I have to admit... I really love Subway sandwiches. I know they're not gourmet or fancy, and it's just a chain restaurant, but I can never resist a tuna sandwich from Subway. Or a meatball sub. Or... pretty much anything else. Having said that, this location is not exactly my favorite. The customer service here is hit or miss for me-- the lady who helped me today was very nice and friendly, but I went in a couple of weeks ago and was helped by a guy who seemed like he hated his job. And maybe he does, but that shouldn't be clear from his service. The food is still typical Subway. I haven't gotten any bad-tasting food from here, and the store seems clean enough to me. No problems there. If the customer service was more consistent, I would gladly give this Subway a higher rating. But as it is, I can't justify a higher rating when there are much better Subway locations nearby.

I know that subway is a chain but I expect the same from all of them and this was far below all of them. The gentlemen serving was less than enthusiastic and had to be asked to put more of everything on except jalapeños and pickles. I ate in asked for more napkins and the server made me feel like I had to apologize for making him get up to get them. Sandwich was pretty bad as well and I get the exact same thing at all subways.

Wow. Just walked in and all three employees, including the owner, were busy talking . Instead of taking the three seconds required to greet me and say "we'll be right with you", someone who wanted to give you money, they decided that wasn't important. I walked out after being ignored and essentially told I wasn't important enough to say "hello" to. Word of advice: greet people who are coming into your place of business. I can go to any Subway. The way you treat me will make the difference in my choosing your business or one of the twenty other options on Cedar Hills. I will not be returning to this location.

It's a subway. Service is OK, but they do not appear to be very happy. As a trend I notice that subway's tend to skimp on the vegetables like lettuce unless told otherwise, but there is no problem asking for more. fresh baked breads are a staple of subway and this one is no exception, the herb and cheese bread here seems to have more cheese than other ones. It can get very crowded at lunch time, best to be there a little early.

Love this Subway! It is close to work and hits the spot every time! Got to love the extra black olives! Yum! The staff is friendly and professional! They are always smiling when I go in there for lunch! They are quick to greet me whether with "Hello!" or "We will be right with you." They acknowledge me right away which is great!! Thank you Subway for being the ideal lunch getaway! :)

i love subway.. i wouldn't review it normally buttttt this place had no reviews, so i feel it is my duty to tell you guys.. this place isn't too terrible. PRO: they pack on the meat. CONS: they got super busy so they started asking for sub orders like crazy, then there was congestion when it came to the veggies station.. and they started toasting all the subs too soon.. so mine was kinda chilly when i got it. i do love their spicy italian and italian BMT. my all time favorite. it will never get old. lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. delicious.

It's seems like a waste of time to review a chain restaurant, but I feel the need to review this specific location because they were so terrible, just in case anyone is looking. The worst service, unfriendly workers, food didn't taste like usual Subway (I threw away half my sandwich), restaurant didn't seem clean, it was just bad all around. This location made me not want to eat Subway anytime in the near future...
