sandwiches. We go as often as possible their specials are crazy good. My favorite is El Diablo and my bfs fav is the Eric Cartman. The only complaint I have is that they are closed on weekends. It's soooo sad.

Great sandwiches but it gets way too crowded. The first time I went in it was empty. The staff was nice but super unprofessional. The second time I went in it was do crowded, people where lining up out the door and the only open table was the bar between that like and a wall. Congrats on the business but it's a little uncomfortable. Not at fault of the business though.

Every sandwich I've tried has been the bomb. I do believe these guys are the best sandwich shop in town!

The staff is super friendly, and i really like the reggae music, seriously, the atmosphere here is fantastic! Keep up the good work guys! :)

We were in from out of town and Googled " deli". This was the first place to pop up. We were taking a drive exploring the area and wanted a couple of sandwiches to go. I ordered the "Diablo" which was on the special board and my friend ordered the "hot Italian". We stopped at Elk lake for a picnic and we were blown away. The bread was great, the meat was grilled to perfection, and the sauses were savory and delicious. I also love the fact they offer sliced veggies as an alternative to chips. We cant wait to try them again!

The best sandwiches, my favorite so far is the Joker. It's so big it actually might be able to kill the bat. It put a smile on my face. It truly is the clown prince of delis.

Most delicious and awesomely named sandwiches! A good lil selection of beers and kombuchas (even kombucha on tap, yum) and a badass comic book lovers dream of an atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and fun to talk to and the sandwiches were out of this world. We all ended up trading ours with each other so we could share the yum. Bread was delicious and fresh and everything had great flavor. Can't wait to stop in again!

Super yummy. A little heavy on the meat choices but really really good sandwiches. We came in the summer months so the flies were hanging out there. We stopped by just as a chance and we were very impressed.

One is likely to review after a bad experience and for me to post a review for being pleased means way more. First off, the employees are chill and listen to good music(Slick Rick was on when i was there) and they are all friendly and professional. The food selection is awesome and the specials are something to be televised! I went in there with specific orders from several people and they had a sandwich already on the menu that satisfied everyone! Cant say enough good here, hope they last a long time down there!

Just ate here and the food was great. On busy days in Bend you may have to do laps to find nearby parking though. What it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for with great tasting sandwiches. Try it you'll like it.

Great lunch! The soups were fantastic - red curry with carrots made with coconut milk (perfect for lactose intolerent folks) and bacon potato soup which my husband compared to his grandma's. I enjoyed the endamame burger and my husband like the Neron. Looking forward to returning and trying some of the other tastey sandwiches! Friendly staff!

If you have ever watched 'Diners, Drive Ins and Dives' and thought 'Wow! I wish we had someplace like that here!' Well, we do now. This place has the best sandwiches in town! Hot or cold. I've had the Lex Luthor (I think about that brisket and slaw all week), the French dip and the Turkey. The breads are great. Everything is great. When all the tourist brew pubs next door are full on a Friday night you can walk in here have a great beer and an even better sandwich in less time than it takes to get a table in those other places. It's really good!

Best sandwich shop I've ever been to. Staff was friendly and laid back, and open casual atmostphere. At first glance we weren't sure about a $10 sandwich, but my wife and I split a sandwich and 2 cups of soup and were both stuffed. Surprised to find perfectly cooked brisket at a sandwich shop. The red curry and bacon potato soup were both delicious as well. Perfect hearty lunch, we'll be back.

The Lex Luther and Reuben are gooooood. The LL (brisket, slaw on a Sparrow roll) is possibly the best sandwich I've had in Bend. Looking forward to trying much more of their menu. Rad concept.
