Usually I go in around 6 am and its not too busy! I like all the space in side lots of seating options. Most of the guys who work there are very friendly and start conversations with you about your day, but the 40 year old lady who works in the morning with the dark hair and glasses is super rude and didnt make eye contact. Today when ordering my muffin she put it in the toaster but forgot to turn it ON. After a few minutes she realized it so it took a total of 5 minutes for a heated muffin. Didnt even say one word to me once she gave it to me and was walking out the door. One of the men working said to have a good day from across the room.

This is a good Starbucks. I generally like the "local cafe" over the massive corporate chain that is Starbucks. So what makes this one good? Well, one goes to Starbucks because of the consistency. They all serve the same drinks, all prepared within a couple degrees of accuracy. They all have wifi... This one, though has an awesome staff of friendly baristas, that handle well under pressure. And this place gets slammed. But I rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes for my order, and yeah, I'm one of those jerks who thinks he's invented the best mocha/flavor combos, and they get it right. It doesn't hurt that the guy looks like Mitch Hedburg and the girl looked like a strawberry blonde Rose Mcgowen. I know that shouldn't matter, but it does. I also like to bring my laptop and nerd out while I wait for my wife to get off work. Not only do they have wifi, but power outlets! Epic! They are open 'till midnight, which considering this is the burbs and not downtown makes it more epic-er. Further, there is lots of comfy seating for marathon caffeine fueled nerd fests. Hope you enjoy it too

They forgot my drink, didn't say sorry, didn't do anything about it until I awkwardly asked them... Not so good. Girl was not very nice to me, she wasn't apologetic at all.

Review for July 12, 2014. Filthy dirty place, I will never enter this cafe again. First, I visited the ladies room and I was horrified. There were HUMAN FECES on the floor, smashed by someone's feet and tracked ALL over the bathroom floor. I immediately went to the counter to advice of the situation. I was so grossed out I didn't want to walk anywhere else in the cafe or order at the counter. Who knows where and how far that "crap" was tracked around. I got my drink. Then as I was relaxing outside and trying to shake the image out of my head, some Asian man talking on a cell phone starting hacking up loogies and spitting on the little tree on the curbside edge right next to my table. I yelled at him. Gross store, gross people.

98% of the time I'm in here for workweek morning coffee. Come in between 6-6:30am & you're golden. Short lines & quick drink turnaround time. After 6:45am expect 7-12 min wait on fancy drinks. Need to be in & out? Go with good ol' drip. Lots of tables, a couch or two, & outdoor seating are nice options if you're in it to chill.

This happens to be one of my favorite Starbucks location. The customer service here is outstanding, they always go above and beyond to make sure that your order is outstanding and will be more than happy to remake it to your likings. It's always pretty packed in here so sometimes finding a seat may be hard, but they also offer outside seating for those sunny days. I am trying to cut back on my coffee intake so sometimes after shopping at Fred Meyers, I'll stop in just to say hello to the ladies that work here. :-)

The workers are polite and there is a lot of room in this location. The woman who helped me seemed to be new and nervous. She couldn't get the tablet to work with charging my phone. However, she was very polite and took it in stride. The coffee tastes just like any other Starbucks.

Nice staff and the usual decent coffee experience from Starbucks, there isn't much better around the area so it works for me but I stick to flavored stuff at Starbucks since the base espresso flavor is not impressive.

This Starbucks is horrible. Staff are rude and brush their customer off like dirt. I only go here because its the closet coffee shop to my work. I would not rcmd going here if you don't have to. Dont waiste their or your time.

I love that they're open till 12, I have about three different people that know my name and drink by memory. One blond woman always greets me with ,"hey alexis! How are you doing?" And another dirty blond woman always remembers me and my boyfriend and compliments our tattoos. AMAZING customer service!!

I'm not a big Starbucks fan but do really love their pumpkin spice lattes. It's a shame they are just seasonal!

Although I'm not a fan of its high-priced coffee and tea, I do like this Starbuck's ample space and amenities such as large couches and booth to study/read/hang. It also doesn't hurt that Fred Meyer is its next door neighbor.
