I know it's just a sandwich, so I really have no business being disappointed, but I still keep expecting too much. Today we decided to try the Hall and Nimbus Subway, after having a less than pleasant experience at the one on Greenburg a few weeks ago. This subway was clean, and not crowded. It was mid-afternoon. The sandwich artist was ready to make our lunch didn't really want to wait for us to figure out what we wanted first. There wasn't anyone else in line (or in the store,) so I don't see how it created a huge inconvenience to let us look at the menu for a minute, but she wasn't happy that she had to wait 30 seconds to take the first order. Since the bread is the first thing they need to start preparing, I'm not sure why she couldn't start slicing the bread until we told her everything we wanted on the sandwich. She wasn't even the one who put the rest of the sandwich together so we had to repeat it to the next person on the line anyway. She asked me if I wanted cheese, but then she forgot to put the cheese on the sandwich. Cheese seems simple enough, but I've noticed not everyone knows the difference between yellow/white/spicy and cheddar/american/pepper jack, etc. So I pointed at it as I ordered to make sure she knew exactly which one. When she handed the sandwich off to the next guy after it was toasted, I asked him to put the cheese on. He looked at her and she told him I asked for no cheese. If she misunderstood me even though I said it and pointed at it, she should have clarified instead of outright lying. So the guy puts the cold cheese on the warm sandwich, which defeats the purpose of toasting it. It's just a sandwich, but a little customer service goes a long way.

I have been going to this Subway around once a week for the last year and a half. Service has always been really fast but they do tend to get a long line during lunchtime since they're in a pretty large business park. My sandwiches always are made well and the employees are friendly. Everyone is consistent with their toppings, which I haven't seen at other locations.

I do like Subway food but the service is sooooo slow. Painful to watch them take 5 minutes to make one sandwich. One person is just standing behind the counter waiting for the other instead of helping.

This is a new Subway location and its convenient to my house. Standard Subway fair. The shop is clean and newly designed. I was at first confused with the new line lay out as its reversed a bit. Otherwise standard stuff. I have to admit that the meatball sandwich isn't as good as I remember.

I am 9 months pregnant and was very hungry after a long day so I stopped here on my way home. I ordered cookies with my meal and to my surprise when I finally got around to eating my food when I got home I found 2 extra cookies in my bag. I was so happy I almost cried. Not only was the guy that helped me very polite and patient with me but he gave me extra cookies! It made my night! I wish I knew his name so I can ask for him and personally thank him for his great service.
