Im a pizza snob from Brooklyn NY so I can't be fooled with garbage. This is by far and away the BEST pizza joint in Bend. Nothing is even close. The dough is just right, the toppings are quality and you dont get a big orange grease pool at the center of your pie 'cause Pete doesn't use cheap cheese. I dont drink but I understand they have great micro brews too. If pizza isnt your thing get a toasted grinder. The best

Staff is consistently rude and apathetic. Once fans who referred others, we are choosing to no longer support this business.

First off let's say the hard work and dedication that has gone into the growth of this establishment is quite admirable. This was the first time we have been able to visit Little Pizza Paradise in it's New location Near Cascade Lakes Shopping Center across from Target. From the humble beginnings @ the corner of Butler Market & 27th we have frequented Little Pizza Paradise well, at least a dozen times. On all occasions we have been quite satisfied & always praised it's quality & service. I must say though; our visit to the new location left us a bit dissatisfied. Although we were greeted immediately and our take out service was w/o flaw, the pizza didn't quite hit our palate w/ the same quality as our previous tastings. The dough seemed a bit undercooked and the sauce was quite herbaceous. I give it 3 stars for the many wonderful pizzas i've had in the past, but with the extra five miles between us now; I don't know if we'll make the extra effort to get up that way.

yum! just had a slice of meat lovers for lunch. even at room temp (after takeout), the crust was crisp, toppings moist and very fulfilling. they are moving next week, so those of you by cascade village mall get ready. THEY DELIVER!

Lets just say this place has changed alot since they were over by US market. Service was terrible, took 25 min to get a personal pizza for dinner. Food is also terribly over priced. That crappy pizza i got was 8 bucks didn't fill me up and was all over the box when i opened it ( pretty much all the cheese got stuck to the box so i ate meat and sauce pizza ). O and the guy behind the counter kept glaring at me with a "get the f*** out of my store" look. This place is absolutey horrific, next time i'm buying a $5 pizza from trader joes (so much more satisfying then this crap.

We had a large group come in and we called ahead to reserve tables. We had different families trickle in at different times. The staff were fantastic about creating separate checks and bringing more chairs, water, plates etc. they were constantly helping us and were super friendly! pizza was good too.

Service was outstanding! The Pizza was the best I have had in Bend, OR. Will be visiting again. Great experience! Our family loved it!

If you are looking for one of the best pizza in Central Oregon then Little Pizza Paradise is a great choice. They use the most high quality ingredients that you can get and are extremely generous with the amount of toppings they put on their pizzas.

Very good pizza and the staff is great! The dine in experience is difficult to do if you have more than 2 people in your group because the place is so tiny and rarely are they available for delivery so you should count on picking it up and bringing it home to eat. Fortunately it travels well in the box and still tastes good at home.

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Garlic bread was amazing and they make their own ranch which was to die for. The staff and owner are very friendly. Won't eat pizza anywhere else but here. Thanks Pete

I was travelling from Washington to California with my son and we wanted to stop for pizza in Bend at lunch time. He checked Yelp for a recommendation, and that brought us to Little Pizza Paradise. I eat a lot of pizza and I don't like to settle for mediocre pizza. So, it always worries me to try somewhere new. I tend to eat at my favorite old pizza places over and over. We each ordered personal pizzas... his with pineapple on top, and mine with double pepperoni. I saw a picture of a pepperoni pizza on their web site, and it looked like it was skimpy on the pepperoni. It turned out to be a good move, as my double pepperoni had just the right amount of pepperoni on it for my taste. The cost for two personal pizzas was $15 exactly. The pizzas were larger than the personal sized pizzas I am used to at my favorite pizza place. So, that was great... as we did not leave hungry. Both of us were very happy with the taste of our pizzas. I liked the crust a lot... and the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni tasted just right. I liked the fact that the crust appeared to be hand formed... it was not a totally perfect circular shape like it came out of a machine... it looked like it was shaped by hand the old fashioned way. By the way, they do also offer a selection of many types of pizza sold by the slice at lunch time. I don't know if they offer this later in the day or not. So if you only want a little bit of pizza... this is the way to go... or if you want to have a couple of slices of different types. All in all, I would say that this is an excellent tasting pizza at a fair price... and that the personal sized pizzas offer a lot of pizza for the money. In short, I recommend it.

This is a nice hand tossed crust with very fresh ingredients on top. I'm happy I tried this place out as I was passing through town. Bravo!

Coming from Reno, NV, I had a hard time finding a pizza place here that met my standards. If I wanted cheap pizza that tasted like processed cow udder, I would go to Costco or Little Caesars. So when I received a gift certificate to here I was nervous it would taste awful like so many other pizzerias Bend has. OMG, it was INCREDIBLE! AMAZING! I am a loyal customer forever!!! The vegetables are fresh, the cheese is REAL cheese. The sauce... oh the sauce is soooo good. By far the BEST pizza place in Central Oregon. Yes, it is expensive, but that is because they make a pizza worth the money. Don't bother trying to save money by going anywhere else. Bite the bullet and get the real deal. And yay! They are open on Mondays now!!

Simply one of the best pizzas I ever had. Ingredients were all fresh and cooked perfectly. Will be eating here again when I come back into town.....

Little Pizza Paradise is as good as it gets! The pizza is DELICIOUS! Prices are great for the quality of the food. My biggest qualm is that I am a vegetarian and they only have one vegi pizza (which is loaded with vegi's i detest like mushrooms) and when all their made to order cheese slices are out they don't make anymore for the day. I also hope they open a location more into town. That would be amazing and a little more convenient.

I don't get it either. Pizza sauce had too much heat and the crust was bland & dry/hard. Highlights: Pizza Toppings, Salad with great homemade dressings, wait staff were attentive & friendly. They moved from their previous location Butler Market & 27th. I had visited that location over a year ago and remember the pizza was better??

Awesome Pizza. Very high quality ingredients Decent beer selection. Service is excellent. Location is a little of the way. Their vegetarian options are great. They also provide gluten free pizza. Don't currently have a standard IPA on tap. Also doesnt carry some of Bends best like 10barrel. Also charge full price for a snifter of Boneyard hop venom which doesn't make a customer feel appreciated when the cost should be the same as any other beer and other restaurants serve full pints. Overall excellent place. I would recommend.

After reading the great reviews on here, I had extremely high expectations for Little Pizza Paradise. Unfortunately, My girlfriend and I were both disappointed. We ordered two personal pizzas; one was mushroom and sausage, the other was mushroom some other veggie (sorry, don't remember what it was). We also ordered garlic bread. The pizza was burned on the bottom. My girlfriend that it was fine, I personally didn't like it. The pizza just lacked flavor. It was bland. The garlic bread was pretty good. The tomato sauce for the garlic bread was great. I do plan on giving them another chance and this time we will order the specialty pizza, called "The Usual" or the "Bianca Pizza". The service was A+. I actually feel bad posting this review, because they were extremely friendly and welcoming. P.S. Will definitely update this post if and when I go back while still in Bend.

These guys make some damn good pizza. Their new location at Cascade village Mall is a curious one. On one hand, the location now has an abundance of excellent beers on tap (remains of the previous draft house business)! On the other, it's a location that's a pain to get in and out of. Walking in, the place is depressing. Not a square inch of decor or style. Ugly yellow walls, no paintings...no kitch...no beer ads...nothing. Blank and bland. They've been open for several months now, how is this still the case? As I mentioned, beer tap list was stellar. Pizza came out in about 20 minutes, hot and very delicious!! We loved it, easily comparable to Pizza Mondo or Cibelis, with fresh-tasting and generous toppings. Staff was friendly too. Give them a chance if you've never been, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

At first I was put off of this place since they are quite spendy, but my husband and I were having a lazy night so we figured why not try it. The pizza was so flavorful. we got half cheese and half the works on the big pizza and we had tons of leftovers. The pizza was well worth the cost. We also ordered the cheesy garlic bread which was delicious. My biggest pet peve at places is when they have fake ranch, well this place didnt they make their ranch homemade and it was delicious. I only wish they would expand their delivery hours and charge less for delivery. We will definitely be ordering their pizza again.

I finally took Michele R's advice and ordered a pizza from Little Pizza Paradise and i have to say, she was right! Absolutely delicious pizza from a tucked away pizza place in NE Bend. We ordered The Usual for our Friday night pizza and everyone in my family loved it. The crust is perfectly chewy and crisp and the toppings plentiful. The restaurant itself is small, but provides for clean, casual dining. Would love to stop by here for a slice for lunch. The people working here were all friendly and helpful and made me feel good about patronizing their little pizzeria. We'll be back to Little Pizza Paradise next Friday night!

This is truly my favorite pizza place in Central Oregon. I also love PIzza Mondo and Jersey Boys in Redmond, but this pizza takes the cake. The location isn't great or trendy as far as some Bendites are concerned being on the east side by the Butler Market store, and I didn't stop there until about two months a go when getting gas, but I've been truly missing out. The day before we'd had a pepperoni pizza from Cibellis, which I also like. We did a comparison test since that was fresh in our minds and Little Pizza Paradise won hands down, though we did determine it was greasier (nothing wrong with that, it is pepperoni after all). I do wish the location served beer and wine, as I really enjoy a glass of wine with my pizza. It's takeout only for me! The staff has always been friendly even when I committed the cardinal food service sin and came in 15 minutes before closing.

I'm a die-hard fan of Local Slice, but we were running errands up north and stopped at LPP for a quick dinner out. I enjoyed our meal alright, but I would opt for Local Slice over LPP. LPP's crust was kind of dry and bready - not chewy the way I like it. Their sauce was a little too sweet for me, and I don't care for the herb mix they shake all over everything. Plus, the prices between LPP and LS are identical, but Local Slice uses local and sustainable ingredients - something I really like to support. I also prefer the LS crust and sauce recipes. There's nothing wrong with LPP, and you probably won't be disappointed, but for I do not think it is the best pizza in town by a long shot! Make the trek or have Local Slice deliver, and see if you aren't converted! ***Useful information - Little Pizza Paradise now fills growlers and has bottles of various beers and wines for sale. This is a very useful service for the north end of Bend! ***

Great pizza. No doubt about it. For pure deliciousness one could easily give them 5 stars. The staff is truly friendly both on the phone and in person. Heck. Let's give the staff 5 stars while we are at it. Now for my problem with LPP... procurement. Due to the quality of the pie sometimes actually getting the pie (read very very often) delivered can be a problem. On more that one occasion I have called to have pie delivered only to be told their delivery schedule was full. Now you can (and sometimes I have) get off your ass and go pick one up but where is the fun in that? Don't even think about trying to get delivery on a last minute pizza on a Duck football Saturday. So be smart... if you want a pizza delivered that night... put your order in about lunchtime and you will most likely be enjoying their savory pizza for dinner that evening. If you wait until 7pm that night you will most likely be driving there to pick up your pizza or enjoying something less than savory from your freezer.

Little Pizza Paradise uses such quality ingredients, and you can tell in the taste. The owner supports local businesses and local schools, which is so nice to see a small business doing. Friendly staff, good lunch specials.

Happened to be in Bend with my son this weekend. Pizza is what we had on the brain. The usual when in Bend is Abby's. Its the "go to". Not fantastic, but come on lets be real, its pretty good. Well, we wanted something a little better so we asked at the front desk of the Shilo for a pizza recommendation and they told us about Little Pizza Paradise. We called and spoke with Pete, nice guy, seemed very appreciative of the recommendation from Shilo and recommended "The Usual". They didn't have a choice of crust, but their regular crust is a Thin crust style, which is our preference. So, we ordered a half "The Usual" and half Pepperoni / Olive, delivered. The pizza arrived when they said it would (took about 45 mins) delivery driver was friendly and had a good appearance. Pizza was HOT and Yummmmlicious!!! Pepperoni was clearly fresh, it was the small cut stuff, not the pepperoni you get from most pizza joints. My son and I are both picky eaters and we very much enjoyed this pie. Highly recommend this place!

We love Pizza Pete's pizza, sandwiches & cheesy garlic bread (i.e. bread sticks)!! (We haven't yet tried the calzone.). We usually dine here once a month and he's never disappointed. He uses fresh & local product!

We live in Portland, a very competitive pizza market. I wish we had LPP there. I am originally from the East Coast and have pretty high standards for pizza. This is now my favorite pizza anywhere, hands down.

Great food, awesome tap selection, and perfect service. We have been to this place several times now and it has been a winner every time! We even brought guests from out of town a few times because it's quick, affordable, the food is good, and it's a great place to hang out and visit (not too loud or crowded). Sure, it's a dinky place and it doesn't look like much, but the pizza is actually spectacular. The crust is nice and crispy, and it's always perfectly cheesy.. If you haven't tried it yet, PLEASE order the garlic cheesy bread!! It's like a giant cheese pizza with dipping sauce, it's killer (we get it every single time). The salads, I will admit, are a little, "meh," and boring, but I can live with that. Overall, I have enjoyed the pizza here more than most of the pizza places in town that are far more expensive (and crowded). Beat the crowds and save a buck :)

Ordered a pizza and salad to be delivered to our motel. The pizza arrived, the salad did not. The delivery guy took off and did not give us a copy of our bill. We had paid by credit card. We called the restaurant, and the guy on the phone, checked and said yep your salad is still here. We never did get the salad. The pizza was terrible. Terrible pizza, terrible service

So yummy. It's what I imagine Italian pizza and salad will taste like. The Italian vinaigrette is soo good. Gourmet. The pizza is traditional Italian pizza. We had the antipasto salad and "the usual" pizza. When the server brought it out she said manager thought it was burnt. Two of the three of us in our party disagreed but they gave us another one for free. Very comfortable environment. Great music. Great beer and wine selection. Go here!!

Came from portland and noticed the pizza place right next to Target, saw Gluten Free (GF) and was sold! Went in owner explained everything on the menu, staff was more than helpful, everybody had a smile, great ambience. Non GF pizza by the slice tasted like it came off the oven fresh, best non GF crust I've ever had (and GF crust alike). Tomato base was SO fresh. Owner even shared great spots for food round Bend. Best spot for pizza in Bend, without needing to even try a different spot. - Brent n Kim, Portland, foodies to the core.

We got our pizzas to go. I got the Mediterranean pizza. I thought it had good flavor and plenty of toppings. My husband got 'the paradise' (Canadian bacon and pineapple). He gives it a 1 star. He felt like the crust flavor was blah and has that wood fired burnt taste he is not a fan of. There were very few pineapple and medium amount of meat on my visual. Thank good ness we used a coupon for $5 off as the pizza is a little speedy. We will not be back.

5 stars all the way! This is the best pizza I have ever had. My husband will admit this is the best pizza and he has basically lived off of pizza slices his whole life (until he met me). The quality is far above all the other pizza joints. The service is excellent and they have a great beer list. I am not exactly sure how many taps they have but it is always a great list and plenty to choose from. Our server the other day said they work hard to choose beers you don't see at other tap houses so you end up with unique selections. I will admit you pay just a little bit more than some other pizza places but it is well worth it. Let me make this clear: There is no question whether it was worth it or not. IT IS WORTH IT. The people writing less than perfect reviews for LPP probably do not have tastebuds and they also consider Applebee's to be a good spot for date night. The point is don't listen to them.

Made it a mission to try all the pizza joints in county. For our first one, you can smell the pizza from the parking lot. For never having been there we had no idea whether we sit and order or order at the front. We finally had to ask someone that worked there. Order up front for all the newcomers. No smiles from the staff at all. I would love working in a pizza joint! This one needs more spirit. The pizza has great sauce and the dough and crust were cooked just right. The place has promise, but pretty terrible service. The flat screens are a nice addition to so waiting for the pizza doesn't feel like it is taking FOREVER! Pros: taste Cons: service, price ($30 for their large pizza?!), and stinginess of the toppings. Worth trying once... that's about it.

NEW and MUCH IMPROVED LOCATION for Little Pizza Paradise! There were structural drawbacks in the old location: an awkward little retail complex at Butler Market Road and 27th had a steep parking lot, treacherous access in winter months, and seating inside for less than a dozen customers. A month or so ago, LPP moved out of that old location and into a new location in the Cascade Village Shopping Center right off of Highway 97 on the NW side of Bend. There is ample parking (including accessible parking) in the flat lot across from the LPP building. There is seating inside the bright, high ceilinged, industrial vibe space for more than two dozen customers (with at least 18 of those seats at standard height tables...woohoo!). There is outdoor seating on the sidewalk at a combination of picnic tables and tables and chairs. Same delicious pizza, delightful service, good value pricing for top quality product and the owner, Pete, is still on prem making the pizzas and greeting customers. (Pride of ownership shows here in all.) In addition to whole pies (14" or 18") and calzones, slices are offered at lunch and dinner with typically three types available.. A slice runs around $3.50, add a soft drink for a buck. LPP has Rogue Brewery Root Beer ($2.50) on tap. They serve it in a chilled glass without ice to water it down. THIS is what I'm talking about for serious fans of great root beer! (Over a dozen beers on tap too..) We seem to always order the 14" Cheese Napoli ($15.95) made with fresh Fiore D'Italia mozzarella and sprinkled with fresh basil leaves. Is it the top quality cheese or the fantabulous lightly herby pizza sauce or the crust that make this so yummy? We don't know. But it is great. If you're visiting Bend, this is a good stop for eats coming into town from the North or heading out of town that direction. . If you're shopping in the Cascade Village Mall it is a really good place to grab a bite. If you live on the West side of Bend, it's a good destination pizza parlor. TIPS: 1) Location: This can be a little tough to find the first time. In the Cascade Village Shopping Center look for Sleep Country and you'll find Little Pizza Paradise along the side of it at the end of that retail "run". (See photo for storefront.) 2) Accessibility: Accessible parking in the lot, level in entry, all on one floor, "loo" is accessible too. 3) Expanded Hours: In the new location they are open, count 'em, seven days a week instead of six as before.

Little Pizza Paradise is a super-convenient location if you work in northern Bend. It's a solid pizza, but the real draw is the location and lunch specials. It's quick, offers pizza by the slice and has a reward "loyalty" card. They have a great beer selection, with a lot of local craft beers.

Still four stars Pete! You guys are awesome but you should clarify your policy on ordering ahead by phone. Really? I cant call in ahead to dine in but I can if it's to-go? That's kinda how it seems when it's explained... In reality, If you call ahead to dine in, it seems they dont fully cook your pizza till you show up. Nothing wrong with that. Nothing wrong with hotter and fresher pizza. Someone said spendy? Well, it's not Domino's is it? Still the best deal for real quality pies and beer, in Bend. The wife and I get a 14in to split but always take half home. Now... Please open a shop on the south side!!!! And bring back the Blood Orange!!!

Went in last Monday & they were slammed, we grabbed the only seats available & waited for our menus, I overheard the girl answering the phone saying they were short staffed, other than waiting for our menus (maybe 5 mins) I wouldn't have know. Our server was on the ball! She was very polite & helpful. I will be back! Had delicious pizza, half cheese & half the works, and the best part was the beer selection, almost too many to choose from.

  • David P.

We stopped by for a pie to go and decided to have a beer while waiting. They asked if we would like to sample any beers while we look at the menu. We sampled four beers and ordered. The beer came right up and was cold and delicious. By the time the pie was up, we weren't quite finished with our beer, so they said "take your time, we'll keep it warm for you." We finished our brews and took the pizza home. We got the chicken pesto pizza and is was very good. The crust was crispy and not too chewy. Just right. The combination of the red sauce and the pesto was very good. The chicken was moist and juicy. All in all, a good pizza experience.

The owner (I think) was nice enough but the pizza was bland. Has no real taste. Not the worst pizza we have had but they need to spice it up.

    (2)
  • John C.

Possibly the worst pizza I ever had! The crust was black, when I asked the young waitress if this was how they cook their pizza she said "yeah, that's how we cook it". Additionally, we ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple with mushrooms and olives 14 inch pizza. I really had to search for the bacon, the mushrooms were very scarce, no olives and only about 30 pieces of pineapple. Last, the crust was absolutely tasteless. Except for the charred bottom. Don't waste your money here!!!

This place is fine but not worth visiting a second time unless it really is the best place available in bend which the reviews suggest. Unfortunately they no longer serve Rogue brewery root beer on tap.

I loved this place, great pizza and salad, very good flavorful pizza sauce...only thing that was weird is they dont give you enough salad dressing and then charge 50 cents for extras.but whatever, its still a good place....

Best pizza in Oregon. Pete is a great guy, very welcoming, and the ingredients are of very high quality. You can't find that signature "crunch" of the crust being cut anywhere else in Central Oregon.

Ok, the the pizza at Little Pizza Paradise is good... I'd even give it an above average. However, they've narrowed their delivery area AND their hours to the point that I can't use them any more. I've ordered several times until a while ago, I called 45 minutes before closing (715pm) on a weekend and was told that it was too close to closing to deliver. Strike one. I just called tonight and was told that I'm now out of their delivery area, even though they have delivered to us several times before and I'm only 3.1 miles away. So, strike two. There won't be a strike three, because I'm pretty much done. Decent pizza, delivered, can be had in Bend from several places. They have good pizza... But crappy customer service deals the deal. For most, pizza is a delivery food, not a "go out" food, and convenience ranks as high as quality does, in my book. Too many others offer both quality and convenience, and they've got my business now.

We called ahead for a party of 8 and arrived to find a nice table waiting for us. The server was very nice and prompt with everything. We didn't realize that they closed at 8:00, but felt no pressure to leave..and we didn't get out until 8:20. We brought a cake and they had no problem with us serving it on our plates, etc. When I left my knife there accidentally and went back the next day to see if they could track it down, I was surprised when they had set it aside for me already! Great place, beer selection and food!!

The food was A-OK, but various other things made us decide never to go back. We had the BBQ chicken yet the BBQ chicken at safeway was tastier than this. - It took forever for us to get our food, but no apology when we finally got it. - Our children didn't get children menus. We didn't even know they had them until we spotted them as we left. - we witnessed one teenage sit and wait for his food forever with all his friends only to be told there was a miscommunication and that he was not going to get anything. Considering how long it took he did not have time to wait. They said sorry, but I think they could easily have given him a coupon for a free pizza. This may very well normally be a great place, but for some reason we just didn't see it.

I expected way more after looking at the reviews. This place was definately better than a Domino's or pizza hut but I would go to Abby's Pizza or Round Table Pizza next time. We wanted to try something different that was not a chain pizza place. The place was clean and they were not gemerous witht the toppings. Pizza was overpriced and then they bill you like a restaurant so you have to add a tip on top of that. This is just included service at other pizza places. I ended up over $60 for 2 pizzas and a tip. We all had water to drink. Being from Southern oregon we are spoiled with good pizza places like Kaleidoscope and Bella Union.
