Great service and food at this one and if they ever mess up an order they always make it right. Seems better than some of the other ones in the area.

The burgers are amazing! Service is questionable but the burgers and brew keep us coming back.

I recently moved to the SW Portland/Beaverton area and I was delighted to find a Red Robin near by - I've always had good experiences at the Washington Square location when I lived in Lake Oswego. Unfortunately, this location just doesn't live up to the service I have come to expect from Red Robin. My first experience was inside the restaurant dinning. My significant other and I sat in the bar on a rather slow Sunday afternoon only to wait over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. No water, menu or even a hello - simply no acknowledgement for over 20 minutes. My girlfriend did everything she could to keep me from leaving. That was my first service experience at this location. My second experience, although hesitate to return after my first, was their order-to-go service. I love this service because who wants to get out of their PJ's to enjoy a delicious Raging Cajun Chicken sandwich? Unless, of course, you order a Raging Cajun Chicken sandwich and are told this item is no longer on the menu and they'll only make if for you this one time...really? Again, allow me to reiterate I have ordered this item almost religiously at the Washington Square location and no one said a word or batted an eye; in fact, they were impressed I remembered such an amazing menu item that even the cook asked if I had worked at Red Robin's before (I haven't, I just happen to think the sandwich is amazing). Service is everything in my personal opinion. For example: if I make reservation at a 5-star restaurant at 6 o'clock but I am not seated until 6:30, it doesn't matter how good the food is because the service just wasn't there. As consumers we don't just pay for the impeccable burgers and bottomless fries Red Robin has come to be known for, but we pay for the entire dining experience. According to an American Express survey dated in 2011, 78% of consumers have bailed on a transaction or not made an intended purchase because of a poor service experience. In addition to that, it is 6-7 times more expensive to acquire a new customer than it is to keep a current one, according to the White House Office of Consumer Affairs. It is not just about good customer service, it is about good business. There's an old saying: If it doesn't make money, it doesn't make sense. I think it is safe to say that outstanding customer service makes money, so it makes sense to provide it.

My son needed a quick meal dropped off at his school and requested Red Robin. I ordered a kids meal and asked for a bottle of water instead of soda. I don't like that sugary beverages are included in the kids meal anyway and thought substituting a bottle of water (it's a to-go order, remember?!) would be a no brainier. First, the server needed to check with her manager (seriously) then she said they would be happy to sell me a bottle of water for $1.99. No consideration given for the soda we weren't getting. Boo Red Robin. A bottle of water should be an option for these kids at no charge.

For me personally, the Bbq chicken wrap was pretty dry. I also found the 1" long hard chip shavings that they roll into their wraps both dangerous to eat and attempt to swallow. Even when trying to moisten up by chewing I found that they are compressed so tightly, they seem they aren't teeth crushable. Please be careful swallowing them whole by accident. I would suggest until Red Robin gets a different chip supplier that it is safer to order any wraps without the tortilla chips rolled inside. Pros: Service was great as always and we left a big 50% tip:)

Have you ever gone to a restaurant and had your drinks served with no napkins or silverware on the table? It is Really a bummer when you order coffee or have drinks that need lemon squeezed in them. Don't you hate it when you ask for the aforementioned and there is no spoon for said coffee? How about the long awaited spoon is a soup spoon? Despite my frustration, the food was good. I had a Royal Burger. The egg was barely cooked, good thing. It was really pink which is another really good. The girl had a Chilli Chilli Burger and was satisfied. However the chilli was a little scarce. Asked about the loyalty club...TWICE...and finally got a card. This was not my best experience in a Red Robyn.

Let me start by saying our server was awesome. Kim was really nice and helpful. Last week they started this new ordering system using an iPad like system. She showed us how to use it and was overall a great server. The food was bad. We both wanted our burgers with a little pink, mine was slightly overdone and fiance's was chared. He got the Southern Charm burger what has candied bacon. After taking one bite, he realized it was regular bacon. We sent it back (kim brought us more fries whole we waited) and the new bacon was candied and pretty good, but upon closer inspection, it was the SAME BURGER he had taken a bit out of, with new bacon and a new top bun, seemingly to hide that it wasn't an entirely new burger. Their new way of you initial serving of fries is barely a handful. Given the issue with the new burger, Kim said that she would get the manager on duty for us. He apologized, comped both burgers, have us a coupon for next time, and said he would look into what happened in the kitchen. He went above and beyond our expectations., and frankly we wouldn't be coming back if it weren't for him and Kim. Hopefully there was just someone new on the kitchen and the issues will get sorted out.

Returned for another try. We sat in the bar area. The bartender was quick to give us our drinks. He was also quick to take our orders. He was really nice. I ordered the chicken and shrimp. My mom had the mushroom burger. The food took awhile to get to our table but the mushroom burger was a hit for my mom however, the chicken and shrimp not so much. There was 6 pieces of shrimp no bigger than the size of a quarter. 2 chicken strips that looks like it should of been a kids meal. 3 stars for the bartender Andrew being on point with customer care. But -2 stars for my kids meal serving size. I left still hungry

This is the go to dinner place for my boyfriend and I if we don't really want to try anything new or travel far. We always have a great experience, our service is always good, and the burgers are always on point. I always order the turkey burger- it's always nice and juicy! I give this place a two thumbs up!

Me and my family have been coming here for over a decade and the reason why we drive out of our way is because of great customer service and it's due to Chin. So thank you Red Robin for hiring people like him!!!

Someone said they would contact me MONTHS ago. A manger none the less. And nothing?! No follow up call no email nothing. FUCK RED ROBIN. Your food sucks and so does your restaurant. They care yeah? If they can't even make a phone call how do they treat there food??

This is an updated review following my previous review which was a very bad experience. Since then, the manager from that Red Robin location had contacted me and sent us a $30 gift card to try out Red Robin again for a better experience. Although I was hesitant at first I decided after a few weeks to try it out again. We did not return to the same location but went to the one in Hillsboro next to the Espalande Mall. Much better service. And I appreciated the manager reaching out to us and trying to make our experience better. Kudos to Red Robin for still caring about their customers. I understand that even waiters and waitresses have bad days, and I'm assuming we must have been there on a bad day for her. Regardless this was a much better experience and I appreciate the $30 gift card from management.

My 4-year old (who is petite and not a huge eater) was starving at the end of his "meal." Red Robin has apparently chosen to pay for their remodel by serving portions that are less than half the size they used to be. For example, they revamped the children's menu, and the LARGE kids twirly pasta was literally less than the first bowl (of two) you used to receive when you ordered kids pasta. You used to get a free refill of the pasta, but now you can't, so you're literally getting LESS THAN HALF what they provided in the past. They offer free refills on the "side dish" but it's not feasible to fill up on tiny little two-tablespoon cups of fruit. The entrée salads are also half the size. My Avo-Cobb-O salad contained half the lettuce there used to be served on a small plate in an attempt to make it seem large; it only had about a quarter of an avocado total, no olives and no egg. They claim there are no eggs because of an egg shortage, but other restaurants are able to provide them (and seriously, one egg for this dish isn't a huge expenditure as it might be if it were a 5 egg custard or something of that nature). They apparently no longer carry olives at all. All in all, the entrée salad was smaller than an appetizer, and I was starving at the end of dinner. (I had to give the bread to my children because they were also starving). All in all, it's apparent that Red Robin has decided to cut back the food they serve in order to cut costs. What used to be a fun place to take the family on a whim is now extremely overpriced, and someplace only to be visited if you want to spend good bit of money on a small quantity of food. Oh, and did I mention that they "ran out" of balloons as we sat there? It was between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday night, and they didn't have balloons. So, no balloons, no olives, no eggs, tiny portions....definitely two thumbs down. (The only highlight was that for the first time in months, the service was speedy and attentive). We will not be returning anytime soon.

If you don't mind complete strangers sitting less than 2 feet away from you, this place is for you. Expensive, crowded, food was just ok. Go somewhere exciting instead.

This location is not my normal spot. It's close to work, we came for a birthday. It's like most red robins, which is a good thing. Service was good. They were awesome being able to accommodate a group of 15 with just a phone call a few hours earlier. Our food came out within a reasonable time. I had a crispy chicken sandwich with the buzzalo sauce. They dipped the whole thing, which was perfect. Often when I ask for that I get a drizzle of sauce. So nice job cooks! Everyone's order was correct, and they even have us separate checks with no hassles. We were in and out for lunch in about an hour. Not bad when it was everyone's typical lunch hour. I can see why several co-workers come here or get take out from this location. They do not disappoint. All in all I would have no problem coming back for lunch or dinner.

I'm sure there's nothing I can say about Red Robin that you don't already know. Everyone has been to Red Robin, and everyone generally knows what to expect. Pretty good food, pretty good sevice, pretty good drinks. This location in particular stands out to me, however. The cocktails here taste better-- stronger, even. They don't skimp on the buffalo sauce for my go-to meal, the Buzz Clucks, like so many other locations do. And the service here is super friendly. If you're gonna hit up a Red Robin, I would recommend this one over any other location in the area. Things are much more consistent here, and the great service is worth it to me.

Upon entering this location of Red Robin on a busy Saturday night, we were immediately greeted by the blonde female hostess. She took our two-person's party's name, she also welcomed us to check out the bar seating situation. We decided to wait for regular seating. Our wait time wasn't terrible; about 12 minutes which isn't too bad for a Saturday night around 7pm! The male host seated us once our names were called. We were directed to sit in a two person booth in the far back of the restaurant next to two large tables with screaming babies. Our waiter came shortly and took our drink orders. We received our drinks, but no water. Then I shortly realized (because Red Robin is notorious for getting the beverage on the outside of the glass, resulting in sticky hands) that we had no napkins, let alone silverware. Our orders were taken, and I ordered a side of fries for my boyfriend and I to share. As we dealt with the two screaming babies and loud men next to us, our experience was quickly turning into a negative one. Our food came about twenty minutes in, and my salad had no dressing. I had no fork to eat said salad. The guy (who was not our waiter) who delivered our food came back thankfully and I asked for both water and silverware. His response? "Oh yeah, good idea!" My boyfriend's hamburger order had about ten French fries accompanying it; our actual basket of fries no where in sight. Our waiter did not come by to refill our drinks, and when asked about the whereabouts of our fries he quickly said "I'll get them right now" as opposed to letting my boyfriend let him know to forget about it, since we were ready to get the heck out of dodge and away from the babies and craptastic service. There was no rhyme or reason as to why we were seated so far away from every other party in booths and why we were shoved in a corner to deal with the screaming. I understand that children and babies cry or act out. I'm not asking for a child to be stoic and mute. The constant screaming just doesn't make dinner conversation that easy. Pair that with bad service, I will not be coming back to this establishment.

For those of you, like myself, who have been patronizing this Red Robin store for years, please stop!! The service has been nothing short of abysmal for years now, and they appear to simple be coasting on the "Red Robin" name. The menu fare is good, it has been for decades. The problem is simply with customer service, which has become nearly non existent. And now, post remodel, the have a new organization that separates parties with children from those who don't. I have literally watched two families walk out when this was explained to them. To the ownership/management group in charge of this location. Very poor work indeed!!!

Thank you for the great experience! It's been many years since the last time I visited a Red Robin and was drawn back with a free birthday burger from the royalty club. I was on my way too work, forgot my lunch and figured I'd walk in and ask if I could take my free burger to go. Not only did I get my free burger but also got a great restaurant experience! I'm the type that still feels guilty for free things so I ordered an appetizer to go with my burger. They were out of the item I ordered (which they realized and informed me of right away not 20min later) but they gave me a free appetizer card for my next visit. The bartender was awesome, made actual conversion while not ignoring any other customer! Thank you Andrew for starting my 12hr work day on a great note!

First of all I loved this place. They had great quality control and the burgers were always great and the fries were perfect! I was a regular and probably spent up to $100 per month there. Then they remodeled the restaurant. This is the second visit after the remodel that my food was inedible. Burger was cold, fries fried to oblivion. I was so unhappy I just asked to pay for my drink. To add insult to injury I watched the manager 10 feet away write off my food and walk away unconcerned. That was the last time I ever set foot in a Red Robin!

And then management, and corporate all got in touch with me on the above review. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. We've returned and dined there again, and you know, this time the service was great. The meal was good as always. Increasing rating to 3*s.

Service here is terrible. We've eaten here a few times in recent months and every time we have to stop a server to refill our drinks and water. Our burgers are always room temperature and dry . My kids enjoy their Mac n cheese and that's about it. There are way better options for burgers and less expensive .

I've been a regular at this location for 10 years and the last time I was here was the last time for me It started by having to wait 10-15 minutes for a table with a hungry toddler (it wasn't very busy and I've NEVER had to wait for a table even on a busy Saturday or Sunday ), I had the WORSE service I've EVER had here!! Pushy waitress that wouldn't listen, got strawberry lemonade with only 1 piece of strawberry, my BF ordered a half chocolate and half vanilla milkshake and instead got 1 of each, had to wait 20 minutes for my sons chocolate milk, ordered clicks n fries and instead got cold clicks and hard fries, asked 3 people including a manager a total of 6 times for ranch and never got any so I finally just asked for my check which took 20 minutes to get and another 10 to get back so I could sign the receipt and leave I ended up asking the waitress for a box for my food and said I was going to eat it at home where my food will be hot and I have ranch I didn't want to leave a tip because I was so irritated with the whole thing but since I used a credit card it automatically charged a 20% tip IF I ever go back I will make sure I have cash so I'm not forced to have a tip charged to my card for shitty serviced again They shouldve kept the people that made this place awesome instead of getting rid of them and hiring rude clueless people

I live pretty close to here so it's the only red robin I go too. It hasn't been very busy when I've gone. The waiters are usually pretty nice. Haven't had an issue besides sometimes you may have to repeat yourself if you need a refill or more fries. My favorite is the Red Double Tavern Burger. Great prices, cheap and hits the spot. My boyfriend loves the chicken tortilla soup and chicken wrap.( You can actually get as a combo) The onion ring tier is great especially extra crispy. Their freckled strawberry lemonade is pretty awesome as well (free refills)

Yes It's a chain restaurant but that doesn't stop us from visiting red robin especially when it's not too far from us and you're always going to leave here nice and full. We stopped in yesterday evening for dinner and luckily it was pretty quiet which is nice because it can be very busy and loud most times. The service was quick and the server Kim was very sweet and gave us really good service. We had ordered the bbq chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and a teriyaki chicken burger with the steakcut fries. The food tasted great and Kim always made sure to refill our baskets with more bottomless fries when we were running low on them and she would refill our drinks too. She also recommended a local beer to me which I enjoyed very much It was the black butte porter. Good fast food and good service. We hope Kim is our server the next time we come back.

Took my 82yo mother here for a birthday celebration. The waiter was wonderful but the place way under staffed. The air conditioning so cold mom could not take her coat off and held to her coffee tight. All the food was well over fried and the drink shy with alcohol. Used to love this place but it is worsening.

I have been a regular for over 20 years and my service last night was awful! Our waiter took 10 minutes to come take our drink order. Once we finally ordered and got our food then he disappeared. We wanted refills on soda and couldn't find our server. After 20 minutes or so he came by but only refilled my friends drink and then took off before i could ask for mine. Another 5-10 minutes later he walks by and says do you want a refill? Worst service I've ever had at Beaverton!!!!

There's this guy that works the bar (almost every time I'm there) he's amazing!!! He's fast, attentive, friendly and keeps his bar CLEAN! You're awesome!!! You sir, are reason I come continue to come to this location! Cheers.

Horrible.. I cannot believe the level of service we received tonight 11/20/14. Unbelievable. The people who serve am/pm hot dogs did a better job at serving people then the people at red robin. From the serve who never came to the table to refill water to the manager who came to the table asked us if we needed anything and I asked for a couple baskets of fries. Never came. My burger came out pink as pink can be sent it back. It never made it back. The cooks forgot. I cannot believe this is acceptable behavior. I cannot believe people are allowed to treat people like this.

  • Katelyn S.

If I could give this less than a star I would. Don't get me wrong, I love red robins but this location is the worst one by far. The last three times I have been here I have gotten terrible service. The common theme here is painfully slow service. Usually my boyfriend and I can finish our meals and are waiting for the check within 30-40 minutes. The other day it took over an hour and it wasn't even busy. The waiter checked on us twice that entire time and would always forget to bring us the basket of fries we asked for, which we finally got after the bill....I will never be going to this location again.

    (1)
  • Michelle B.

Used to love Red Robin's burgers, especially since they offer a lettuce-wrapped version, but the burger that I had today was terrible. It was tasteless...asked if they switched to frozen patties and was told that they did not, but it sure tasted like it! Boo! Won't be back.

  • Jen E.

okay I have some serious mixed reviews about this place ranging from oh gods... what the hell... to oh yea this is what I am talking about... so I shall spit the difference and give it a 3 star. Now when I get food to go... Is when I have horrible issues. I have ordered their patty melt more times than I would care to admit.... some of the times on the to go orders, it is over cooked as in almost burnt, sometimes I am missing the onions or the wrong cheese. When I eat in the restaurant it is good and wonderful and crispy, on the outside, soft and gooey (in all the good cheesy ways) on the inside. I have ordered other things but really it is a chain with decent food. It is though..... a FAMILY restaurant. so please expect children and families. However there are limits.... regular noise okay.... letting your kids run around or scream... not okay. I am okay when the kids are behaved. The staff does their best, but are not allowed to tell the parents to rein in their awful children lol. I will continue to come here it is just not one of my favs .....

  • Karen W.

I decided to try Red Robin awhile back. Less than impressed. The prices were ridiculous and the burgers were not what I expected. This restaurant is blown up so much on TV so it lured me in. The only thing I liked was the fries. That was about it.

Red Robin -- fun place to meet friends, have a burger, share a joke and have a laugh. Their food gets a solid "B" from me. It's good. I love their French Onion Soup and their Spinach and Artichoke dip. This time I will say their dip was a little weird, too much spinach I think. The Customer Service is ALWAYS spot on -- and we tipped accordingly - which means we don't go by the 18-20% model. If it's great service you get a great tip from us -- if the service sucks regardless of how amazing the food you aren't going to get a great tip - I don't care what the rules say. My water glass is never empty, they always says please and thank you, the food comes out hot and if its not right they fix it on the spot or they comp your meal. Can't go wrong there:)

  • Eric E.

Came here with my sister and some of her friends. We were served by Fatih who was extremely nice and kept up on our drinks and waters making sure we were well taken care of. The food was excellent as I always expect at a Red Robin. One of our friends didn't like the salad so much because he said it was drowning in dressing. We suggested that he return it and get a new one but he refused. I personally like a lot of dressing so... Anyway it was another perfect experience at a Red Robin.

I'm somewhat of a regular at this Red Robin for lunch because it is near my work, they have good food, and the service is always great. Their employees are very friendly and provide great service. The honey mustard dipping sauce keeps me coming in as often as I do though. :)

  • Mikhail H.

You know this place is good for what it is - inexpensive burgers and fries when you just want a burger and some fries...though I did have a sandwich. Families come here so if you are like me and afraid of children and the noise they bring...avoid this place like the damned plague! Within minutes we were surrounded and they all had birthdays so we got to suffer through all the staff constantly screaming out their birthday song again and again... Perhaps takeout next time...

    (3)
  • Noell M.

Well the food is great, it's Red Robin. :) But the service is horribly slow. I need to flag someone down to get a refill on my water, and it's not like I'm drinking it really fast either. Also, I almost never get a bottomless fry refill without waiting forever, sometimes I get tired of waiting. And they don't even give you that much fries anymore. So just be warned, the service sucks here.

I love to whiskey river chix sandwich...addicted... Sodas always seem too flat and iced tea too over-brewed. Is that a even a word?

I eat here twice a month or so. My server is Jodye - she rock the place! She always is friendly, sweet, and a real pro. Her service is fas and efficient. The food arrives muy pronto, and very tasty. Then, Jodye is back to make sure everything is perfect. This is not five star restaurant, it's up-scale fast food, prepared and served well. With Jodye as your server ... you'll never go wrong! See you soon, Jodye!

I called and ordered to pick up from here. I placed an order for 2 burgers at 8 and got there about 7:55, and was told my order got lost and it was a "good thing I came so early" so they could start on it. I waited about 20 minutes for my food. Sitting down to eat at home about 10-15 minutes later, we find a small amount of fries for each burger (which is funny because they have endless fries whenever I eat there!) which were very soggy. The lettuce on my whiskey bbq chicken burger also tasted disgusting, it was soggy and wilted, besides that the burger was good. I may go back again, but only to eat in and will ask for no lettuce if I get a burger!

My wife and I have been regulars at this location for a couple of years now. The food is always delicious and the staff is always courteous. Our regular servers already know what we want (royal red robin burger, yum). Though we venture out and try new places every now and then we always end up back here some how. It's perfect for every occasion, wither it's the wife and I out for dinner and a beer or a family lunch with out kids. I love it so much it influenced my decision to movie into the neighborhood near by.

  • Brandon L.

The 5 stars here are relative to all the Red Robin locations I've been to. This location is definitely among the best. The staff are friendly and quick, and the food is served at the right temperature. Here's a secret: Red Robin doesn't do happy hour at certain times of the day like other places...they just have a $3/5/7/9 appetizer menu all day long -- and you have to try the pretzel bites on the $5 menu. Plus, the Tavern Double burger (which is a simple but perfected cheeseburger) is a great deal.

I left my first 10% tip here. ever. I am a server and always tip well even if there are mistakes, but this was just goofy. I got a salad and my boyfriend got a cod sandwich. There were 7 fries (uhh seriously) with his meal so we ordered more. We had asked for certain sauces with our food, they weren't there. No big deal, but both the reasonable amount of fries and the sauce we had asked for came when we were almost completely done with our food. Sauce does not take 10 plus minutes. Please move with a sense of urgency! Then I heard our server say "let's get them more fries so they're not mad." No dude we just wanted a normal amount the first time. There were a ton of people working there, but everything took way too long and I would hate to see that place busy! Not coming back because the service is lacking terribly.

We were there for a weekend dinner. The bottomless strawberry lemonade was nice (though I admit it is getting old somehow). This time, a couple of things keep me in mystery. 1. OK. We were sitting at a table, the next table was empty, and the table next to it was occupied with a couple of teenage girls. In a while, a middle-aged couple was directed to the table and sat there. And, a waitress (table-sitting-person? whatever) came and said "Do you guys want to move? I know you wouldn't want to sit next to.." and the couple moved away to another table. At this point, I looked around to see what was wrong with the table. Did it have a pole next to it? No. Did it have an alligator next to it? No. ... Then a while later, another group (a mom and an elementary-school-aged daughter) was directed to the table. (unfortunately, I don't know if it was the same person who got the couple away or not). and noone came to ask if they wanted to move. 2. I ordered a burger on the menu that said it came with bottomless fries. I ate up the fries but the waitress never offered for the refill. She asked the mom next to me if she wanted any, though. Probably neither is a big deal, but, combining with other experiences I'd had at Red Robins, these don't leave me with good impression.

I eat here all the time with my wife. Staff members are all friendly and the food is always good. Nothing like a monster sized burger and 22 oz. beer!! Only thing I don't like is all the kids running around everywhere, but it's a family restaurant so this type of environment is expected.

Let me first say that I'm generally against national chains because I like to support local business. But we had a hungry child on our hands and we needed to take care of it. I was very pleasantly surprised! First of all, their kids menu is OUTSTANDING! I had read in Parents magazine that it was one of the best in the country and they weren't kidding. Lots of very healthy options. Our daughter had grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and milk. Secondly, the service was great. They eagerly accomodated us ordering our daughter's meal before we knew what we wanted. Our server was friendly, prompt on getting us refills on our drinks and just overall excellent service.

Their service is always slow but this time was WORST. I was arriving there first to meet my sister on her lunch break. An hour is enough right? Wrong! An hour to get our food! First off the host was in the middle of taking customers to their seats, which is fine. But when she came back she didn't acknowledge me. I was like ok there was a group in front of me, so i didnt care. But when she came back once again from seating customers ...STILL payed no attention to me. A couple that came in 2 mins after got greeted when she came back and was being escorted to their seats when the guy said " well I think she was here first" when the host finally said " oohh" I told them go ahead with a fake smile. The waitress took forever to come and take our orders. I say bout 20...25 mins. And when she did come we ordered and asked for boxes with them as well. The food took forever as we assumed so I asked for the check right when she was putting the food on the table. She said sorry that they are super busy. Um I understand it's lunch time but it wasn't too bad in there and why don't they have enough staffs to cover the lunch rush? And no extra fries to accommodate? My sisters lunch was an hour. When we got our food we packed it right away and I say she got 3 big bites from her burger and a couple fries down and her lunch was up, so you do the math. We still tip because we always feel bad. Not exactly the 15% but enough. Oh well! Hopefully next time will be at a different location if not it will be a while that we will go back and hopefully they will have better staff.

This is a 2 star review disguised as a 3 star review. Red Robin has changed their menus. Now, instead of that giant placard that you were always bumping the top of into your dining partner's, they have a more modest tri-fold job. It's still just laminated card stock, but it's better than a glorified happy hour looking thing. Along with the updated physical menu you read off, they've changed some menu items. Gone is the veggie bowl and apparently any trace of rice from the building. This doesn't break my heart, personally, but it does break the heart of vegan wife. Now, there's exactly one thing she'll eat from Red Robin - the lettuce wrapped vegan Boca burger. I can't remember the last time I actually picked a beef burger from their menu. They're just so average to below average that I'm no longer compelled to order them. Usually I get the Ensenada chicken platter, eliminating the pesky salad for some of their fries. I do enjoy their fries, when they're hot. Even vegan wife enjoys a handful. Anyway, in summary, 1 star for the fries, 1 star for the speedy, courteous service and another star for a passable, cold beer selection. That's all I'll ever be able to do for you, Red Robin.

Meh they are solidly just OK in my book. We went there Friday for lunch and i got my usual the BLTA Croissant and French Onion soup combo. The sandwich was good but for some reason I have noticed the French Onion soup is going downhill. It is a beef broth, with bread and topped with Cheese, I have not seen or tasted an onion which defeats the purpose. I wont be ordering it again. My husband got the Salmon Burger which was advertised as "Wild Caught" but he said it was not, it tasted muddy like Farm Raised fish, he was not impressed. The fries are just not as good as they have been in the past. They don't come out hot and crisp like they used to. I guess in my opinion, this particular Red Robin seems to be getting worse quality wise instead of better, sadly.

My first time to red robin ! Yes, I admit it :) The service Basic service that you will get in all similar type of restaurant. Server greet you at the door. Then bring you to the table. And server will come and take your menu. Come once in a while to check if everything is OK. No complaint here. As expected :) The food I tried fish and chip with the bottomless steak cut potatoes. Surprisingly, the fish and chips were good. Crispy outside The fish were fresh and not soggy. I like it. The potatoes were OK. Try to put red robins special spice. It made it a lot better. However, my cousin's sweet potato fries were a lot better. It was also bottomless and you only have to pay .79 cent more The location They are located in a plaza where you can find other restaurant or store surrounding it. Parking were easy. They have parking lot. Strategically located in the middle of the town the atmosphere If you come in the afternoon or early evening, that might be better. We arrived there at night, and our table was dark. Even though we had the lights on the top of our table but they covered it to make it looks artsy. With lots of red color inside, eating wont be that relax. A bit pressure comes with it :) Just my opinion. Would I come back again ? probably not unless I am on road trip :)

Because we shop at Trader Joe's..(right across the street) we have a tendency to lunch at this Red Robins. This particular month is my Birthday Month...and I am a card carrying member (puffing out chest) of the Red's Rewards program...so you know what THAT MEANS?!?! A free burger!!! We made the smart choice to eat BEFORE shopping for food...uh huh...we've made that mistake before. Anywhoo... my mom ordered the French Onion soup and a salad and I got my burger on. The French Onion is no stranger to my mother....and she is of age where she "knows" how it always tastes, looks...feels...talks to her...(rolling eyes).. and this particular bowl said it all wrong. But, being that she is of the generation that doesn't say anything (to the servers...not to me...noooooooo...she kept yammering on to me...the one who can't do anything about it)...and instead just eats the sub standard food item... You feel the stress here? Yeah... so she complained to me after the server walked away...I couldn't take it anymore, so I flagged our server down and explained the situation...so that I could be the "bad guy" instead of mom. lol... The server and Assistant manager sprung into action and immediately comped her meal...and mine was a birthday freebie...so we had a really inexpensive lunch. Not to worry, we tipped on the full pre-comped amount...and more. I've been a server.. I would NEVER cheap out on good service. :) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Food has always been predictable without disappointment... AND they support our troops! Two thumbs up!

"Home of the endless dirty spoons." Background: - Went there for a friends bday party. - Large group, about 15 of us. Pros: - Endless fries. Cons: - DIRTY! (We received plates and spoons so we could eat a birthday cake, but the spoons were all dirty! Some of them still had food on them!!) - I saw one of the waiters drop a napkin with a spoon/fork/knife in it on the ground; pick it up and place it back on a table. - Rude service! (When we told them about it, it was as if, they were angry that we asked for clean spoons) - "You guys don't have to use dirty spoons." - This was the quote by our waitress in like an annoyed voice/attitude. (No shit........ That's why we told you about the spoons...) - Food had strange effect on me (I got so freaking bloated after eating a burger there, and my hands started shaky!!! WTF!!). I recommend: - Don't go here. If you like Red Robin, go to another Red Robin.

I've had mixed experiences, so please just keep in mind this only reflects this one time- not a sum of my experiences (3.5 stars all told). Two days ago, I took a long walk and stopped in at Red Robin for a burger. Not just ANY burger, the Royal Red Robin Burger, hoping to score a over-easy egg instead of their menu-typical fried egg. After discussing this with my server Joshua, and letting him know that it would make my day (and that I've had mixed results to get this ordered in the past), he said he'd talk to his cook and see what we could get done. PURE PERFECTION! When it arrived, that over-easy egg burst all over my burger. AWESOME! This really made my day, and for all the times I've been told no in the past, this burger made my week!

I'll give three stars because nothing sucked, but the prices? OMG! I got a plain, and I mean plain, roast beef French dip. It was the same-old-same-old you ALWAYS get - some limp meat on a bun, oversalty, with a very thin piece of cheese and some fake au jus from the can. I'm fond of it, and expected same, but $13.95?????????? Oh give me a break. Even if I ate my arm's weight in free fries, which are bottomless if you care, there is no way my meal was worth seventeen bucks (I got an iced tea). The best part of the meal was my husband's burger. Hint: GET A BURGER. The jalapenos were fried in there! Nice chunks of good, hot, fried peppers. And the meat was really tasty! I loved his burger. I wish I had gotten it instead of my own dip. And his was only around ten bucks! I took off a star for the 'garlic-parmesan' fries. There was a TINY sprinkling of grated parm and an itty bitty bit of garlic on the top of one of the fries. This is almost false advertising. Maybe the chef missed. I don't know. The iced tea is weak but refills were plentiful. The wait staff were great - opening doors and friendly even though it was a holiday and they had to work. Hubby shocked the monkey and got an order of the wings. Nicely done, I admit. The good heat and vinegar offset nicely by the good sauce with actual chunks of blue cheese? Nice. The celery stalks, note to the kitchen, CUT OFF THE BROWN ENDS. When celery sits for a while the ends turn brown. CUT THEM OFF. JTs verdict: GO, but don't head to the French Dip expecting something better than a 5.95 item in a regular place. It's just a bit too expensive here, but the burger I tasted was good. If you are a drinker, then hit it, James. I of course abstained.

If i could give zero stars, this one star would be for the cool waitress, otherwise BLEH! ok, so the bf and i NEVER crave hamburgers, and if we do, it would be carl's jr or whatever. but for some reason tonight we felt like spending more than we could afford on a piece of burger. i was there for the unlimited steak fries. so tell me how complicated my burger is: red robin cheeseburger replace the meat for boca patty, on whole wheat bun no mayonaise pepper jack cheese please. ok maybe its a little more complicated but the menu stated they will make my burger the way i want, so there. He ordered the bacon guacamole burger with cheddar cheese. not that complicated. so the burgers came, i ended up with a regular meat-ass cheddar burger on whole wheat. i tore a piece of the meat off to confirm it was meat. He ended up with the boca and the pepper jack cheese, shady with the guac and the bacon, i mean its only called a bacon guacamole burger for a reason. so we let the waitress know, she returns the burgers to the cook. I've seen the movie "waiting" so i'm scared with my life wondering what the cooks are doing to my food. which is a reason why i NEVER send my food back, but in this case i had to. Our burgers return, i notice theres a little "mayo" on the bottom of my boca burger. i asked for no mayo, so if it's not mayo, it was something white. Bf notices the meat with the torn off piece of meat from my wrong order burger is now in his bun. i check between my pepper jack cheese and boca and notice the fat/grease of the regular meat chillen on the cheese. so basically the asshole cooks just switched the burger and the boca, scraped off the cheese and threw it on the correct burger, scraped off the guacamole and the mayo etc. had i known they would do this, i could've done it myself. but i can't because i have my reasons. I'm a pretty easy going person, pretty patient, i don't bitch. normally if its a wrong order, i'll still eat it. in this case i ordered a boca burger, not because i think it tastes good but because i really canNOT eat meat. i understand tonight i made my meal complicated, BUT DO NOT SCREW ME OVER. wtf, are you trying to save a burger or something? are you on F-ing burger commission?! if you F*CKED up my order, make me a F-ing new one!! don't try to cover it up by switching it and letting it sit under the heat lamp as if you made us two brand new meals you bunch of lazy shits. we're not stupid, the food came out COLD. stupid! but whatever, i'm over it. the nice waitress made me feel better, she compted both our meals. i'll just remember i'm never coming back ever again. p.s. whenever my brothers eat at Red Robin ar Rivermakr in Santa Clara, CA, their boca orders ALWAYS comes out incorrect. don't offer a f-ing item your cooks can't make correctly!

I have only been to this place 2 times. However, both times I had fantastic service. I appreciate the veggie options. I would def go back (especially with a group). ps the bottomless steak fries are pretty sweet

I started with a root beer. They serve coke products so it was Barqs. I like Barqs. I ordered a1 peppercorn burger. Both were very good. I usually get a burger with bacon. I want to try the banzai burger with bacon.

The burgers are amazing! Service is questionable but the burgers and brew keep us coming back.

Regardless this was a much better experience and I appreciate the $30 gift card from management.

okay I have some serious mixed reviews about this place ranging from oh gods... what the hell... to oh yea this is what I am talking about... so I shall spit the difference and give it a 3 star.

Very friendly staff. Quick and reliable. Crispy chicken sandwich my way with extra onions and pickles, and of course bottomless fries. I love this place.

    (1)

  • Liz F.

I eat here all the time with my wife. Staff members are all friendly and the food is always good. Nothing like a monster sized burger and 22 oz. beer!! Only thing I don't like is all the kids running around everywhere, but it's a family restaurant so this type of environment is expected.

  • Brie S.

Used to love Red Robin's burgers, especially since they offer a lettuce-wrapped version, but the burger that I had today was terrible. It was tasteless...asked if they switched to frozen patties and was told that they did not, but it sure tasted like it! Boo! Won't be back.

okay I have some serious mixed reviews about this place ranging from oh gods... what the hell... to oh yea this is what I am talking about... so I shall spit the difference and give it a 3 star.

Always fast and consistent, avoid the wait and go early on Fridays and Saturdays.

Just called Beaverton, OR location and they do not take reservations at all even for a group of 25 people on a Tuesday! Guess we are going somewhere else.

I started with a root beer. They serve coke products so it was Barqs. I like Barqs. I ordered a1 peppercorn burger. Both were very good. I usually get a burger with bacon. I want to try the banzai burger with bacon.

Always excellent, fast, friendly service. Delicious food and drinks! If you join the birthday club, you get a free burger! Never mess up my order. Nothing not to like!

Took my 82yo mother here for a birthday celebration. The waiter was wonderful but the place way under staffed. The air conditioning so cold mom could not take her coat off and held to her coffee tight. All the food was well over fried and the drink shy with alcohol. Used to love this place but it is worsening.
